Ok. I know this company has been really hard to work with and get a hold of for the past three months, but since they have hired new people recently they are SUPER responsive and helpful. I am so grateful for the help Allison gave me in signing a contract during this crazy time in Rexburg. 10/10. So happy with the service I received.

We have had some very frustrating experiences with Axiom. I realize that our apartment was cheaper than others, but that does not excuse the poor communication and how they ignored our maintenance needs.We were told we had the apartment and the week we were supposed to move in they told me it had been signed to someone else. I went into the office to be sure and they told me another unit was currently vacant. They drove me there to see the unit, unlocked the door, and the apartment was being lived in. They didnt know that they werent vacating for a few more weeks so we just walked in on them with no warning.When we finally did get to move in, they said the carpets would be cleaned 3 days before we got there. They then scheduled incorrectly and the carpet cleaner came as we began unloading our moving van. So everything had to go on a wet carpet.Since living there, our apartment has flooded TWICE with sewage water. The grinder pump stopped working and water began coming up from a drain near our water heater. Everytime someone upstairs flushed, more water would pump into our hallway. It smelled awful and looked filthy. We had to use our own towels to soak up the water as best we could because we could not get through to Axiom.When we finally got through to someone, they just said we know. Your neighbors already called. No apology, no help to get it to stop flooding. No care that sewage water may have soaked the carpet and carpet pad. As long as the baseboards werent damaged, they didnt care.Its been frustrating. But there have also been and very kind people working there that have helped with billing problems! They just need to hire more people and it would truly help. They also need competent employeess that are trained to respond to these issues.

They never pick up their phones. Hours are listed from 9-5pm and we’ve been trying to get a hold of someone since 11am but still no one cares. We finally reached someone, a man picked up the phone and was really rude about it when it was during office hours. We were looking into renting from them but from this first experience we will stay away.

I have never in my life seen such poor management. Our apartment window above the kitchen sink was leaking all winter last year and was leaking water on our microwave and other appliances. I was told by management that it didn’t matter and that insurance would cover me if my stuff got damaged which is false. Window was never fixed. And to this day I’m still getting billed for things because they have not figured out how to take my name off of their system.

Good site, dont like the fee to use the site, but I understand why they do.

Loved the apartment we lived in and maintenance was quick to resolve our concerns. Axiom however is very good at finding ways to add on random fees and charges to your account. For renting for two years they found a way to charge us an additional 1,200 dollars with all of the fees they added on to our apartment. Loved our apartment, but it was not worth feeling robbed and uncared for as a tenant.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We were planning on signing a lease and then read the conditions of the lease. Because they were so unreasonable, we decided not to sign the lease. Management refused to remove us from the system and tried to charge us rent and a deposit after we told them we were backing out. We had to threaten to sue them before they would take the charges off.Unreasonable things in the lease: if you renew the contract, rent increases by a minimum of $300 a month, if you decide to sell your contract, you have to pay $400 for transfer fees and breach of contract, their security deposit policy (they hold your deposit for 90 days after you leave).

Careful if you ever try selling a contract. They will screw you out of every penny they possibly can. After refusing to work with me and not responding to my emails they sent a $300 invoice to a collections agency without giving me any information beforehand.Id avoid them at all costs if I was renting in the area again.

SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHI received an email on 7/12/21 about an apartment I had leased in 2016 and paid off in FULL in march 3/25/17 with a confirmation from a man named Jake. This is a next-level scam. I cant fathom how you are able to believe you can try to charge someone for an account they have already paid off. I talked to Dawn in your Pocatello office and she seemed to find the situation funny. VERY UNHELPFUL AND RIDICULOUSLY UNORGANIZEDAnd I have an Update! After an hour of arguing they sent us an email without an apology saying it was A SYSTEM ERROR AFTER THEIR VICE PRESIDENT JAKE SCREAMED AND PREACHED ABOUT HOW IT WAS OUR FAULT. It turns out it was a system error. To incompetent to read their own bills and manage their system

Me and my wife put in a complaint with the city because of black mold axiom is no trying to slander my name

They will harass you for your money but they will never fix anything in the apartments. Horrible management super rude. Didnt clean before we moved in we had a huge mess

