This has to be my favorite nail salon that I’ve ever been to! It’s in a great location, the inside is really nice, and the people are so friendly and do a great job! Cody is amazing and was so easy to talk to, and I can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while now; this place is awesome, the entire staff is beyond helpful and more importantly, the do great work! I’m super hard on my nails (I garden, rock climb, paint etc.). I usually see Jennifer and she triple coats my gel polish and it lasts 10x longer than when I get my nails done at other places. Make an appointment a week or so ahead of time because they book up fast!

We were in Richmond for a wedding and just wasting time before the ceremony. My 4 year old (the flower girl) wanted to get her nails done, so we popped in without an appointment. They were busy (but safely busy...very impressed with Covid precautions) but then they saw the little one and said they could fit her in. Everyone was so great! They treated her not like a little princess, but like a grown up (and in her mind that is way better!) We both had a great time and Im so thankful for everyone there making her day just that much more special. Thank you!

Very nice salon in Carytown, located close to a parking garage. Nice, clean shop with courteous, professional staff. $55 for a regular mani-pedi is s bit pricey for me.

I have been to Fusion twice for gel manicures. Both times the manicures came out fantastic. The last time I chose a red shade, and they look so glamorous. The length and shaping are so beautifully done, they look like they could be in a magazine! Both nail artists I saw had genuinely friendly demeanors and were fast. Ill definitely be going back. I am attaching a picture of my nails. Its been 5 days and they still look perfect!

Fusion has done a fantastic job adding health safety precautions to the salon due to the pandemic. Masks are worn and plexiglass shields are at the reception and each station.I’m so happy they’re back open!!!I’ve been a customer there for over 2 years.Everyone is so friendly and John is my FAVORITE for a pedicure!!!! 💝💝💝This place has taught me it’s worth it to go to a nail salon where you make appointments. As in, they are so good they are usually booked up. I happened in recently to make an appointment just after they had reopened and I lucked into a walk in pedicure - so it’s not unheard of & they do accept walk ins, but I recommend you call. That said — this place is the BEST!

Ive been here before, but havent been in a while. Decided to book before my beach trip to get a manipedi for myself and my grandma. Both nail techs were very attentive and caring. They made sure to keep conversation with us most of the time which was a nice change of pace from the typical nail salons that I go to. They definitely have made a client out of me!

I love going to this place it like coming home and having everyone welcoming you in and most importantly taking care of your hands and feet for me and other things a woman would love.. easy going

I took my elderly grandmother to Fusion for a pedicure and it was a wonderful experience for both of us! Rose did my grandma’s nails and she was so sweet, gentle, and kind! Then I asked her to pick out a color for me and she picked out such a fun pretty shade that I’m so excited to wear! I’ve always loved Fusion and everyone that works there but this experience with everyone’s patience and kindness with my grandmother just put it over the top. Love love love this place!

I was a walk in the first time I came here, and everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. I was able to come back in a couple hours, and my gel manicure looked flawless and professional. Everything was FABULOUS with the service wish they would not reuse implements like foot/nail files that are nor sanitizable. Also wish they would sanitize the pedi bowl by running it/jets for 10 minutes with bleach between customers (as per regulation). Because of this I would not go back

I love this shop! I have been getting my pedicure and shellac done here for over a year now and by a few different techs. They are all great! The atmosphere is always inviting and the quality of the services are top notch for me. If you go there off the strength of this review tell them Carrington sent you 😊!!!

Cody did a gel manicure and pedicure last week. It was the best experience. Such kind, talented people work here - its a great environment - and one of the best treatments Ive ever gotten. This is now my GO TO place for nails. THE BEST PLACE IN RICHMOND!!!

Im a dude who has never really had a pedicure, so needless to say I was in an unfamiliar environment. The staff at Fusion made me feel welcome and comfortable, and my feet feel great now. 10/10 would recommend.

