Love living here. Easy application process, communicative office, great neighbors, and awesome greenery around the complex. Its a small little oasis in the heart of San Antonio.

Wonderful place to live. Everyone here, both staff and tenants, have been kind and super welcoming. Great change of pace from the huge austere complexes. They do a great job of making it feel like its own little neighborhood.

I love this quiet, all embracing community here in downtown SA. This place has “small town” feel to it because of its size and the type of residents that reside here. Everyone I have met has been so welcoming and kind. Michelle and Ana are the dream team. They really work with you to feel secure and welcomed.

Great neighborhood. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is extremely fast to check on problems. Would highly recommend this complex.

Best management I’ve ever met. Everyone is nice, maintenance issues are rare but when I do have an issue they take care of it in less than a day. :)

If I hadnt been moving to a different city, I would definitely have renewed my lease here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the area is great, the rent is reasonable, and the units, facilities, and grounds are well maintained. Maintenance requests were almost all taken care of the same day, and they sent email alerts whenever they had a planned maintenance that would affect tenants. The neighborhood is lovely, and very walkable (its right next to SAC). My biggest gripe is that there is no drop box or mail slot for documents and rent payments (I work odd hours).
