They had me soak my nails for 45 minutes while they gave someone else a backfill. Tore one of my nails, they weren’t wearing a mask for Covid which was state mandatory at the time. I took her picture with the mask off. She insisted that I pay before she finished my nails. Then she insisted that I delete the photo, which I refused to do. So, she wouldn’t finish my nails. Her and her sister talk about you like a dog in their native language too.

When I say our nail tech was incredible-- I mean ✨INCREDIBLE.✨ My friend got coffin acrylics and they are the most perfect nails I have ever seen. Both my friend and I showed the nail tech a picture of what we wanted and she definitely did them both justice. I will never go to another nail salon in Flagstaff. The pricing is quite fair: My gel nails with a simple design were $40. My friends full set of acrylics with a moderately difficult design were $75. 10/10 Recommend. Seriously. Go here.

I went to the mall. They did a terrible job! Went here out of a wim. And happened to find my favorite nail tech from three years ago. This at the mall he charged 60. Im happy hes charging more. He takes care of you. If it dont come out right he will restart over. Hes a perfectionist. I came in for lavender ombre. I left with two nails absolutely stunning! Even and well done! Call ahead his names Ronnie! You wont be disappointed💯

My nail technician was Lisa and she was sweet and professional. She made me laugh with a smiley face with the lotion; she was super sweet about switching nail polishes when mine ran out and tried to find me a good match. She definitely made my day and I will absolutely be coming back. Everyone in the place was very welcoming and professional.

Omg! These women were so awesome! I called last minute for 3 mani pedis and they were able to get all of us in at the same time right next to each other! Yikes… my mani pedi was a disaster. The guy doing my nails rushed through my nails like I’ve never seen. He literally ran out the door and I still had the sandals and toe separators on. Also, he cut my finger when he was trimming my nails and it started bleeding. And to top it off, he clearly didn’t know how to paint nails. They look horrible… just an overall scarring experience.That being said, my sister had a great experience with her manicurist, Jane.

If I could give this place 1 star I would. I looked at the reviews beforehand and was skeptical. I came in at 11 am and she said they were busy and told me she would write me down for 2 pm. I get here at 1:45 pm & she says they are running late and to wait until 2:15. I said ok. 2:35 comes around and she says “I can’t take you today. Maybe I can just paint your nails for you. We overbooked.” No I’m sorry, no making up for it. She did not care. She was rude.... NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

This place, oddly enough, doesnt have their prices posted anywhere. Ive gotten the same manicure here before, and it cost me a little over $20, this time it costed $45 for exactly what I got last time (acrylics with polish). Makes me wonder whether they just make up the prices on the fly. The quality is alright, but for the price they charged me ($45) for just acrylics with regular polish was a little steep; I could have gotten the same manicure for like 20 bucks cheaper in the valley, but didnt have time to go down and get it done. Overall: quality is ok, price is pretty high for the work done, and the lady doing my nails cut my cuticle with the electric filer.

Got a beautiful set done for my sisters wedding, they did an ombré pink and white nail with a glitter nail accent it came out better than my inspiration photo! In love with it!

I’ve been to the place 3 times and it’s ok. Today (Friday) I made an appointment for 4:00 and confirmed that I could do a gel mani and regular pedi before picking up my kiddo at 5:30. I got there and the tech was taking off my gel polish but then someone walked in without an appointment and they fit that person in while I had to wait an hour to get the rest of my services. I had to leave and pay for a manicure even though it was incomplete, and I didn’t get a pedicure. I’m most upset that I wasted an hour and a half of my time. I have gone in the other two times on a Sunday and was satisfied with my service but it’s not anything special

I was treated with disrespect when the service was over. She didnt say it was over, and I was left waiting. I felt she made me feel uncomfortable. My girlfriend felt the same way. She got her pedicure, and they didnt even offer her the complimentary sandles. They left her hanging too.

This is a new owner and I called them and booked an,appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived I was told to pick out a color and to find chair 3, so I did. As I was walking to the chair I smelled cigarette smoke. I asked the technician if someone was smoking in the salon and she said no but he is right outside the backdoor. I asked if she could ask him to not smoke or close the door because its not safe for customers. She told me that if I wasnt happy I could come back another time. Really? First experience? Rude, lack of professional service and most important unhealthy. Just wow!

I like how they complete my nails and really enjoy the pedicure. Very clean and sanitize, they wear face mask. They talk to you while doing there work, friendly. The only down fall is they dont have a steady staff, they always leave and seem short staff.

