I love living here. All the BLVD staff is like family and the amenities are in good condition.I get my maintenance requests served within an acceptable time based on the urgency.Great location for shopping, dining and schools (plus you have a lot of Hospitals in the area).Good job BLVD Team.

The property is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The management is wonderful, and goes out of their way to help. Celeste was an absolute dream to work with and made sure to get things HANDLED during the application process. Our move was stressful and this apartment was our first sign of hope and safety and I cant speak more highly of Celestes professionality and kindness.The unit has a washer and dryer included, the bathroom and closet is spacious and the living layout is perfect. The storage outside has a separate lock and the patio is perfectly sized. Even our dogs are happier here--their pet rates are also competitive with the market and the most reasonable we saw during our search for a new place. So far maintenance has also been kind and efficient. There are so many families here, and seeing kids play safely outside and laugh has been an absolute joy to see.

I have stayed here for 3 years and it was wonderful stay for me and my family. its wonderful community with plenty of amenities and friendly management and maintenance team. Especially Freddy from maintenance team was a great help, he is always ready to help for the maintenance activity and resolve in timely manner and Ada from leasing office is very kind and helping for any queries. I was fortunate enough to be here and would be looking forward if get chance to stay again, thank you BLVD !!

I’ve been here since 2016. Haven’t had an issue. Haven’t had a regret. I was fortunate enough to be here during a transition of staff and maintenance. I can honestly say that it was for the BETTER! Ada, Nathaniel & Celeste are true genuine people whom care about the residents, always understanding but do in fact lay down the law when necessary. Last but not least, my boys in maintenance, Roy, Fredy, and Jessie, have been TOP NOTCH in ensuring all maintenance request were not only done correctly but in a timely manner, also while communicating, giving advice on how we can prevent issues going forward and working together. By far THE BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM I’ve been privileged to have by my side. Thank you BLVD!

Great apartment complex. The leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Stellar maintenance team! Everything is fixed in a timely manner.My only issue are the roaches. My experience may differ from others. There will be times throughout the year that I’ll see them more often and times when I don’t. Sometimes it’s one or two, sometimes it’s multiple in one day. Mostly in the kitchen, but I’ve seen them in every room at least once. Oddly enough I see multiple during my last few weeks here.

I would give 0 if I had an option. Management people talks very disrespectful to their customers. They are not even ready to listen tenants problems. I have been living here more than an year never got polite answer. My last dial to them was more worse and rude. Is it nice to listen ‘Don’t call us’ answer from a property managers? Very very rude management.

Worst apts ever! Roaches everywhere worst pest control ever do not stay here!! Roaches are everywhere no matter how many times you clean they are so many of them! I will never come back here since the first week we were here they had a roach problem. Wasp problem. Stay far away from them!!

The leasing process was very smooth thanks to Celeste, and I truly think this apartment is the best bang for your buck. The unit came with beautiful stainless steel appliances, including a brand new stove. The bathroom is very spacious. Everything looks very modern. There are many families living here, so it feels very safe and friendly! I also made a maintenance request. Maintenance came the very next morning and resolved the issue.Edit- after living here for about 9 months, I do have a few things to add. While I do appreciate a safe and family-orientated community, there are constantly people and children walking in the center of the parking lots throughout the day and night. You constantly have to dodge people. Additionally, children scream outside of my door and kick their soccer ball on my door/wall. I can hear screaming and conversations from inside my living room clear as day, very frequently. The office staff also never answers the phone. I’ve called on numerous occasions and never get a call back. However, the office manger is very quick to respond to emails. The gates have not functioned for 95% of the time I’ve lived here. However, they have gotten them up and running numerous times, yet the keypads have failed to work. However, this most recent time they have started using them again, the keypad does work. Hopefully it lasts. As stated above, the inside of the apartments nice, maintenance always responds super quickly, the valet trash service is good, and the apartments are a pretty good bang for you buck.

Want to give 0 stars if possible. May be one of the worst apartment community or the worst community in San Antonio. Roaches all over the apartment no matter how clean you try to keep your apartment. Even if you complain several times, the community does an insane job at pest control. This morning someone broke into my car breaking both my passenger side windows and when I tell this to the management, they are least concerned and say that it could happen anywhere and they will not do anything to increase the security. There is a broken fence and the front gates never work (dont know why they call it a gated residence), asked regarding that and they say that they are working on it which is hilarious as the broken fence was there since last 1 year or even more and the front gates havent been repaired since the last 2-3 months (and there is a problem every few months after they are repaired). HOW MANY YEARS DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A FENCE! ANNOYING LIVING in this community.

