I’ve been coming here for 5 years now, of course I paused my services last year because of Covid but I returned! I love that they still require masks. I get a classic pedicure and dip nails with Kim regularly but I’ve had services done with several people there, I always receive great service. It’s smaller but super clean.

Loved it very clean and professional adhere to CDC guidelines. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

This is my first time coming to the nails, and all I can say is that I had an amazing first experience. Hannah took care of my nails, and I showed her a design that shes never done before, however, she did not disappoint me at all. She was very patient and kind, and I believe she did a really great job on my nails. They were so nice, and as I was waiting for my ride, they allowed me to stay inside the store after closing hours. The employees here are so kind, and they hold really good conversations with their customers. I would highly recommend you to come and get your nails done at this salon.

I was a walk-in, I got a mani/pedi & eyebrows done all under 2hrs & under $100. I am satisfied overall, As this was my first time here. V did a great job, Im definitely gonna have to come back again!

Love love love this place... Since moving to San Antonio I couldnt find anyone I liked for my nails... Decided to try Zen and the experience was just great. Not rushed, shaped very very good, and you can tell they love what they do .. highly recommend

When I went, no one even noticed I walked in. No one greeted me or asked me what I needed done. Then I waited for good 5 min. Still nothing. Seems like you need an appointment to have something done. Not sure. No one talked to me so I left.

*Update: still 5 stars! Been here several times and never been disappointed. Got my first gel manicure here and it is perfect.*My experience was awesome. Made an appointment, was able to find a gorgeous color on their wall, then opted for the super fancy gold pedicure that comes with a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. They offered me a free drink so I chose a mimosa, which was fantastic. The guy who did my foot/leg massage was just amazing - he asked to make sure I was comfortable and made adjustments based on my feedback. It was super relaxing, and I came out looking and feeling FANCY. This is officially my favorite nail salon.

Thats clean nice shop however the prices are pretty high toes start at 49 and nails with shellac start at 34 buck I remember when nails toes use to be 40 together but if u looking for a nice mimosa and somewhat what u asked this a nice place to start

The people who work here are really nice and really take care of you. I only get pedis here so I can only speak for that. I simply walk in and an employee takes care of me. They have the same treatment all across the board and are very caring. I usually don’t talk much when I go and I feel a little bad sometimes because they are very friendly but most times I just wanna tune out people and they pick up on that pretty quick. My pedis always look amazing and beautiful and I feel so pretty when I’m done here. They’re not afraid to dig in for those small ingrown nails either and all give some great foot and leg massages. I’ve been going here for the past two years and they’re worth the price. Give them a try! You’ll love it. ❤️🙌🏼

So I had to be somewhere and I picked them because they had an opening for 2 full sets, for me and my sister. We came in and didnt have to wait long to be helped. My artist offered me a drink, which I declined, but one was not even offered to my older sister. The time it took for my long coffin cut gel nails and my sister to get short square rounded black acrylic was too long, pushing an hour. Well, after having her fix the imperfections on my nails I paid for both sets ($90) and when my sister was done drying her nails and it was time to go so we werent late I was still unsatisfied with the filing on my set but my sisters nails were all different lengths. So basically the atmosphere was ok, music was good, they offer wine to only some customers and do mediocre/bad work.

Best decision ever!! By far the BEST pedicure Ive EVER gotten. Foot massage was unbelievable!! Highly recommend this place. Hannah is AWESOME! Very clean and friendly staff.

Very enjoyable experience. I came in looking for a full set, was greated promptly and asked if I wanted a beverage. Once seated, I had to fess up - I have a damaged, fragile nail and always have trouble relaying that to nail techs, but not here. They were super accomdating, did a great job and even fixed 2 nails that werent to my liking without rude remarks or any trouble. I would 100% recommend Zen Nails and will be going back!

Chi Pedicure was nice with the massage. They did a good job, I will probably visit again. Got a gel mani, they seem to have plenty of colors to choose from. They also do dipping powder. They have different options with different prices on pedis, etc. Not cheap, though. But very relaxing.

I love Zen nails! All the techs there are very talented, but I HIGHLY suggest you make an appointment, and have a good cash flow. They are pricey, but in all honesty, it’s worth it. I made the mistake of doing a walk-in today, it was jam packed. It’s a very tranquil space, not too big or too small. They take very good care of you and make sure you’re comfortable. I will definitely make this my routine salon trip. The reason for my 4 star is simply the wait and price, but the quality of the nails are 👌🏼👏🏼🙌🏼 on point!!!

Joy did a fantastic job on my nails, and she was so sweet and professional. I’m not sure how, but I managed to mess up one of my nails about two seconds after she finished, and she fixed it immediately, then double checked the rest to make sure I don’t have any other issues. She also helped me roll up my pants before I got my pedicure because she saw me struggling with my skinny jeans (I know, dumb choice for a pedicure). I got a lot of add ons, and she always made sure I knew what the prices were, so there were no surprises. Bonnie also did a great job with my pedicure. Fantastic service, professional techs, and a job well done.