Came in with friends to get pedicure. we had to wait 30 mins. Others came in and they took them instantly. Hmm, unprofessional. Each of us got the same pedicure, basic, and received cheated services. Really, unprofessional. Very certain they dont sanitize their nail file but do the cuticle clipper. we all seen it. Nice atmosphere but they care little about the service and just about you paying. Went in for a scheduled pedicure and they were super quick to get my friend and I seated. They were super professional and did an awesome job. Will be going back for sure. I’m a nail freak and I think they did a great job taking care of us!

I just walked in to get my gel polish soaked off. She gave me a bowl with a tiny amount of acetone to soak each nail one by one. After about 30 minutes, I ask what I should do when I’m done and she hands me a nail file then walks away. I file my nails then, after another 30 minutes, end up scraping/peeling off my gel manicure using my own nails. When I got the last of the gel off, I get up to leave (no one has helped me/spoken to me). When I get outside I’m chased down and told I owe $10... I can’t believe I actually paid her.Also, during my long sit in the shop I noticed some things: they do not have or display nail technician licenses anywhere in the shop. There is no sanitizer for the manicure sets, and the tools used are shared without cleaning between customers. The owner answered the phone so often while she gave this one woman a manicure that I’m not sure she actually did any work on her nails the whole time I was there. Lastly, the polish color selection is just sad.I saw the bad reviews, but thought “who can mess up soaking off gel nails?”. Well, I got my answer! Take my advice and steer clear of this salon.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve been disappointed by this establishment. Either they rush you through with poor quality or they tell you you can’t get in until later even though you’re standing there and they look empty, then you show up for your appointment and they’re accepted a walk-in instead. I had a babysitter and one shot at a pedicure for over six months and they handed my appointment to someone else. I will not be back.

Tried multiple times to tell them it was wrong, didn’t listen. Acrylics were angled to the side and sticking up. Triple booked my appt.Went to the nail salon across the street to have them fix it.

My first time going to this wonderful place on Saturday and was greeted with a warm welcome. Jaqueline was such a sweet and amazing lady. I usually dont write reviews, but this was one of the worst nail salon experiences that I have had. I made an appointment for 11:30, and showed up at 11:20, I was sat in a chair and then no one even approached me until 11:55. They were working on people who came in after me, and did not have appointments. I usually dont mind waiting, but that wasnt the only thing that happened. My pedicure was a total of 14 minutes, including the time that was needed for my polish to dry before the top coat. My toes were trimmed in a weird way, I actually had to go home and reshape them. I saw multiple nail techs drop tools on the ground, and continue using them without cleaning them. The price for the pedicure was also fairly expensive considering I waited around for 45 minutes and the pedicure took less than 15 minutes. There were multiple times where I should have gotten up and left, but I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt! I recommend finding another place to get your nails done if you are considering Aspen Nail Salon.

Didnt clean the foot soakers after FIVE pedicures. I wont be going back even for a manicure. Its otherwise nice and friendly. Im hoping that this was just a woopsy. Very pretty and relaxing. Would have given it 5 stars otherwise but I cared about this before COVID 19.

I just left and I feel I have to comment. My daughter and I had basic pedicures with a small design on each big toe. By phone we were quoted $28 for the pedicures and $5 for the designs. At the end of what I would consider very average services, I was charged $100. When I questioned the price I was told that there was a $7 charge each for the polish. I have never been charged for polish and wasnt told in advance about the charges. I was then told each toe was $5, adding another $10 to each person, but that still adds up to $45 a piece, not $50. The bottom line is, I was charged $100 for 2 very average pedicures and I will never visit this salon again.

Relaxing, Clean, Experienced! This salon is amazing. This was my nieces first pedicure experience and she LOVED it! The staff was friendly and welcoming to our party of 4. The variety of polish was plentiful and had unique kid options like glitter and bright colors. The chair was very comfortable and well maintained. They were very gentle yet thorough in their pedicure around the toes and special attention to rough patches. The massage was very relaxing. We look forward to returning as regular customers. We highly encourage you to give Aspen Salon a try if you are looking for a new salon.

If you care about your health...dont go here. I had a 2 pm mens manicure appointment. I specifically asked beforehand if they are following sanitary guidelines, and they said yes. I was shocked to see a filthy towel with nail polish stains, layers of dust on the table and un-sanitized instruments. I walked out!

