I payed 50$ for a pedicure and it didnt come with any type of lotion or any moisturizer for my feet! I thought that was crazy, and they dont speak english!

Lee good at fixing me ingrown toenails and my fungus. really gets in there. got to see spiderman today, he was shorter than I expected but he saved me from my ingrown toenail, they raised that boy right.

They was very friendly and gave me what I wanted. Very pleased with the service I got.

I went to get my nails done. I got mood change polish. The color was super thin to where you could see my real nail under the color. When I told her I didnt like the fact you could see my real nail under the gel. Her response was its not my fault its the color you choose. She had no intrest in fixing the problem or hearing me out. She just cut me off and keep blaming the product. I recommend the man not the woman in this shop. Very disappointed!

The first time they did my nails they were beautiful! But when I went back for a fill-in and gel polish it was awful and bumpy. And I had both the woman and man try and fix it. The gel polish started chipping the next day. Went back and got it fixed.....and it still chipped again. It was also a comment on here that says gelNails chip.....they’re not suppose to. And I would know because I am a nail tech. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. Just was not happy with the services I paid for the second time.

Friendly and nice staff. Love the lady owner. Shes great. I only allow her to do my nails or eyebrows. Wait time can be long. Best to make an appointment. Conveniently located. Reasonably priced services.

I have been going to Today Nails for 14 years.. Tina is the Only person I will let wax my eyebrows..

Would not recommend getting gel polish here. I got my nails done on Thursday (they were not painted correctly so I asked her to repaint them). She put another coat of polish over top of gel finisher, nails were bulky. On Sunday of the same week the whole gel nail polish came off nail. I took a picture with the time and date on the iPhone to show owner. When I returned from vacation I went back to the shop and the owner said it is nothing he could do because “gel polish peels”. Waste of money !

I was skeptical about trying this place out because of all of the negative reviews, but I decided to give them a try anyway. Overall, they were pretty good. The employees were nice and the service was satisfactory.My full set was done right under an hour. The shaping is a little off on a couple of the nails, but I still love them!I believe only one of the technicians knew how to do eyebrows and since she was with a client, I had to wait about half an hour after my nails being done to get my eyebrows waxed. Other than those two minor issues, my first experience with them was nice.

Nice people but horrible at doing nails. The old lady did horrible on my nails. They were all different shapes and sizes. She did not take her time. I told her twice that I didnt like them but she still continued to do my nails. I will NEVER go back again!

Great customer service and the older lady did a great job with my gel polish and pedicure.

I got holographic polish on Wednesday and by Saturday the paint was chipping. Paying is never an issue but they never own their work! They’re rude and customer service is terrible! Even if i would have gotten $5 off for a repolish i would have been satisfied. They don’t greet you as they should. Just poor service for somewhere I’m spending my money. I will not return

HORRIBLE!!!! I only wanted my two big toe nails, cut down, they have acyclic on them due to one of them being stubbed and my whole nail fell off. The guy said he would not do that, that I would have to get a whole pedicure done, with polish change. Why, when all of my other toes looked fine, and I just got them done a week ago. Basically he was just trying to get extra money for no reason. When I walked in with my husband and our two year old, obviously I didnt have time to get all of that done. Hes greedy, would never go here again, oh and this was my first time ever walking in here.

Rude service. I was the first one in with just a nail repair. She took another client that came in after me & told me to wait because another employee was eating. Their two bad ass kids runs around touching customers. They never say anything to their kids. Rude. The lady was done eating just peeping up front. Save your money & go to VIP Nails!

I love the way Lee do my eyebrows I dont get my nails done here anymore the old lady cant do nails and the wait is unbearable.

I got a full set and eyebrow wax. I had to ask to have my nails to be filled all the same size and had to ask repeatedly to have my polish corrected after the lady who was going them kept putting a top coat on my nails that had random pieces of glitter in it. Instead of redoing the polish she just painted over the glitter and didnt put any more top coat on the nail afterwards. I had to ask another person in there to remove the excessive amount of polish around my cuticles and on my fingers. To make things worse, I was asked to pay for my manicure half way through it and no one else was asked to pay half way through their services(as if I would run out without paying). I would never go again.

Very good service. Pedicure was wonderful, relaxing, lasted a long time. Cant wait to return!

I usually come here to get my eyebrows done but I’ve been waiting for over an hour and have watched people come and go. They definitely need more staff

The worst service! They put a bow on two fingers and the next day it fell down, I drove from Charlotte to have it fix and the owner said there was no guarantee in that job! and that I had to pay again !! a $ 65 job !!! badly done, without guarantee !! I do not recommend anyone to waste their time and money

I use to go here, but now I just go to get my eyebrows done. I tried to make them my one stop shop for my eyebrows and nails, but they do your nails so thin that they break easily. When I started going to a new nail shop even the person that did my fill in said it was No wonder 2 of my nails were broken b/c they were too thin.

Tina is the best when you want your fill in. Henry does them and youre sure to need to repairs. They really need more techs because sometimes the wait is unbearable.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have given them numerous chances . Every time I get my gel nails done, they chip and peel within a few days . One time I went back to get one nail done which had peeled the very next day, and they told me Id have to pay to get them all redone or they wouldnt fix the one nail . Rude people and horrible service.

This is the worse manicure I’ve ever received then to top it I have polish still on the back of my hand then when I paid he ask me for my ID as if I had stolen my own credit card this is the worst service I’ve ever received will never come back here
