First, we rented a $500.00 piece of machinery it was delivered 3 HOURS late with a dead battery, FLAT TIRE, and the rental was for 24 hours.... When we called to insure they didnt pick it up until the full rental time... And they picked it up early.APPARENTLY CONTRACT MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE. Never again shoty rentals, no adherence to contacts or general integrity.....

They take care of their machines and the reasonable priced and reliable when a machine breaks down you call them and they will come right out and fix it

No frills, and none needed. I called the day before - they had what I wanted, suggested a time to avoid the crowd right at opening, gave me a quick refresher course when I picked it up, and had me in and out at both pick up and return. Exactly what you want when renting equipment.

Future reference, make reservations for running items to give the mechanic time to go over them beforehand. Just to speed up the rental process. They always go over them before sending anything out.
