I love Nail Ink! Tuty does a great job on my nails! My nails are short and she makes them look nice!They following cleaning protocol, wear masks, and have an acrylic divider. I felt very safe!

I had a great time with Kathy today. My cousin and I came in as a walkin and was helped right away. Kathy was a bit quiet but she did work quick and always asked to see if I liked my design before she went forward. I showed her a photo of the design I wanted and she did not disappoint. She also took her time making sure the nails were even and shaped right. I definitely would recommend working with her and stopping, however I will say they do get busy so dont be like me and make an appointment.

My mother and I went in today to get our nails done for my wedding this weekend. Mom was just getting acrylics, and I was getting the jelly pedicure and acrylics.Lord, my legs feel amazing, and my feet are so soft! The massage chairs are awesome (my back is thanking me!) and I loved the pedicure. I even told my fiance that he should get one! The lady helping me (I didnt get her name, I wish I did) did an amazing job, and was understanding of the weird way my big toenails grow. Also she went hard on my calves and it was just what I needed.Kathy (I believe it was her, younger gal) did my acrylics. This is the first time I had ever gotten them, so I didnt know much. After showing her a picture of the shape I wanted, she got it P E R F E C T. I am so happy with these! She was very gentle with me, and they let my mom stick around so we could discuss wedding stuff.I cannot express enough how happy I am. Everything was very clean, it was a relaxing environment in there, and all of the ladies were very kind! 12/10 totally going again. That jelly pedicure is just, mwah, fantastic!

They do nothing but make excuses for not doing what you ask for! Horrible, horrible, horrible job!!!! Didn’t even try to fix because I had choose a gel color for my toes and was told they didn’t have it, however, she said.. the color she has is completely same! Wrong!!! Looks like she just threw the nail polish on! My big toe is completely bleeding from her digging out a ingrown nail but definitely wasn’t being careful! Then I asked for gem design to try and improve nail color and it only looks worse!!!! No offer to redo, no offer to fix! “Only I’m sorry “! This salon has gone down hill immensely!!!!!!! Be aware!!!!! Terrible job!

Nail Ink was the first nail salon I went to for a pedicure. My attendant (Kathleen) was very nice and got the exact effect I wanted on my nails, as well as getting my chosen design correct. The overall salon had a very sleek and glamorous theme to it (in terms of decorations and stuff), and the services were very relaxing, like a chair with massage modes and a warm foot bath.My first-ever nail salon experience at Nail Ink was amazing and I am definitely going to be coming back.

I went to ask for an appointment and they could not answer whether or not their employees were vaccinated or not. I won’t go there until they can guarantee they have fully vaccinated staff.

This is my favorite nail salon in the twin cities. They do such a great job and are super friendly. Even though I moved farther away, I still choose to go to them!

I ALWAYS get the jelly pedicure here and it feels amazing. The woman do an amazing job with painting. I’ve been to a lot of nail shops where the polish won’t last or the pedicure has not been relaxing but here they are one of the best in the city. Always relaxing. And the massages and hot stones that come with the pedicure are amazing! If you have time stop by and get a jelly pedicure. They are the only nail shop I know that does them! 💙

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and a lady aggressively took them off which harmed my nails even more and left me with skin showing on some. From schooling, I was informed that this was illegal to do. I asked about soaking them and she rolled her eyes like I was a problem. Which is inconsiderate because I was the one in pain. I picked up on the negative energy and didn’t want to further the service. I observed them for awhile after spending my money with them multiple times. I must say they treat African Americans like myself as if we’re a problem and DON’T deserve their professionalism like they show to everyone else. I spoke with the manager on the phone but chose to not be associated with them moving forward. I DO NOT recommend them and I will not be going back.P.S. You shouldn’t be uncomfortable or feel you’re an inconvenience in any establishment especially when you’re paying your money for their trusted service!

