And if Im sold a certain type of service then I would like it 100% if youre going to skimp on it then dont offer it. Watch the girl with the unicorn 🦄. She knows what shes doing. They were very nice the only things I didn’t like was they doubled dipped in the wax after each use when they should have gotten a new stick each time. The room was also very very dirty. They also tried to push services on that I did not ask for.

NEVER GO HERE. so rude. will bully people into getting things done. pretty much forced me to get my eye brows dyed. i had very light blonde eyebrows and came out with black after i asked if it was going to look natural. She told me i looked awful and my eye brows were terrible before she did them. the eyelash extensions fall off with blinking. the eye brow waxing was terrible, i have a swollen face and it’s starting to scab. stay away if you can… had to find somewhere else to fix my eye brows back to my blonde, made me very upset.

Jan is the BEST!!! Just recently moving too Rochester and trying multiple salons, this is now the only one I go too. At first I just went for my nails, now I am getting my hair done also. Always an enjoyable experience.

Had a spa day with my daughter, her gel nails have bubbles and are peeling, and they seriously do not know how to work a curling iron, just a not great overall experience for so much money. Will go elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place! I have been going to Gena for 6 years. Every time I go somewhere else, it reminds me why I have been with her for so long. She does exactly what I want every time and she is so sweet. I get both my nails, and waxing done by her. I recommendher to all of my friends. The other ladies are very nice as well. So.....took my daughter in for her first ever mani/pedi trying to boost her self esteem. The ladies were nice enough. However, the lady with my daughter seemed rushed. Very rushed. My daughters favorite shirt ended up stained with polish at the sleeve cuff, she literally rolled it up thinking I didn’t see it and didn’t even so much as acknowledge or apologize. I was charged twice the posted price for a child’s mani/pedi, and upon leaving my daughter showed me a finger saying it hurt. The lady cut her nail so short it was bleeding. Again, no acknowledgment or apology. I’m disappointed to say that my daughter has asked we not return and find a new salon next time.

I love this one stop shop. Very professional and so nice! Gena is the Bomb, I no longer will let anyone do my nails. As far as haircuts, I wasnt very specific, so I was not impressed.BUT, IM TRYING AGAIN

Ive been going here for ten plus years now and they are the best!!! Gena is my girl. She has also done my eyebrows and actually is the only person who I fully trust with them. They are all so great!!!

10/10 do NOT recommend. My cousin and I went here to get our nails done for a girls day out. The second we walked in the door we were bombarded by two pushy women. I was wearing flip flops, so of course they thought it was necessary to insist that I got a pedicure, even though I explicitly said I only wanted a manicure. They then proceeded to insist that I get my eyebrows waxed, which I had to decline multiple times. The lady I had then asked what color nails I wanted, and when I told her just black, she legit told me no. She then told me I was getting purple and would not take no for an answer. So now my nails are purple. While there, a woman walked in for her eyebrows done, so the lady I had left in the middle of my manicure to do the eyebrows. The lady returned afterwards and was literally missing half an eyebrow.My cousins nails look like peanuts. They’re uneven and honestly look horrific. DO NOT GO HERE.

This is the only place I will get nails done for now on! I usually get gel but I got dip nails a couple weeks ago and I love it! They are so nice and very affordable. They make you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Will not be back. Tried to get a pick-me-up for Valentines day to look and feel a little extra. Spray tan and lash extensions.. I wasted time and money. They are NOT lash extensions. Its the same as buying a Kiss brand eyelash set with bonder. Simple glue under the lash line and stuck on.No care instructions, came off same day. My spray tan is horrible. Its extremely splotchy and not sure if/how I can fix it. So much for feeling pretty. Now to figure out what to wear to hide it. #lightsoffvalentinesday.

I have been going to the Beauty Gallery for at least a year now. All the gals do nice work and are very friendly. The prices are comparable to all other shops in town & they offer discounts for multiple services. Gena is my favorite beautician. For me it is a one stop fix up...nails, hair, & waxing. I do recommend calling ahead, but they are very good to accommodate drop-ins as well.