I had my nails done by Kathy and she did an AMAZING job! The BEST manicure I have had. She paid attention to detail and did a really cute chevron design on my nails. I will definitely become a regular. :)

Ive been here a few times when I lived in Richmond and they were always pretty good. Today my mom, sister, and I booked a pedicure for three and none of us started on time. It seemed like they completely overbooked themselves. Their attitude was very friendly but honestly it would have been nice for us to have stayed together in salon the whole time.

I went to Fusion Nail Spa attempting to get a French manicure for my daughter around 7:30 p.m. Stating that I had the nastiest customer service at this nail salon would be a complete understatement. Upon walking in, my daughter and I were immediately greeted by a service rep stating that they were not taking anymore clients. In a state of confusion I asked what time does your salon close?. The rep not only responding that they closed at 8:00 p.m. (which to me clearly shows that not only was the establishment still open, but that the nail techs were going to be there for another 30 minutes). I thanked the rep and left---only to go to be welcomed at Jennifer Nail Spa a few blocks away where there was only ONE nail technician AND she was able to service BOTH my daughter and I. I was so grateful that this woman serviced us- where she was that literally closing her doors within 10 minutes that I gave her a nice beautiful tip for going above and beyond in providing Excellent customer service to her clients.....Needless to say.....I will not waste my time in the future at a salon that does not want my business.

Ive been going here for gel manicures for six years now, and I cant recommend this place enough. Yes, they are busy, and yes, you need an appointment for often than not, but there are reasons—the technicians are skilled, the prices are reasonable and everyone is friendly. So, plan ahead, and youll be fine. Cathy is my go-to girl.

Fusion is the best. Hands down. Only downside is that everybody knows it, so its hard to get a walk in. I have never once had a bad experience here. Prices are great, facility is clean, AMAZING customer service! So friendly, I look forward to going in not just for the pampering, but because everyone who works there makes you feel like an old friend. I will always come here and tell everyone I know. This place is really a 0 not even a 1. The technician did not speak any English and did not understand what I wanted. She was rough the the whole time and jerked me around. I called to ask if they had a gel mani pedi option and I was told yes. I come in for my appointment and then Im told no they dont do gel pedicures because they stay on too long. So that means they dont do it to keep business coming and dont satisfy the clients needs. Thats awful customer service. They did not have the wax turned on to dip your hand into and I came at 1pm. There is no excuse to not have that on especially when they offer it. The technician put the quick dry oil on right when I was about to leave and ended up soaking my feet in it and I couldnt leave until it was dry. She should have done that after my pedicure, since I had my manicure next. All over horrible customer service. They are too worried about bringing in money and and dont care at all about quality of their work. The technician was always looking around to see who walked in the door and not concerned about my nails. Again horrible service. Beware of coming here.

Best nail salon in RVA! The team is kind, welcoming and well educated in the art of manicures. No cuticle will go untrimmed, and gel will always be perfectly cured. I tried so many salons in RVA before finding this one and will not go anywhere else!

They were super friendly but my pedicure isnt holding up very well after less than a week.

For my first visit, it was already the best mani pedi I’ve ever had. My technician, Ann, was friendly, fun and sweet. Actually, most of the staff seemed great! The environment was clean and modern. Ann was gentle and soothing. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been getting a pedicure, only to have my legs beaten and scraped, in an attempt to “massage” and “exfoliate” them...but ended up being an unpleasant experience. This time, no pain! The massage almost put me to sleep, it was so relaxing! I definitely felt pampered when I left there...it was everything I needed. And the kicker? It’s totally affordable! I only paid the the usual $40 for a mani pedi (and it’s 30 for shellac). Wow! New favorite nail salon ever.

Was turned away for not having an appointment. Does not say in website that an appointment was needed. I was told there wasnt any availability until Monday, which I feel was untrue. They said they have been getting busier. I understand the reviews saying how they were made to feel like they were an inconvenience, I felt that way as soon as I walked in. Wont be coming back here despite being the top rated place to go. Waste of time.

Went in on a Friday at 6pm and was told they had no availability. They only had 3 people working, no one waiting and they close at 8pm. The way they handled the inquiry did make it seem as if you were inconveniencing them.