My friend and I went to get our nails done for my birthday. We went in there hoping for a great experience but left feeling like we got ripped off by the price, the quality of the nails, and overall the service. The lady kept saying our card was declined but still took the money out of our account and FORCED us to pay in cash. every time i walked in to talk to her about the situation she was cold, nasty, and overall unpleasant to have a conversation with. you DO NOT treat a customer like that. I WILL not be going back to this company again and if I DO NOT get my money back you’ll hear from me again.

This was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. About 10 minutes for $28... the guy said his back hurt and kept leaning on my thigh to adjust his weight or stand up. Then during the 1 minutes massage, he kept hurting me and laughing. It felt extremely inappropriate. I would never ever go back. He did not take any time to clean the skin and cuticles around the toes. If i just wanted polish i would do it myself. I wanted a pedicure. The lady at the front could tell i was dissatisfied but i just paid and left.... never again!!

Was in town just for the weekend, spent 100$ on gel mani/pedicure, was impressed at first with the overall atmosphere but it’s 3 days later and my nails are already chipping. When I called for a refund they said to come back, well I live 3 hours away so thats not feasible. Very rude and not good work.

This place is amazing!! We came in with ELEVEN people to all get something done. Not only did they see us all as quickly as possible, but they were so nice about it! We had 4 little boys getting pedicures, 2 men getting a pedicure, 2 womens pedicures, 2 acrylic fills, 1 full set, and a toddler running all over. All of us are completely satisfied with their services!! They even allowed me to use their back room to nurse my son when he got a little grumpy. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they didnt have prices listed and were very expensive. $20 dollars to allow a little boy to soak his feet, then cut his toe nails... Is a little much. Also, the two ladies getting fills paid $38, I got the full set and it was $40. I feel like the fills should have been way cheaper.

This place is very very dirty. Nail clippings all over the floors, things are not wiped down, stains, dust, the list goes on. It’s too bad because it has so much potential to be a successful place. Quality is poor as well. My nail polish is already chipping and was all over my skin. Lady was nice. But with the dirty conditions and poor quality, I won’t go back.

I honestly didnt know what to expect but in the end, I was really pleased with the service! I moved to Flagstaff in August and got my nails done in September for my birthday at a salon across town. It was horrible beyond belief and I was convinced that the misconception of Flagstaff having no good nail salons was true. However, I decided to give Aspen Nail Salon a chance yesterday, and I was blown away.I do not know why this place got bad reviews, but as for myself, I felt that I received great service. I did make an appointment and the lady who did my nails was nice and patient. She convinced me to get gel on my acrylics and even though I had to pay more ($50) than I originally wanted, I gave in because I dont get my nails done often. My twin sister also got her nails done at the same time by another lady and she was also happy with the way her nails turned out.My only regret is that I did not try out this place sooner. We are definitely coming back again!

I got a gel nail manicure on a Sunday. By Wednesday, I had a nail completely peel off. I went in to have them fix it and the girl simply filed the top layer off my nail and then painted gel polish over left over polish. Within a couple hours the nail had chipped. Im pretty sure they dont know how to do nails or just dont care.

If youre getting acrylics, DO NOT waste your time or money here. I am not one to ever write reviews but this place is just sad. Over a span of ONE week I went in THREE times to get chips fixed on the SAME set. I get them so short and I dont have a job so my hands arent being used too hard like they said. REGARDLESS of the pressure being applied to them, acrylic should never be easy to break. I even talked my friend into getting a set with me. Her pointer finger snapped off the next day and I felt horrible about it and I encouraged her to go get it fixed. (dont know how many times that will be yet) Im really not sure what I paid for but evidently, either they suck at hiring nail techs, or their products are just cheap and not worth the price they charge. I get better in Avondale Arizona for $20. Yes, $20. This place looks high end but their product falls far short.

I called 2 places prior to this salon and asked if they take acrylic nails off for free and they said no. I called this place and ask the same exact question and the lady said yes, but by appointment. I set the appointment and walked in the next day, with no money because obviously if it’s free, why would I pay? I sit at the table and ask again just to make sure, and they tell me its $10. I definitely made sure I had the right place, and called the right number. And they tried telling me that I had the wrong place and called the wrong number. Then the lady asks me where I got my nails done and tell her that my mom did them. “Oh that’s why, you have to pay for stuff like this”, she spoke to me as if I was a spoiled child, and proceeded to tell me she told me that I did not talk to this salon. And the male that was with her was rude and was talking smack right in front of me. I am also Vietnamese so I knew.

