Young girl was not knowledgeable, she kept telling me she could fulfill my request for her own reasons Ive never heard of. Attitude from her when I asked her to file neater. Dont use enough acrylic, these will not last 3 weeks. Overall not a good experience, Ill stick to skyline nails.

Ive been coming here for many years. You have to kind of gage when they arent as busy so you wont have to wait for a long time. I like Tina to do my eyebrows and either lady to do my manicure. The pedicure is nice too.

It was hot in there, and the place is small. Also, I always tip. However, they should NOT always assume that each person that does something for you is going to get $5.00. Nails looked okay..and service time was not that bad.

THIS SHOP IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I HAVE WALKED IN THE DOOR TWICE TO BE SERVICED AND BOTH TIMES WAS DENIED SERVICE. I SHOULD HAVE CAME TO GOOGLE BEFORE RETURNING. THE OWNER SAID THAT HE HAD AN APPOINTMENT ARRIVING SOON AND COULD NOT TAKE ME. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE CUSTOMER IN THE SHOP AT THE TIME AND THREE WORKERS!!! I WILL NOT EVEN SPECULATE THE REASON. I JUST WON’T BE RETURNING. THAT WAS THE ONLY NAIL SHOP IN THE CITY THAT WASNT BUSY ON THIS SATURDAY MORNING. NOW I KNOW WHY!!!

The service was awesome I love it.i also got a pedicure and the massage chair as a plus was wonderful and I didnt have to wait, I will definitely be going back

Quite disappointed with the service I received. I went to get a pedicure before work because I was in the area instead of going all the way to my regular shop. I don’t even know where to begin, the tools and towels they use aren’t CLEAN, the towel he had me feet on was quite dirty and once he was done he used it to clean the floor. 🤮 on top of that, none of my toes are even, they’re all at different angles and then he only put one layer of polish on and it’s WHITE. Save your money, DONT GO HERE.

They need to offer face maskes. Because the chemical is to strong to inhale .

Worst customer service !!! Not even a week and my gel polish have started chipping and the guy that works in there have the nerve to tell me he’s going to have to charge after 24 hours. And what make so bad to get my nail fix the price is just as much as my fill in they lost there mind !!!! Ive never went to a nail shop were they charge after24hours!!! The only reason I went to that shop was because I had to go to work which was my first time. It definitely will be my last !!! Not worth my money

The guy rushed my nail color change. Had to ask him to please clean the polish off my cuticles. However, the lady who does lashes is fast and efficient!

Its against credit card policy n law to not except payment because customer has no ID (Visa &Master ) I will be reporting this location for not excepting our credit card and holding our items (until we go get money to pay) telephone unless we paid will also being Suing them anybody who endures this treatment there pls report n sue!!!

Nail tech was very rude, even commented on my care of cuticles being horrible. Today makes 24 hours after receiving a rushed paid in full Gel Manicure, and I have 3 chipped nails. First off I have never seen gel chip, only peel resulting in a chip like missing piece of polish. My nails look a week old after 24 hours, horribleeeeee service. Never again will I return.

I am loving my nails and toes, the service and atmosphere were great!!

After my nails were completed, I waited for the technician that does eyelashes. Instead of the eye lash lady taking me next in line, she took a lady that walked in while i was waiting. The customer knew the technician by name, so I already sensed favoritism. What happened to first come, first serve? I couldnt believe she skipped me and took someone else, so I just paid for my services and left.
