Great service and quick turn around! Was driving back from NC to NH and hit a huge dip in the road in West Virginia on 81N rip part of my exhaust. They were able to get me in fix my exhaust clamp and get.me on the back on the road in minutes. Thanks to Chris (mechanic) and the female service writer (Anna?) You guys save day. Wish we had garages like this at home.

Stumbled on to NTB several months ago after a negative experience at my traditional spot. Josh and the team have been wonderful. Easy to make appts on line and they try to accommodate when scheduling is an issue. Great customer service, clean and pleasant waiting area, close to shopping and restaurants if you are waiting. Been here 3xs over the past couple of years and the service has been exemplary every time. The exterior of this location has a clean and modern look to it and is well maintained. The interior also has a sleek modern look with an ample size waiting room with a TV and refreshments. The customer service staff is clean and very service oriented which is a plus for any consumer. Theyre very knowledgeable about their products and will work with you to get the best deal they can offer. The technicians were also very professional and do quick, tight work and Ive had no issues with any of the work Ive had performed here. Its obvious this store has put together a very good team and is well managed and should be rewarded for being so. Definitely recommend this place for your tire needs and more.

Wonderful customer service. Actually care a bout the customer and not just the money. The cross bar was hanging down on my car and they really did not have time to look at it but since it could be a safety issue they got it in and fixed it. They also put 4 new tires and did alignment all in a timely manner, they also showed me what was wrong with my vehicle so i could see it for my self instead of just taking there word for it!!!

I got as flat while off-road and this was the only place on a Sunday that was super accommodating and nice. Molly was amazing. Best experience at a tire place ever. I’ll be back!

My wife did the tire order online as well as set up the appointment online. The first thing we were told when they found out is that their online system uses a general database not that stores specifically so they may not have them. They couldnt look the tire up to see if they had it without doing the VIN info, mileage etc and process it into the computer. The car was completed in a timely manner. When we went to pick it up we were told they had to manually enter the card for credit if its a credit/debit bank card because of how the system was set up. Obviously they didnt know how to use their own system. It works as many others do, they hit debit and you can process it as credit by simply hitting enter and not entering your pin. Finally we got out to our car and there is soap all over the tires and rims and all of the valve stem caps were gone. The manager acted as if it was no big deal however, never in all of my new tires have I ever seen a mess like that left. Its something that the mechanic wipes off just like any other professional cleaning up after themselves. 2 stars because it was a decent price on the tires but a headache to deal with.

On Saturday my dad was looking at my car and noticed that I had a bubble in my tire. I live an hour away so getting new tires was crucial for me so I wouldnt have a blow out. I was worried about it being Saturday and it was the 20th anniversary of 9/11 so I didnt think I would have any luck finding a place that would be able to install four new tires. I called NTB and spoke with Joshua, he set me up with an appointment the same day with no problems. Upon arrival I talked with Joshua about the services I needed and I ultimately couldnt afford to do a wheel alignment along with the price of the tires. He waved the fee for the wheel alignment which was $96 and he also applied the discount on the tires (they were buy 3 get one free) in store instead of having to mail in rebate in order to get the money refunded. He was awesome to work with and I wish I still lived in Hagerstown! But, I am willing to drive an hour to go to this location to be able to get quality customer service that everyone deserves! Thank you Joshua and everyone else at the Hagerstown Location for making my experience smooth, my tires work great! :)

Entered the shop without a scheduled appointment about 8 AM yesterday & was greeted by Josh. I explained I had a flat tire resulting from jumping a curb. It was determined I needed a new tire & alignment. By 9:15 AM I was out the door and on my way. Job well done by NTB.

Normally very positive on very few reviews done,had a 1030 appointment for an oil change and the works,2 1/2 later I get finished with just that,an oil change,no liquids topped off....definitely will not go back to this location nor would I recommend it.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! My son was traveling home to Minnesota for Easter when he was rear-ended on the freeway at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. Who in the world would be open to help him?? NTB!! We called ahead and Manager Joshua said to come in right away. I know that they must have been very busy, especially on late Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Nevertheless, Joshua understood that my son was trying to get home for the holiday and was able to effect a quick repair to the car which enabled my son to continue traveling. Ive never met Joshua, but, I am VERY Grateful !!!!!