Amazing community to live in.. a great sense of safety is something you would have always while living in this community.. staff is really nice and helpful.. Specially Ada their, she is very polite, professional and helpful there .. Maintenance requests are resolved very promptly..we had very good time and experience with the services was also great.I won’t hesitate to recommend someone to live in this great Community..

This is a great place to call home especially when you are away from home :) Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with THE BLVD at Medical Center.Living in this community has always been a positive experience. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and what I really like is its very near to the all essential shopping places, the School is right opposite to the community, also this place is a easy commute to travel in buses. It also offers amenities that most communities do not like Kids Play Area, Dog Park, Washer, Dryer, a fully equipped Gym which is rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely.Talking about the staffs here, they have been fantastic. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The Manager is very kind and good person, I recently had an issue but the way he handled it was very polite and professional. My leasing consultant Ada, she is the reason for me to come back to this community again She followed up with me regularly and ensured that we had the home we wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to our needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. Ada has always been a great help and youll be in great hands if you work with her.I would leave the spotlight to be shined on Roy and Fred (Entire Maintenance Team), they are friendly, polite and professional. I want to show gratitude and give a big thanks to the hard working team that is in front of the line caring for all families here at the community during the Covid19 Pandemic - I have no words. We lived in this apartment for five years and in the same unit, had very good time. One of the best stay i would say, from leasing to maintenance all the team members where friendly and never had any complaints. We had to leave because of our visa issues otherwise 6th year renewal was on our cards.

Good Community and maintenance services with swimming pool, gym and play area for kids. best for family with kids.small Gym with inadequate facilities for athlete training.

Good community to stay

Have been living in this community since 2013 and I love this community. Maintenance team (Freddy, Roy & Jessie) were extremely friendly and helpful. Exceptional service from these three guys who is making this apartment more convenient for everyone.

Blvd is a great residential apartment with an effective management team and an equally reliable support staff. Every morning you can see the team diligently clean the complex and ensure it’s rag free. Special appreciation to Fredy & Roy who emulate a lot of empathy towards the residents and provide almost immediate assistance to our daily concerns.Cheers and keep up the great show!!!

Good afternoon,Not had one problem with these apartments. Many can say some reviews of other leasing apartments are fake. I can assure you that this review is real. Like any other situation, things get broken. BUT these apartment fix the issue ASAP. One example, we had a problem with the AC. It completely broke yesterday. Today I have a new AC system. mind you, it has not been 24 hrs. This is why Ive stayed with them for about 2 years now. Completely satisfied.

Throughout my application process the Leasing Staff made it so easy by keeping me updated constantly throughout the process. Very thorough which I greatly appreciated. Since I have moved in the office staff is always prompt & professional when it comes to any questions I may have...it feels as though they always have or make the time for you as a resident...even if they are in the middle of something they either try to help right then & there or get right back with you asap! I am glad I made the decision to make the Blvd @ Medical my new home! Thank you Julie, Raven & the entire staff!

I have been a resident of boulevard for the past two years, and contrary to many of the reviews here, I find this apartment increasingly peaceful. All the appliances are new and in very good condition and the maintenance guys are so quick to resolve any issues that come up. Great and attentive staff who are always available during business hours and also on weekends. Special shoutout to Mr.Roy and Mr.Fred who work so relentlessly to serve the community. The Landscaping and swimming pool are well maintained and a huge play area for kids to play around. To my surprise, this is the most well-lit apartment you can find around. Adore my lovely home and most importantly, love the community, the staff, and the management who has always treated us as family !

It is with pleasure I write about the present management team at The BLVD at Medical Center gated community. A good understanding and the friendly nature of the staff at the Leasing Center helps residents seek their assistance for any issues within the community. A highly able and very efficient Maintenance Team, give us the assurance that issues within the apartment would be attended to very promptly. The community is well maintained and the round-the-clock fitness center is a big advantage. The washer / dryer facilities located inside each apartment is not something one finds at other apartments in the neighborhood. The recently completed Pest Control and Treatment across the community was a very welcome initiative. The repair and painting work has definitely given a face lift for the apartments and once completed would definitely beautify the look of the entire community. I have been a resident for 3 plus years. I was going to move after my first year lease but new management came in! The new Management Julie and all the staff are the best they treat you like family. I have not had any problems that they have not resolved in a timely manner. I plan on staying I love the Blvd!!!!

