I will never go anywhere else but Pro Tint for all my tint needs!!! This place is PHENOMENAL! I had tint stripped and redone around the whole car, and a strip on the windshield. The quality of the work is amazing and the tint has held up beautifully! After getting it tinted, I had my windshield replaced due to a bad gasket around the windshield. Pro Tint re-tinted my windshield for no extra charge!! Soon after, the windshield began to leak, so it was replaced again. My strip was again replaced for NO CHARGE!! You can’t beat the service and quality of Pro Tint!

I would highly recommend these people. We have 5 large windows in our living room that get sun all day long. 2 windows get the morning sun and worse 5 windows get the afternoon and evening sun and it gets Hot in the living room which is the front of the house, we had to keep the mini blinds closed to help control the heat. I called Pro-Tint and they gave me an excellent quote on the job.They also followed-up with a text the week before the job was to be done as well as texted me the morning they came out. They were on time and very courteous, did a GREAT job cleaned up everything and put everything back in place. We can now leave the blinds open all day and it is wonderful to have the outside light without the heat coming in. This is being reviewed 2 months after they did the job because I wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and the outcome. EXTREMELY HAPPY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This guy was absolutely amazing! I was there while he did the back window, and let me tell you... He makes it look like he was born with a roll of tint in his hand. He has a machine that precisely cuts out the tint to fit every individual window. He was very responsive, and had excellent customer service. If I could Id give him 10 *s. Thanks Ken.

I recently got a Kia Optima tinted at Pro Tint. I called three weeks ahead of time to make an appointment specifically so I didn’t have to leave the car all day. I was told 9am was the first appointment and it would take an hour & a half. When I arrived, I was the only person dropping my car off so I assumed it wouldn’t take long(especially since they told me not even two hours). After not hearing anything, I called around 2PM. I was told my car wasn’t even started on yet. I was also told ‘they don’t take appointments, ‘they schedule them all for 9am and get to them when they can’ needless to say, they had my car from opening to closing. I am pleased with the way the tint looks but dang guys, maybe have a schedule laid out so people who have a work/life can not wait around on their only transportation! They did a good job but in order to be a successful business, you need a set schedule to accommodate people’s busy lives!

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I HIGHLY recommend Pro Tint to ANYONE and EVERYONE who needs to get their windows tinted or any other service they offer! They were very friendly and caring about your vehicle. I called around the Tri-Cities area to check prices and Pro Tint was the cheapest with the same, if not better warranty. They even corrected what damage was done to my windows from another tinting place. I also dropped my car off after hours and received a text later that day that they had pulled it in and was safe and sound. As you can see, they are not only better at customer service than other places but are cheaper and do a better quality job. My windows are perfect! I have been to other tinting places and have reviewed them as well, but why bother? You know you need to go to Pro Tint.