They did a great job. my pinky is a little red from the file. She was super nice, and made sure i like them. One thumb is a little wider than the other. Other than that, she did great and the facility was nice. this was my second time probably will go again.

Very clean and nice new salon! Everyone was so friendly and I was able to make an appointment online via messenger which I loved.A few things were not great which is why I gave three stars. The woman doing my nails was so friendly and kept asking if everything looked okay. She checked my nail shape and length with such detail! However, she did no actual manicuring, only filing. She removed my dip polish, filed my nails and put on the new dip. She didn’t push back my cuticles or trim my nail beds at all. My nails needed this extra care and they didn’t get it. I did not get any hand massage at all. I know she wasn’t at her normal station and didn’t have all her normal tools so I am hoping next time this won’t be a problem at all!My friend and i made appointments together and walked in together but they still didn’t seat us next to each other. There was an elderly woman not getting her nails done sitting next to her daughter who was getting her nails done. If they could have moved the non paying customer, we could have sat next to each other while getting our manicures.As you can see in the photos, I have some unevenness, waves and bubbles/bumps. Again, I think this was because my manicurist didn’t have her normal tools and they just opened.So I am going back again in a few weeks to give it another go!

Jelly pedicure is heavenly!! Worth the money. My gel manicure looks amazing. My nails are currently super short.

I made an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding. I was a little nervous as this was my first time going here and I had also never done ombré nails before. However, my nails turned out AMAZING! The salon was absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean, and they had tons of rules in place for COVID and it was very reassuring to me. Nail Ink will now be my go-to nail salon. On top of my wonderful experience, the prices are great too! Thank you so much!

They were really nice Its appointment only they still got me in 1 hour before closing they didnt do a rush job I got a full set and pedicure and I love it definitely coming back when its time for my fill.

While calling in to schedule an appointment I was greeted by wonderful staff, arriving for my appointment I noticed how clean and bright the salon was. Kim did my nails and made a GREAT first impression. Kim fixed my nails as a previous nail salon had been pretty rough on my nails. Kim has great communication and made sure I was satisfied with my nails throughout my appointment. Staff here are very organized, clean & professional. I will be returning to this nail shop and I will request to see Kim again!**EDIT: Kim now goes by Kay. She does amazing work!!

We had pedicures here 5 times since summer timeGirls do a good job on toes. However seems like management could clean the floors they are filthy getting dirtier with each visit. Dirt and sand on floor between chairs when you take your shoes off gave me the creeps

My lady was very aggressive with my hands. She would grab my finger then throw it and grab the next one. IF that makes sense. She upped out price after she was half way done with my nails. When I had showed the photo at the beginning and through the whole process it was 35$ then at the end goes oh yeah it’s 40$ because they are long. Not impressedAlso my pointer nail is not flat. It’s bubbled. Color is cute tho

NEVER AGAIN!I asked for coffin and all my nails are different shapes. I asked for help picking out the colors to match my picture and they would not help me. My nails are so much shorter than I wanted them. It took a very long time as well. Nothing about this experience was good. They upcharged me for having multiple colors for regular polish and I have been to so many salons and never have I been charged more because I had multiple colors. She splattered nail polish all over my arm. It was so careless.

Tutti always does an amazing job.

The tips of my nails are very crooked and my nails are not smooth they are so lumpy. The nail lady repeatedly cut my skin with the electric filer and the nail filer and made me bleed several times. She also left my nails sticky.

Very professional, and thorough. Usually in my line of work, gel manicures last for about a week before it starts chipping, but my current manicure is almost at the two week mark!

Nail ink does a great job!I recommend always making an appointment and calling ahead, they do turn away walk ins and say come back later or wait a few hours if they’re full. Which I really appreciate compared to other salons.The quality of your nails and what you are paying for matters here, so they don’t rush or accept tons of people all at once.Beautiful new modern salon and very clean. Friendly staff. Prices are a little expensive but also very comparable to other salons, the reason I’m okay with it because here the quality is just unmatched. (Of course, in my experience!) you really are getting what you pay for!

