Place was decent when I first moved in but has progressively gotten worse. The front gate remained open for over a year and a half. This lead to multiple burglaries including my motorcycle FROM MY GARAGE, all four of my visiting brothers car wheels, along with four other vehicles. They used to have a patrol vehicle drive twice a night the first year I moved in but that stopped with the change in management. Soon after is when the break-ins and burglaries increased in occurrence. I guess they valued the cost savings over their residents belongings and safety.Dog feces was constantly in hallways and other common areas (beyond dog park). There were apartments I reported for having feces on the balcony on multiple occasions with no recourse.Health, safety, and security should not be secondary concerns especially for the price and area.The interior of the apartments (at least 1 bedroom) are nice and I like the design but everything else definitely now makes this place unlivable. If the above problems dont concern you then its a decent deal for the location at current prices. I was in building 3 so maybe that was the worst one and the other ones fared better but Im not willing to make that gamble.New update: Good luck trying to get decent contact by phone. Youll be greeted with an automated voice system that makes it difficult to talk with anyone at the office. The system does its best to redirect you to their central office (aka call center). The kicker is they cant even pronounce the name of the apartments correctly.

I have lived here for about a month, and so far I have enjoyed every minute living here. The staff is wonderful, and they are prompt in address issues and concerns. I have had a minimal amount of concerns brought to the staffs attention, and they were quick to address them within 24 hours. I greatly appreciate both Jennifer and Angie at the office along with the other wonderful and welcoming staff. Maintenance has also been prompt and kind in addressing a couple issues I’ve had since being here. The overall effort from staff and management has been a blessing. Lastly, the communication provided by the staff, via email, is thorough and constant to keep all residents up to date regarding updates and fixes on the property.

Best apartment to live in San Antonio.Spacious elevators made my move in hassle free. Front office staff especially jenny is amazing. They make the living in apartment a lot easier. Best apartment I ever lived in San Antonio. The pool is spectacular. The kitchen is best in class. Everything in apartment is of high quality. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Several weeks ago I was on the phone with SPECTRUM. Apparently the person I was speaking with could not hear me. We were both talking very loud. One of my neighbors, to this day I dont know who, thought I was in trouble. The neighbor told the maintenance team I was in trouble. Maintenance called the office, next thing I know two people from the management office where literally banging on my door to see if I was OK. Thanks to my neighbor, maintenance, Serena and Jennifer from the office. Good looking out. That was greatly appreciated. 🌹

It was such a bad apartment complex for the last two years, however since the new management team arrived it has been AMAZING! Angie is incredibly nice, the work orders are done in a day, the contractors are super professional, the emergency orders are done super past. Honestly now i can say it is a luxury complex!!

DO NOT LEASE WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER. WHEN I MOVED IN THEY ACUSSED ME OF NOT PAYING MY MOVE IN FEE BECAUSE THEY MISPLACED MY CHECK. THANK GOD I FOUND MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO MAKE ME PAY AGAIN. THEY ARE SO UNDERSTAFFED, AND UNORGANIZED. I PUT IN A MAINTENACE REQUEST THREE WEEKS AGO ABOUT MY SHOWER BEING OLD AND RUSTY IT SHOOTS WATER OUT ONTO THE WALLS AND FLOOR (EVEN WITH A DOUBLE SHOWER CURTAIN) AND NOTHIG HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT, AND NOONE HAS EVEN CONTACTED ME FOR AN UPDATE. If you want to get your tires stolen or your car broken into this is the best place to seek! Management doesn’t do a single thing to help, not to mention how they have barely fixed ONE gate since we have lived here. I’ve been here since September, the yard is horrible they don’t care to fix the dead plants, grass that needs cutting, hallways are horrible and walls where they promised to clean with the power wash but never cleaned our apartment hallway. DONT live here if you want to feel disappointed with the staff and how they handle things here. Never received a fob to access the gym, nothing. We also got charged for water during the snow storm this month. Tires, theft etc seem to happen often here and while we report it they mention in an email “This happens everywhere”. Very professional. I have to get cameras now to feel safe around my apartment and to Check on mine and my roommates vehicles. So disappointed living here, can’t wait till my lease ends.