My husband and I lived in their Idaho Falls location. We would always pay rent two weeks early but they would still manage to try to charge late fees. We agreed that we didnt want their laundry service, however, they would charge the fee anyway. Once on an inspection, I was told that they had pictures that supposedly our front steps had abandoned large appliances and that we would be charge a fee. I ask to see those pictures and of course I never did because they never existed. Throughout time their service did improve but there were always new random fees being charge. Extra fees were added upon moving out and no deposit back

When we moved in to our apartment it had mold issues in the bathroom and still does I don’t even want to know how kind of fungal is growing in the bathroom tubb no matter how many times I clean it. The carpets where never cleaning nor was the apartment when we moved in. I have to clean everything. There is so many thing wrong with the apartment wish to move but stuck in a year lease. If I knew there was so much wrong with the apartment I wouldn’t have ever moved here especially will a newborn baby. Wish I could leave no stars but that’s not an option and nobody is going to make this right.

Maintenance is awful when I moved in we had to do all the cleaning before moving in. Electrical is shotty. 10/10 Awful company to rent from.

All i have to say is BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE!

We moved out at the end of June and then in August, Axiom emailed us saying we still owed them money for gas usage charges. This could have been a simple matter of logging into the portal and paying the charge, except our login was deactivated, so now we could only pay with check or money order. Who has checks any more? So after a couple days we got the money order, but then got emailed that same day saying we’re getting hit with another $7 charge. So we had to get a second money order. We finally just got receipt of payment and this order is over. Yes I know gas is billed backdated but this has been annoying. I would have been fine with paying like a flat $50 dollars when I moved out to cover this stupid $33 situation and not have to deal with this two months later.

They’re a great company. They have great pricing, are good at communicating changes as well as announcements. When I submit a maintenance request, they get back to me quickly and the maintenance guys are nice who fix things quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them.

I lived in an Axiom run complex 3 years ago. It was a good price for the size and location. They accommodated my service pet without any issues. Our neighbors were wonderful. I liked the online payment portal. The buildings were older so I did worry about the electrical and avoided using certain plugs in our apartment. I never put in a service request for the outlets so I cannot speak regarding the maintenance staff. We stayed for 2 years and would have stayed longer but we took an opportunity out of state. Melody was very responsive to my emails and assisting in the move out process. All in all it was a positive experience.

This property management company is a joke! My husband and I applied to live at one of their complexes and it took them 3 weeks to respond with us calling them each day reminding them to DO THEIR JOBS??? The apartment that we were promised & applied for was given away to another couple who hadnt waited those 3 weeks. We were not refunded our $80 application fee and they were extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and had no regard for our time/ feelings. I will never live at one of their complexes nor will I recommend to anyone in the future. Extremely unimpressed with this company!

Axiom staff are friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend them if you are looking for a place to live.

I have lived here over a year and loved it! It was very simple getting into an apartment. I have had a couple roommates come and go and each time it was all a very simple process. They make being a tenant here very enjoyable! I can tell they really value all the tenants and have our best interest at hand!

This has been my favorite apartment complex we have lived in. Management was awesome with helping us and we felt that rent was fair. 100% would recommend!!! 😀

This company and apartments are amazing, weve had some things that needed fixing and they got back to us right away with so much care. As well as super helpful. We love it here and honestly one of the best apartments my wife and I have ever lived in with amazing management and just all around service.

DONT RENT HERE! If you can rent from any other property group in rexburg do it. Taylor is the main person you will usually talk on the phone with and she is completely unprofessional, rude, and has no organizational skills to qualify for this simple job. They cant keep their billing straight and when we moved out they left an open rent charge even after we found new tenants and had all the proper paper work signed. They have left buckets of dog poop in peoples door steps that they think arent cleaning up after their dogs. They are a rude pathetically managed group that are looking to goudge you for every penny they can. Now two months after we moved out they charged us again and deleted our account to pay for anything.... now we have to go and get checks which i never carry and send them the check.... how much more unprofessional can you get. Once again DONT RENT HERE

I like living here. Maintenance orders are resolved quickly. It definitely has a good price for Rexburg.

It’s honestly a perfect place to live if you’re newly married. My wife and I plan on staying here u til we graduate because it’s so close to campus and a great price!

9/10 For the most part axiom has been awesome. I have few complaints. I would give a 10, but there has been a few issues with poor communication. One of them being a service ticket that was supposed to be submitted but never got submitted (issue has been fixed now). There have been other minor things like that, but nothing major. Would have been a 10 if I hadnt had those issues. Would have been an 8 except for the way the issues were finally resolved. Crystal (not sure about the spelling) has been a huge help for any of the problems Ive had though. She is my go to whenever I have an issue!

