I was really excited to try out this new salon which is located close to my home. There website requests that you book an appointment via text. So I did just that. I messaged the salon requesting an appointment to which they replied several days later that they were all book. Great, I am glad that a business in my community is booming. However, I continued to try to book an appointment with no luck.On my second attempt, I called and left voice mail. No response. I texted again and gave explicit information as to when I was available, hoping they could fit me in some where. No response. I texted a final time. No response. I called one last time, to which someone answered and stated that they would text me back to book an appointment. Three days later...no response.I have decided to book a hair appointment with another salon which is located several cities away from me.While this is not a review on their hair cutting abilities, which Im sure is wonderful, this is an indicator of poor customer service.I truly hope this salon turns this around. I would much rather support a business in my local community than to travel 20 minutes away to get a simple hair cut.And yes, I have given them direct feedback about this but I am doubtful that I will get a response.
This is a great salon with high quality products and great prices. They do an excellent job in a timely manner.
