Great people good prices and relaxing environment. I go twice a month for pedicure and get my fingernails done with gel nail polish. Worth it lasts and I do machine shop work with metals. These are a week old still look good. Thank you for all you do ladies.

I had my nails done for the very first time at this establishment, I wanted a short oval shape with acrylic. The man /nail tech was very friendly . But I knew as he rushed and finished my nails in 28 minutes that it wasn’t going to last long. All shapes were sloppy. 2 nails smudged, instead of removing the polish he painted a couple of layers of gel polish on it . Cuticles were blasted with the machine instead of pushing it backLike I do at home. Told me to wash my hands and squirted oil on my palms and told me to rub it in or wash my hands . This is Gods way of telling me to do my own nails at home instead of spending 43$ on a sloppy nail work at a salon. If I was working there I’d make sure what I do is with excellence, this is how you get returning customers. I did cal today and a lady told me to come Monday anytime for a repaint. I’m going to do it myself . Lesson learned. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Staff is nice, area is clean, price wasnt too bad. My cuticles on my hands and my feet werent tended to at all, nor did I get alcohol on my finished gel nails, I did not like both ladies would look away as they had the drill to my nails multiple times but overall my nails are pretty. Lee Lee did my hands and Kim did my feet. Although I appreciate their patience as my feet are hard work and my hands I pay attention to.

Nails are unevenly shaped and polish got smudged. Instead of completely taking 8t off, she painted over it so it now looks lumpy...

First time visiting it was really clean they were also really nice . I just came in for a removal. I would go again. But what I did not like is that i felt pressured for cash . I did not have cash on me just my card and she just asked 3 times if I had cash and when I got my receipt I asked where i put the tip ( it didnt show on the receipt ) and again asked about cash and i gave her back my card again she charged it $5 which is perfectly fine .

All different lengths directions and sizes. Took three times longer than any other time Ive gotten them done, and when she took of my last set she tried prying them off with another fake nail, obviously painful. At the end had to spend 20 minutes peeling off all the excess acrylic off my skin. Not a good experience at all. Edit: first day, gell already peeling off.

Love this place! They are so friendly and treat me and my friends like family. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be because of the quality of work. Very clean environment. Actually going in at 3:15 today for my fill... can’t wait!:)

Ive been going here for years. (My nail tech left her old salon and now owns this business.) Techs are always super nice and I go home every time with beautiful nails. Prices are very low for the quality of work done.

They are the worse. The guy who work there jacked my nails up. My real nails!!! I complained to the manager after I cried and calmed down and she did nothing but called the police two cops came and told me to take her to civic court. She refused to give me a receipt that has my magic nails and it didnt have her name just RED. The guy sits there not even apologizing that he filed my nail completely off. If I could give NO stars I would.

I had gotten my nails done there last week and it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever been thru going to a nail salon. I had asked for a full set with dip. 1. It’s only been a week and one of my nails are gone. 2. The person who was doing my nails cut my pinky so bad to the point where it was gushing blood and i had to go to the emergency room and have been on a antibiotic for 10 days bc of that. LASTLY not only was my finger bleeding the nail tech then proceeded to dip my bloody finger into the powder and then put the powder back with the rest like nothing ever happened. I’m totally appalled with how this nail salon acted ESPECIALLY during the times that we are in right now. I will never return to this salon it’s just absolutely insane.

Walked in and wanted a manicure with polish. The lady told me I should get a gel polish but i wanted regular polish. Though the entire manicure she mentioned how the polish wont last and it will take forever to dry and kept saying how that wouldnt happen with gel. At one point she smudged my nail and again mentioned gel. When I left the polish was wet and she told me it will smudge cause its not gel. Gel was more than double and she made it clear she was not happy doing a regular manicure.

Overall I was pleased then I got home and realized my gel manicure was lumpy and some nails werent even fully painted. Super disappointed and wish I would have looked closer when I was there. Im not one to complain but for $30 I expect better.

