At this location is always a long wait. Even when checking-in online I still waited over 20 minutes. I was charged $21 for the same exact thing I get every time when at other locations they only charged me 10. It would be nice if all locations for on the same page

Well I give three stars because. They were quick to get us in . It was my sons first hair cut. They didnt have a book to select a style or anything. I didnt really care for his hair cut so much though. I buzzed it 2 days later.

Fast professional service! We were here from out of town for a wedding and we were able to find a sports clips and get done asap. We will be back if we are here! Thank you so much.

Friendly, knowledgeable stylists. Especially Angel who did an outstanding job on my hair. Shes the 2nd person to ever cut my hair, outside of my older brother, in almost 30yrs. I took a chance and it was a success! Angel did just as good as my veteran stylist brother. But we wont mention it to him. 🤐 Very clean facility and plenty of sports to watch and chit chat with the girls. Very comfortable environment. I will be downloading the app and return for future cuts. One last thing I have learned throughout the years is the best way to get the exact cut you desire, bring a photo or two.

They are really great stylists. My son will definitely go there again. The hair pomade is awesome.

Minus their check in services, I really enjoy this place. Granted thats really not a reflection on this place, because its more of a corporation issue..... Anyways, everyone there is super friendly. Sierra is awesome and knows what shes doing. I would recommend this place and will continue using their services.

My wife went to get her hair cut there yesterday and the cut was so off (5-6 inches too short) that she has been extremely upset since she got home. Its not that the cut is bad, it just isnt what she asked for.The manager contacted us in an attempt to make things right. My wife and I very much appreciate their forthright business practices. We think what happened to her was just a one off, and not enough to steer others away from this location. When you go, just make sure you use all your words ;)

So I tried this place out not knowing they market to men... while I was waiting I had to google if they cut women’s hair! Lol.... It said they do so I decided to try it out. Sasha cut my hair and did an amazing job!!! I will so go back!!

Location was VERY clean. We were immediately greeted, & given help to get registered via computer. The cut was quick & well done (for a 10yr old). Thank you Sport Clips for making Benjamins day 👍

I have never been to this business before. The stylist was very nice and informative however some young man sitting in the lobby was telling me to not be rude. I looked at him and I stated You dont know me, I was not rude Just asking questions about the process and I did not like there procedures and thanked the stylist and left. I really think the young man is related somehow to the stylist. I have heard good things about this business and it started by me having to come in to answer questions since no one was answering the phones. Their online app showed 3 people there and there was only one.

Had the best haircut from the manager lady! Highly recommend! She stayed open later for my man to give him a haircut.

I went to get a haircut today and I ask for a finger length on top and a 2 on the sides and the lady just snapped on the 2 (and said it was a 5). Just started shaving my head. Never going here again!

Switched to them from Super Cuts and never had a bad experience. Always super friendly, super clean with the virus and they do a good job on cutting the hair and the MVP is a little pricy but WELL WORTH IT!!! Who doesnt love a massage chair, hot face towel and a little face and scalp massage. Done a very good job keeping us safe from the virus and will be coming back! Thank you guys!

They got me in quickly as a walkin and my stylist was very attentive and made certain I liked my haircut before I left. This is my go to place for my hair..hands down.

Im not bashing anyone, but when Paige left, so did I. She was the most professional manager that had super gals helping her! I just lost interest in going back knowing that she wasnt there anymore. She went totally out of her way to do what it took to make customers happy! But, I also know that she had no time for people that acted totally stupid...I happened to observe a few of those times. But even then, she still treated the customer with respect.

Walked in, was greeted promptly, first time in so I got a free upgrade! (sweet) haircut, wash, massage, hot towel what more can ya want. Inquired about a package special and they even told me to wait a few days for the Father’s Day special they will be having to save even more. Honesty is hard to come by, and they didn’t have to tell me about the upcoming promotion. Highly recommend this location. Also ask about the Father’s Day deal that’s coming out it’s sweet!