Safe place to get your nails done during COVID.

Exceeded my expectations! Place is very clean and the customer service is outstanding. Very welcoming and attentive. The managers (Vincent) attention to detail is superb. Ladies if you’re looking for dipping powder, David is your guy. He knows his stuff! But you can’t go wrong with either technician. They know how to deliver.

I recently moved to San Antonio and this is by far the best nail salon! I decided to try dip nails and they are fantastic! They look amazing and feel amazing. Zen Nails has a wide variety of colors and great customer service. Everyone was so nice. My husband and I got there about 30 or so minutes before closing and they took their time and made sure my nails were perfect and his pedicure wasn’t rushed at all. We both had a superb experience- we will definitely be coming back!

Really nice and clean nail salon and all the workers speech English which is great so there is no confusion. A little on the pricey side than regular salons but worth it’s worth it. They focus on making you feel relaxed and even offer you a drink :).

I love this place. Great prices and your nails will look great. I do have to say that the owners do the best nails and pedicures so ask for one of them! They serve wine and its very clean inside. I was very pleased to finally find a spot to get my nails and toes done. If you like the trendy stuff they do that too. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to Zen Nails for almost a year now and have never been happier with a salon. The staff is kind, the salon is clean and the prices are reasonable. They have a wonderful selection of services as well as colors to choose from--especially the SNS dipping powder. It is always a good idea to call ahead, as they get busy and will be more than happy to schedule you for an appropriate time to be seen right away. I recommend this place to all my friends and family, and will continue to do so! :)

After driving for over 45 minutes on a Friday this was open, I went in and it was already peaceful and beautiful inside! I get bad anxiety while doing my eyebrows but I didn’t get much anxiety like I usually do!

Very clean!! They have secured my pedicure business permanently just because you can tell they have a careful commitment to hygiene. This was my first pedicure in 15 years because pedicure bath hygiene has been such a sensitive issue for me. They did a great job. All the tools were carefully packed up and each pedicure bath had it own plastic. I also got a dip manicure. I have a pit in one thumb nail, so when the nail tech ground down the dip powder, my nail showed through. I pointed it out and she removed the whole application and redid the nail. They obviously care about customer satisfaction. Ive been to other nail salons that have an attitude that if you have a defect in your nail, its not their job to make it work. Very pleased.

Great customer service each time I go!! David does a phenomenal job each and every time!!! I get DIP done and Im never disappointed. Does exactly what I ask each time. He is always the person I go too. He goes above and beyond. When hes not there, I wait until he is. You will not be disappointed. Everyone there does an excellent job.

Clean on the inside which is the very first thing that I pay attention to. I came in to have a full set and pedicure done. The style that I wanted for the full set they were unable to do so I had to settle for something that was decent. However the style I wanted for my pedicure they were able to do so I guess that kind of made up for it. All in all its a nice place if you want to go there, I recommend it.

I am beyond impressed with this place. I came in on a pretty bad day however my nail tech was extremely polite and patient after some minor issues with the powder,size and shape I was on my way with a beautiful set,eyebrow wax and pedicure however after a week I had some issues with the set lifting I dont believe it was the nail techs fault I solely blame the powder anyhow I went back into the salon and everyone was so wonderful and completely on board to fix the mistakes and take excellent care of me as a new customer its easy to love a place when theres no mistakes but I believe the character of these employees and this establishment speaks volumes with how they handled everything and took such great care of me. I will defenitly be coming back.

David is amazing w the dip powder. Took me a year or two to find him but I won’t be going anywhere else. Busy mom/student/work full time and they lasted a solid 3 weeks, no breaking and I show my nails no mercy! Here now for my next go around and the sangria is a bonus!

Hands down the best nail salon in San Antonio. I have incredibly small finger nails and almost every set of acrylic nails I have received in the past either look a little wonky or just straight up terrible. But not here!!! Every set I have received here have been flawless! They really know their way around a nail.

Went here while visiting town and very disappointed in their service. As the tech cleaned out my cuticles she carved the nail beds of each finger, leaving deep gouges in each fingernail. Then she didnt even completely trim out my cuticles and the jagged edges got snagged, pulled, and bleed. Yep, very dissatisfied and wont be visiting again.

Loved coming here for a pedicure! Very clean; they use plastic in the basins and freshly packaged equipment for each new customer. Everyone was very sweet and professional.

