I felt the gentlemen that worked on me was very rude Everyone in the establishment establishment was Asian and they spoke Asian so I couldn’t understand him he did a horrible neck job with my nails my nails look like they’re going to fly off I will never ever go back there again because I even called the next day because I wasn’t happy with them and they would not fix the issue very rude and very unprofessional they’ll never get my money again

David and his staff are amazing. Its a very nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The pedicures are a must, they use hot stones which are the best. I usually get the dip powder manicure and it usually last between 3 - 4 weeks. I havent been anywhere else after discovering this gem.

I had never been in here before, but I am glad I finally tried it out! I had a wonderful experience here. The owner took amazing care of me and did a wonderful job. It is very clean. I like that they have the plastic inserts for the pedicure tubs. I will definitely be returning soon!

Great nail salon! Excellent service! I highly recommend it to everyone and have found a favorite place to have my nails done.

Came in for the first time tonight for a gel manicure and basic pedicure and I am extremely pleased! The salon is very clean and had a wide range of polish colors. Not to mention the staff was very welcoming, attentive and caring!Shout-out to V for doing a great job with my manicure! Ill definitely be in for another visit.

I love getting my pedicures here. It’s nice, clean and relaxing atmosphere . I ask for Hannah she takes her time and is gentle ( ingrown toenails take patience) the hot stones are awesome!

This place has a recent owner, David, and he is excellent! I went in today to remove a terrible set I had from elsewhere and a color change on my toes ...and he was so patient, helpful, receptive, communicative, professional. He did a new full set just the way I like it, feminine and chic, not tacky and bulky. I had a few extra requests and he was very nice about it, unlike some that show bad attitude on your money. He then removed my gel pedi and added a fresh new coat. He charged me very fairly to the time and skill he put in. 100% satisfied and i will be returning!

I Love Impress Nails! My daughter started going here and convinced me to switch. My dip manicure NEVER CHIPS and Ive been a customer now for almost a year. It is clean and everyone is friendly, professional and really cares how your nails come out. David is the best and so funny how he loves to ask you if you want bling bling on a finger (paint one a sparkly different color). But honestly, its the best nail salon around...Ive grown increasingly tired of the many salons in Melrose that rush you through like cattle. ***Now CLOSED Sundays*** Also, make a reservation! They are quite busy.

Went for the first time today Nice and clean.BUT when the tech decides to peel off the shallac without soaking it and breaks my nail. Then had too make the other ones shorter too match the broken one. And they all look uneven. Not happy!!! I will try it again but I will ask for David (owner)