Filled out all the online requirements and was given a time to arrive for my anticipated time. I sat for nearly 25 minutes before someone finally spoke to me. They said my stylist went to lunch and i could wait for only another 15 minutes. Very poor customer service.After response from owner; This is what should happen when things dont go right. Someone should care. Though I did not email for an offer, I am happy they will be providing training for their team. Soon I will delete this post. No business should continue to suffer with a poor review long after they have taken steps to correct an issue.

Overcharged :1. charged for mvp package, only received haircut, shampoo *no conditioner* and face towel)2. when the computer put in my returning customer discount, she said it was the wrong price and changed it to full price.Quality of cut:1. Asked for fade on sides, got one size all the way up, looking like a mayo jar.2. Asked to trim up back and sides, leaving top length. She suggested cutting top length, I replied maybe adding some layering but its clearly the main part of my hair cut and style. I left with barely any length at all on top, maybe an inch. Cut it all. With a completely new un asked for, Ill fitting slicked back style that would maybe work on someone with a completely different shaped head. No clue where she got the idea for this cut as we never talked about it...but it really accents the worst parts of my hair and seems blatantly uneven, sadly I dont want to book another barber to fix until it grows since any less and its a buzz cut. Ill just wear a hat for now. Luckily with the virus going around, I can stay at home while it grows back into something manageable.So in closing, if youre looking for:-34 bucks spent on services you dont ask for or receive-45 minute wait with only one other person there (no there werent any online check ins, that was just the wait with us 2 there)-discount shadyness....-a terrible haircut that is not at all, what you asked for/ discussed / or a style that fits you in the slightest.- a tube fade that makes your girlfriend think you belong in the fridge next to the ketchupThis could be the place for you. But for me the search for a decent freaking haircut in Eugene continues. Owners, instead of offering anything, please just offer the name of a good barber to fix this. When I take my 15 and 13 year old boys into Sport Clips, I always leave with two happy guys. The atmosphere is awesome with tvs everywhere you sit, always with sports on. The ladies have always been assertive, friendly, helpful and, no matter what, listened to what my boys want done exactly. Had a discussion with them before they start cutting and the entire time they sit in their chair about what they want. Every time they have given them both exactly what they wanted. The actually smile when we leave and NEVER want me to take them anywhere else. They have even waited for up to a month for a haircut if my schedule was too conflicted with the store hours. The only complaint... Stay open at least one day a week later than 6 pm. Customers for life!😉

Well I had the best experience having my hair cut at Sport Clips and the woman who cut my hair her name is Laura she was very professional and very great at customer service and very helpful with cutting my hair. I have never met any other stylist treat my so good as Laura did I have recommended her and sport clips to some of my Male coworkers if they are looking for a great hair cut.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Paid $20 and it looks like it was $5. Asked for a Feaux Hawk from Laura... was given a bad crew cut. She told me wasnt good with mens hair halfway through.......Even though it is a mens haircut place. Had to have Melissa help make it look a little better. Worst haircut ever!

I had a great experience with this barber shop vs the many I have been to in the past. To be honest I have been in unsatisfied up until discovering sport clips in Eugene. They are a ways to travel from where I live in Springfield. However being how good they treated me and my kids I will definitely make the drive every time my boys need their hair cut.i have zero complaints.

My then 2 year old was traumatized from another place that rushed through the haircut and hes been scared ever since. My brother recommended Sport clips, so I brought in my now 3 year old, and the stylist took her time with my son. Listened to him when he said no, and treated him like a human with boundaries rather than a job to do quickly. I am confident that she got him over his fear of haircuts because she talked to him and gained his trust and asked for permission to comb and cut and waited for him to say yes before beginning. Thats job dedication right there.

If i could leave zero stars i world. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I sat there and made my appointment as a walk in and was told 25 minutes. We sit and watch out time progressively get longer and our wait even longer. After sitting there 1hr and 20mn and the board now said 1hr 45mn wait i walked out. Its complete Bull S#&@ that someone can go online and make a appointment and skip ahead of someone that walks in and makes a appointment. I will never ever ever try them again. All that over a 2yr olds haircut would have taken 15 minutes.