If you want to feel like you’re living in a third world country, then this place is for you. Very disappointed, ceilings are very thin, people upstairs make a ton of noise and you can hear everything. But according to office, this is very normal... not! People walking all over the parking lots, they don’t believe in sidewalks, but we have to live with it because it’s “their culture” . Young children running everywhere.... but....Because things are done “after hours” when staff is gone, there is nothing they can do because they don’t see it. But there are cameras 🤔. Oh and roaches, but I pay a monthly pest control fee...Will not be renewing lease...so ready to get out.So, I just found out I have a balance of $112, plus they are keeping my $695 deposit...mind you... my heat went out on the coldest night of the year in November and had to get a hotel room for my daughter and granddaughter ... all the provided were 2 small space heaters... will you all pay that? Many nights I spent in another location and not my home due to noise upstairs.... you gonna pay my time back for that?They are ridiculous, DO NOT RECOMMENDThey got one star because I didn’t have the zero option

First off, The BLVDs at Medical Center has been taken over by new management, any review prior to the second quarter of 2017 is out of date and really not relevant for this reason. I would name all the staff specifically, but they are ALL glowing examples of kindness, integrity and everything else you could possibly want and expect from your apartment staff, plus more. Theyll take the time to sit down with you and make you feel like youre more than just a tenant, but a person, which means the world coming from a military family and having served myself. Let me rephrase that, thats MANDATORY coming from my background, and they dont fail to live up to even military core values. Maintenance is no less stunning than management, I just recently gave them nine work orders at the same time, close to closing hours, not expecting them to be taken care of for a day or two, when I arrived back home from dinner, all work orders were complete. They are constantly looking to improve the environment and themselves and are super open to constructive criticism. They could care less about whos right, but WHAT is right. The pool looks great and I always get compliments every time I bring anyone to my apartment or to the property. Its a really safe, family oriented location and I have never felt in danger on the premises. If you still have ANY hesitation or doubt, go speak to them yourself and youll soon understand exactly what I mean.

The Management is very incompetent.Especially Ada. She should be fired.I had mail delivered, usps says it was delivered but the front office has no idea where it went and they dont even want to be accountable for it.Ada kept trying to find an excuse and cut the call. Such a disgrace.Please bring some better management in!

I visited the The Blvd at Medical Center a few days ago and I just loved this place. I was very impressed with the office staff. They were very professional and so polite. I am looking forward to moving in a couple of months and love that the location is so close to work.

Office staff is amazing!! Apartments are beautiful and the property is perfectly maintained. Julie (manager) is stern but fair, always willing to help when she can. Ada the leasing agent is a sweetheart. Lease here if you can..you wont be sorry.

This place is perfect for my commute to work! Very friendly staff and clean property. They worked with my schedule to set up a tour and to sign my lease papers. Whenever i have questions they are patient and explain things to me thoroughly. The maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to fix minor/major problems and they do it in a timely manner. I have only been a resident here for 5 months and im already positive i will be renewing my lease.

I will give this apartment two stars but only for the reasons of Ada at the office being sweet and my apartment unit being in a private area of the complex. It lists a gym and business center as one of the amenities, but none of the machines work in the gym, so thats misleading when you look on the website. After talking to another resident that has been here for 7 months, I found out that the gym machines have been broken since he moved in as well. It may not seem like a big deal, but when you are paying for amenities that arent being provided, it sucks! The business center has a broken printer that needs to be replaced as well, but they havent taken any steps o. replacing it. Ada was helpful initially and has been sweet, but I had a very difficult time getting call backs during the leasing process which frustrated me because I never knew what was really going on with the process. The two stars comes from the apartment itself being roomy with new appliances, but I will not renew a lease here. Costs too much for what you get in return.

There was a change in the management in July and it has been a mess ever since, its all sweet talk and trust when you are new or renewing the lease. But, when its a mistake on their end they would never admit their mistake. I went in July when my lease was about to expire and requested to extend by six months. That did not happen, multiple follow ups for extension and they told they had me covered. They started charging me month to month when it was their fault they did not extend my lease. Later they mention that you can take us to court and you have nothing in writing that we agreed upon a new agreement/extension. Why should a mistake on your part make me pay extra. Keep in mind to have everything in writing about lease extensions. Never go by sweet talk. I will never recommend to move in here

The staff is amazing 🤩Maintenance is on the ball taking care of workorders, the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Property is well kept and grounds are clean and enjoyable. I have enjoyed my time here at the Blvd at Medical Center.