Went in for a pedicure, the girl was not a bit interested giving me one. Flopped my foot down, ripped the towel around, slopped the polish on and I had to ask for it to be cleaned off my skin. One handed pedicure, turned away from me the whole time. There is to many nail salons around. You should take more pride in your work!Tip:At least act like you care about what you do.

Excellent experience! I will definitely be going back. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was perfect. Very clean. Professional and friendly staff. They were accommodating and clearly go above & beyond for customers. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is okay & the staff are really nice. Love my nails BUT most of my fingers have cuts *almost to the point of calling it a small deep paper cut* around the tips of my nails where they would normally push the skin back that might have gotten stuck with acrylic or when sawing down the nail i kept wondering why my nails hurt this is why SMH

Great new salon, clean and cute area! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I tried gel dip powder for the first time and was so impressed!

First I will start with the positive - it’s very pretty inside! But I was sooo disappointed in the service ... I waited about 15-20 minutes which they didn’t tell me initially that it would be that long. I wouldn’t have waited because it was after a long day of work and I was exhausted and really wanted to go home. Then the guy who did my nails tried to pressure me into doing dip nails after I said I didn’t want it. It was uncomfortable. As I was getting my nails done there was a little girl next to me, probably 10 years old, and the woman doing her nails kept yelling at her to sit still and to stop looking at her mom. I almost jumped in to say something but it was too weird. To top it all off - every single of my gel nails came off today!!! I got them done 6 days ago! Because of these various reasons unfortunately I would not return here or tell anyone else to go back either.

I go here when my go to salon Ivy Nails is packed. This is a very nice clean salon with friendly nail techs.....but I went here twice and both times my nails turned out terrible. I had 2 different nail techs each time and both did a bad job. My 2nd visit my nails were failed crooked on one hand. When I told the nail tech she tried to fix them but they turned out even worse! I didnt say anything and left. Made an appointment at Ivy Nails to get my nails fixed that very same day since they were that bad. I couldnt even stand to look at them. Its not the salon its the nail tech you get so maybe I got 2 bad ones. The first nail tech was a younger gentleman and the second was with Kim.

I love Nail Ink! The salon is brand new with beautiful modern decor. The staff/techs were absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind. They made me feel very comfortable and provided a great experience! They have a variety of different services with a lot of different colors which you can view on their website.I would highly recommend anyone who is in the area that wants an amazing mani/pedi to come here!

Initially I really liked this place, but the last two times I have come they said there would be no wait AND I made an appointment and I still had to wait 15+ minutes. It’s frustrating when I plan my day around the appointment time and they don’t have the staff to fulfill it.

I think this has been by far the worst place I have beeen to get my nails done... I was told one price starting my nails then at the end I was told a different price.. the nail lady took 3 hours just to do a full set. She assured me that the shape wasn’t going to be an extra charge, so she proceeds to do my shape and it’s not even symmetrical, the nails don’t look close to the same. Then the painting of my nails looks like a child did it. It’s sloppy and already chipping. I wouldn’t recommend. It is a beautiful place but poor service.

I am never mad at the prices not to mention the attention to detail! Customer service is on point and they even fixed a nail for free after 2 weeks ☺

Turned away as soon as I walked in the door. No explanation or greeting.. just “we don’t have time to do you today”. The lady did not say come back later, or the wait will be ... minutes. Hmm.. guest they don’t want my money. I will not be back

I’m not happy with my nail! It’s messy and didn’t get the service I usually get at my normal nail tech in Minnetonka. I wanted thicker dip, the lady said if I get it any thicker my nails would look ugly. I can tell she is new at dip. I had a guy start off and then switch to the lady. I get it with new trainee but ai believe with every new trainee the owner needs to check the service done and not just sit around, we are paying money for the service and it should be at least good!