Was told the day was wide open for appointments, so booked two pedicures in the afternoon for my sister and I. We showed up 10 min early, picked our polish, and were taken to our seats on time. Great! But this where any form of quality services ended. We then watched the operations of the salon and soon realized they double and maybe even triple book. They were obviously running late, scurried all over doing partial jobs, and switching people as no client was assigned to a specific tech. We watched people waiting just up and leave from the waiting area because people that walked in were taken back before them. My sister was started 20 minutes late and I was started 40 minutes late so we sat with our feet soaking in cold water by the time we were even started. And forget anyone even greeting us, letting us know they were running late or apologizing. The people that did our nails were kind, but I fear the older man that did my nails either cant see or just does a horrible job. I couldnt tell until I got out into the sunshine (the lighting was not great and he had my feet situated to where I could not really see what he was doing) but he had not even done more than one coat on some toes and parts of toes! Literally half of my big toe had two coats of polish and the other half had one. And some of my nails werent even painted to the edge. My toenails were different shades of color because there was no consistent paint job. Drops of polish had dried on the tips where he maybe was touching up missed spots??? I have never seen such a horrible professional job. Really. I hate to be mean but I was floored. Even my husband laughed and said our 8 year old could do better. My actual feet were fine though they werent bad to start so didnt need much work. It seemed that the nail techs were tying to make up time by working quickly and minimally as possible. Couple minutes scrubbing and massaging. We didnt try and go back to speak to the owner for two reasons...1)because my sister had a run in with this owner at his previous salon. She had booked us here in order to avoid the other, not realizing he either changed the name and location of his previous salon or owns both. At the other salon an aestitician waxed off half of one of her eyebrows by accident and he was not only not apologetic, but was livid that she refused to pay for the service. And 2)our pedicures this day were paid for I advance via phone by my sisters mother in law. Seriously, do NOT go here. The service is awful and your $35/40 is better put towards one of the higher end spas in town. I immediately had to redo my own toes. Pointless.

Ive been going to Mary for about 4 months now, and she always does me right. She knows exactly how I want my nails shaped and she really takes her time. Even though they can almost always squeeze me in without an appointment, I have had the best experiences when I call in advance!

Ive gone from salon to salon here in flagstaff, disappointed in everyone I tried until now. Aspen Nail Salon is clean and new with nice decor. They did a good job for a reasonable price. I had a pedicure and manicure with Jennie, who was very nice. I will be using this salon from now on.

I am not one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but I must share this for future ladies and gents planning on having a fun day out getting your nails/toes done. Beware. I have gotten my nails done many a time throughout my life and I can honestly say this was one of, if not the, worst experience I have ever had. I called ahead and asked if they were available to have two full sets done, for me and my girlfriend, to which the reply was they were not busy. I waited almost 20 minutes before being helped. The man doing my nails had a poor attitude and at one point handed me the file and suggested that I do it myself when I asked if he could sharpen my nails a bit more. I left the nail salon with less than satisfactory shape and my girlfriend left with nails of all different shapes. Being her first time, she was timid to address the differences and was completely taken advantage of. Nevertheless they have lost two customers. Not to mention part way through getting her nails done, she experienced a near fainting spell from inhaling the harsh chemicals being used and asked to have a short break. To which her nail artist decided to work on another customer and didnt return to her for another 20 minutes.

Waited 15 minutes even with appointment. Man tech did not introduce himself, his nail station was dirty from previous service he performed. He cut one of my fingers, my nail beds would keep getting hot from drill, and to top it off their nail colors are outdated. It’s only a week later and I have 2 chipped nails and they look thick. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Both my pedicures here have been awesome. However...we got charged $135.00 for 2 pedis & a Mani. Even though my kid said no to several things, they did them anyway & charged us for them. They promised her toes & nails would match. They didnt. We got so up charged, it was crazy. I dont think the good pedi is enough for us to go back.

It was ok. The work on my pedi was good and quick (didnt like that part). We were asked nicely to leave our chairs so the next people could sit down before our nails were dry. I felt it was a little over priced. No one was rude.

Horrible!!! I have been a customer since they opened, today I went in for a full and they charged me $40!! Numbers of times Ive been there and was charged between $18-25 my normal nail girl wasnt there so I went to someone else and after asking me a thousand times why I dont do gel I finally said okay fine. When they wrote my recipet it said $40. I argued with the owner for a good 5 minutes about my past experience and what I was usually charged. She began to tell me that Im lying and that they up sold me so that it looks better. Wow never heard for gel adding $20 extra dollars to my bills. They lost a loyal customer! Oh and not to mention the girl glued my thumb skin to the back of my nail!!

