Never again. The owner is rude. Thick nails, does not follow directions and then denies they were given.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did have a small issue, but it was corrected immediately.

Was my first time using this salon . I needed lashes applied and the woman seemed not to know what she was doing and told me the lashes I brought with me to be applied were difficult to apply. I said if they are too difficult, I can go elsewhere but she insisted she could do them . The moment I paid and left this very UNSANITARY & FILTHY SALON, my lashes came off !!! I paid more for my lashes than the application and overall lost 45. 00 . Place needs to be closed as it is terribly dirty inside . Upside was my home is around corner from magic nail but I will never return .

Lady was nice. Place was very clean. For the price love the outcome!

Went to Magic Nail yesterday for their waxing services. Im a regular customer. I spend about $160/month in there. I was having professional Corporate photos done this week and requested for them to do a very subtle natural eyelash extension. It was the first time I had gotten eyelash extensions. The tech used a whole pack on each eye. I look like Im preparing fir a drag show. She showed me one eye when she was done and I immediately told her that I didnt like it and I wanted it removed. She told me that it couldnt be removed for 2 weeks and that the lashes would look different once they had dried. Well they are now irritating my eye and obstructing my vision. I now have to find a way to have them safely removed before I take my pictures. They were not sympathetic to my situation at all. Thats the last time I will be going to Magic Nails.

The first time I went and got a manicure from Magic Nail, I was pleased with the service. My nails were nice and shiny and the staff was friendly. Yesterday, 8/5/18, I had went in and there were several other people there. I didn’t mind waiting, that’s not an issue. Whenever I actually was up for my manicure, the lady cut the cuticles on my left hand properly and then the guy working next to her said something and she shredded through my cuticles on my right hand like it was a race. She cut my nails down all the way with no over hang and proceeded to leave my butched nails helpless as she buffed the top of my nails for 15 seconds. I know she rushed because I know how long it takes to do manicure correctly. It’s a given that i won’t be returning here. I feel bad for everyone else that was also robbed.

Ive been coming to magic nails for years and the service has completely declined every time I come the techs are extremely rude and tell you to get a different tech next time when I simply ask for my nails to be filed a little more. Nail techs dont pay attention to work and cut you.i told him he cut me he stated but did you bleed. And they dont charge the prices listed I was charged 26 for a fill in and 3 finger repair fill-ins are 16 and repair is 7 for 3 fingers.

Love this nail salon, their prices are reasonable for the great work they do. I never had a problem with them only that they stay packed LoL. But great service overall. I wish they would add Mirrored nails to their services.

Been getting my nails, feet and eyebrows done here for years! Always friendly and never had an issue. Salon is always clean and they are efficient

Today 8/10/18 was my first time at Magic Nail (I live in Gastonia) although the place is very clean, prices are reasonable, and there were no customers. But the tech working on my pedicure never talked to me, she hurt the cuticles on my left big toe, then poured alcohol on my hurt cuticles causing them to burn. I told her it burned and no apologies but smiled as she continued to do my deluxe pedicure which was not worth $35. Now my cuticle on said toe is swollen and a little tender feet were not rubbed during pedicure. I hardly ever get pedicures done because of issues like this as a result I WILL NEVER GO TO MAGIC NAIL IN ROCK HILL AGAIN. And they tried to charge another customer one price but quoted a lesser price when she walked in. I wish I could give less than 1 star...DONT GO THERE PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Yesterday was the first day I went there 1/4/2019 and the lady rushed she was hurting my nails really bad but I thought that the pain was going to go away in 1 day but today my nails are hurting. The lady kept on talking to another worker there and pointed at my nails I could tell that she was mad,I am dissapointed and do not recommend for anyone

I came here after going to another salon in the area for a full set (In a little over a week, 3 nails came off) . They were able to repair all of my nails and reshape my nail to the ballerina shape I wanted. I will definitely be back

I have been to magic nails many times but on last visit had very poor service are they under new management 8/3/18. Had mani-pedi-rushed both no scrub on hands just soak and lotion cut cuticles to short made bleed. Got gel polish on fingernails and regular pedicure 50 dollars for what the guy went so fast no time to relax. And poiishef my nails like it was a shortage of polish. Very sparingly. Polish job did not even last a week. Dont spend your money here at magic nails RH. Go somewhere and get the service you pay for and deserve.

They keep my nails looking good. They also do lashes, eyebrows, hair removal, and other services.

Went to get a gel manicure. The girl kept getting polish all over my hand because she was rushing, didnt scrub or massage my hand like you usually have done when you get a manicure and then looked at me and said ok youre done. You shouldnt have an attitude if youre doing mediocre work. Blush, TK, and L.A. nails will continue to be my go to nail salon. Magic nail is trash. They also made a lady wait to get her nails done while 2 of the other techs were sitting on their phone texting with no customers. #garbage

Rushed job and bad service. Spent $80 for nothing. My mother and I will never go here again our nails look horrible.

I dont live in Rock Hill anymore but this was my go-to place for getting my eyebrows waxed when I lived there. I have yet to ever find a better place to have them waxed.

Worest experience I have ever had with a nail salon although I did not get my nails or feet done I got my eye lashes done when she was finished I had two different lengths on each eyes one eye was completely longer than the other had them on 3 days now and they are already falling apart she did everything wrong I hate this place if u wont eye lashes done plz go to Charlotte do not go to magic nails unless u wont to look all crazy seriously