I’m glad I read the newest reviews before leasing.common themes that lack in this apartment complex is theft, missing packages and a gate not working which makes no sense as to why they shouldn’t fix it. No wonder the leasing agent looked at me puzzled when I told her they had good reviews. It’s actually reviews from past management. Oh well dodged a bullet.

Thankfully I am about to move out of this apartment. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Gate was broken all year round. Trash everywhere you look. Stolen packages. Non-residents walking in and out because non of the gates are locked. Several cars broken into. Overall, I couldnt be more glad my lease is ending.

I currently live at the Vance and unfortunately, I will not be re-signing my lease after this one is over. Over the past year, there has been a significant decline in the quality of these apartments. Every package that I have had delivered to my apartment has been stolen. I approached the office admin regarding one of the packages, as the online system had stated that it had been delivered and she said that they do not accept packages. Whenever I said Okay, that means it was stolen she was very dismissive, shrugged and said Im sorry. After that, I figured it was a lost cause and have since not approached them regarding other stolen packages due to their lack of sympathy. The back gate door entrance has been open to neighboring Woodstone over the past year. The homeless are constantly cutting through the complex to get over to Woodstone or to the bus stop. It has been a year since I have lived here and feel that the gate issues could have been resolved by now, especially since majority of renters are paying $900+ to rent on this property. Since I live alone, safety is a big priority for me and I do not feel safe staying here anymore. I am hoping that things improve within the next year, but so far it has just gotten increasingly scarier to live here alone. I recommend reading the reviews in the order of newest first, as you can compare them from the previous management company to how the quality has rapidly declined.

BEWARE LOCATORS.I referred a client back in June of 2020 and have not been paid since. I will never be sending a client their way again. Supposedly there was a new manager in place to turn the place around and based off the most RECENT reviews they have not done their job but I would NOT blame her. I would blame their corporate office B & M Management, Cindy Sparks the regional manager has not been able to provide a clear answer as to why I have not been paid. Owners should replace the entire management company as to how unprofessional they treat their vendors and residents. I would never recommend clients apartments under B&M Management.

First thing: I am NOT a resident. I did complete a tour with Jennifer. So I am rating my experience with Costumer service when looking to sign. She was very helpful and sweet. She went above and beyond to help me. She gave me quotes then and there. Very professional and also down to earth. The only reason I did not sign (a close close close close second) was because my first choice apartment that is closer to my work unit became available.

This complex is great, the apartments are nice and management is decent. HOWEVER, they have no package system. The packages get delivered to your door and people will steal them. That’s really my only complaint, for what you pay to live here they need to get some kind of amazon locker or something.

So I was looking for an apartment for me and my pup, found “the Vance” and it looked nice, I mean the pool, gym, and apartment “seemed a bit small” but mainly I was trying to find a good place for me and my puppy checked out the dog park here ( my friend currently just moved here, she has no dogs) and wow there is poop all over this “dog park” not to mention it’s small. Due to this I’m going to look else wear...

This is a cheap management. They feel residents are rent paying people without providing services.Very irresponsible and not supportive and no common sense. They dont solve the work orders, elevators doesnt work, rude behavior, no mask when they talk to residents, no security cams, gate doesnt work.I would rate 0 star unfortunately min is 1. They turn out to be good at the time of leasing but you will be seeing their original behavior once you enter into lease.

Living here has been quite the positive experience. It has all the perks of being quiet neighborhood, gated, maintained complex, close proximity to entertainment/10 highway, and many other amenities. However, as we know management can truly make or break a complex. Yet, the interactions I have had with Jason (the manager of this complex) has made my experience all the better. Anytime I have had an issue or concern I have addressed it with him and had it resolved the same day without any run around. Really because of these reasons alone I would recommend living here to others.

I went over to visit my close friend, and had to park in the visitor center ( which they only have two one outside of the gate and one inside and they only have about fifteen spots for the entire apartment complex which is absurd ) and this is supposed to be a gated apartment complex. But they leave the front gate open. There are absolutely no security cameras, or security. Because of this negligence my car got broken into last night, as well as my friends ( who is a resident at the complex ) and their neighbor. I’m sure there was other cars that got broken into last night. This is not something I should have to worry about when I visit a “luxury gated” apartment. I would never feel comfortable coming here again. And I would not get an apparent here. Management is terrible they will not answer their phone. And this is not the first time something like this has happened here. They have made no effort to improve or ensure safety for their residents.

