I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so disappointed coming here today. I come all the time and I definitely won’t be back. I felt so rushed. They didn’t ask me what I wanted and when I complained she just laughed and said she was sorry. They didn’t try to fix it or anything. When I complained about the paint being messed up she slapped some more paint over my toe and it looked clumpy I complained again and they acted so annoyed that they had to fix it. All of my nails look like different lengths and are crooked as well.

I had high hopes for this visit and it wasn’t good. I got a gel manicure and although she took her time, they aren’t good. The gel is on the skin and messy. I’m not expecting them to last the full 2 weeks because once my nails start growing the gel is probably going to peel up. My girlfriend got a manicure as well, hers look great but she was finished in 10 minutes or less and didn’t get the full manicure treatment we both paid for. Probably won’t return.

My nails look amazing and I havent had to fill them again since July 1st!!! Very friendly staff, but a bit high priced. If I can extend my time between visits, its worth it!!!!

Have been here several times, for convenience.The most unfriendly spa I have EVER been to.Never a smile or greeting, just “DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT”?Manicurist started my manicure before I could pick out my color. Terrible attitude while I scrambled to pick one out. Manager noticed the terrible attitude of this girl and switched places with her.Will never go back.

Three days after getting my nails done, five have broken completely off. This never happens and I have not at all been rough with them. Although the nails looked nice, they were too thin and now Im having to get them done completely over after just three days.

Andy and Kelly are so great. They’ve done an amazing job creating a quality nail salon with fair prices and friendly service. Will always be my go to salon.

I wish I could give a better rating because the quality of the work done this time was really excellent. But there is one nail tech in particular who is extremely pushy in getting clients to upgrade every service to something more expensive to the point I felt uncomfortable with her constant pressing. When the customer says no the first time stop pressuring them.Again it is only one lady in particular everyone else is polite about it.

I really enjoyed my experience at Radiant Nails! The gentleman who did my nails really took his time with my nails. I also really appreciated that he used stiletto shaped tips for my full set. It really helps with the overall shape! I really enjoyed my experience, I will be back!

For it being a newer salon, I was unimpressed with both quality and ambience. The dip manicure was poorly done, feels scratchy and the sides of the nail were missed until I mentioned fixing it. It was not very detailed at all. Ambience was also lacking, as there were two small children watching YouTube videos with volume on high. That is not professional and not a relaxing experience that we come for. I will not return and will stick to my main salon of Haus of Nails. I merely went to try this salon for close proximity. A drive is worth it, ladies.

Technicians and manager were cold and unwelcoming. Regular clients were loud and blasted their personal conversations over speakerphone while everyone else was just trying to relax. Highly unprofessional business. Wont be back.

This is my new go-to nail salon. The prices are fair and the owners are truly hard working and very professional and personable. I have gone for 6 mani/pedi’s at this point after being referred here by a friend. I will continue to go here. This is my new spot.I also want to add this, though it’s a bit more of a personal review than that of the service itself: this place is mom and pop operated by incredibly dedicated individuals who, I imagine, have no doubt been pummeled by this pandemic as small business owners, immigrants, and parents. They have risen to the occasion, and shined against all odds in this current climate. The folks that own this place are doing so much to ensure the success of their business and family. I have infinite respect for that, personally.I’ve had both the husband and the wife owners do my mani/pedi, and I am not only impressed with the work, but proud to give them my money because go-getters and people who show up for themselves as small business owners/entrepreneurs are my kind of people. Go here. Especially if you want to support small.

I did the dip manicure, it was done thin and all of my nails broke within one week. Dips usually last me 2-3 weeks. Although I will say there was almost no cross talk between the technicians in their language, which is a good thing because most women who have their nails done, absolutely hate this because odds the are they are talking badly about us.

Nice little nail salon in Libbie Mill. I took my daughter (almost 6 yrs old) and the staff were very welcoming & kind. We both got a nice pedicure, but it took *FOR.EV.ER*... They only had 3 people & although they were all busy & working hard, it took more than an hour and a half for 2 pedicures! Thats the only reason I cant give 5 stars. Well definitely be going back!!

This place is amazing!!! The gentleman that did my nails was very nice polite, professional he took his time didn’t rush anything, the place Is VERY clean, the staff makes you feel really comfortable the deluxe pedicure was sooo relaxing. I have been to a lot of nail salons, this is top of the chart I will never go anywhere else again...

I was so pleased with my service. The young lady who did my nails was super friendly and professional. I did the dipping powder, and it looks fabulous! I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, and promptly was seated for my service. A walkin came in for a pedi while I was there, and the staff graciously accommodated them.Very clean work areas, with plexi glass screens, abundant hand sanitizing stations, and masks.I have been putting off getting my nails done but I am so glad I went ahead and did it. I felt very safe at Radiant.Also, there was no upcharging, just a straightforward, reasonable price for my service. I could not be more pleased with my experience!

Cassidy did my SNS nails and they came out perfect. They were even and shaped perfect to my natural nail. Awesome job ask for her!

I’ve been getting my nails done for years; best pedicure and full set I’ve ever gotten! They make sure everything is completely perfect before you leave. My new spot for sure!!!!!!

Fell in love my first visit there! Kelly is meticulous and did a fabulous job on my gel manicure. She didn’t use the electric nail file on my natural nails which I really appreciate. My cuticles, nail shape, and gel are perfect. Thank you!! I will be back!!

My daughter and I have now been in a few times. Super attentive to detail and always leave loving the way my nails look. Very sweet owners and always incredibly clean in the salon. Would highly recommend.

20% discount advertised outside their store, but when quoted a price, it was higher than nearby salons and didnt include that discount. Ill continue to go to Nails 4 You down Staples Mill Rd (near Kroger)- they do a great job for a better price.
