I have been coming for approximately 1 year and when I have an appointment my what time is less than 10 minutes. My nails always look great and all the people who work there do a great job. I love the creativity of Alexus and Jenn does great lashes. I recommend an appointment so you do not wait. They stay busy and have a wonderful customer service. Beth Kendall

Never had my tips painted with white gel polish and some of my nails are bumpy. Not impressed.

My girlfriend got her nails done here, she wanted a French manicure. The first time they had gotten done they were crooked and uneven. She called the store and asked to speak to someone about her nails. The lady told her that all the needed was filing. She started filing and then got fingernail clippers and some other tool and started pulling them off of her fingers. She will NEVER go there again! The place is also very dirty they don’t wash anything after they use it!!! I’m surprised people haven’t gotten infections from not washing anything!!!

This was the first time We went to this nail salon . My sister, mom and I went to have a girls day . Waited for 30 mins . My nail tech didn’t push my cuticles back, my nails look so tiny and it looks like I already need a fill in and we just got them done yesterday 3/15/2020 . I do not recommend this place at all . The sad thing is there the only ones that open on a Sunday . Lesson learned! I have to make an appointment with another nail salon to fix these god awful things

Great place . I got my face waxed there by Gwen I believe it was, and she did an amazing job! Some places that do waxing dont really pull all the hair out, and they keep going leaving a few patches here and there. Not her she got everything lol! Great job

I went to Lee Nails on Sunday afternoon at 4:30 with a friend. We waited about 30 minutes to get our nails done. We felt that the nail techs were rushing to get our nails done so they could leave at 6:00. One of the techs was talking on her phone while she was doing my nails saying that she couldnt wait to get off work. We would have rather come back another day than be so rushed. I had acrylic nails put on, when I told the nail tech they were too long and too square she ignored me. When I got home I had to cut them down. I would not recommend this nail shop to anyone.

Place was referred. Booked an appointment with Lekesha that wasnt honored waited 40 minutes then she took a friend that walked in. Other techs walked around talking. Ann finally serviced me but I wasnt satisfied with the nails. Visited another salon and had nails fixed...will never patronize or refer anyone to this establishment.

I went here two weeks ago and it was kind of pricey compared to other times i’ve gotten my nails done before. considering I paid a lot more for gel polish this time I would’ve expected a better job because I got the older lady who glued the nails on somewhat crooked then shaped them all different. a few days ago my middle finger popped off and just today two other fingernails popper off. since I got gel polish it was supposed to be glossy but it was only glossy on one hand and it was matt on the other. also gel polish is supposed to last like 3-4 weeks but my gel polish started chipping about 5 days ago. this place as a whole is not a bad place to go as long as you make sure you don’t get the older lady in the back. I went with two other friends and we all had an appointment made and we didn’t get in until 30 minutes after our appointment.

They did a Great job on my nails and they have the best price around

The salon is not clean and they do not clean their tools or pedicure tubs after each use. The woman who did my nails was very rude but I had a pleasant experience with the woman who did my pedicure. Either way will not be back based on cleanliness.

Horrible customer service!!!!! I made an appointment & they took someone else before me. I asked to have my nails soaked off & the lady told me no, she would pop them off because it was quicker for her. I didnt get anything done i got up and left. The first time i went there i had a bad experience as well. The lady was very rude & impatient. I will NEVER go to this salon again.

I have been going to Lee nails for years. Jenny is the tech I use but the others are also good. I will keep going to them.

I went to the black girl named Lex. First let me say she is extremely gorgeous! Second, she is AMAZINGLY TALENTED!!!! The first nail salon messed up my nails and she fixed them and they are perfect!!! LADIES GO TO HER!!!!!

I thought customer service meant something. After going back and forth with the older female technician about keeping my current nails and getting them filled in, but the top now painted white. She suggested that my nails were done and old and needed to be taken off. After leaving, the following business day I called to talk to someone about my unsatisfaction and someone told me to come in and speak to Jenny. Only to come in and the same woman tries to charge me to paint over my nails, mind you I got the white tip. Like really. I wont be back.

It was terrible the girl made my friends nails crooked and ugly. My nails were good on the other hand but the African American girl that did my friends messed them up pretty badly ... don’t go to that girl go to one of the professionals

No greet when i walked in, and waited two hours before leaving bc everyone that walked in sat straight down after ladies were available, i got no explanation for this either... wouldnt even be half a star.

DO NOT GET PINK AND WHITE NAILS FROM HERE!!!! The mixed lady put some kind of stuff on my nails like acrylic and I have been trying to take this off of my nails for 2hrs. I have soaked them in acetone and wipe the and filled them but no hope!!! The nails were terrible to being with and when I told her they werent right she got a attitude and the 1st chair lady TRIED to fix them!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Cheap is the word my nails started breaking 2 days after getting them done also 5 of my 10 nails are bleeding In the nail bed. Never ever coming back!!!

OK, so stop complaining about her asking for your eyebrows done, she does an excellent job and she notices when its needed. Its her job.

The entire city was in Lee nails last week, I took the drive to another town got my manicure pedicure &was back home in no time! We need more nail spots in this town

I was told that wait would be no more than 30 minutes, I finally got started in 45. Tracy at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. My nails look horrible, they are shaped strange, polish is done incorrectly and they are all different lengths. I would never recommend them to anyone and won’t be returning!

I had two nails break. Literally one within hours of getting them filled in and another one today. Got them filled in yesterday....

Walked in and nobody was here to get a service. Waited for 30 minutes and some people walked in... they were taken back before us. Will not be returning here.