I was originally referred to Axiom by a friend of ours who was living at Cougar Court apartments. It has been great we were trying to move in during a difficult time in the middle of the semester and they were still able to get us in. I have now lived there for over two years and love the management company. When ever there is an issue I have been able to call in and get a hold of an actual person that was able to get someone over quickly. When we first moved in all of the shelves in the fridge were missing. We called in and they had some one over with in two hours and the shelves in before we had finished moving in that day.

We have sincerely enjoyed living here. The apartments are new and modern and we feel comfortable and excited inviting friends into our home. It’s also a great place to make friends!

Awesome price for what you get compared to everywhere else. I have moved around a ton and a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom (included washer and dryer) for $660 is a deal! They fixed things in a timely manor. And the kitchen space is bigger than I could ever find for the price. Definitely coming back!

I have loved my time here!The apartment was a little dirty when we first moved in but they offered to clean it up and even got us some nice appliances and NEW CARPET!Whenever there is an issue management is super responsive and always find a happy medium.

They were great to work with. We hated that we had to move but they were great with maintenance, easy to work with, and really nice. Never had a bad experience. But we also always went in expecting a positive result and I think thats why some people leave upset or leave poor reviews. Ive sat in the office before just chit chatting with the main manager and some people come in ready and looking for a fight but from what Ive seen is they always handle it pretty well.

Alanna was incredibly helpful to me when things went a little bit south and was more than willing to talk the IF Power Department to help us restore the power which we lost. Shes the best, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to live that is easy to work with and ready to help their tenants out!

Apartment was filthy when we moved in and smelled like dog. If you plan on staying year round then they would be ok, but we’re leaving for the summer and they don’t have sub lease options for some reason. I wouldn’t recommend axiom. They have constantly tried to get money from us and I’ve constantly had to appeal it.

My husband and I have enjoyed living here, if weve had any issues they have been dealt with right away. We are able to talk to all of the property managers without any issues, theyre all very kind, understanding and welcoming. Weve lived at other apartment complexes but so far this one is a winner with the price, ward and living accommodations.

This place is a joke. They have ZERO communication! They are charging me for an extra month of rent even though I’ve already moved out. They don’t ever fix ANYTHING. If they do it takes weeks. To whoever moves into 462 sunflower over at the meadows, good luck. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Axiom has been wonderful to us! We have lived in two separate apartment complexes owned by them, and signed 4 different leases; we love them that much! The management is incredibly helpful and friendly--do your part as a good tenant and you will never have any issues. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and any other issues are solved quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Axiom and Im sad well be leaving Rexburg at the end of the year because I dont want to risk renting from anyone else!

Ive rented crom axiom 3 different times now. Ive never had a better landlord or rental company. These guys are willing to bend over backwards for you. The most pleasant people to work with and they are very cooperative. Prompt in repairs needed in any case, and genuinely great to rent from

This was an all over terrible renting experience.We had enormous amounts of black mold on all our walls and closets.When we reported this they put a fan in our bathroom. Thats it. This mold made it hard for me to breath during the winter.The paint on all the walls peeled off easily if you tried to clean too hard.They never did any of the repaired we requested.We had to pay monthly for a shared wager/ dryer room. There werent enough machines for the amount of apartments using them and the machines were almost always broken.We signed a 12 month lease and we were moved out well before the month was over but they wanted to charge us one extra day of rent. Our lease said nothing about this.I would Not rent from them again and I would recommend you avoid their apartments at all cost!

The apartment is nice and modern, but cheaply made. It has lots of nice storage and space, the second bedroom is super nice! But we have had lots of issues with maintenance...it took them 5 weeks to fix our heater.

Axiom manages several apartment complexes and we lived at Lexington. This is the cheapest at $555 a month but also the oldest. We lived there a little over a year and loved it. It was our first home together. Sure it has its corks but its an old complex and your getting a good deal on the rent price for Rexburg. The only thing we werent a huge fan about was that there were only 3 washers for 30+ units. However, its great for newly married couple that are going to school and dont want to spend a lot on housing.

