My best friend and I went and got our nails done this morning. Mani/pedi. I left feeling so happy and relaxed. My nails also look AMAZING😌 will definitely be back!

I was beside myself that they took the time to ask What I wanted, How I wanted it done, and asked if I liked it. And they even offered suggestions. They also said if I didnt like it they could change it with no problem. A+A+A+A+. I was more than thrilled to Not Feel like a number.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I’m here out of town, called and made an appointment for a pink and white set. Ask to please be scheduled with someone familiar with that technique. Get there and wait for 30 for my appointment. Sit down and the lady did the first nail, I already knew it wasn’t going to turn out correctly. She removes it and calls a gentleman over. He sits down does part of 2 nails I tell him I don’t want a thin white line but not a really thick one either. The lady continues and one nail has really thin white tip lines and the others have even thinner white tip lines. I had as much pink acrylic under my nail as I did on the top. She gets her tool out and removed some of it. I tell her it all needs to come out. She removes more but I’m still left with both pink and white acrylic on the underneath of my nail as well as the skin on my hands. I was going to get my eyebrows waxed but after the nail job I decided against that. I’ve already contacted a different nail salon to have these nails soaked off and a new set put on. I’ll NEVER AGAIN return to this salon. If I could have given minusstars I would have.

Appointment only & so worth it. I’ve been coming here for a few months now & they’re by far the best nail salon in Pensacola. Everyone is super talented & friendly. I’m a barista & avid gym goer but my nails always last! Get in while you can because they’re booked!

Look no more guys, Elan Nail Bar is it. I normally dont post reviews but this was worth it.Vincent and Kim has always provided a 5 star customer experience. Vincent has always made conversation and makes me fell like a long time friend. While Kim, let me tell you honey........ her pedicure massages are off the charts, I fall asleep every single time.Ive tried a few places around Rock Hill for the past 4 years but this is by far my favorite. Im in Rock Hill for business purposes. Searched for salons near hotel, Elan was closest, had decent reviews, was open and accepting same day appointments. Prices are comparable to what I pay in my hometown. I had wonderful experience, mani / pedi looks good. Staff first rate, professional, caring, beautiful salon. I recommend!

The shop was so beautiful and Vincent did such a great job on my nails, he did exactly what I asked for. I just wish there were more people to help with phone calls, walk-ins, customers having questions, etc. because Vincent had to get up every 5 min to help out those tasks and it made me feel like I wasn’t a priority as a client. But like I said, Vincent is super talented and did an amazing job on my nails. I will definitely be coming back to only him every time I’m back in town. Thank you Vincent!!

1st time at this place. They were still at their old location with their original business name of Todays Nails in the door. Kind of confusing. The new location is right next door and still under construction. They dont post all their prices so be prepared. Also, I had an appointment and had to wait. They dont pay attention to their schedule nor to your online request. Wasnt offered a beverage as posted on their chalk sign on the sidewalk and didnt feel the pampered experience that I was hoping for. Felt like an assembly line. All I got was a basic gel mani pedi it was $833 days later... 2 stars to 3 starsWhen back because my gel nails started to chip.1. Was offered a drink2. Fixed my nails.3. Mentioned that he saw my Google review.3. Explained the prices.4. Apologized and made things better.Up for a 2nd try.

Went for a pedicure, waited 20 minutes post appointment time. Pedicure wasnice so I decided to go back for a full set today.It was rushed. The nail tech kept checking his phone. Rushed through the whole process. Never offered a drink.Nails are glued more to my skin than to my nail. The nails are not consistent with lengths. The nail polish is not smooth. The finish is lumpy. Looks more like I attempted applying it myself.Just disappointed with each experience and the finished product considering the price I paid. The goal was more throughput of clients than quality.

I went on their website to book an appointment. The website did not say anything about them being closed on Sunday. It allowed me to book an appointment and select a technician. Then I got a confirmation text of my appointment. I went to the business at my scheduled time and there was nobody there. A sign on the door saying we are temporarily closed on Sunday. I have no problem with them being open whatever days they are. My problem is that their website should not allow you to schedule an appointment on a day and time that they are closed. This is the second time I have scheduled an online appointment with this business. The first time, I sat for greater than an hour past my appointment time. So what’s the point of making an appointment? I ended up today going to a different salon nearby (Trendy Nail Bar) and got great service. Trendy gained a customer. Elan lost one.