In fact, I copied + pasted my review in my notes in case this happens again. FYI, I’m pretty sure it’s not legal to tamper with reviews by deleting them **I leave reviews but my patience has worn thin. I will admit, this complex is beautiful and has a lot of amenities, however, what I won’t tolerate are the constant excuses for nobody ever answering the front office phone or even returning your calls back. I’ve reached out over the course of 3 weeks to inquire about a referral that had moved into the unit above me, which brings me to my next complaint.For obvious reasons, nobody wants to go into the front office because they want to keep their distance. Others, like I, hardly have the time to do so because they work 2 jobs.I walked into the office today, 10/08/2020, and was approached and was asked if I needed help. I explained in a calm and frustrated tone, that I found it very ridiculous that nobody every answers the phone and that my calls could not be returned. Before I could even finish, the man immediately had an attitude, which keep in mind, I walked in there frustrated at the SITUATION not the staff working. He responded by cutting me off and saying “well I’ve been the only one here for the last 3 hours.”First off, I didn’t need the attitude. Second off, if you can’t handle a frustrated tenant voicing a simple concern, maybe this line of work isn’t for you.Before I continue, the understaffing of the leasing office is not my issue. I say this, because this excuse is given to me every time I voice my frustrations and concerns about my calls not being answered/returned. While I can understand understaffing can be an issue, I’m not going to continue to accept this as an excuse.In addition to this, I was told when I had moved in, that if I referred someone, that I would have an x amount taken off my rent after the referral has stayed in their unit for 30 days. The person I referred has been a close friend for years and just so happened to move into the unit above mine. There was no explanation that the referral would be void if the tenant I referred took advantage of the move in special. IN FACT, the lady helping my friend said 3 TIMES that I would get it applied to my rent after her 30 days and even wrote my name and unit down, according to my friend.When I went into the office today to double check that it would be applied before my next months rent was due, I was then told by the lady that since my friend took advantage of the move in special, that it voided the referral bonus I’d get applied to my rent.As I stated previously, this was NEVER MENTIONED to me nor my close friend. When I asked what would be done to accommodate me for the obvious inconvenience, I was told “sorry, there’s nothing we can do.”If you are looking to move into a new apartment, be sure to filter the reviews to most recent. Almost all the recent reviews have 1 star. Do yourself a favor, and please search elsewhere unless you like poor communication and horrible customer service.It would be nice for a higher up to reach out to me in regards to this issue, but I’m lucky if the front office even answers their phone. Ridiculous.

I’m at the point where idk what to do anymore. We’ve had 2 leaks in our apartment since we have moved in and have called maintenance many times- no issue resolved. The pipe from the sink to dishwasher is always leaking all over the kitchen causing a very nasty poop smell. The shower has a leak from the roof. We have lived here for almost 3 months- and have complained since the second day we moved in. Front office stated they will put in tickets and again here we are with nothing done. Very ridiculous..a very bad situation to be in- this smell is very bad to consume.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.. I chose the Vance because of the elevators and saw how clean it was when they took me on the tour but WHAT A MISTAKE!! THE ELEVATOR HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 8 DAYS NOW!!! Im left with no option but to complain to the city and possibly the fire marshals due to all the flammable material left in the trash room and hallways..do NOT rent here!

Going on 2 months trying to get pest control to our apt. Last week at least I got confirmation that I’ll get serviced on Tuesday 9, but yet again no one has turned up. Whoever is the manager can you please contact me, I’ve sent many emails. I’ve already bought another can of roach spray. These roaches and other bugs are slowly spreading to the bedroom & living room. They are already in the bathroom! Please don’t make me have to escalate this to the owner or someone higher. Again I believe I deserve some type of credit applied to my bill. This is really really inconvenient and unprofessional.

