Nail Techs were rude and wouldnt ask my questions about switching over to dip powder. They were more interested in talking with apparent regulars than new clients. I definitely will not consider using them again.

Place is very busy, which is usually a good thing. However, the technician Andy seemed rushed. My cuticles were uneven and so were my nails. Also, very expensive for what you get. It’s possible I just had a one off with quality but.. I wouldn’t recommend.

I love Vicky for pedicures, but someone is not handling the scheduling well. 4 times this summer I waited over 30 minutes after I arrived on time for an appointment, and for one walk-in.The second time this happened with an appt., I said how long of a wait and they told me 30 mins, so I came back then. They set me up at a pedicure station and the technician came over and said he had to eat something because he hadnt eaten all day. Of course I said sure. All in all I waited almost an hour that day and the pedicure was messy and subpar, although the massage was good. The first time I was left waiting earlier in the summer I walked in and asked it they had room for a pedi. They said sure. They walked me in the back, and set me up in a tub with the water swirling where I proceeded to wait for 40 mins. You know what? Dont set me up in a tub until you know a technician is ready in 10 mins., thats not even good for your toenails. Or better yet, dont say YESwe can fit you. Say come back in 30. If you cant stick to your appts. but you clearly have raised your prices, you are practicing bad business. Today I had an appt. at 3:30, made after they moved me since my appt. tech was out. First available tech I said was fine. Arrived, they brought me in the back and were about to run the tub. I said, Ill wait until you know a tech is ready. Not one person addressed me for 30 minutes after that. So I walked out and did my pedicure at home today. I have been a customer there for almost 10 years. Well they lost my business today after I gave them many chances over this summer.

I showed up for my appt with Kim and was told that she was no longer working at the salon and then I was told that I had to wait for a tech. It was very unprofessional. I should have been called when she left and my appt could have been rescheduled. They confirmed my appt the day before and I had no idea that Kim was gone or that I no longer had an appt. I was so mad that I left without getting my nails done. Also, the salon is extremely overcrowded and you always have to wait. They do not honor appts like they should.

One of the best nail places. They always do a fabulous job. Are always busy but always have enough staff to accommodate you. And I love that they have a modern decor spa style with tile back splash, lighting, and waterfall so it doesnt feel like you are walking into a salon that was built in thw 90s.

First time here for a pedicure. The salon is extremely clean all cdc recommendations are being followed the atmosphere is very pleasant and my pedicure was the best Ive had in a very long time I get pedicures every few weeks have been for 20 plus yrs ..I have been going to same salon for a long time however more recently I have not been satisfied.2 friends recommended VICKY at USA for my pedicure and she did an absolute incredible job 10 out of 10 !! This is my new salon 😊 thank you Vicky for making my first experience here amazing

Had an appt for noon today. I arrived on time and sat for 20 minutes in the pedicure chair with no water. I scheduled the appt so I wouldnt I have to wait, yet, 20 minutes went by and no one came. Waste of my time. Wont be back, will not recommend.

Ive been going to USA nails for about 2 months now, Ive been getting my acrylic nails done from Kim. Shes amazing. She can do any design that your heart desires and is very kind and creative. She did my nails back around Christmas and they lasted a full month. Me being a nail bitter, this is the best thing ever to have my nails stay/ last this long. Love that they have Sunday hours.

I took a shot in the dark with this salon 3 months ago after some issues with my old place. Everyone at USA Nails is so friendly! I usually go to Edna or Kimmy, they are awesome and both do a good job. They always make sure I am completely satisfied before leaving. Love it!!!

Made appointment for mani/pedi. Had me soaking for nearly an hour with no explanation or apology. Once he started pedicure he was sloppy, rushed and had to be told what to do. Will not be going there again.

What’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t be seen on time. They over book wayy to much

Its a nice looking place but the prices are a bit expensive. They also didnt honor my appointment time. Got there a few minutes early but once it hit my time I was left waiting another 20 minutes and if it werent for me asking they would have left me there for who knows how long. Women who came in without appointments were seated before me? It was my first and last time there. They wanted to charge me $60 for a full set with some line designs nothing crazy just some lines so I settled for a different color of polish on each nail with no design and still was charged an extra $5 for that. Giving 3stars because they followed covid procedures and sanitizing was done.

USA Nails is the best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it makes for such a wonderful experience. I personally always make my appointments with Kim- she is amazingly talented and makes me laugh the whole time! Love this place!

I came in for a brow wax but ended up also getting a gel manicure. The girl up front (didnt catch her name) was very helpful and willing to get me in. The gentleman who did my manicure did a good job, but I did leave with a few bubbles in one nail that I didnt notice until later. Overall, very happy and Ill be back!

Even when having an appointment made well in advance, the wait is very long. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning (soon after opening) because I had afternoon appointments, I almost had to leave because my wait was close to 45 minutes after scheduled appt. time.

I came from waretown to get to get my eyebrows done and edna herself told me to come back... They even have comments across the table and prices went up wayyy more then the value .. my nails lasted almost two months lucky if I had three weeks ... Sooo sad money became more important than quality here !Edna sold her character for $$$$

I went in about 3 weeks ago and i loved the nails they did on me and couldn’t get over them. i told them how good they were and how much i loved them. well, i came back to get my nails done again and the one guy starts doing my nails and then tells me to sit somewhere else so i’m sitting waiting for about 20 minutes and then another person comes and tells me to move and another 15 minutes goes by and he’s finally starting on my nails. he kept putting his nail on my nail to see if it was dry and he wouldn’t fix them when there was clearly dents in my nails. it’s been 3 days and two of my nails are breaking and one feels very loose. also they charged me $40 for a long set but then i get a shorter set and it’s $70 which doesn’t make sense to me.