This was my first time coming to this salon. I made an appointment with Talasia for 6, however I don’t think she was available or her client before me ran over time so Eva came over to help out. I just needed a fill in and my eyebrows waxed and being that I have never been there before who did it didn’t really matter as I was unfamiliar with everyone anyway. Eva was very professional and she fixed every mistake the last salon made with no problem. My eyebrows are naturally thick but at the front but kinda thin at the ends and she still managed to keep them at a decent thickness that I’m comfortable with! I will definitely be returning and requesting Eva again!

I decided to call today to see if they could fit me in as a walk in and they could! I only waited 30 minutes so I would definitely recommend an appointment. Tuyen did my pedicure and my manicure and she paid close attention to detail and was super sanitary. I told (what I assume is the owner?) that it was my first time and I’ve seen the great reviews on Facebook. He came towards the end of my service and asked how everything was and if I was enjoying my time there. I’ll be back but with an appointment this time.

The best of the best in the area. High quality nails, super clean, always accommodating. I enjoy the complimentary refreshments also. I have had my nails done by multiple techs and have been happy with all of them. I’m the woman that changes her nail shape, color, design, and mind every visit and they always accommodate my wishes. The pedicures are FANTASTIC and rival upscale spas-get the upgraded pedicure YOU WONT BE SORRY! This is my go to nail salon and I’m very picky!

Very nice! I noticed that every customer was acknowledged as they walked in, definitely a plus! I had a great experience at ELAN NAIL BAR. The person who did my pedicure was Alex, and my pedicure was the Mint CBD. The best part is the massage! Ive never had such a thorough massage before; absolutely amazing. Ill definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my family & friends.

I’ve been here 3 times my first time was amazing but the last 2 were alright but the nail quality isn’t. I went on the 2nd of June to get my nails done and had to go back the week after 😂, I decided to give them another chance because I like the service but my nail broke again … 5 days after getting them “fixed”.😂 I paid around $115 the 1st time I got my nails done, the second time I paid around $200 and the third time I went to get my nail fixed I got a discount which i appreciate but if I’m paying this kind of money I expect good quality ! I won’t be wasting my money here for a while.🤷🏻‍♀️

This salon was amazing 🤩 I had Vincent (Nguyen) and he was impeccable, thorough, and fit me in on a busy Friday for a full set gel mani and pedi. He was friendly and personable and I will definitely recommend him to friends and be back. I showed him an Instagram photo and he recreated the design and personalized it. He get a 10/10.

Truly horrified by these nails😟. first time ever getting my nails done, so excited. i asked for a gel polish, just gel. he suggested putting a fake nail on and clipping it since my natural nail was so short. and charged me 45 for these ugly nails🤨. i just asked for gel polish bruh😭! went home and soaked my nails in acetone😣.

I dont mean to speak poorly about Elan. The place is gorgeous inside, very clean. The staff is very nice. The pedicure was great. The problem I have is with the gel nail polish. It comes in a prepackaged 2-bottle set, similar to what Ive seen at beauty stores. Ive been getting gel nails are other salons for years because they dont chip, and they last me 2-3 weeks before theyve grown out and need to be updated. I got these done on a Saturday. 2 days later 2 nails were chipped. I went back in and they fixed. Those nails, a week later are chipped again, as well as 5 other nails (so most of my nails). Peeling and chipping. I know they also do the dip style, which may last longer, but I havent tried at this location. All I know is buyer beware if asking for gel. Ill go back to other salons for gel, when needed. Again, I cannot comment on anything other than the gel, but if youre used to them lasting and not chipping, go elsewhere. Otherwise, the pedicure looks nice and is holding up well.

I visited the salon for the first time for a acrylic fill-in and I received excellent service from Katie! I was wowed with her skills and her customer service. Katie did an amazing job shaping my nails ( which is VERY important to me), hand painted beautiful Christmas designs on them, and I didn’t get cut by the drill or file!My overall experience was awesome! I highly recommend this place for your nail care needs! I will gladly travel from Charlotte, NC to get great service every time.

I came to the grand opening and it was phenomenal from the time I walked in the door. They had amazing customer service and the staff were so fun and friendly. Lucas did an outstanding job on my nails, 10/10 would recommend! Not to mention before leaving they gifted us a goodie bag as a thank you! I will definitely be visiting again!

I was here visiting and came across this nail salon, I was beyond pleased with my services and how my nails came out. Vincent did my nails and was very kind, detailed and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I recently chipped(whole corner) my big toe and he has it looking perfect! I wish they were closer to Atlanta so I could come bi-weekly!

My gel nails came out perfect & my eyebrows too! Everyone was so nice & professional! The atmosphere was positive & comfortable. I’ll most definitely be back again.