My truck was broken into last night inside the complex it was more than likely because the gate is broken and has been for some time now and the side gate is broke as well letting anyone who wants to walk in here be able to. Besides my truck being broken into everyone in the office is so horrible especially Sarah. The elevators are always not working and maintenance takes forever to fix things and this is before covid too. For as much money as you pay to live here it is definitely not worth it!

The front gate for vehicles has been broken for months now and the pedestrian gate has never had any sort of lock on it. Random people walk in and walk around and steal packages from your door and also use the swimming pool then leave back across the street to the other apartments and now once AGAIN..THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN IN THE MAIN BUILDING AND NO ONE THERE DOES ANYTHING TO HELP..I have 2 young children that I have to carry up to the 4th floor..try doing that with groceries..STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

PARENTS DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS LIVE HERE!! Terrible terrible experience with these apartments. I have NEVER felt safe here this complex does ZERO for our safety. The gate in front that is supposed to be for our security has not been fixed and have gotten my car broken into MULTIPLE times. I’ve let them know everytime it has happened and they have done nothing to fix it. They said they wouldn’t fix it until amenities are open again but it’s been broken way before COVID. Shows how much they care about how safety/security. It’s all for show.

These dirty mattresses that a previous resident left about 6 weeks ago are STILL in the hallway on the 3rd floor in the same building as the leasing office. The same building with the elevator that is always BROKEN!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! The elevator worked for TWO DAYS after not working for THIRTEEN DAYS . it worked for the 9th and 10th of September and now ITS BROKEN AGAIN!! DOOO NOOOOT REEENNNT HEERREEE!!!!

I imagine I would have a higher rating for Triomphe if I actually lived there - both the property and the units themselves seem rather nice. So nice, actually, that I wanted to live there. A suitable apartment was found, an application was filled out, and a deposit was left - but two days later I receive a call from the leasing agent informing me that the apartment I left a deposit for was apparently no longer available.As it was explained to me by Amy, the current tenant had already provided his notice to move out and then after promising the apartment to someone else (me), Triomphe decided to allow the tenant to remain. Their solution was to offer me a different apartment, in a worse location, on the first floor only (not an option for me) for the same price. Worse yet, as someone who is trying to find a place in San Antonio for when they move there in 2 months, I am not in a position to go back out there to look at other units without hours of driving.My circumstances and rigidity certainly wouldnt apply to everyone. And mistakes happen and I cannot personally fault any of the individuals involved here. But at the same time I would strongly discourage anyone from leasing or looking into Triomphe as I feel they are untrustworthy - the intent to mislead is immaterial. And while nothing is set in stone until a lease is signed, is that really the kind of attitude you want from the management of where you will be living? The if you didnt get it in writing it didnt happen type of relationship?Ironically, though, this was all in writing - but it doesnt matter. To their credit, however, Amy told me that they would not be attempting to cash the application fees or deposit. Although considering it was all for an apartment that was never available...its not a lot of credit.

The ladies at the front were very helpful and understanding. Being a young adult, moving to a big city for work is a little rough. They made me feel like I am at home! The apartments are so nice and welcoming. I had other choices but I made the best decision. They are family oriented with activities monthly, as well as dog friendly!

The elevator thats right behind the leasing office is broken AGAIN!!! the management pretends not to see it..ALL the staff here needs to be FIRED!!! There is trash everywhere and abandoned cars sitting in the parking lot..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