Went in a week ago for a full set acrylic nails. asked for coffin shape and my two hands are completely different shapes. one hand is coffin and one is squared. also i asked for my nails to be long and they made them short after i told her multiple times i wanted them long.

Theres no menu on the wall so i know i being ripped off and was treated differently just because i hadnt been there in over 3 weeks.

I went there for the 1rst time for a pedicure and was very happy. Nina got so much dead skin off of my feet that I was almost embarrassed about how bad they were. My feet did not feel raw either, like they’ve felt at other places. I was recommended by 2 other friends just this week who were happy there too.

Mary is rude and self absorbed! She was rough and I jumped several times. I have a wound. She started speaking in Vietnamese about me when I complained. She was sicky Sweet to the next customer and told her about my “bad behavior” when she thought I was out of ear shot! I have had many pedicures. I do not have sensitive skin. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. It was as if she hated me from the moment I walked in the door. I was polite and never gave her reason to be so rude or rough! I noticed the next customer jumping and crying out also! She’ll try to charm you and say things like “ you see Mary next time for the best job!” She would be tough to work with. Her coworkers, Ana and Peter were so nice. Peter did my fingers and did a very nice job. I’ll never return to this salon unless I know that she has been dismissed!If you go here, specifically ask for anyone BUT Mary!

Pretty bad and over priced for a crappy job.I should of went by the reviews. But wanted to give them a chance. Couldnt make it home and they were in bad shape. I work on the highway so Im away from home alot. I guess Ill drive an hour a half to have them done right . I have tried a few places here all the same Cant do nails right. Waste of money in this town .

I came back in after three gel nails peeled up a few days after my manicure, willing to pay them to either fix them or put a new coat on, but they were so rude. I felt so uncomfortable for the five minutes she took to sloppily reapply a top coat. I will never go back. Number One Nails has far better customer service and higher quality products.

Tried SNS nail powder for the first time and LOVE it! The lady who did my nails was super attentive, she saw a mistake that I hadnt noticed and completely redid my nail. I highly suggest making an appointment with any of the girls there.

I came in from out of town and figured I would get a gel manicure and I drive home after my nail appointment which is two and a half hours away and already my thumb peeled off. A day later all of them are peeling off I spent $35 for nothing. The guy who also did my nails did not even wipe off the sticky layer as I find out when I get home. Overall terrible experience. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. Do your research first.

DO NOT COME HERE I came in with my family for a relaxing girls day and it was everything but! I asked the man who was doing my toes if he knew how to do a spider or spider web and he reassuringly told me yes so I showed him pictures of step by step instructions: they were so bad you couldnt even tell what it was. He didnt even cover my whole nail with polish. I dont like complaining but they were so terrible I had to have someone fix them . My aunt was sitting with acid tone on her nails to get her old gel off (which is only supposed to take 5 minutes) and she was waiting for almost 20 minutes before someone got back to her. Waste of my money and time!! And Im still leaving without getting to be relaxed

This place is terrible! DO NOT go here! They hop between customers, instead of finishing each customer one at a time. They did a horrible spider design on my cousins toes, she had to have the repaint her toes. My mom sat there for 15+ min with acid tone on her fingers to get the gel polish off. Its only suppose to 5 minutes! They do not know how to manage their time or customers. Horrible customer service!

To start, you cant expect the quality of a big city salon. Otherwise I had a great experience with SNS, Mary is very good for Flagstaff. After a week a nail chipped and she fixed it the same day I called. On the other hand ive never had a SNS nail chip before... really mixed reviews. Also $50 for SNS hurts my wallet soooo much but im hooked Mary is the best nail tech ive been to in Flagstaff.

I asked for thick square nails and they ended up all turning out different, some thinner, longer, and sharp, etc. She was not thorough with painting them as some were painted just above the cuticle and some below, all looking very messy. Meanwhile, the manager or boss that was present was being extremely rude to his workers and it made me want to leave immediately.

They over charge on prices. Purposely choose the cheap items and and walked out being overcharged. Told me one price and changed it in the middle of paying. Didnt tell me the price of things I didnt want but wouldnt stop asking me to get it. I wouldnt recommend going unless you want to be ripped off.