I went with 4 other girls and 3/4 of them turned out good but my nails were absolutely terrible. They were acrylics and they left gaps, they were WAY too thick. I don’t even know how you leave a gap in acrylic nails. I don’t have words to describe how bad they look and I have prom on Saturday. I won’t be returning.

My sister and I came here to get our nails done. Vincent and Alex did our manicures and my nails havent looked this good in a long time!!! They offered mimosas and the aesthetic is clean and modern. Truly a wonderful spa experience. They started the manicure with a collagen lotion gloves on the hands and followed by my first dip powder nail experience. They made me and sister feel very comfortable and we walked out with truly gorgeous nails!! 10/10 would come back again!

This place is terrible . If you make an appointment you wait 40+ mins . If you don’t make an appointment you still wait . Time management is terrible at this salon . They project an upscale experience but they do not deliver .

I decided to commute from Charlotte to Rock hill a few days ago to try out Élan since I been hearing a lot of positive feedbacks from people, I came on a wrong time, it was super busy, I had a coffin shape with a bunch of swirl designs. I forgot his name but he was professional and seem very knowledgeable about the dip manicure service. I loved the outcome !!Everyone was friendly and offered me drinks. I will for sure be back !!!!! ☺️

Vincent is amazing I was referred to him and this was my second time seeing him and he has gone above and beyond both times plus my nails lasted without any problems a full 4 weeks.!

Talasia was very professional and did a great job on my pedi. Vincent came over to ask her the same question twice and was very rude to her. It was none of my business but I have worked in customer service and I know certain things and certain tones should not be said/used in front of a customer. I’ll go back but I will only schedule with Talasia.

I booked an appointment online with Vincent. When I arrived I also saw that they had a 15% off deal so I decided to get gel polish on my toes. My overall experience was great and I love my nails. When I got home I noticed that my toes were not up to my satisfaction. I sent a message to Elan Nail Bar on Facebook and explained my grievances. They replied back in a timely manner and let me know I could come back and get them fixed. When I walked into Elan Nail Bar today Vincent smiling and courteous and he got right on fixing my toes. They look awesome I will be visiting this establishment again soon. I can really appreciate them being super nice and accommodating.

On second visit the technician was rushing and cut my finger. No compensation was given. My nail chipped 3 days later. When I came in for a repair, I was told the gel polish had been put on too thick and not allowed to dry properly.On third visit I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and didn’t get the technician I requested, nor the type of manicure I requested, just basic one with gel. Gel polish was inconsistent as it was light in some areas and dark in others. Nail chipped 2 days later, which I’ve never had a problem with till I came here.On fourth and LAST time I had a 9:30 appointment. Place didn’t open till 9:40 because everyone was running late. Sat down for my manicure and was first told that Kim, the person my appointment was with, no longer worked here. Then another person said she only does feet, yet I was able to make an appointment for a mani/pedi with her online. Technician takes my gel polish off, then tries to go straight to painting them. When I ask if he was going to do a manicure, he ask me, “You want manicure?” Ummm, yes that was what my appointment was for and what Katie told you. I was so aggravated I just said forget it and went to get my pedicure.Drying station counter was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. I smudged a toe and they just painted over spot instead of re-doing. When I checked out no “I’m so sorry you weren’t happy” or anything just “That will be $75.” Unbelievable!

This has been my go to place! HOWEVER today i made my appointment for 5pm for 2 pedicures and Arrived to be told its a additional half hour l!! I told her i had a appointment the new receptionist AND I say new cause i have never seen her, she tells me that if you dont arrive by appointment time they take someone else I was completely confused cause it was 5pm and my appointment was 5 pm. I wont be coming here again I will find a new salon. This is completely unprofessional!!!

First time I went it was AMAZING 🤩, but the second time wasn’t good. He was rough filing my nails and I had to come bck later on. The fill in was bad bc a fewDays later, my nails were breaking and the polish was peeling. I feel like they treat u better if u make an appointment, but I won’t be going bck. They charge too much for the poor quality.

I will say the new management has incorporated a new modern touch to the place and I can see the transition into the newer trends. Vincent is my nail tech of choice and he is also the new owner. I usually go to this salon for a pedicure and I am always happy with the outcome. I decided to go to a salon in Ballantyne- Charlotte and received a horrible S&S nail job. I went here and they treated me so well. They soaked off the bad S&S and redone them. They look wonderful now. I will choose this salon over a more expensive salon in Charlotte any day!!