Ok service over price

I had an 11:00 appointment, not a walk in. The shop opened 15 minutes late and I sat in the parking lot for twenty minutes. I needed sculpted toe nails (long story) and asked for a full set. She did the first two toes on each foot and got up to work on someone else! Huh? I asked for my toes to be finished and she got attitude. Rushed through the rest. All uneven once the polish was on. I got gel polish on my nails and its terrible! Its lumpy and Ive been picking polish off my skin since I left. My tips arent all shaped the same either. AND it was expensive. $75!!!!! Again, huh? Im going to have to find another salon to fix it. So irritated. Dont waste your time or money!!!

I was not happy at all with my experience today I asked and showed a picture of what I wanted done and literally was IGNORED and got something completely DIFFERENT . The nails job wasn’t horrible but i was not listened to and had to wait 30 minutes for a nail appointment that I set up for 1130.Really really really disappointed and had to pay $42 dollars for a short set of nails that wasn’t even what I wanted.

Went in with high hopes. All I asked for was a cut down, fill, and pedicure! The lady insisted on me getting an overlay instead of a fill. Which was $25 when a fill is just $15! They didn’t use acetone to take off my nails, she used a dirty ole nail tip and CUT ME. I have a gash under my nails which she tried to ignore. She ripped off 2 of my nails leaving me with nothing to put acrylics over. Which led to her using tips for some of The nails. And instead of taking some off for cutting me and ripping off my nails. She charged me the regular $25 for the pedicure, $25 for the overlay, $15 for th gel polish, and still charged me for the nail take off and eyebrows. Horrible! Considering I have a painful gash under my nails she could have took something off or gave me the gel polish for free. First time going There and I’m NEVER going back!

Best nails in Rochester! Its hard to find anywhere that does stilettos right, and they did mine perfect.

This was not my first choice in a nail salon, by far. As a licensed nail tech, I try to stay far away from places like this, but I needed my nails done at the last minute. Everything here is dirty, they REUSE THEIR FILES ON CUSTOMERS, and they reuse their tools WITHOUT DISINFECTING THEM. The acrylic application is messy and the overlays are cloudy (which means they used bad techniques!) All of their acrylic brushes are full of acrylic chunks, they leave trash all over the place and stop working on customers in the MIDDLE of their services to work on other customers and just leave customers sitting around! The customer service is AWFUL. I’m sure if you came here for a pedi you would absolutely get a fungus. PLEASE, spend a bit more money and go to a proper salon/spa to get your nails done!

I’ve been going here a few years and had great customer service. Ever since it changed management service has gone down hill. Not enough workers. You shouldn’t be asked to take off your own nail polish!

Bad service. They rush and over book their appointments.They did not even let my feet soak for more than 2 minutes when I got a pedicure. They left my cuticles on my full set looking terrible and I asked her to fix it she said no. They leave nail polish and super glue all over your skin and tell you to wash it off at home. I went here multiple times and this was the LAST TIME. Awful.

This nail salon is Not like they use to BE.. I started coming here 7 yrs ago and this nail salon has new ppl and they LIE about prices.. The 1 lady is persistent about getting gel nails or polish this particular day I was talked into getting gel polish on my toes we compromised on the price I agreed then she took my card and charged me $10 more than what we agreed ! Then it was the wrong color THAT SHE PICKED OUT! I ASKED TO CHANGE IT, IS IT GOING TO BE FREE ? THE OWNER SAID YES, BUT TOMORROW COME BACK.. SO I WENT BACK THE NXT MORNING, WHEN I GET THERE THE TECH PAINTED MY TOE POLISH WITHOUT TAKING OFF THE OLD POLISH !! THEYRE NOT PROFESSIONAL LIKE THE OTHER NAIL TECHS THAT WAS THERE B4 THEM.. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING THIS SALON ANYMORE. NOR WILL I SUGGEST ANYONE TO COME HERE!

They lie about prices. Put gel on your nails when you ask them not too. They tare your skin apart. Its over priced the owner has a terrible attitude. I paid 45 dollars for uneven raggedy nails. Stay far away from them.
