The absolute best! They know their stuff and everyone is amazing. Best foot therapy ever!

We used to love coming here however after the last two experiences we will not be back. A few months ago we came and my friend ended up with an infection in her finger from one of the techs cutting her and she had to go to urgent care. Last Saturday we had appointments at 1:30 for 4 gel manicures and pedicures. We waited 30 minutes before we were taken back to the pedicure chairs. After finally being sat they only started on one of four of us. I waited over 30 minutes before someone had to put more hot water in my chair since my water was cold. They then sat down another family of 4 and started working on them before even starting on everyone else in my group. After being there over an hour someone finally started on me. We had originally asked for their high end pedicures. By the time they got to me the girl was half way through before she even asked what type of pedicure I wanted. At that point I was so irritated I just asked for their basic. They finally moved us to the nail bar. They didn’t file my nails properly or cut or push down my cuticles. We were there for over 3 hours and not once we an apology issued. When I went to check out they tried to charge me for the high end pedicure and manicure and I had to correct them. 4 days later and all of my gel polish on my nails are chipping and peeling off, including one finger that completely peeled off. Will never go back or recommend to anyone. Their poor time management skills and quality of work has really changed.

I have been visiting iColor nail bar in Rock Hill since I happened upon them right when they opened. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, relaxing environment, kind and helpful employees, and great services they offer.I get a gel manicure every couple of weeks and just got my first (ever in life) pedicure today... and loved it. I suggest trying NHU, one of the technicians there. She is so helpful, and I have never left without being perfectly satisfied.

Where do I begin!? I couldn’t even tell you the amount of times my nails have been complimented in the year I’ve been going to this iColor. Nhu is the sweetest and most talented Nail Tech I have ever had. Her attention to detail matches my OCD lol. My grandma even goes here now (if that tells you anything). The amount of color options is unlimited with more than plenty to pick from. The level of service this salon provides is unmatched and I am a forever client. If you’re debating if you should try this salon, the answer is yes a hundred times over.

She took her time to make sure everything was perfect!! Im so satisfied with the service.. carried on a conversation like she knew me already! I hate I didnt get her name, but it may have been Taylor since everything she was using said taylor!!

Staff is always kind and put so much effort into a smooth traffic flow. They try to stay on schedule much as possible and keep you informed of any unexpected changes or delays. Tracy and Tina are good nail techs.

Great service, prices seem fair, cheaper than other places imo. Pretty good selection of polish colors and decent customer policies for covid.

I have not had a bad visit yet! Each time I come in Im greeted nicely and sat quickly. Ive had a few artists and each time was better than imagined. My nails look better than the pin I showed them to begin with. Also the prices are PERFECT. So clean, so pretty, so nice. Best place in Rock Hill!

Great service, the lady that did my wifes feet and nails was nice and talk to us like we have known each other from a previous visit. Really great place to get anything done. I received a lower tier service but it was still wonderful. Stop by if you get a chance

This place is more focused on offering you something to drink rather than provide good nail service. My nails broke two days after getting them done.

I went in with a ugly green color and terrible design done by another nail salon. They took me in within no time and repainted my gel nails in a timely manner while taking their time to make sure I liked the way they looked. I never had nails that looked this good. Thank you so much!! I love them!

I have been here twice and now and while I will say they are very nice, ive not been satisfied with my services. The first time I came in I asked for an acrylic soak off and new set. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time I asked if I should come back and they said no and got started on me. First she tried to pry my old acrylics off and I had to very quickly say no and remind the lady I wanted my nails soaked off safely. After they were removed she simply put gel polish on my nails instead of doing a full set, but by that time I had already been there an hour so I didnt say anything. Afterwards I had to ask for cuticle oil. The second time I came here I had the gel polish soaked off and got SNS. My nails are now VERY thick and they didn’t separate out the powder and dipped my finger straight into the jar (unsanitary). I also have a small cut on my finger from the girl filing my nails too roughly, though she did apologize. Overall I wont be back after these two pretty poor experiences.

They didnt great job. I had gels done for my daughters and they turned out great. When they came off there wasnt any damage to their nails. i will definitely be back.

Worst experience of my life! Appointment at 5:30pm, I went in, picked my color and was told they’re behind and to come back at 6:15pm. Came back at 6:15pm and waited an additional 10 minutes then put to soak my feet for more than 30 minutes while I supposedly waited for the nail tech to finish. I got up, took my feet out of the water and left which didn’t bother anyone.

My nail technician was wonderful. This was my second time and they are prompt, professional and overall a pleasant experience.

Tracy did such a wonderful job. I had acrylics from a different nail salon, which was a bad idea.The other salons staff was very rude, inconsiderate and rushed to get my nails done, so they turned out sloppy. I came here to take off the acrylics and add SNS. Tracy made sure to ask me what I wanted before assuming, unlike the other salon. She was very professional, along with other staff members. This is now my go to nail bar!

My mom and I got manicure gel changes and they did AWESOME! The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I am definitely coming back, Bihn did a great job. Thank you!

I stopped by iColor Nail Bar in Rock Hill today on a whim. I was so impressed! Someone greeted me at the door and took me right away .... no wait. 🤩 My technician was Kevin, He did a great job 🙌🏼and took his time! I honestly have no complaints. The facility was very clean and even in COVID terms. Everyone was polite and wore PPE’s. I highly recommend this nail salon!
