Saved me so much time and effort. I had Gene Benavidez and he was a tremendous help. He set me up to go see an apartment and sent me text updates telling me where to go next. These guys know the apartments and have a direct line to call them. This alone saves you the time/effort of wadding through automated voice systems and being put on hold. I would highly recommend their services. I ended up renting from his top recommendation.