Worst maintenance. Lot of roaches. Management treats residents very rudely. Poor response. Always feels like you are in jail. I left this community and I feel so happy now. Not worth for the money. Very expensive to live with roaches. When you leave their Apts they charge you too much even though you do professional cleaning. They will make you pay for their upgrades. I had to pay 700$ Fine for staying 6 months in roaches apartment. Worst experience ever.

Visited this property and it seems like a great place to live! The grounds are well maintained as are the apartments. The staff was very personable, professionaland attentive to everyone who walked in!

I enjoyed my experience . I was looking for an apt for my mom. Raven and Ada were so help ful! The customer service was top notch! I was taken to apts to see the actual floor plans. They were up front about fees. They didnt try to hide anything from me. I had all the info i needed to give to my mom. I will tell others about this property. Thank you for such a great visit!

The apartment changed management sometime during last year and it was my WORST ever experience with a property management company. I would rather live in my car than take an apartment here next time.The management is very irresponsible, reckless and lack human decency which surfaces once you have signed a lease with them.Since Google reviews do not allow zero or negative rating, I graciously award them one star.

I dont want to comment on apartments, i was there just to see the apartments but the lady (Indian) at reception looks like she dont want any more new tenants in the community. Really worst experience ever i received so far in my 5 years of stay in USA different states and cities.

These are my question to the management.1.How do you feel when you hear very loud walking, stomping and jumping noise (some times it is like someone hitting the floor hard) on the roof through out the day and also till 1 AM in the night; I repeat 1 AM each and everyday?2.How to you feel if you see no resolution after expressing your concern about that at least 10 times since last October?3.How do you feel when leasing office personnel is promising that hell talk to the up stair and give you a call back but still you are waiting for that precious call?4.How do you feel when you are living in this type of noisy apartment with your 22 weeks pregnant wife and she is not able to sleep properly till 1 AM every night because of boom-boom-boom noise on the roof?5.How do you feel when you are paying a rent of $1149 for living in such type of apartment?6.How do you feel when you hear racist comments from community manager?Now, you can rate your community.

Nice apartment..But very sad to says.. when I shifted other apartments they charged fine 800$ .. I am really very upset.. So pls chk @ goes here lot of roaches have..One think I have to say they responsed.. But we checkout other apartments they will nt responding deposit amt..we have to follow him. If you want last minute notices, and 100s of possible fees to be hit with. This is the place for you. Also management lies through their teeth. Inconvenience after inconvenience, inspection after inspection, no privacy. The Google ratings speak for themselves. Was happy until mission rock took over.

Appliances are good and apartment community is very nice. But have roaches and bugs in most of the apartments.

Old staff was very much professional and were able to resolve issues. New management is doing nothing. They just show up and never addresses your issue. They are there for time pass. They are not at all helpful.

The society is not the same as it used to be under older management. Trash bins placed next to childrens park area. It has the so called gated entry but the gates were broken and took several weeks to be fixed. The new management just cares about extracting money from residents. Waiting for my lease to end.

The old staff was amazing and very helpful. Now new management took over and they have horrible additudes. They are rude and tell other residents business out in the open, yelling accross the office for everyone to hear. Ive also heard several times, racial comments being yelled accross the office as well. They are quick to move people out but yet their apartments arent even all up to par. Theres huge bugs that kept coming inside because the front and patio doors where uneven, and took me 3 requests to get it done... paperwork on the lease wasnt filled out correctly either. They also offer a website to use but make it almost impossible to use it because the system is down im happy to move out of here and i would advise no one to waste their money on a place like this there are plenty of other NICER and BIGGER apartments in the same area.

Ive seen many bad reviews, however my perception is different, the staff has always been helpful with us, in terms of buildings they have been making many improvements, I love having laundry inside the apartment, maybe you can get an apartment a lower price elsewhere, but for me it supplies all my needs

A decent well maintained apartment

Worst Apartments ever. Roaches everywhere, even after the 4 pesticide attempts to get rid of them. Parking can get ridiculous after 6pm and you may end up on the other end of the complex. Cats are always free roaming the area. There is trash pretty much everywhere in the complex and seems to always smell. The staff is very unfriendly and just asking a question can spark an argument. Not to say that the entire staff is not helpful but more of the managerial positions that it pertains to. Awful mistake coming here and if you are hesitant about moving here, just dont do it. Terrible all around. Privacy is another factor. When you request for maintenance, they barge in your apartment without notice and I was in the shower. Extremely concerning as to how they do this. Just avoid it. Not worth the headache.

Unnecessary cleaning fees has been charged even thought the apartment has been cleaned by professional team.
