Tony one of Rochester best nail salons. Love thier personality and customer service. Always a treat when I visit this nail salon. His wife is the best eye brow tech. If you dont know go see for yourself they make sure you leave satisfied.

I had nothing but great reviews until I went today for my appt and 10 min before my appt Nancy put a young lady in the chair. Everyone knows 10 min is not long enough to perform a service. I spoke to Tony and he said something to her, she gets up and whisper something in the young ladys ear and they both start laughing as Nancy is rolling her eyes. That was the final straw I canceled my appt and now they have lost a customer who has been a customer for 2 years now!! Terrible customer service 2👎🏾👎🏾down. However I will not take away from her skills, shes good at what she does but the more popular she gets the more her ego grows...not good

Ive only been here once. It was to get my brows done. I had been growing my brows since last October and wanted to get them done for the B2K Concert. The wait wasnt too bad and for the price she did phenomenal!!! I kept hearing about the brow lady in Goodman Plaza and she did not disappoint. I wish I knew her name, but I will def be going back!!

They do my feet and nails nice oh and my eyebrows

No customer service waited 45 minutes to keep being told couple minutes couple minutes 20 more minutes went by one lady and they’re just walking around cleaning stuff and she does nails because she was just doing someone’s nails called and spoke with the manager then he says come on and come on and she can do you right now

If you would like your eyebrows SLAYED this is the place to come. I have been coming here for years and they are well worth the wait, in my opinion. I would never let anyone else touch my eyebrows!

They change their prices everyday, these people are ok only because they want our money and we need services I guess😒🙄🤷🏾‍♀️

Terrible service, they dont take the time to even out the acrylic or care that they put it too far back onto the nail bed. Definitely will not go back

Don’t go here!!!! Very unorganized will be reporting to bbb💯💯💯 doing it now, don’t know how they stay open so long, oh yeah because no one ever spoke up!! The lady who do eyebrows need to turn it into a WHOLE eyebrow THROW THE REST OF IT AWAY.......

It may not be to pleasing to the eye and I personally dont get my nails done here but the eye brow lady by herself gives this place atleast 4 stars for me . She the only one in Rochester so far that has never messed my eye brows up.

Walking in all I could smell was piss. Then I had Tony do my nails bc I read the reviews and Tony has no idea what a coffin nail is shaped like apparently. I was highly disappointed.
