Have gone there twice now and absolutely loved it both times! Sophia is amazing! So quick and perfect results😍 I’ve been looking for years to have “my nail lady” and never liked it enough to go back to the same place/person but I FINALLY have “my nail lady”! Whenever I get acrylics they are always too thic but Sophia made them look so natural🔥

I always love getting my nails done here! The service is always fast and very skillful. The massage chairs are an added plus as well and I always leave here feeling happy, well cared for and relaxed!

I’ve been coming to this salon literally since the day they opened. Never had a complaint about them once. Always professional prices are reasonable I’m always complimented on my nails. They have adjusted to Covid precautions so it is safe in their salon and clean.

I went here for the first time and i loved it! I just, Wish the nail dryer wasnt so hot because it burn my hand a little. Overall i recommend it!

I got my eyebrows waxed here, and the staff was fairly nice and welcoming. The eyebrow waxing was very quick and came out great, I would have appreciated a little more active customer service. Also, 15$ seems like a lot to charge for an eyebrow waxing that only takes 5 minutes, but id happily pay it again for how great my eyebrows came out

Have been twice now. Both times had a good experience. Made and appointment same day and was taken right back both times when I walked in. Service did not take too long like some nail salons and my nails look great! I believe it was Misty(?) that I saw both times and will definitely be back!

Guy did and excellent job on my nails! They were dipped. He was pleasant and answered all my questions and was nice about everything. I also got a pedicure and the lady that did it did a great job an was very nice. Everyone spoke English well which was really helpful for communication of my needs and details. Very very clean and beautiful shop. I will definitely be going back!

I had an appointment for a pedi and was taken right away. Service was quick, which I like, she was done in 35 minutes! She did try to upsell me on the spa pedi and eyebrow wax, which i hate, because they try to make you feel like you NEED these services. Stand your ground and they back down. My pedi came out great so I will go back.

The ladies here are sweet, helpful, and do a great job. I brought my mom for her first manicure ever and they were patient, helpful, and made her feel comfortable. Mom got dipping powder, I got gel; they both look beautiful! Ill be back for sure.

TQ has an AMAZING color selection. And unlike other salons their labeling is detailed. You never have to worry that you are looking at gel vs dip vs standard the color samples are clearly labeled.The staff is very nice. Super helpful.Only down side... Its small. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

My nails looked great (I got the SNS Dip powder) for about a week or two and I was in love with them!! The service is always great here and I always recommend this place to all my girlfriends, but my nails in the last week have been chipping and three of them have broken off completely. I just wish they made the layers thicker, just so they could hold up like they always do.

Sophia does an excellent job in spite of customers being rude to her. She maintains her composure in spite of racist attacks, being blamed for other workers bad service, and more. I am grateful for her because I had to deal w “another” nail technician who would not put enough glue on my nails and cause them to lift. She is gone now,My young adult daughter goes to Sophia also and loves the service. The atmosphere is beautiful also.

My daughter and her friend went in for prom pedicures and acrylic nails. My daughter has very short finger nails and was promised that the French tips she wanted would look just the same as her friends if she used a special white powder for an extra $25. Her pedicure turned out great but my daughter fingernails looked awful. Her cuticle looked choppy where the nails met it as well as there being a weird clear gap between the nailed and tips. The girl wanted to still charge me $55 for the fingernails and $33 for pedicure. I told her she might have warned my daughter of the complications with her short nails but if you promise for $25 more she will have very good French nails that should be the result. To rectify the situation we asked if we could cover the nails with gel polish and have the nails smoothed down better. The technician agreed yet still wanted to charge me $55 for the fingernails. I told her I would be willing to pay $40-45 for her time and $33 for the pedicure. She did give us the acrylic nails for no charge and I only paid for the pedicure. My co.plant is If you promise perfect nails for an additional $25 charge deliver perfect nails. Dont do something you cant deliver. My daughter was upset and left with a totally different look than she wanted. I am grateful she did not make me pay for the acrylic nails but the experience was very frustrating and upsetting. My daughter is excited about prom and is not a trained technician that can understand the details of tech nail talk. She only knows what she wants and if she is promised the look she wants as the re hnician deliver with quality results. I would have respected the tech if she encouraged my daughter to get regular acrylic gel nails....with the constraints of her nails being short.

The staff were moving way too fast to do a good job. We made an appointment for 5 and walked in to a line of costumers and had to wait over 20 minute to have the first one from my group started. We were there for 2.5 hours and my nails look horrible. One nail is completely crooked and many have bubbles in the polish. Suggest you go some where else as they are low quality for way too much money.

I LOVE going to TQ Nails. Everyone is so super nice and really make you feel welcome. I go regularly for pedicures and its the best place Ive been to so far. It is very clean and they have complimentary bottles of water and cans of soda.

I luv this place every time my daughter and I go in to have are nails and a pedicure done. The service is excellent. I been to other nail salon and I always had problems with how my nails were done.Or they would always cut my skin when they use the nail tool for my cuticles . My daughter and I are a happy customer. 😍

Horrible customer service. Rude tech/owner. Not professional at all. Never ever returning to this salon. New customers should be welcomed and treated with respect when requesting what he/she prefers to get done.

Ive been going here for a year and a half. Im not easily stirred but this last experience there will be just that ... my last.I was cut multiple times by a rushing nail tech. She left me sitting for 20 minutes while acetone burned my skin so she could take care of someone else. She then gave me an attitude when I asked for square nails. My daughter asked for a design to be done on her nails and was told it could be done only for them to take it back right after they already started painting them.

I had started getting mani-pedis at this location until the owners went on vacation and some of the workers were trying to hustle me for services well above the posted charges. Will never go there again.

Ive been a customer since they opened and I wont go anywhere else for my gel manicures! I always look forward to going in, and love the results when I leave.

Terrible service, terrible treatment. Went into the nail salon today and was treated absolutely terribly for having sweaty hands. The girl was embarrassing me, making dirty faces at me, telling me how “wet” my hands were and was down right rude. I can clearly tell she was talking about me with her friends in a different language which is not okay. Congratulations, you’re nail salon lost 3 customers!!

My first time coming here was great, the woman was very friendly and did a fantastic job. However, my second time was terrible. The man who did my nails was awful. He was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, and kept sniffling and wiping his nose with his hands the whole time. His attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing him, and I ended up leaving before my nails were dry just to get out of there. Customer service is everything to me, and Ill never give this place my business again.

The service was horrible. I came in at 5 and sat from 5pm to 6:30pm.We also watched two white women walk in and be serviced immediately while waiting another women walked in said she called at 5:15 for a appointment how can you make customers that have been there before the call wait very inappropriate and bad business to cater to one type of clientele please do not support this place
