Great nails at a great price, I come here all the time. Definitely recommend!

I came in for lash extensions right away Mindy was rude and she wasn’t considerate of how I wanted my lashes to looked. I showed her a picture and said ‘yea yea ‘ and brushed me off. Right away when she started I noticed she was using strips and I asked she got mad and said ‘ok I no do it for you’ and got up. She still charged me the full amount for an unfinished work. I will never come back here!!

This is by far the best place I have gotten my nails done at and I will definitely be going here again. The owner was extremely kind and friendly. A very comfortable and welcoming place to get your nails done✔ I would definitely recommend.

Got a hair cut and asked for layers and to keep my length and she.cut it too short, had eyebrows waxed and that was good. But now I have short hair :/

This place is amazing. The women who work there and so kind and loving and really know how to make you feel like someone special. Best gel nails and pedicures around. These women are true artists. I find cute designs online and they almost always can recreate them. And the prices are cheap!

Im disappointed. My gel manicure lasted only two weeks and started peeling after the first week but I was in another country so I couldnt do anything about it. Today, I was showering and my ring finger nail polish came off in one swipe. Anywhere else in town I get a solid 3.5 weeks. I still gave 3 stars because the staff was nice and the salon was clean.

Always rushing to slam in as many customers as possibly. Got a set of acrylics done and stated to her multiple times that two of my nails were very poorly shaped and she didnt agree.its not even a wear later and I have lost multiple nails. Also appointment time means nothing there.

For an establishment to be called PRO nails and have certified nail techs nothing about this business was that...I set an appointment to get a full service of mani/pedi eyebrows and eyelashes I even came a little early and still didnt get the tech I requested who was recommended to me as the best.. tomorrow do my nails I was then told Linda would help me... So I then show a picture of the style I liked to get and Linda says she doesnt know how to do that style....I didnt complain I didnt get upset I respected her honesty and told her lets just do a pedi Im very particular when it comes to my nails and hows its taken care of ...she then proceeds to do the spa treatment however I notice she does a half job and she didnt do what I was asking for which was a wax treatment for the bottom of my feet to like anyother nail spa Ive been to has done so I stopped and asled her about she then says they dont have it and have a mud mask im like ok so Mindy stated its $10 addition for the treatment which I stated no problem linda then applys mud to my lower leg/calf region wraps it in a warm towel and proceeds to continue on my toes however I immediately notice how uneven she was doing the French tip one the first toe she started on so i asked her to stop it all and that Ill just get my eyebrows she then wipes it all off she was very nice about it so I told her because she was professional and kind that Ill pay for just the Mudd mask atleast ..so the next part Was my eyebrows which Mindy was known for being the best there and why I requested her ...I am very picky with my eyebrows and even recommended showing her an pld picture of myself for what id like Which was my natural thickness just cleaned up and arched. She then rushes through the waxing I immediately felt she messed up...she didnt give me an opportunity to view my eyebrows she got me up and told me to go lay in another room for my eyelashes on my way to the room another customer tried to stop and ask me was I getting my eyelashes down and she yells across the room at Mindy so mindy had to tell her my appointment was ahead of this lady...I proceed to the room and there were mirrors all over I check my eyebrows and noticed right away she didnt give me the arch and rounded my eyebrows and on one of the eyebrows waxed where the arch would have been...I was very upset but still patient waited in the room for 15-20 min I then noticed they overbooked so I just asked to cancel and to pay for the eyebrows and mudd mask Mindy then charges my card the full price of the pedi with modd mask so I then tell her about the situation which she then starts yelling and the unprofessionalism came out and she tried to force me to pay the full amount I then tell her no I am only paying for the services I recieved and she was there to witness what happened so I was very baffled at her attempt to steal from me ...I still stay calm and never once raise my voice yet she felt VERY comfortable to speak to me a Paying Customer this way... as a colored women I Should Have Never been treated that way and I can Guarantee she would have never treated anyone with fairer skin this way. I would Never Support this Business or recommend anyone to go to Mindy Shes very unprofessional and will Steal from you if you dont pay attention to your receipt. Even though I got Poor not Pro services I still paid because Linda the tech was nice so I felt She deserved it atleast yet Mindy still She charged me and only took off Half the pedi service and added her own tip to the amount total when in fact I only should have been charged the $10 for the mudd mask service and $12 for the eyebrows she did so poorly ...I just hope that tip went to Linda. I recommend Glo Nails over this Spot Pro nails are definantly DEFINANTLY outdated with nails styles and has the nerve to overly charge the prices they charge for the cheap material They use...They need to be shut down

Pro Nails did a very poor job of following the CoVid guidelines. There were some attempts at following the guidelines, such as sanitizing our hands and Plexiglas between the customer and client. The staff did not enforce customers wearing masks and did not place clients 6 ft apart. Also, their general practices for doing pedicures were not clean. Such as using reusable tools. In general the place was very dirty and it was poor experience being there, especially during a pandemic.

Amazing place to do your nails, very kind people and very gentle as well. Ive been to other places but none were like this at all. I would definitely recommend.

Prices need to be up to daye and at leas3two of the nail techs should consider another job

Linda the nail tech was very unprofessional. She had done my nails very un even and different shapes and sizes I told her I didn’t like it and that one hand was way different than the other. She then grabbed my hand rudely, got very mad And took them half way off and started telling me that she wasn’t doing my nails anymore! I was talking to her very nicely and told her from the beginning I wanted them long and she filed them super short to begin with. I told her I wasn’t not paying for them. She then soaked my nails not even half of the way and told me to leave. Not even the owner Mindy told her she was in the wrong she just sat there and listened. Another nail tech finally came and took my nails completely off! This place is horrible! I do not recommend. After being in customer service many years you just do not treat people like this!

Friendly staff. Nails turned out not how I expected. They were not straight they were slanted even after she fixed it. They do a good job with brows.

My husband and I dropped in after visiting the Mayo Clinic. Little did we know what a magnificent experience we would have at Pro Nails. The staff was not only friendly and expert but beautiful. We both got one of the best pedicures we’ve ever had in our lives and the magidites were just as detailed and meticulous. We left happy, relaxed and massaged(great chairs and service) We promised we will make it a part of every visit to Rochester and so should you.

Very good place. The ladies working were fantastic and very nice. Prices are reasonable and it appeared to be clean and sanitary. I will go there again.

The nail techs there were very nice and polite took their time on my mines and my daughters nails. I love the way our nails turnt out. They also did my sons eye brows and it was very nice also. Friendly people and awesome service!! I will be going there for now on to get my nails done.

Pricing at salon is different from pricing on the website and they refused to honor the difference. Salon is cluttered, decor is old, service is mediocre, and nail product was just okay. I would never recommend this place.

Mindy the owner is rude and unprofessional no wonder her staff don’t last long. She’ll have her newbies practice on your nails and it’s so painful. The worst experience ever! I wound not recommend this place.
