Called to ask about renting. Was asked if I was looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom. I said 1 or 2 and was asked to schedule a tour. After I asked if I could submit an application I was told they couldnt accept an application because all their apartments were being renovated. Now if I dont know if they just didnt like the sound of my voice or what? But why try to schedule a veiwing if youre not leasing?SOMETHING FISHY GOING ON

The Arches apartment complex is a very cozy intimate place to live. I actually lived in this same complex over ten years ago and decided to come back. I have never had a problem while living here. Sarah (asst manager) is wonderful!! She is quick to respond to any issues or concerns. I have had the pleasure to meet Elizabeth (portfolio manager) and she has always done her best to make sure everything is running smoothly at the apartment complex.They are a great team.I will definitely refer this complex to all my family & friends.

Disappointed that my car was towed right in front of me at the apartments I have lived in for almost a year. Last night the tow truck came at 2:30 am to take my car. I called the tow truck company, Big State Wreckers, to explain to them I live at the apartments and they didn’t care. I also called management and they didn’t seem to care either. I don’t understand why they would do that to their residents who pay rent! Moreover, I had to pay $240 out of pocket to get my car out. When I arrived I told them the car had a permit and it was in the car. They stated that the driver has seen my car before with a permit and I asked them why did he tow it then? I then told them I saw him take it and turned on the alarm to show him I lived there and he ignored it and took my care. Management doesn’t care and doesn’t protect their residents. I will move out due to this where they will appreciate me a resident. All management said was it happens all the time to people here, then why have a contract with them?

I lived here for 6 yrs and always felt safe and comfortable. Very affordable and conveniently near North Star mall and the Quarry market. The Manager constantly walks the around and the complex is well kept. I only moved away for a job opportunity but I highly recommend this place.

My mother and i have lived here for about 2 years, and it has been very pleasant, theres rarely any disturbance and hopefully it stays that way and our manger is very nice. They fix things quick the longest has been only a day, i would i definitely recommend if your a family or a couple its safe and quiet we do have a curfew of 10pm

Cute complex that always reminded me of Melrose Place. The management is very friendly and approachable as are the maintenance staff. Great place to live and so conveniently located near highways and shopping areas!

This is a great community with friendly neighbors. Management and maintenance staff are knowledgeable an professional . The staff is always so friendly and always greet you with a smileI personally lived on this property for almost 6 years and moved out a because we wanted to buy our own home. However when my mother in law needed to find a new place to live we quickly referred her to this property because of the great experience we had living here . She currently lives on property and enjoys the community and all the friends she has met living here. This property is conveniently close to down town, HEB and other shopping centers its such a great location.

Maintenance, management, everybody is friendly!!They are renewing the apartments and everything is looking great. I would definitely recommend coming and living over here everybody will treat you great !!

5 stars ! I never experienced any problems. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and the manager Sarah is always available. Friendly neighbors and close to a walk park, mall and shopping areas.