Apartments are cheap and poorly built. Management is very condescending and they charge for the dumbest things and they get very defensive when you call them out. It’s been months since I moved out and I’m still getting emails saying I owe money; which I know for a fact I don’t. Stay away from their apartments for your own good.

They are the worst management I’ve ever lived under. They don’t care about the tenants. They only care about how much money they can make from you. Don’t trust them. Don’t live anywhere they manage unless you can afford the rip off.

The location is nice. The price is lower than most. Maintenance is horrible. The washing machines constantly breakdown and it takes them months to get them fixed.

We moved out about 6 weeks ago and 2 days after we received our final statement, we got served with a collections notice!!! Pretty crazy considering we tried logging in to our portal to pay but it was deactivated! We enjoyed our stay at Paddington, outside of having to deal with Taylor, but this has soured our experience for sure. I wouldn’t recommend Axiom to anyone. Freakin ridiculous to receive a collections notice TWO DAYS after receiving our final invoice. Now we have to come up with a “payment plan” and send them written checks to pay our balance, as they deactivated our portal to make electronic payments....

Pretty decent property management. Wish there was an office in Idaho Falls. Reasonable priced rentals.

Maintenance was handled swiftly. Office staff was kind. Place was kept clean. Internal cleaners did well. Well priced.

Axiom is terrible. They installed a huge radon system in our master bedroom closet without telling us they would be invading our privacy in such a way. This involved drilling a 5x5 inch hole in the wall, leaving sawdust EVERYWHERE, including on our clothes, and over every surface you could think of. They moved all of our shoes into a corner, knocked some of our clothes on the floor, and left the place a mess. The apartment manager told us hed give us 20 dollars and some candy to make up for the inconvenience. Ha, save it. 20 dollars doesnt make up for mediocre management. The communication is in the form of illiterate emails and zero phone calls. When we would bring a concern to their attention, they would just say, Oh you didnt get that email? No Axiom... nobody got that email. If you want incapable managers who lack communication skills, Axiom is your choice.

I am very pleased with Axiom Property Management. They are fair and on top of things. Anyone who says they arent its because they get several fees because they either break contract or dont pay attention to the several emails and notices sent out to tenants when things need to be done, i.e. snow plowing, vacating early, etc. They are very understanding when you communicate and are reasonable. The quality apartments they manage are clean and nice. Most of the reviews on here seem like they are from butt hurt people who dont know how to be responsible adults and do common things that are expected when you are renting. Axiom is great!!

Axiom property management does not hold customer service or the best interest of renters as a priority. We have rented with them for 11 months and every problem we have had, they have ALWAYS turned the blame on us. When re-paving was being on the parking lot, they blocked off OUR parking spots and then threatened to boot and fine us for parking elsewhere. On our move-in date they forgot to get us a key so we were left outside. They are also ruthless on payments, if you miss a payment by two days they fine $60 with an additional $10 a day after that. Did I mention they threaten with eviction? Oh and they also never both to call you, they just send you emails. Up to this point we have never missed a payment before, yet they have no mercy. When I called the office in Pocatello about my issues they once again offered no help or concern. After my friends had warned me of Axiom I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and they have only burned me. I would never rent with them again in a million years. Best way of describing axiom is that they are like a passive aggressive friend who loves sticky notes. They will find reasons to fine you without warning, for example one of our neighbors put a drawer out front before they threw it away the next day and they were fined, management makes no effort to deal with things like that. One maintenence man was great but the first I had was some kid who broke more than he fixed and claimed he fixed everything. This is not even getting into the comments the main manager tells you when any conflict arose. Overall a horrible company. Those who cant do teach, those who cant teach manage, and those who cant manage work for axiom.