Ordered tires arrived for appt. No tires. Told by Josh theyll be on FedEx truck around. Called back at 11:30. Told theyll be there soon. My mom and I both took our cars here. My moms car they charged her 1000 for the fix n was never fixed right we had to go somewhere else and they fixed her issues for 300. Mi e they kept adding things to my bill and said my oilpan needed fixed and charged me hundreds and it was still leaking. Over 1800 for.us both and never fixed our issues.

Beware.don’t go to this place these people are scammers went to get a tire repair i was told that i have to get a new tire.I purchased the warranty on the tires last time I was there. When i got the bill i still had to pay $120.with the warranty.they even tried to sell me a battery and 4 new tires after i had my car service at the dealership a week ago with a inspection and told me that everything was ok.NTB Is a rip-off..

Had to go there after blowing out a tire getting on to rt 81 traveling to NYC from Roanoke Va went to another tire shop and had nothing for a Lexus RX.spoke with Alex the service manager wound up buying 4 tires, the car needed them any way she was very helpful and understanding that we were pressed for time and traveling.they were completely booked and had to fit us in, they got us all fixed up in about 2 hours.I cant thank them enough THANK YOU

I had been to NTB once before, in Frederick, and the service was ok, the prices were about what I expected and, overall, was an average experience. I expected the same at the location in Hagerstown but I was pleasantly surprised when I took my truck there. Dan and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a LOT of questions about tires and alignment, rotation, etc. and to my surprise I wasnt upsold or pressured into extra services or products! I will be returning here with my two other vehicles just for the customer service and attentive staff! Nice job NTB Hagerstown!

This post is long but worth the read. The last place that my dads honda pilot was serviced was at NTB. I attempted to change the oil and filter on my fathers Honda pilot that my daughter drives. I normally do my own and could not get the oil drain plug out...😑. After 20 minutes and multiple attempts it (with a breaker bar) would not budge. I was pretty mad, I called NTB and raised hell, Probably not the most mature thing to do. So I called my dad who exclusively deals with NTB and went over after the call. After a brief conversation with Joshua (Manager) i apologized and Joshua took care of the situation. My hats off to the Joahua and NTB crew, they delt with a p/o customer and gained a new customer, me!

Havent met the staff here yet, but wanted to share my sons recent experience with the Hagerstown team...Hes begun a summer internship in that area, which is 6 hrs from home and had a tire leak on his vehicle. To aid us financially, a relative gifted the vehicle to us for his use to make this internship less burdensome. Upon recognizing the tire pressure issue, my son took to the internet, contacted the Hagerstown NTB location and accepted an appointment that was approx 2 hrs later. They quoted him an estimated cost of $25 plus tax.Upon arrival, he was greeted and politely guided through his first ever automotive service visit. The assigned technician brought his vehicle around, found the issue to be an exceedingly small screw puncture, repaired the hole, and informed the sales rep that initially greeted my son of the finding and course of action taken.Upon completion, my son was informed of the puncture, the repair, and that there would be no charge for the work performed. Very appreciative, my son thanked them, left the NTB site with alleviated concern for his vehicle, and contacted my wife and I to provide the update.I want to say that I was slightly taken aback. It has not been often that Ive witnessed that type of kindness, far less often from a for-profit business establishment. However, this NTB site did just that. I, too am very grateful...for the delightful experience my son had...for the renewal of trust in the inherent kindness of so many people...and also of course for the cost savings.After pondering this for a few hours, I resigned myself to letting others know about it. I think its important to share with others these experiences. If this results in others trusting the Hagerstown NTB team with their vehicle, I believe its been earned.Hopefully, Ill be able to stop in this summer and thank them personally!

