Caring and attentive staff. Best food in Central OR. (Thanks, John!!)

I, was recently in Brooks detox let me just say awsome staff they took care of me like family .love them all. I went to the urgent care and tested positive for influenza(flu). I had less than 24 hours left then moving into a sober living. I was told I was being discharged immediately. I ask where do I go? Home? I dont have a home? Something needs to change detoxed off alcohol now have the flu. Not sure who is in charge of this facility but, it could of been handled in a more of a professional manner . If I never went to urgent care today know would of know?

Great staff. Very helpful, great place to be if a person needs help or just to reset their mind. Most importantly, very safe place.

I was a patient at brooks during october 2018 and i am disapointed and have concerns that apply about my patient privacy... Before i was transferred out of brooks one of the staff members released my personal information that i was no longer a patient to my ex mother in law which is in direct contact with my ex husband whom i have a court ordered no contact due to domestic violence. This facility let them know my current address. Which gave the opportunity for them to stalk me and cause me distress and my safety is no longer protected. This facility knew about my personal situation by and after i was released my struggle with my information being released makes me upset and i am now once again very concerned about privacy. Isnt it against the law??

Staff dont communicate at all. Absolutely no confidentiality! When you check in the whole building can hear your diagnosis what medications youre on everything about you. They didnt even charge my insurance before billing me the entire cost. Food is horrible care is horrible dont recommend it to anyone no matter what youre detoxing off of.