BEWARE. Axiom Property Management is not as cheap as it seems. First, Taylor, the receptionist, will not be very patient with you if you have issues with the apartment.Second, Axiom Property Development will push you to sign a new lease with increased rent and to make a decision on the very day they inform you. Otherwise, so they say, you very likely wont be able to renew your contract and will have to leave by the end of your lease.Third, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, please make sure you read the contract and understand it. My family ran into this issue. Not assuming any excessive charges, we gullibly signed the contract after having skimmed through it. Bad mistake. Because of financial difficulties, we had to move to subsidized housing and end our lease early. So we posted the apartment, found a suitable tenant who moved into our apartment without any issues. Guess what we had to pay. Not was our deposit forfeited ($400 total: $200 non-refundable (They only do carpet cleaning which is about $50 so $150 are already into their pocket) and the other $200 are refundable are used on apartment repairs of which none were necessary) but we also had to pay a $200 transfer fee, even though we did all the advertising and outreach. On top of that, bear in mind that the new tenants had to pay the deposit ($400 - $200 of that non-refundable) and they had to pay an application fee of excessive $40 each for background checks. So, Axiom Property Management, through NO effort of their own, made $680 associated with our early ending of the lease. In case youre wondering, when we asked whether we could just end the lease we were informed (by the not very helpful receptionist) that this is absolutely possible. We just have to pay $200 for breach of contract and pay the rest of the rent in full until our lease (which was supposedly breached) ended. Needless to say, our financial situation was not impacted positively by this.When all this went down, one thing we requested (more or less demandingly) was to fix issues with our apartment which they tended to the following day.We are not the first ones to complain about these issues and we wont be the last, unless you take to heart these reviews and pass Axiom up. The devil is in the details and Axiom exemplifies that. Please find another place, you deserve better!

The apartments themselves are pretty great for the price and Alanna from Cougar Court management was excellent and so helpful. The only frustrations we had was with axiom property management. We would go into paddington place where the axiom people are and the main girl would sometimes seem annoyed we were there and did not have very good customer service skills. Maintenance often had troubles as well. Overall, it was pretty great just a few people that were frustrating.

I have loved my time living in the cougar court apartments. The management works so hard to keep everything organized and to the tenants liking. They were very polite with my request for an ESA pet and they have accomadated my every need. I would never hesitate to recommend Axiom Property management to anyone!

We lived at Paddington Place Apartments when they first opened and the only frustrations we had were from construction but thats something we signed onto with the lease. The management was great and of course there are always areas for improvement but we know that the managers are genuine people that care about their tenants as well as their jobs. We had a good experience and would definitely come back if we were still living in Rexburg. Not to mention its located in a great area.

Aside from some factors out of the management’s control (some poor maintenance workers and some loud neighbors), this complex was a great place to live. One time, we incorrectly timed our paycheck so that we wouldn’t have our rent paid on-time, and they helped us out so that we wouldn’t have a late payment. Our move-out process with the security deposit all went smoothly, despite what some have said about their past experience (however, we seriously deep cleaned our whole place and didn’t leave anything to chance for charges, so you definitely have to work to get your money back). We loved the space we got from the walk-in closet, additional bedroom, and spacious kitchen and bathroom, so much that we lived there for over three years. The grass areas were very well maintained with landscaping services in the summer, and they were pretty good about keeping the parking lots clear with plowing services in the winter. Overall, we only had a few negative experiences with them over the years that don’t really matter at this point. Very affordable for college students, Cougar Court is pretty great!

Poor management they ignore your calls and messages they have no order in there billing department and lose your payment even tho I have proof of my money orders. Were I live still there is no outside maintenance not even working laundry cant wait till my lease is over.

We have just moved in here, and it is NOT a good experience. The manager Tay*** is extremely dismissive as well as the maintenance team. We have been here less than a week, and everyday there is something else they are neglecting to give us, mail keys, parking pass ect. We are trying to work with them however, when we are told we are lying every time we try get things done, it makes for a very poor experience. I understand that the management is hard work, and that people are rude to them, but we are not those people and they need to be kind to people. We are glad we are going to be here less that 3 months.

Extra charges for moving out no security deposit back

Internet service is terrible. It goes out at least once a month and isnt even good serivce. Yes it is an amenity and free, but when it goes out constantly and you say someone will fix it that day and they DONT....frustrating. Just be honest. Say that someone cant come out and fix it. Dont give empty promises.

Axiom property management is a great place to work and live! The management all work hard to help the tenants have the best possible experience in their apartment complex.

If I could give 0 starts I would. We had random charges on our account all time (I think nearly every month that we lived in the complex) and we just got charged a second time for something that we were already charged for 2 months ago, and we do not even live there anymore...

You can tell Alanna loves her job and works hard to make tenants experiences as good as possible.

Do not rent any of their properties. They put money before their tenants. If you do rent from them read the lease agreement very carefully so you know who you are renting from. They don’t care that their tenants can’t do homework because the internet is so slow. They suck at de icing the sidewalks and parking lot. Summed up The worst place I have ever lived.

