Danielle was able to take me in around 5 minutes before the actual scheduled time of my appointment. She was super super friendly and fun to talk to! The waxing was done in no time and was a good experience. She knows what shes doing and absolutely killed it with the waxing I needed done! Ill definitely be coming back :)

My visit was amazing! I only get my hair highlighted 2, maybe 3 times a year, to help with breakage, etc. I have very thin/fine hair and Randy did a fabulous job on my full foil, making sure my roots were completely covered, as well as the areas around my forehead and around my neck (I wear my hair up quit often). Randy is very professional and honest, to ensure the highest quality and least amount of damage to my hair. Hes also a great listener and I appreciate my time with him on a professional and personal level. Thank you, Randy! Youre the best!! Danielle was great! I came in to get my makeup done for my second wedding reception and she did a wonderful job. She knew what she was doing and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was liking my makeup. If I asked her to modify something, she was more than happy to listen to what I wanted. My makeup lasted all day and looked perfect! Danielle really knows her stuff and she was wonderful!

I had a great experience at your salon. I felt like my massage tech understood my needs and delivered an excellent service. The front desk receptionists were very nice and inviting as well! Safe to say I rebooked my next with dwan.

The salon was clean and made me feel safe. Paul was wonderful! Rarely do I feel like I connect with the first (new) stylist I go to and know Ill return. He listened to my hair goals and we were able to get on the same page for my haircut today. Im so pleased with my layers and shape and all the tips he provided during my appointment. My co worker suggested I go here. My hair stylist was very competent and gave me the cutest pixie cut. I walked out of that place looking suave. Loved that she spent so much time getting my hair just perfect. Almost an hour for a 35$ price I think it was! Shampoo and conditioning included, and even styled it. Ive found the best place in Rochester. It was easy to schedule my appointment online, and they saw me right away and I didnt have to wait.

Ive been growing my hair out (which is always tricky when you start with very short hair). Pauls talent made the process easier and my hair still looked good even in the awkward stages.Serenity Couture has friendly staff and a calm and welcoming environment. Theyve been excellent with covid precautions, too. While pricey, I think its worth it because the service and outcomes have always been great.

I got a lash lift from here hoping for good results but i was disappointed when there wasnt a difference.The customer service was fantastic and everyone there was extremely nice, I just was not happy with my results. There was left over adhesive on my eyelids, and soon after i was finished my waterline started to burn. I called shortly after my appointment and was rescheduled. I genuinely think its a good place, just probably not somewhere i will go for my lash lift again.

I had just the best experience with stylist Nikki. I had a really bad case of Pandemic Hair, the color was truly awful 😫 it just didnt work with my skin tone (I couldnt figure out exactly what the problem was, I just knew it looked wretched) and I had actually gotten so desperate I had started cutting it myself...( Not recommended 😕). Anyway, Nikki really worked with me to figure out what would work look the best and she took the first step in getting me there which was ti clean up the current cut... I have already gotten a few compliments on it. Definitely going back! Thank You!

Updating my review to one star. For the 2nd time I was not charged for a service. I specifically asked if the total was correct. I was told it was. I received a call about 15 mind later. I was driving and unable to answer. When I called back, I was told they had in fact forgotten to charge me. And they had charged a credit card of mine they had kept on file without my permission. Do not go here. This is a very shady business. Two times in less than a year? Keeping card info on file without telling customers? No. Do not go here. RIP OFF.