I’m current tenant living in this apartment, unfortunately I have to give a low rate at this moment, I have been living here for the past 14 months, at first everything was great and I was happy about the customer service I was having when Amber was working at the office, any problem I had it was solved without any issue, about 5 or so months ago I have been having issues with my water bill coming double of the amount that I was paying for the first 9 months, I contacted the office and management about and they send maintenance 2 or 3 times to check if I have any leak and I did not, I have been trying to get an answer with them every since then about why my water bill has been high and they can’t give me an explanation, they said that that’s what the meter showed but yet they have not show me the meter when I requested, I live In home with two kids and my highest bill was no more than $35 to $40 for the first 9 months, my kids and I are out of the apartments at least 10 hrs at day and 3 out of 4 weekends at month we are out of town, since the weekend before spring break my kids have been out of tans me at home about 2 to 3 days and yet my bill came back high again. so I don’t understand why my bill has gotten over $70 almost $80 on water, what has changed from the first 9 months to now? I’m not the only one who has complained about this situation but I believed im one of the ones who has not gotten an answer, I have had bad responses from customer service I also have been asking to speak to Jason and I haven’t got an answer, I have emailed him as well about other situations and not respond, unfortunately they don’t have a good communication with the tenants unless you shows up at the office and give them attitude, I also realized that on my lease I signed for a valet trash addendum for $28 at month and they have been charging me $35 I have been calling to get an answer for the last 2 weeks and no one from management has return my calls. The apartments are nice and well taken care of, unfortunately some of our neighbors that have pets doesn’t take care of the building and is understandable that maintenance sometimes can’t keep it up. My disappointment is more towards management since they don’t respond to your concerns unless you face to face them and at the end everything remains the same since they don’t give you any solutions is more likely to take it or leave it. I have posted so many comments on the portal we have where we paid the rent online and all of my post has been denied by management, they don’t like for others to see your complaints but yet they don’t do anything to help you. Let’s see if through this review I get an answer from them.

I just moved in a week ago after a last minute switch from another community. So far my experience has been very refreshing. I was fortunate to find a perfect fit in plan and take advantage of a good deal that made this place an incredible value for the quality and location of this property. The design is beautiful and honestly, much more impressive in person- in fact, I didnt like the look from the photos online which is why I didnt consider it in the first place. I have the 692 A-1 and it has ample cabinets, closet and storage- a huge garden tub (bigger than any I have seen), tall shower head and cabinets (important to me because I am 6 tall), granite counters and vinyl plank floors. Elevator access is great and the gym and pool areas are beautiful.Another note- while searching for an apartment, I contacted at least 10 communities- out of these maybe 1/3 did I have a pleasant experience with the leasing professional. At Triomphe, the ladies Ive worked with have been professional, happy, well groomed and eager to help. To compliment them even more, they were in the middle of an office transition which I know is very stressful and still managed to be positive and eager to help.The reasons I did not give a 5 star is that the apartment needed a bit of attention in cleaning and maintenance upon move in as well as a small debacle with access to the apartment upon moving in- however, most everything was addressed with in 48 hours.Also, the property is a situated across two streets and the gate accesses are pretty awkward in the building I lease. It is in a somewhat isolated section with very limited parking. It is a very tight balance of finding parking near the building, but there is parking available with some walking required. It is fine for now as the weather is very pleasant but I am nervous about the rough days. There are garages available for lease and that is definitely something to consider if you are looking at a unit in an area with limited parking around the building.

Ive lived here going on 6 months now. The office staff have always been really friendly and helpful. Now that I am experiencing a maintenance emergency I am left completely in the dark. A water main leak leaving sewage from the sink, cabinetry, and dishwasher is completely unacceptable when calling for emergency services going on 3 hours (it is nearly 11pm). My apartment smells like sewage (poop water) and it is all over my rug, the edge of their carpet, my utensils, the island, the kitchen ground. I am left to clean this up by myself ruining my shower towels trying to contain this mess.It started with a toilet that was clogged. That was taken care of wonderfully. The following day everything else started going downhill. Maintenance came into my unit twice around 9 am and left it messier than it was at the start. Twice leaving saying little more than by with interpretations that the problem was fixed. Twice I ran down the stairs to call them back to the unit insisting the drainage is terribly backed up and nothing was fixed.After returning to the office twice more, once at 2pm and the last just before 5pm, I was told someone would be out in the morning. Things are much worse now than at 5pm. My first call to the emergency number was around 8:15pm. Again, it is now 11pm and I am terribly displeased.Im currently sitting on the balcony of my apartment in the hot 88F June night, 11pm, sweating because I would rather here, outside, than indoors with AC and the foul smell of feces.I have called emergency services x5, messaged four staff personel, and posted on the community board to see if anyone is able to help me.This is a terribly poor situation to be in.--I will gladly update this post when I am responded to about my current emergency.UPDATES:WEDSNEDAY(the following day): around 9am a gentleman came and sprayed a very strong, nice smelling, solution. He also left an OmniDry mini air mover to dry the carpet.-The smell is still persistent though not as bad with the competing sprayed solution.-I went to the office and had an office member other than maintenance finally assess the situation. He mentioned tomorrow morning someone will be able to fix the drainage problem.THURSDAY morning I had to maintenance staff bring an Auger to fix the plumbing.-I am very happy to see the sink and under the sink cleaned after they left.-My dishwasher is still full of regurgitated waste water.-Unfortunately, EVERYTHING smells aweful; much worse than it ever has before. Maybe whatever they were able to get out? It smells like someone left invisible vomit all over, everywhere. The smell now is seeping through into my room.*I left a voicemail with the front office. I hope they are able to fix both problems (Primarily the smell! Dishwasher too). I really dont like having to follow up about every detail (QUEUING). I wish maintenance would check every listed complaint and fix it during one trip. I also wish the front office would call me after tasks were done so I didnt have to post on a public form to get live feedback from them.**I wonder how the wood cabinetry will do after being soaked in regurgitated waste water for more than 48hours? I hope now residual smells. Smells are honestly the worst part about this whole process.___My initial review was 1/5 stars.Current review 4/5 stars.After 1wk to repair the plumbing and cleaning the carpets, everything works again and the smell is gone. My runner in the kitchen does has lasting spots which I do not expect will come out.I will continue to review the property. There are both things I enjoy and wish were better, as is life. I am very happy to have the sewage flooding resolved and resume using my kitchen without excess food waste.