Horrible. I am a dis-abled senior. They left me stranded for the sake of a simple tire plug. One little screw in the middle of the tread. First the young lady, who waited on me, said they cannot lift my vehicle. The car did not need to be lifted at all. The tire could have been repaired on the car. I have a Pontiac. Im sure they must have replaced millions of tires on millions of Pontiacs. Next she said the tire could not be plugged. WRONG. Then she said I would have to replace BOTH front tires. WRONG.Im going to post, and ask that it be reposted, on every social media site and Yelp. These folks left me stranded over a 3 minute $10. job. I will NEVER forget you folks and you will NEVER get one dime of my money, or business from anyone I know.YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED !!!! You deserve 000 stars.

I highly recommend this place, they can always squeeze me in for an oil change and never make excuses. The new manager Josh always make me feel welcome and with covid going on, he sanitizes the seats and area every time.

Great business to take your car! They are reliable and won’t try to tell you, you need more than you really do! They look over everything when you bring it in, but they’ll tell you the things they checked and what is good and only what needs fixed. The staff is so professional and kind, they keep you updated promptly about your repair status. Jim is the manager and he is so friendly and easy to work with!

Kudos to Alexx!!!Very patient and professional!!! Went there to get warranty work on tires purchased from another company out of town. She was VERY patient with the person I was with and explained (repeatedly) how the warranty works and discounted the tire replacement even though she didnt have to.

I waited about and hour and a half for an oil change. I didnt need my tires rotated but I wasnt going to complain about it. At about an hour times the guy at the front calls me even though im sitting in the lobby. He tells me that there is a problem with my tire and that I may not be able to leave. The mechanic could not get the nut off. I tell them to just leave it on then and i will fix it another time. I made my appointment online for a certain type of oil and was not given what i asked for. The price came up and was not what i was expected to pay. it was less. So I didnt question it until I looked at the invoice. I had waited long enough that I did not want to wait any longer for them to drain the wrong oil and give me what I wanted. I am not saying not to go to this place. Their prices were better then anyone else around. They were nice but not fast and gave me the wrong item I ordered, I personally will not be returning ever again. I would rather do it myself, but because of certain problems we have had I was forced to have someone else do my oil change. I will never let that happen again.

If you are looking for any tire-related services for your vehicle, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I had an awful experience at this location and would not recommend it to anyone due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. NTB is a business specializing in tire products and services so you would assume that the staff would be highly-skilled, knowledgeable and versed in the basics of customer care. And you would also assume that the actual location would have the all tools and resources necessary to complete your desired tire service. NOPE. Not here.I brought 4-18” OEM VW GTI wheels in to this location to be mounted on tires I recently purchased. After emphasizing the need to be careful with the wheels, the employee responsible for taking the wheels back dropped one on the rough pavement causing scratches all across the face of the wheel. She then continued and dropped it on the other side causing similar damage. I immediately checked the wheel and expressed my concern about the damages done to the wheel. Instead of handling the situation professionally, here’s some of the things I was told:- The Service Manager herself said that she would never get her wheels mounted at this location because the equipment is broken and scratches the wheel. WHAT!?- The Service Manager said that they could not mount these type of wheels due to the tire size. AGAIN WHAT!? The wheels and tires I brought in are all factory sizes. This is NTB - a place specializing in all things tires. You should not be running a tire business or have employees who cannot mount OEM spec tires without damaging a customer’s property.- I kept being told “It’s company policy.” When I’d ask where it states that, they would say it’s not written anywhere. LOL OK!?- The District Manager was adamant about refinishing the wheel, rather than replacing it. I appreciated the attempt to resolve the issue; however, I kept telling him that you cannot refinish a machine polished wheel. Looks like I was right and they ended up getting me a new OEM wheel from VW. I’ll give credit where due so I do appreciate the new wheel. But it was like pulling teeth to get it.There was more to this nightmare of an experience but my point is, if you take pride in your car and want awesome customer service, save yourself the hassle and go to Mr. Tire on Dual Highway. The team there was great - super knowledgeable and got the job done properly and safely!
