These guys are the best! It’s so much more than just an oil change, they check your lights and air filters, they washed my windshield. And they do everything right in front of you so you know they are being honest. All the guys are so nice, I actually look forward to when my car needs an oil change.

The manager was super nice and took care of me. Got my engine and transmission flushed as well as an oil change, air filter and got my headlights checked. They got it done in about 30 mins and were super helpful with the issues I was having. Definitely recommend

Best place Ive found to get your oil changed in the state! Quick & friendly service. On 8/11/2021 oil change for my diesel truck was just under $80. When you change your oil every 3k miles & 10-12 time a year Im always looking for a good price.

I have been going to Springfield Express Lube for a couple of years. They are very efficient and straightforward, never pushing any extra products and are good about sharing their knowledge. Every experience there has been positive and they are both very thorough and affordable.

The crew is fast, efficient and have fun together. I dont know anything about cars and I appreciate that they dont make me feel stupid if I dont know what something is. I also like that they dont try to push you into buying more than you need. They offer stuff, but dont pressure you.

Switched over from valvoline, day is the same oil and have every bit of the same services at half price. Ive never spent more than a half hour here and that was waiting in line behind three cars. Absolutely recommend! Five stars, my business wont go anywhere else.

I decided to give these guys a try from the reviews I read and I needed to get the oil changed in our work truck. I showed up on a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to drive right in. The guys were so prompt and amazing. They realized they didnt have the filter for my truck and made a phone call to the local parts store and went and grabbed it. That right there is amazing to me because I didnt want to have to drive around to find another place. I highly recommend this shop to any and everyone. Evan went above and beyond to give us excellent service. Was very informative & had a great attitude. Went in for a routine oil change & got an unexpected cleaning out of my cabin air filter, which happened to have a rats nest in it. 😳 He even took the time remove the fan & clean that too, which made my ac work perfectly again. Highly recommended.

Super quick super cheap and friendly staff

Our car was overheating and we had filled the radiator with water and it was fine. We decided to come in for a coolant flush(we thought we might need one)They checked our coolant and showed us that everything was in great condition and we actually didn’t need a flush. They drained out just a bit because we topped it off too much. Love their honesty and not charging us or trying to sell us something we didn’t need. Definitely will be back for future needs. Highly recommended! All the staff is great!

Amazing amazing amazing! You will get the best price for an oil change and be out of there in less than twenty minutes knowing your car was completely taken care of. The team is always working hard, so kind & informative. I drive a “luxury vehicle” and the dealerships usually try to get every penny out of me. Josh Kristian & Andrew are always so helpful and will quickly get out of there knowing everything was done! They know I don’t know much about cars but make sure I am taken care of. I only recommend them! I don’t know who owns this place, but these men deserve a raise! You have a customer for life.

Josh was very professional and they cleaned the engine bay after replacing my fuel filter. Good service it was quick and to the point but also washed the windshield while I was waiting. Would recommend to anyone looking for good service and reliability.

I have a 1958 Chevy station wagon. According to the invoice, power steering fluid, added windshield washer fluid, and brake fluid sensor - all those things the car doesnt have. I think they need to pay closer attention to what they are marking off!!

Honestly, I’ve been going to this place for quite a long time now. I live in Portland now though and it’s been a minute since I’ve been down to Springfield, but I needed an oil change while I was down and actually looked forward to getting it down there because of the guys who work there. The staff are so dang nice and friendly, funny too. They have a great rapport with each other, know their stuff, and really give you a sense of trust in them!

Evan, Josh, and Andrew honestly were the most polite and friendly people weve met since moved to this town. They were professional and worked so fast! Well be back tomorrow with our other car!