Super formerly staff and good rates for the area. My leasing agent, Crystal, was really helpful. I had lots of questions about the location and fees. She worked with me to find the best rate which ended up lower than the original quote. Excited to move in and enjoy the gorgeous pool! I suggest checking this place out next time you are looking.

I have lived at what is now the Vance for the better part of two years now, it has become a lovely place to call home. Initially when it was still referred to as the Triomphe I had rather poor opinions of management, having lived at the Residences at La Cantera prior to this I was used to being a Friend and Neighbor to the team there and sadly found that things were largely only business here at the time. Since its Transition to the Vance I find that the team does wonders; Jason and Sarah have done an amazing job revitalizing management. They have gone a long way to making this place feel like home and letting us know that we have people to rely on when things go sideways. The maintenance team also deserves a shout out as time and time again they have been there to assist with repairs (no matter how serious) with little notice. There are two gyms located across the premises of which I make frequent use and several pools and other amenities for entertaining guests. You would do well to consider making the Vance your home as well, here is to another two years!

I love the space that is available in most of the 2 bedroom floor plans, the reasonable cost, the location, and the amenities. They really cannot be beat as far as places in close proximity to my place of work.

In a word: Wow! So great to find a new, modern apartment complex in such a centrally located busy area and close to the highway. I searched and walked through many, many top locations, only disappointed in the end by how old and out-dated other places have become. I love the landscape with so much space for safe walking around. I like the ability to workout on the premises, too, in a well-kept classy facility. The parking is great, been too many other places with difficult, hard to find, street or parallel parking. I never worry about safety or my car or about the other tenants. It gives a great peace of mind for a busy professional, in and out a lot. I am not one to entertain guests much, but with such a gorgeous, beautiful place, now I will be! It is a very satisfying choice and makes a great joy to come home to... I love it!

Although they forgot to clean my apartment prior to move in, (they didnt send anyone despite my messages) I absolutely love the complex. All the ladies in the front office are extremely friendly, Amy in particular. I would highly recommend to look for her when interested in leasing, you will definitely be in great hands! Horrible customer service experience. My fiancée and I were looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, we went several times (4 exactly). First time they couldn’t show us due to the rain which I guess is understandable due to liability purposes but the way in which we were told sounded very condescending. Second time they were closed, third time we went their whole system was failing and there was only one person in the office so she said she couldn’t leave it unattended to show us, the fourth time I went by myself and Amy was just rude, didn’t seem like she wanted to show me anything, I asked her to give me a new quote she couldn’t because the system was still down I asked her for an estimate and she rolled her eyes. Truly glad we will not be signing here, be warned!