Stay away from Axiom. We had nothing but issues and extra expenses while living in their apartment. I don’t want to explain it besides saying they are crooks.

If youre looking for a property management company with inferior interpersonal communication, a passive-aggressive management style, and an intense resistance to being held accountable, Axiom will be the perfect fit.After having personal property removed from our residence, we contacted the Rexburg police department to file a report. The officer that arrived at our home asked if we had contacted our HOA about it, relating that he had received more calls about our property management company than any other. Turns out it was Axiom who removed the property without notification and when we contacted them, confirmed they had removed the property and were resistant to any kind of feedback requesting better communication, that we had to give them.If that sounds like something youre interested in dealing with, be sure to give Axiom Property Management a call.

This apartment complex is one of the worst in the area. Axiom property management does not care one bit about you or your personal space. The apartment we moved into was filthy, had holes in the walls, carpets were stained, had the previous tenants items in, and had not been touched by management at all. What should have taken maintenance two weeks max has taken almost a month it is the 23rd, and they still arent done. Maintenance does a pis poor job. They never finish what they start and dont do anything correctly. Maintenance showed up at our unit after 730 to fix the unit. I had asked him to come after 1 but 730 is unprofessional and not appropriate. The gentlemen acted nothing like a gentleman and started yelling at me to fix the mold myself. Managment acts like nothing wrong is going on and brush everything off. Long story short, avoid axiom property management​ at all cost!***Update!Jake with management said he would prorate us the amount of days it took them to fix the apartment and the issues it had the day we moved in. Instead of calling me jake emails me and tells me they wont be reumbursing us with no explination of why. Worst managment ever. They are crooks!

I was told I could get out of my lease if someone else could take it over and I got someone to take it over and they told me I couldnt do that but thats how I got my lease in the first place is took over someone elses. So I know it was an option to do. While I lived in their properties my shower had layers of peeling paint and a horrible mold type smell (guaranteed from the shower since they pained over peeling paint) and my front door lock got jammed every time without fail and my dad ended up having to come replace it after axiom said 6 times theyd send someone over. Like they said theyd fix the shower: then when I got out of my lease they fought that I had to pay two months rent plus they kept my security deposit. We have thought many times about taking them to small claims but its not worth our time. Theyre HORRIBLE. Just out to get your money.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. What a run around! I knew I had a bad feeling going into business with this company, and my intuition was spot on. Paid a 500.00 deposit and signed a lease to rent an apartment for my daughter and me. I had communicated with Taylor multiple times leading up to moving day. On the day I was to move, Taylor let me know that the apartments were not ready. Construction clause in the lease seemed that the company had 15 days time to get an OK from the city of Rexburg to have occupants move in. Meanwhile, my daughter and I had no place to go. My concerns were met with oh we are so sorry and we are doing everything we can. Taylor and another clueless associate promised me that I could stay in a demo unit. So after I had moved belongings into said demo unit, they advised me that it was against HUD regulations and I could not stay there. I talked to multiple people including their Pocatello office. I wanted to terminate my contract and get my deposit back so I could find suitable housing for me and my daughter. Everyone at this company told me that I shouldve read my contact more thouroughly and I was locked into a contract with them. There was nothing they could do. Taylor and whatsherbucket across the street were uninformed and non sympathetic claiming they too had been homeless for a short time, and made me feel unimportant and insignificant. By far, the WORST rental experience I have ever had in my life. Ive not only talked to a dozen people, but Ive been transferred, hung up on, sent to voicemail, and have been met with out of the office signs. Even spoke with an extremely nice gentleman from Rexburg City Buildings and was able to get contact information before Axiom emailed tenants about not doing business with that property anymore. I have strong belief that they were fired.LUCKILY an angel named Andrea from Four Corners Property Management took over the contacts for the apartments and was able to help me within 5 minutes of being on the phone with her. ❤️I would not ever advise anyone to do business with Axiom Property Management. What a terrible waste of my time and money.

Great company from both a tenant and investor perspective!

Never rent from these people. They lie and cheat their tentants. Their reviews were so bad on their facebook page, they hid it.

We live in Paddington, and we have had the worst experience living there. One thing after another breaks, and when we call management to come fix it, it takes weeks sometimes months to fix it. They are not helpful and do not care about their tenants. Will not go through Axiom property Management again, and will tell people to avoid going through them also.
