This will probably go down as the worst haircut Ive ever had. I asked for a 3 to 5 fade and a little off the top. I did not get a good fade and I got so much hair taken off the top. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Last 3 times I visited they have been closed even though there posted closing times are a few hours away. I usually love the work and environment but this has caused me to use another buisness

Spent 30 minutes finding photos of the specific way I wanted them to cut my husbands hair. He went there, showed them the picture, and they gave him a totally different haircut! Lol. It would be one thing if they did the haircut shown, and the girl messed up or didn’t do a good job, but she just gave a totally different haircut. The haircut I wanted for him was an undercut with a fade. Instead, his hair was just trimmed shorter all around, and cut straight across the bottom. The girl didn’t even trim the hair around his ears. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I was sadly pretty dissatisfied with the quality. I hope this location will get better, but for now I’ll just continue cutting his hair myself!

My usual place to get a haircut. First time Id been there in nine months due to the pandemic. Going in my hair was so long it could have been in a pony tail. Coming out it was its usual short self, as if Id been going every few weeks.

You do not make a 2 year old wear a mask. Look up your laws!! Lost my business for good.

I was given a haircut (military high and tight) by stylist Laura today 05/09/2016 at 4:37pm. Laura, was not only very professional but provided an atmosphere above and beyond basic customer service and standards. Laura, provided a very comfortable atmosphere and I was very impressed in what I believe was true customer satisfaction in the haircut. I will return back to Store # 46-701 and will always request Laura as my stylist. I would also like to thank the Sports Clips management for providing an atmosphere for their employees ability to give great service.Thanks again Laura

Love it. Been going for years. They know exactly what I want no matter who I get. I get veteran discount. I get to watch sports. The app allows me to check in when I leave my house and I am next by the time I get there. I do not always get the hair washed, but when I do the chair massage and temporal massage is always nice.

I took my grandson here for a haircut he’s 5 and the girl Taylor who cut his hair was so patient and gentle with him he didn’t even get upset, which he usually does. We will definitely be returning to Taylor.

I’ve always had great service from friendly staff. There are times they could use a couple more stylists. Saturday’s can be busy. I like the check in system. Also they keep your preferences on file so they have an idea of what you want. As a veteran they take care of ya.

Haircut was honestly not that good. Service was very good though. They did offer to h as ve me come back and get it fixed or another haircut for free. For this kind of place, they really should have very experienced people working at it.

Had to get my haircut fixed at another salon it was so bad. The woman didn’t even ask me if it was okay before she rang me up and out the door I went. Terrible service and I will not be back.

Ive been to all the other barbers in town, being former military I still want a great fade and definitely got it there with Rachelle. Super nice, efficient, and cut it just the way I wanted in a time that was faster than most in the area, plus got to watch the game while I relaxed. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were a walk in with 2 ahead of us. For a simple haircut on a child, it seemed to take forever. The cut was nice, but nothing extraordinary. The store was nice and at least you were entertained by a sports channel.

Absolutely the worst haircuts Ive ever had. The friend I was with laughed at it. To make matters worse, it was an expensive mistake.

I went to sports clips twice, thinking the second time it would be little bit better....it wasnt... Apparently all you need is a pulse in two hands and you have a job there.

Followed up by MVP treatment- wash, steam towel treatment, and scalp massage all in a massage chair. Than head back up front for a nother back massage and complimentary styling product.ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.

We did not have a great experience here. Customer service is excellent, but the quality of cut (especially for the price) was not. Had to take my son to another place to fix the clipper cut he got. Stylist left patches of uncut hair around his head. I attempted to get a high & tight and it took 4 of the girls working to figure it out. This is not a Barber shop by any means if that is what you are looking for.

Awful. My husband went in for a haircut. They didnt even cut the front of his hair straight and they did a TERRIBLE job with the rest of the hair. Just terrible, wouldnt recommend to my worst enemies to come here. The hair in the front is so jagged, it looks like a 2 years old way of staying in the line.

One of the worst hair cuts I have ever had. Honestly its so bad I dont even want to go back and try someone else... gotta shave my head now.

The person who cut my hair seemed confused and did not understand how to cut a person of color hair.

It is misleading to advertise the old fashioned hot towel. The hot towel was used to soften beards for a shave. SC doesnt know what a straight razor is, let alone offer shaves. They are also expensive.

Very disappointed. Used to be a great place, has gone downhill. Showed up at 10:15am, they only had one barber working, and with two people in line the wait was over an hour. Lack of staff, no sense of urgency, and a mediocre haircut. Very upset, may not be back.