The Beauty Gallery is the best! I go there every few months to get my haircut and highlighted! Davy does a great job on whatever you need done, I am always very happy with how my hair turns out! Jan is super awesome! I got my spray tan and waxing from her. I was shy, but she made me feel super comfortable. Quick, fast, and painless! I got my summer tan too! Oh and she cuts hair very nicely! I dont go anywhere else. My one stop shop!

Davy (owner of Beauty Gallery) is simply the best - especially for Asian hair/features. I love that she is perfectionist! I have gone to Davy since 2009 for hair, nails, and eyebrow waxing (including for important events like my wedding, job interviews). I even moved away twice from Rochester, yet still visited her EVERY TIME when I was in town. She is better than anyone I have been to across the country! You wont regret it.

These women are wonderful at what they do! They make you feel so comfortable & are very personal. I would suggest Holly; she is so sweet & kind & definitely knows what she is doing. Cant wait to come back!

I have been going to Beauty Gallery Salon and Day Spa for two plus years now. All the workers make you feel welcome, and treat customers kindly. My needs are always met, and if for some reason Im not satisfied the staff fixes it until I am. When I dont have time to make it in due to my busy schedule, I still find my shellac nails lasting for up to 3 to 4 weeks. I recently got my hair dyed, and the girl who did my hair did A+ work. Thank you to all the ladies at Beauty Gallery and Day Spa for all of your wonderful service that you have provided.

At first I was happy with my service, but then when I got home I noticed a BURN MARK under neath my eyebrow from the waxing I just had done.... It is now starting to scab over and it hurts! I have an event coming up and will have to cover this mark with makeup now. I will definitely not be coming back for this service ever again.

Holy is so awesome! She is making my day today as I am having surgery tomorrow on my foot and she is doing a great pedicure for me plus a great wax too!. I am from out of state and glad I could find someone who does such a professional job.

I love Jan, Davi, Holly, and Gena so much!I have been coming here for the past 5 years and cannot find a nail shop that can out do them! They always are so loving and they always such a good job.

Got my nails done there 3 weeks ago, thought the service was decent so I went back there to get them filled. The lady said it would be $20 to get them filled. Then, at the end she said it would be $35. She NEVER told me that gel costed more to get filled. Then I brought my mayo badge because on their website it says they give mayo discounts. She said she had no idea about the discount and she wouldnt give it to me. Lastly, she rushed on doing my nails because she had another customer. My nails dont look horrible, but they defiantly be a lot nicer. Never going back there.

Gena does a great job waxing. It was practically painless and she was very thorough. I will definitely be going back for all of my waxing needs.

My sister referred me to Beauty Gallery in Rochester and I was really hesitant, but she insisted i try it and make sure to ask for holly. Even though i was scared, I was sooooo glad I went. Holly was so friendly and really made sure that I walked out happy with what services she had given me. If you need eyebrow/ body wax, please go see her.

I moved to Rochester not too long ago and I was SO nervous about letting someone else do my eyebrows but was extremely relieved after Holly did a fantastic job. She was so polite, listened to my requests, and made the pain minimal. I went to try another salon (Hollywood Nails) and was very disappointed in comparison to Beauty Gallery. I decided to stick to Holly. I went back yesterday and requested waxing in various areas and a pedicure- once again, Holly did an amazing job and made sure to do what I wanted. It took a while but because she was so nice and I didnt feel much pain, I didnt even notice how long it took! I also pulled up around 6:15 and noticed the sign said they closed at 5 PM on Saturdays, but when I walked in as another client was walking out, Holly smiled and said that of course she could take care of me! I now know who I will stick to in Rochester, MN and refer my friends to.

Very happy with my experience today. Lucy was delightful and the services were reasonably priced. Ill be going back.

I was in this week and hate writing bad reviews, but feel I have to be honest with my experience. The people were incredibly nice and I got a facial and a massage. However, even though the people seemed friendly and nice im giving only 1 star because I felt incredibly uncomfortable during the massage with where hands were being placed (and I get massages often so Im not new to it). I actually regret not saying something while I was there and have felt that as the days have past really sick to my stomach with the experience. The facial was very different than my other experience of a facial where they actually did extractions and used steam to open pores - which none of this was done. Again, the people seemed nice but it wasnt the relaxing atmosphere where I could relax and unwinded like I wanted to. I thought it was over priced for the quality.