I took my car for an oil change before a big trip to Washington state and when I arrived I came to realize they did not screw my oil filter in tight so I was leaking oil the whole trip until I took my car to a professional. I could have destroyed my engine if I didn’t take it to a mechanic when I arrived to my destination. Will not return

The mechanics and service guys are fun, courteous, and only will perform services needed. They really helped me out with my car and made sure to turn off the service light. It was fast and they recommended some services, but didnt over charge. In fact they gave me a good deal when its a buy one- get one. They even looked at my air filter which needs to be changed and due to my needing a special filter, they ordered one and will be installed within a week which is pretty good considering the Christmas season. Thank you Bryan, Adrien, and Josh for helping me keep my car in great shape.

My car battery died while waiting for an oil change. One employee came to my assistance cleaning the gunk off my battery & getting me going again. The oil service was fast & efficient. I got a couple extras--under no pressure from the sales associate. Was on my way quickly.

The guys were very friendly and gave me a discount because I also let them talk me into every upgrade and option possible...it was the first time getting oil and everything checked with my new-to-me truck. It ended up being quite hefty but the assurance that I’m starting with a clean slate is comforting. They were throughout and quick-paced, would easily recommend to anyone wanting to spoil their vehicle to ensure it’s available when you really need it!

These guys are always friendly and professional. I am confident every time I take my vehicle to them that they will take care of me. In fact, the last time I was there I thought I needed a transmission flush ($115 value). They checked the transmission and told me I didnt need one yet. Really quick and Professional wasnt sure if they were going to be able restart my system in a mercedes but was 110% I do recommend these guys and the price was alot better that I was expecting.

Guys really not up to par! Assistant manager had to come back and fix things and help out on simple things on an oil change even had to show how to work a machine in the process of an oil change which will have you iffy about your brand new car

Been coming here for years . I moved to Portland. The store in Tigard isnt even near as good as the one in Springfield. They do everything any other lube shop will but no pressure and their honest. Every time. If you like the job to be done right and at a great price . Come to Springfield Express Lube.

I had my transmission fluid flushed here for 120$. After double checking the transmission fluid on the dipstick it looks dirty and not new like transmission fluid should look so dont think it it was properly flushed. Also it was filled too high. Wouldnt recommend for transmission fluid flushes. Very friendly and fast service though!

Ive been going here for a long time almost always great service. Last couple times a had a small issue but this last time they told me had couple lights out but never offered to fix or write on bill statement after I left and looked at statement also found it said oil leak. NOPE I have no oil leak. Bottom line always a different guy working, always says oil leak but not one, not consistent with how they check things have argued about tire pressure even though stamped on vehicle.Im not happy enough to return

I have been bringing all three of my vehicles to this place for the past two years. Today, they lost my business. I brought a car in that has been in three times, but today they decided they would refuse to service my car due to an oil leak that they knew about each other time I came in, but today they decided that was why they would refuse me service. Yep, same car, same exact thing, but today just no. Mind you nothing had changed since my last service with them. No biggie, the guys down the street had no problem taking my money, and I will now bring all my vehicles to the other guys. I recommend you go in earlier in the day if you dont want to be turned away. I normally go in first thing in the morning, but later in the day they sing a different time.

They always check everything for me.

I did not expect a service like this ever in the auto industry. Fast, professional, clear communication. Ill be back.

I have been a customer for a long time. I feel assured that they will always do a great job. The guys are welcoming and respectful. Because of their diligence and attention to detail I saved a bunch of money last year. They pointed out a problem and luckily, my car was still under warranty for a short period of time, so the repairs and labor were covered. I really appreciate that. Its also nice to be able to sit in my car while the servicing is done!

I had bought a used vehicle some months back and took her in to get the oil changed. They went over the whole car and got her in tip top shape! Even changed my back reverse light! They were personable, gave great advise and walked through everything they were doing. It was a great experience! Fastest oil change I ever received. If there are no cars in the bay, you simply pull in and don’t even have to get out of your car. I was in and out and no more than 10 minutes. Probably closed to 5 minutes actually.

I dont really enjoy getting my oil changed because of the time it usually takes. However, Springfield express lube had me in and out in under 15 minutes. That included everything from checking my lights, cleaning and changing my oil, washing my windshield and checking my tire pressure. Definitely would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
