Terrible experience. I was in town for a wedding and wanted to have my nails done. I had a manicure and pedicure and was in and out of the salon in 45 minutes. These services would typically take 1.5-2 hours at my usual salon. They did not scrub my heels, file my nails, or massage my feet/hands. I left with polish all over my skin! Complete waiste of $70!!!

Horrible I was getting a pedicure by the older man and he pulled on my cuticles to hard and caused them to bleed . Then the owner / manager come to me and tells me it happens all the time ( Ive been getting my toes done since I was 11) never happened before and she told me I can leave . I remained calm because good comes to those who treat others good . Now if this wouldve happened 1 year go she wouldve been called every name in the book . She was rude, I paid her 25 dollars . Ill never return . DONT GO THERE . KARMA IS REAL

Nice facility. However, the lady didnt do what I asked her to do as far as what I wanted done to my nails. I asked for half of my nail to be painted and she completely ignored my requests. My nails look horrible. The designs look like a five year old child did them. I am completely disgusted with this place. I will NEVER go back. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Trust my review and the review of many others on here. I wish I had trusted the other reviews.I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. I have never been treated so rudely! I went to get gel nails (charged $30). The owner (bebe) refused to completely remove the nail polish that was on my nail from before! I had to ask her 5 times and she kept pretending like she had no clue what I was talking about she didnt see it. Finally, I took the polish remover pad and just did it myself... can you imagine???There was also some rude woman off to the side being like Bebe, how long is this going to take? Bebe, are you almost done with her? She spent all of 6 minutes doing my nails and did an awful job, the polish is all over my skin and cuticles!I genuinely hope this place goes out of buisness.

My firiend and i came because it was the first nail salon we saw when we left short pump.. This place is absolutely awful.. literally paid for a $37 pedicure and it took 15 minutes.. they stayed on the phone almost the entire time and when they weren’t on the phone they were laughing between each other which is completely rude!

I came in today to get my nails done, I was thinking about the nail salon near skate nation, not this one but this is the one i came to BY ACCIDENT it was empty but i gave it a chance. The owner was very rude. I got a full set acrylic. She charged 32$ when the board said 25$ she tried to make me get gel i told her no and she still put it on even when i told her i didnt want it and got MAD when i told her to take it off. She then cut my hand and made it bleed. If I could give zero stars i would .

New to Short Pump, looking for a nail salon. It was empty when I went in, I should have left then. Got a pedi and mani, it took her about 20 minutes, I commented on the time and asked her to go over my feet again in addition to telling her I wanted a 3rd coat. She asked me why??? Prices too high for the poor quality of services.

Was very rushed .... instead of fixing my nail she put glue in it with dirt still under the broken nail...design looks like my 8yr old did it when I told her I didnt like it she insisted it looked good & wouldnt fix it instead put the gel top coat on I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER!!!!!!!

I havn’t really been here myself.....but from other reviews I’m surprised that they have not gone out of business yet!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Beyond terrible.