Highly recommended! Best nail salon by far, the guy that did my nails sat there and did every detail until they were absolutely perfect and trust me and I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Also Prices are great service is amazing I had no wait, everyone is very friendly and the salon is just gorgeous! So happy I took a chance and went to a new salon.

I wont go anywhere else. The salon is beautiful and Andy did an amazing job. Best salon in the area hands down!

I absolutely Love the newest technique “ Acrylic Nail Dip! Plus their waxing is very good as well ... never to hot that it burns you or to old that it does not do the job correctly... If I could give more stars I would !!!

I got a fill and pedicure today for the first time at USA nails! It was amazing! Jay did my fill and he did an amazing job reshaping them and helped me pick out a great color! Jaimie did my pedicure and she also did an amazing job! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! I’ll definitely be coming back!

So the first time i got my nails done there it was but a man, he did a okay job on them but they all feel off within a week of getting them. i went back the next week to see if i could have new ones and actually have them stay on but i got another man and they lasted for 3 days. i was extremely irritated by the fact that they have such high ratings but my nails stayed on for not even a week. so i don’t recommend getting acrylics by the men there because they only last for about a week.

Today was my first visit to USA Nails. At the last minute I decided to go for a gel manicure so obviously I had no appointment. I received a friendly welcome as soon as I walked in. I was directed to Kimmy. She was so nice and did an excellent job on my nails. She even recommended the better choice of gel polish. I have already booked my next gel manicure and also a pedicure with Kimmy.

This is the first salon that I go to where everyone can actually do nails. They are so friendly, and nice everyone absolutely takes their time no one rushes to do the services being provided unless you ask them to. Please be sure to ask for Don if you want the best pedicure, and for the best manicure ask for Jay. I also must mention this salon does about 5 other people from my job so please book them . I moved here in October and have been going to a different salon in the area for 6+ months now. I liked it but was really only going because I got used to it. Tried out USA a few weeks ago and theyre my new go to!! Extremely clean and the staff is friendly. I didnt make an appointment and just walked in - expected to wait a little bit but was taken right away!

Definitely deserves a 5/5 review!! This salon is awesome!! It was my first time going on Sunday, they weren’t super busy, the receptionist told me it’s be a 5/10 minute wait, I was super excited. The inside of the salon is beautiful! And they have so many polishes to pick from! Anyways, I was seated and taken care of by Jay. He’s so sweet! I had a picture of something I wanted, and he quoted a price for me and it was perfect! I don’t mind paying a little more to have my nails the way I want them, and Jay did exactly that! It was a maroon ombre with some stones on the ring finger, and he even mixed the airbrush colors for me since they didn’t have the exact color! That’s amazing customer service to me! Unfortunately the stones fell off my nails haha, but its understandable since I do work with my hands a lot. The lotion and the hot towel at the end is equally as amazing too! I will definitely be coming back here for my fills and especially for pedicures in the summer!! Thank you so much USA Nails & Jay!!

I would not recommend coming here if you are taking COVID seriously (and you should be).first of all, my nail technician wore her mask under her nose instead of over it. i’m not sure why is an issue, as it is now widely known that masks have to cover both the nose and mouth to be effective. this also concerns me that the salon did not receive proper COVID training, as they were supposed to before they were allowed to reopen.second of all, there were numerous teenage children roaming around the salon while it was fairly full, some without masks on (or masks worn on their chin). i presume they were members of the owner’s family because they kept going from the front to the back of the salon and seemed to know many of the employees. either way, there’s absolutely no reason for this in a time when we’re supposed to be limiting our interactions. i noticed the same thing with employees who didn’t currently have clients. at one point, 2 different employees who were free were standing right next to me talking to my nail technician. this contact should be eliminated as it puts customers at risk.it seems as though all of the hand washing and temperature check pre-appointment is futile if this salon is going to allow unnecessary interactions, especially if not all people in the salon are going to wear masks properly.

I have been going here for a year now and have never once been disappointed. The salon can get busy so appointments are important. However, every single member of the staff I have worked with are attentive, hardworking and helpful. The salon is clean. The staff members are creative and attentive to customer needs. I keep going back again and again, especially for Kim.

Salon is now under new ownership and they are AMAZING all their staff is great, friendly and salon is very clean. Always have a great expierence and my nails are always perfect, as well as good conversation! I recommend everyone to try them. Today was my first visit to USA Nails & spa. However not my first visit with the AMAZING new owners. I have been getting my nails done with Ann for many many years when they were at another salon closer to my house. I now travel 20 minutes to continue to get my services with them. I told Ann I would travel an hour. It doesn’t matter who you see there because everyone is so great. The new place is beautiful. Congratulations on the new place.

I needed a new place and my stylist recommended here. I had no appt walked right in and they took me right away. Nick did my nails and made sure they were perfectly straight and square(how I like them) and perfectly did the design I wanted from Pinterest. Place is super clean and everyone is friendly. Tons of colors to choose from and when I left they gave me a complimentary bottle of lotion AND a fill with design only cost $35!!!! I would tell EVERYONE TO GO HERE!

Had a pedicure today and I was so disappointed that I didnt get a foot massage. She barely rubbed my legs a little. Isnt that one of the reasons you get a pedicure is for the relaxing foot massage?

It was 97 degrees outside when I went today for a pedicure. The manager was very busy talking with another man about fishing up front of the salon. We were DRENCHED in the back. When I got up front to dry my toes, I asked if the air was broken. Oh no, it works maybe Ill turn it on. REALLY? Maybe they would have more business if it was a comfortable experience. Were paying for a SERVICE!
