I have enjoyed this place and they do an excellent job. But it is frustrating when you make an appointment with certain technicians then arrive and find out you will have to have someone else because the one you use is no longer there.Then have to wait in other service because if double booking.I asked for same time service but it did not happen.

Ive looked all over the place for a good nail salon and i finally found it! Very friendly atmosphere, really clean. Did have bit of a wait bc they were pretty busy but definitely worth it. Hannah did amazing!

They are efficient, friendly, and take time to do a good job. My first pedicure and he let me just relax, kept checking in on temp and pressure. There is a good selection, they know their regulars but treat everyone like they are repeat customers. Ill definitely go back.

To be fair, I didn’t have an appointment but as a first time customer I wasn’t even greeted when I walked in, I can’t stand that! And as nice as the little kid doing my toes was, I just feel as if the job was rushed! Honestly, he did well but it literally took him like 10 minutes top, I got the basic pedicure, however it’s still not cheap! I don’t feel like the price was worth what I got for the pedi. Everything was pretty much rushed! Won’t be coming back!

I will never go to a salon in Paris again. Worth the hour drive. Even when they were slammed, we waited MAYBE 5-10 minutes to be seated and served. SUPER clean, NICE selection of polishes that are new and last for much longer than most places. Will be back again!

Luxor is a great place! I love the employees. They are fun as well as professional. They do my nails like I want. The manicures are very relaxing. Great atmosphere!

They are actively ignoring covid restrictions, I was seated next to multiple people not wearing masks nor were most of the nail techs wearing masks. Though the nails looked nice they put on the acrylic too thinly and had my first nail break in less than 24 hours. Second nail broke in three days after that I just took everything off, which didnt need any acetone just a twisting motion on the nail. Its just not worth possibly getting the virus for nails that wont last.

I always go here! They always fix mistakes and are friendly. Highly recommend them if you want your moneys worth.

Love this place and the employees are all so Sweet! They go out of their way to make sure youre happy and dont rush you through like cattle..... Only problem is that there isnt enough parking. Apparently I am not the only one who enjoys their establishment! Thankful they are doing well! Good Luck in the new year.

I was not very happy with my experience here. I came in for a simple pedicure and my sister got a gel manicure. At check out, after they ran my card, they informed me that they had to raise the prices. No one mentioned this and they still have their original prices posted. I won’t be back, what a dishonest move to sneak that in at the end!! The pedicure looked okay but the manicure was not at all like how she wanted it.

Peter is my favorite nail tech, he shapes my nails to perfection. I’m known for my nails at work because of his work and I will always come to Luxor for my sets!! 🥰 they give a relaxing spa feel every time and are very professional. They give you a free drink of your choice to make sure you are comfortable through the duration of your appointment. They also play music or play a movie for entertainment. They know the latest styles, and shapes.I’ve only had one problem In over the span of 2 years and they were more than happy to fix it . I truly recommend Luxor for your nail needs !!

The only thing I did not like was the over charge for a fill in becsuse I got my nails done somewhere else, Im visiting from California... luckily, I was referred there.

Took us quickly, the young women were very nice and did beautiful work. Especially on my father who really needed a pedicure. I love how nice my feet look.

My nails are so bad they started lifting the next day. Also my nail art was very horribly done. They soaked my whole hands in acetone instead of wrapping my fingers in foil and now they are so dry they are cracking . I am going to find a way to post a picture of them . I felt like the young girl wasnt into it she was just trying to hurry and get through it.

The service was awful, not friendly at all. Very little communication from the woman doing my nails, she was rough on my hands and never asked how I like them. I asked for a sports length and slightly rounded shape. I got long, square nails that are uneven in shape and length. I absolutely hate them! My daughter got a different lady and hers are the right length and shape but her hands are sore from being man handled. Well never go back, its an assembly line and not work the money.*****Update****** clear coat is peeling off 2 nails taking the design with it and 3 nails are already lifting**************

Went Aug. 31st with my friend to have our nails done before going on a cruise and wax. Near where she lives and I needed to have it done before the trip.They did a wonderful job on both our nails as well as eyebrows. Very polite. Salon is extremely clean. Didnt feel rushed and they took the time to do a great job. I live in over an hour away and really thinking of making the trip to have my nails done there.I will say that I could see the parking being an issue because of the surrounding businesses (one is a pizza place), but early in the day it wasnt an issue.Highly recommend.

(You cant be respectful, friendly and show good customer service if you speak English to your customers and turn around to speak a different language the customers do not understand and make them feel you are laughing or joking at their expense, its uncomfortable. (Its open to misinterpretations.)*The reviews about the cleanliness and superior ambiance are not so. It is what any business should be.*My nails felt very thigh, sore and uncomfortable to the point that after two weeks I went to another place to have them removed.*Overall not a good experience.

They are great! They do beautiful work and on the rare occasion that I havent loved something about my nails, they fixed it without question or charge. Very friendly and consistent

I was really liking this place up until I was paying. I got there at 5:30 which was an hour before they closed. The lady who did my nails finished at 6:35 and when she told me what the price was I was standing in line behind a lady who was paying out. She just stood there and so I handed her my card which was difficult to get out as I had my purse in one hand and drink in the other. I had to hold my drink and purse in one hand. She runs my card and brings me the paper to sign and I kinda look at her like really you can’t wait 1 minute while this lady in front of me finishes paying so I can set my stuff done. I had to walk over to a technicians table and set my stuff down and sign the receipt there all because the tech couldn’t wait 1 minute for the lady in front of me to finish paying out. Ridiculous!They were just rushing everyone out the door and for that reason I won’t be back. Not a way to run a business.

Ive used this place before and loved it, this day was different. Maybe it was because it was so busy, idk but they were very rude. we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

I just went in for manicure on the location across from Walmart. I am new in town and wanted to check out the place and people. Nail Tech was extremely rude and never even said hello. I only left a small tip due to that and the guys at register said something in a language that I could not understand, looked at each other and looked at me and laughed...I will never go back. First impressions are extremely important to the new kid in town! Hopefully the one on Main Street is better, but skidish of trying that one due to this experience. Looking for excellent nail tech and service if anyone has suggestions.

Me and my husband went here yesterday. I went to get a set of nails and pedicure. My husband ended up getting a manicure, pedicure and his eyebrows done. The people was so nice and gentle especially the lady name Lily. I/we will be going back.. I forgot about the free margaritas.

This nail shop was the worst Ive ever been. I came here initially thinking its the best in town-according to the reviews (if its even real reviews). I specifically told the guy in the front who greets customers what I wanted. I picked the color and I sat down. I wanted a pedicure and a mani. The lady doing my pedi had an attitude, she did an okay job. Michelle, however, the person that did my manicure started putting the powdered/SNS on my fingers without actually doing a manicure (where they remove dry skin, clean up your cuticles, etc). She claimed they do it after they put the SNS powder on the nails. Ive never heard it that way. Anyway, I paid too much money for a regular pedicure and a horrible job of a manicure ( I wouldnt even call it at that). I did give them a ten dollar tip. They need the money more than I do! They talk about you behind their back. They are very rude. I would never ever go back to this place. They smile and act as though they will do an excellent job. Its all lies!