This place is awful, i shouldn’t have been so optimistic. I went in spent $100 and didn’t even get a foot massage with my pedicure or a top coat. This place is a rip off. And smells like puke. Save yourself money and don’t go here. My nails look awful too very uneven and missed half my nail with polish.

If i could give this a -1...horrible experience. Didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted, piss poor service, yanking on my feet, had me sit in the pedicure chair for 45 min to dry my toes instead of letting me go to the drying station, no styrofoam separators for my toes to avoid the polish possibly rubbing off on my toes and some of other the clients received world class treatment. I didnt bother leaving a tip and will never go to this place again. plus it was dirty af.

Took advantage of a handicapped person. Charged him 30.00 to trim nails. Told only nails trimed gave him servies we didnt ask for. Beware

They were able to get 2 of us in pretty fast but the energy was very negative. My pedicure was a total of ten minutes. After i was waiting for a friend i noticed my toes nailes were cut un even and she didn’t cut my cuticles. I asked the gentleman if this was part of the pedicure? He said yes the girl then came back very annoyed and argued with me that she did. It was a horrible experience. I will not be returning.

They completely ripped us off.We went for a pedi and a full set, then they continued to get us to give them over 100 dollars like wth... The lady talked my mom into gel nail polish on her toes even when she said no and then didnt tell my mom it costed 50 dollars to get gel on her nails. The lady even made one of my nails crooked and she hurt my fingers a lot when buffing them and filing them.

It was a terrible experience. A friend and I went in today and the place smelled like feet. It was not pleasant. Then the lady giving me a pedicure cut open my toes multiple times trying to remove skin (I have a high threshold for pain and get pedicures often). After that she painted on French tips but they were not clean lines and he got tons of white color on my skin on either side of my toes. I just got home and will be recutting the shape of my toenails to try and salvage what she created.

Came in with a friend and got a quick pedicure. The lady doing my nails did not seem pleased that I only wanted to do a pedicure and not a manicure to go along with it. While trimming my nails to prevent any ingrown ones the woman PULLED on the sides of my nails very hard and very rough; causing a piece of skin being removed and me bleeding and sore, afterwards. She tried fighting me when I started expressing my pain and tried to pull away and finally she grumbled, sorry, while being somewhat less rough. The polish is quite beautiful but I have never had such a painful(literally) experience when getting my toes done. If she had taken time to remove the nail gently then I wouldnt be sitting here four days later with a sore toe. Not coming back here.

Very rude. Said they ran out of stuff to do my nails after they started. And the lady got mad when I asked for another layer of nail polish. Will never go there again. And they charged me $60 dollars just on a fill. She also kept asking why I went there and not anywhere else.

I got Right in which was great but once i sat Down she got made because i told Her i wanted A full set and not just a manicure. Then she pulled my nail back so hard it made me bleed. The end result was crappy nails with glue all over the place and poorly applied nail polish. Now I have to deal with this for two weeks till they fall off.

WORST NAIL PLACE EVER. Manager literally yelled at me in front of the entire salon when I said I did not like my nails at all that cost me $55 and refused to give me money back while saying I have no clue what I am talking about. I will NEVER go here again. If I could give 0 stars I would...

Very good pedicure!

I think that they are alright. They are nice and the atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend coming in on a weekday. I was there on the weekend and loud, demanding customers were coming in every 15 minutes. So, in regards to the experience, the only part that wasnt great was the demanding clients. I have been told that it is more relaxed to show up during the week, and that is what I will try to do next time if I ever go back.The reason why this isnt 5 stars is because I found the cost to be over-priced. The nails are gorgeous, but I guess that coming from California (in San Diego $60 would have been absurdly expensive), Im not used to a mani/pedi costing me $78. I felt bad because I gave them a small tip, but I would have given them more had the cost of the service been less. The pedicure massage was great, but the employee wasnt able to give me a hand massage, because of the build up of customers who wanted to be served. I am not sure if I can afford going back, but I will consider it because of how beautiful my nails looked.p.s. My hands were a solid purple acrylic and my feet were just plain polish. So keep that in mind if you are trying to figure out what you want. Perhaps if I had plain polish on my hands, it would have been much cheaper.Best of luck to those searching for nails in Flagstaff. Friendly staff and good service

It wasnt terrible but it wasnt great either. It took an hour for a full set but it seemed like the woman who did my nails was really rushing and not in a good mood. Nails turned out okay lol. But probably not going back

Great work, but misguided prices. Took my wife in for pedicure, told me it was 28, said 28 on menu. Charged me 38.. still did a good job but the price was higher than stated.