However, the fact is that the property is in a very nice neighborhood with really nice amenities. Additionally, the staff is friendly and genuinely try to help you by going an extra mile. I really like Taylor as she helped me a lot. I will be moving in to the apartment that is newly built on Nov 28 2016. I love the layout of this 1 bedroom apartment. I searched through maybe 30 complexes before deciding on this one because of the details and layout. The pool area is also beautiful. Amy was very helpful as well - very timely and personable. I was worried these apartments would be out of my price range, but specials it work out perfectly. I viewed these new apartment homes today, and I have to say I am very IMPRESSED!! It has the modern look everyone seems to be going for these days with valet trash, pet park and pet grooming center in the works. Awesome! However, the best feature in my opinion is the elevator! I absolutely dread moving, so to have an elevator assist me with the process instead of treading several staircases, is a win!

Do NOT give this apartment complex your business. I was a resident here for 1 year and no improvements have been made. Their upfront staff is rude and unaccommodating. When trying to move out we set an appointment with them for 2( the time THEY set) They acknowledged that we were here for the 2’clock appointment yet still made us wait after other couples who had no appointment with them.

When I walked into the leasing office I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Crystal and she showed me all their current apt layouts and gave me time to browse and look over the options before asking me if I wanted further information and providing me with their current specials and offering me a tour. After the tour I immediately fell in love with the amount of customer service I saw her providing to the current tenants and thought to myself this is the place for me. I had a very bad experience at another property in town and had to look elsewhere for another apartment to call home. The staff at Triomphe are second to none. The apartments are all very nice with great modern amenities. The community is very pleasant and close to both I-10, 1604 and great shopping all near by. I have been in contact with this place since they first showed us a unit which we loved! Turns out it was the incorrect unit after we found out by looking into our Vance account and calling the apt complex and asking them why they changed our unit! One of the leasing agents “mistakenly” showed us the wrong unit. After reading so many reviews I’m shocked that the situation I am in, has been happening to others. I have been wanting them to help us a fix a problem that THEY caused, but all they say is “either take it or don’t” pretty much. So rude & unhelpful! If your planning on leasing one think twice.

Rojji is a top notch leasing professional! She is more than willing to give her honest assessment of how furniture would fit in the different floor plans. She provides the Pros/Cons. She also gives her insight on the different views each unit would have. The floor plan layouts of these apartments is unique to San Antonio. I have never seen these kind of layouts in SA. I have seen these layouts in the Dallas Design District and Dallas Uptown areas. The property owners are from Dallas and brought these layout designs to SA. These are a must see.

This new community is AWESOME, the landscape is top notch. The pool is resort style and the patios and grounds give you a downtown loft fee to the community. The staff is more than friendly and charming and caters to their tenants. Its so new that major perk is being the first person to ever live in my personal unit. I liked the interior, 24/7 access to the gym pool and lounge. Most importantly the service orders were processed rather quickly. Close to work and many other stores. Recently leasedOnly, for the lack of better word, negative I discovered was the noise from the Huebner road. But, that too because I am a little sensitive to sound/noise and this should only be an issue with the units facing the road in Building 1 and for people who are noise sensitive even with not too loud sounds.Rest of the complex is quiet and beautiful.

Got the tour Saturday and I liked the area and the outside look of the place. Very bright and inviting and Alayah was patient and relaxed while giving me information about the apartment. The pool is obviously amazing, but the entrances and exits to the complex were simple and easy to navigate. When I went inside it was nice. The apartment had things that were must haves for me in there and the feel was great as I walked around. In all things there can be improvements but I find that for what I was shown and what Im going to pay this has all the right attributes. Made the decision to live here the same day. I am excited to move-in in the coming months.

Upscale apartments with great amenities and a really lovely pool. There is a nice (Starbucks) coffee bar, small club house type setting and a pool table for the residents use. The pool does get super dirty with cans, cigarette butts, other trash and the pool needs more frequent chemical treatment; however this seems to be an issue with disrespectful residents rather than a management/complex issue.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They took their time showing us different floor plans and took our best interest into consideration. The apartments themselves are beautiful and luxurious. The location itself and privacy is incredible. My husband and I cannot wait to move in!