This is the only place Ill get a pedicure. I love the service and the staff. My toes are always very pretty afterwards and I genuinely feel better when I leave. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

My total 98.00 and I feel the service and results I got were not worth it at all!!!I’ve gone to other places gotten both mani pedi and had amazing work done and paid less. The person who did my feet was great- no complaints)First of all, the young girl doing my nails was rude saying that I messed up the nail when it was clearly unpolished. She also asked if this was my first time getting nails done. ??? And making it known she didn’t want to do my nails by sighing and widening her eyes.She had pushed back my cuticles but didn’t cut them off. I had to ask her do do that.My nails look pretty from far but all in all my experience and the amount of money I spent, I the nail tech to be more professional in dealing with their customers.I would never go back there. I felt judged and like I was a bother.

I decided to try a new nail place, and i’m never coming back. Picked a color for my pedi from the nail polish swatches they told me to pick from and he came back with a powder, i said ok will do powder on my nails (since i wanted to try dip powder sometime anyways) but asked if i can i get a similar color but in a regular polish for my toes and they said ok. I now have a bright neon color on my nails (which i love) and an extremely opposite muted pink on my toes. Went to pay and ended up paying more for my pedicure than my dip powder manicure??? I asked why and they said because my toes were shellac, which i did not ask for. They lack communication, don’t offer anything to make sure you’ll leave there wanting to come back, and are extremely overpriced for the amount of work they put into your nails. Very disappointed

I am a mixed (black and white) female, Ive been here before and they rushed and cut me and continuously ask me if Im okay with the price like I wont be able to afford it or something. I work at twin peaks i obviously have money. I made an appointment for me and my Girlfriend for 2:30 for a pedicure and full set because it was the closest place. We came in 15 minutes early and continued to wait after 2:30 Because the staff told us they still didnt have any chairs available still. A white older couple came in didnt call ahead asked if They had any openings because they wanted to get a pedicure and got their pedicures started on immediately TWO PEOPLE !! This is obviously white privileged and I am disgusted. Dont go here unless youre racist and are okay with minorities being treated like second class citizens.

Came here for about three years and I absolutely LOVED it. They would always tell me that “customer service “ was there thing. “If you don’t like your nails just let us know and we will fix them.” Well had an appointment at 6:30 for and ombré. I showed Vincent a picture of what I was wanting and what I got wasn’t anything close. Instead of being honest and telling me he couldn’t achieve that look. He rushed to do my nails, Jodie attempted to do ombré on my ring finger but it didn’t look like anything I wanted. I told them no ombré just leave them the plain color. He didn’t care that I absolutely hated my nails. I told him that I was going to find a place that will actually do what I want. Instead of offering to come in the next day to get them redone to something I liked, he (MANAGER) offered not to do them and take them off. SO UNBELIEVABLE! Cannot believe a place I was loyal to, brought my friends and family to, and constantly raves about their work treated me this way. The only reason why I took my ugly nails was because of my natural nails are bare they break. I didn’t want my long natural nails to break if there weren’t dip on them. So disappointed and have to fine a nail salon. I guess loyal customers isn’t important to them nor is the customer service. Just the money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Nothing overtly wrong with Zens, but its not worth the inflated cost. You would expect far more of a 16 dollar manicure then the 10 mins on your hands and the shoddy layer of paint they put on my wifes fingers.We also got pedicures. My wife went with the cheapest classic option and I upgrade for the zen that was 10 dollars more. I felt jilted when my wife and I started at the same time and my pedicure ended 10 mins before hers (not including the painting)

Horrible! I made appointment for my daughters a day in advance and 2 hours later they’re not done!! They kept doing people in between walkings and my daughters feet were in the water for at least 30 min before they even started! Had to say something for them to start on her will never come back, even if they are busy they dont want walkings to go so they say 5 minutes and jeep getting up and do filling for one and then stop and go do something else with other clients.why make the appointment then.......

I am in San Antonio for a conference and really needed a mani/pedi. I prefer the dip and not many places do it yet. I read the reviews and chose to go to Zen. David did a WONDERFUL job on my manicure this past Saturday as well as the dipping powder/polish.My pedi was okay...I noticed once I got to the hotel I had some polish around the edges and they were t as neat as my hands. But overall I am pleased.

Decent place, but when I went yesterday and asked for gel, the man that did my nails used white powder- I figured I could deal with that, then he didnt even put gel on top to keep them from chipping. He only did one clear coat afterwards AND cut two of my fingers while filing them. *EDIT* it is now two weeks later, the acrylic is peeling and chipping off AND turned yellow. I am so upset. The nail techs were SO nice and accomidating, but I definitely will not be back 😢

I have tried various nail salons throughout San Antonio and without hestation I can state Zen Nails is the best. The staffs attention to detail and their professional approach to their craft has resulted in my feet and handd looking their best.

They have Asians working there so it helps put you in a relaxed state of mind.

Awesome job on my Chrome Ombre!! Picture doesnt do the job justice....very pleased. This is my 4th time there and my nails have never looked better. The women and young man that did these ombre nails are very professional and go a great job on my nails. Well worth it!
