I like this salon. So many in the area have old chairs that dont work well. I care about the massage portion of a pedi. The chair at this salon worked well. It didnt seem worn out. B did a really good job. He is service oriented and cares about doing a good job.

I went here with my Mom and two sisters on a Sunday and we were treated wonderfully. We made a reservation so they were ready for us when we had arrived. All four of the people working with us were funny, personable, and very professional. Our pedicures were amazing and the massage part was wonderful. We will be returning to see all of the staff and having many more sister and mom dates here. 😁

I love that this place is open on Sunday. Sometimes it works out that it’s the only day i can go to get my nails done. I tried this place a couple weeks ago and was very pleased with how my nails looked and the price. I went again today and again was impressed. Everyone in there so so nice and welcoming! This is definitely my new go to nail place! I highly recommend!

My first time going here my nails looked okay but it was very thin and flimsy. I broke 2 nails in less than a week. I came back to get my nail fixed and the lady rushed on it and it came out fat and crooked😡 I’m never coming back... waste of money!

My go to nail place! By far the most friendly personable group of artists I have ever had. K, Jan, and the whole family does amazing work. They’ll remember how you like your nails, recommend colors that they know you like, will change colors if you aren’t feeling what you picked (without hesitation) and make sure you love what you’re paying for. No extra charge for multiple colors (which I love). And are just all around caring and they truly care when they ask how your day has been! Love them!

They are super friendly and kind!!!! They make you feel welcomed and me and my sister in law got our toes done she asked it the in side of my toe hurt because oh a blister and made sure it was taken care of.

I overall had a good experience except I paid $45 for my nails and one fell off within 4 days. When I got it replaced they did a horrible job on it. It is crooked and he didnt paint the top of it. I probably wont go back. The only thing I did care for was that they were open later than most places and they have a vent system so the place doesnt suffocate you will smells.

They took their time on my pedicure and it felt amazing!

The man who did my nails took the time to make sure they were perfect and that I was comfortable. Everybody who worked they made sure to speak to everybody in the building and followed covid guidelines. This is my favorite nail look over ever gotten and will absolutely go back!!

Ive tried to go get a Mani- Pedi twice there, both times the lady there literally seemed annoyed just by my presence and asked what I wanted done, then turned me away because they had too many people right now and couldnt do it... But both times I could see that there were people free to do a Mani- pedi.Smh I am african american, and most of the clients there seem to be older and caucasian, which is fine. Even though both experiences were embarrassing, to say the least; Im glad they turned me away instead of taking my money and doing a poor job, or giving poor service. Ill just go to B&K nails tomorrow which has Great Customer Service and Does A GREAT job on my nails everytime😊#LessonLearned --

I had a great experience until it was time to pay and my card was charged an extra $21! I called and called and called and the rudeness of the person on the phone had me wanting to go to jail! I will not return and I’m disputing the charge!

Jen is the best and really takes her time on my feet. The atmosphere is nice and friendly. They offer wine, soda and water. Eco friendly and no strong chemical smell, no mask needed.

The staff was nice and professional but the lady that did my pedicure did a horrible job. My feet still feel the way they did beforehand...rough! I’ve had pedicures before and each time my feet was baby soft. All in all, I basically paid $25 for my feet to be washed and polished.

This place is beautiful, the workers are very nice and are extremely professional. They speak English and dont speak any other languages while you are getting your nails done. They make conversation with you, making you feel comfortable and welcome. Very professional!!!

My whole experience here was bad. Annie was very rude to a young girl that didnt like her nails. She talked down to her and talked about her to her coworkers and other customers while the girl just sat there looking upset. I started to walk out then and I should have, because I am also not happy with my nails. The guy did a horrible job, they are thick and uneven and cracking at the tips. He took a super long time to do my nails and rushed me out before my polish was fully dry and the polish chipped the same night. I should probably go back to have them fix it, but I dont feel comfortable after seeing how other people have been treated for doing so. He has also made comments in the past about being able to tell that I havent gotten a pedicure in a very long time and it was gonna be a workout to do my feet. I have nice feet naturally, I always get compliments on them, so I definitely found that unprofessional and insulting. I dont like the way that they treat people here and most of the people who have done my nails dont do a good job. I do have to shout McKenzie who did a wonderful job on my feet and has always been pleasant. I hope she eventually ends up at a better salon. I wont be returning here and I suggest that no one else does either.

Terrible service, i set an appointment for 11 o’clock am & as soon as i got there they got started on my nails but i didn’t leave until 1:30. My nails look awful & it took him that long & the only reason i didn’t get them fixed is because i had to be to work at 2 pm. I had one good experience with them which made me come back but this second time was really bad. I came to get a refund & they told me no & that they can re do it. I didn’t want them re done i wanted my money & the older lady argued with me & told me no refund. & there is no sign or policy that says they can’t do refunds so I’m very upset. !! Never will i ever come back the customer service is always good but the quality of my nails are just awful & the older lady is very rude.

The gentleman who did my nails was very nice but wow they’ve never looked worse. I came in for a full set and he convinced me to do an over lay instead. No problem. But they. Look. Horrible. My cuticles were massacred to put it lightly. Bloody sore and unsightly. I’ve had my nails done for 15 years and they’ve never looked worse. I pointed out the issue while there and he had 3 different excuses. All while my cuticles were bleeding. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Went here with my wife and we both got deluxe pedicures. It was my first time but she has had them a lot. We both loved it. They were all so nice and made us good and comfortable. My feet have never been soft! Cant wait to go back.

Friendly and nails always done how I want them and professionally. Only place Ill go to. Also affordable. The vents build in the building are great too so you dont drown in the smell of acetone like some shops.

Got my nails done here this past Saturday, it was very fast service for a Saturday, but now I know why. I got an Acrylic Gel Fill-in and my nails are lumpy, my thumb nail broke off the next day. I am just very sad that I wasted money and time over here honestly.

A friend purchased an expensive gift from this place in the 24th of June 2016 as a birthday gift. We called two days later to explain the problem.. The friend went to the wrong place We called The Establishment Magnolia Nail and Spa in Rock Hill SC and they refused to give us our money back. I explained that this was a gift and that we could not afford to lose the money that they were an hour and a half from our house and I am not going to travel to get my nails done, I explained I wanted a spa treatment from my Magnolia Spa in Fort Mills and that it was a mistake purchase. I was told too bad I am sorry he made a mistake you are not getting your money back. I cried I begged I explained, she said too bad he made a mistake it is not our problem.We found no return policy, and no business sense nor compassion. So they stole the $150 from us. Dont go to this place. I give them a zero. Bad place

HORRIBLE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The customer service is good but when you have a person in training make sure you are there to guide that person!! Nobody would help!!The student was nice and wanted to learn. Nail polish change GONE WRONG!!! I cancel my manicure I was afraid to get it done!! 😦

The people are great the price is wonderful you dont feel like you walked out played. I went and got a full in two broke nails and toes painted 28$ now when I go to my other place I paid 40 for just a fill in no broke nails and no toes. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I Love this nail salon. Everyone is so nice and the service is excellent!

I walked in expecting to get a fill in. Lady asked me want I wanted done I told her a fill in and she flat out told me that she didnt have anytime to do my nails. There was only one person ahead of me at the time. If I ever go back there again it will be my very last resort.
