I was about to call Dax the little auction with the big heart, but they arent little anymore. Andy and Tim have run exceptional auctions for years. They take customer service very seriously. When problems come up, as they do from time to time, they quickly look for solutions. I have used Andys auctions for many years as both a buyer and a seller. Following Andy and Tim to Rockwall was an easy decision to make, and one that has payed off for me. Andy makes a point of making everyone feel welcome, Tims the best in the business at what he does, Callie is both personable and professional, Crystal is a joy to deal with and Linda takes efficiency to a new level! Great group of people to work with.

This is one of the best dealer’s only auction in the Dallas Metro Area. Again this is Dealer’s only auction, most of the cars are not front line ready, but it is the job of the dealer to figure the recon cost and bid accordingly. Amazing staff..... for the size of the auction, I’m impressed by the quality and quantity of good franchise dealer’s they’re able to gather. I highly recommend this place to ‘ real dealers’ not to those who expect the auction to check the cars for them and complain because they bid blindly.I will be going to this auction for a long time...keep up the good work guys.

Stay AWAY !!!!! If you are a dealer and trying to buy a vehicle from this auction on line, dont waste your time. Even if you win a bid on OVE, if they make more money retailing the unit, then they will retail the unit. Simply not trustworthy auction. I will never purchase a vehicle from then again ever.

Andy and his staff go above and beyond to be professional and provide a fun environment to purchase cars. I saw several bad reviews and I want to say this is a dealers only auto auction. These cars are not going to be front line ready nor should you have an unrealistic expectation that they are going to be. Your job is to buy the car and know what you are doing as a professional dealer. Know the product you are buying, have realistic expectations and be able to calculate recon costs which is part of the business. If you can’t do this you cannot buy cars at any auction. Thanks for classing the place up and working hard to get some dealers with good inventory to the auction. We will continue to buy from this action.John Bradley

Owners are very petty and almost 80% of the vehicles check engine light are on or some other malfunction it’s a better idea just to go right next door and view their used inventory

Staff is always friendly. Selection is ok but cars always seem to go high. I think the Tuesday night is convenient and alot more people show up than cars.

This auction 80% the cars on this auction is resale car with with transmission problems or some big problem hide on the carand the action dont have mechanics to check the cars and diagnostic the problems on the car because the auction make good money should be have mechanic to check the cars and let the people now wat problem have any car before buy the car
