Stayed here for 6 months. There was mold in the window seal next to our bed in the studio apartments. All they did was send the manager with some mold killer and didnt do any further investigation with a professional. My wife began developing lung issues shortly after living here (possibly due to the mold).Wouldnt recommend anyone to live in the main building since theres a pool and it makes all the rooms humid. The 1 bedroom apartments in the separate building may be fine though.

My husband and I moved into Central Park Apartments a year ago with our newborn son. we were desperately trying to find a olace that accepted our bad credit, and ESA. I came across these apartments and was able to talk with Ashley the manager. She was able to get us into a Studio within a day. Since moving here she has been so patient amd kind, and always working hard to make living there as comfortable as possible. we loved the benefits of kiving here, some of them being the free wifi, pool and hot tub, fire pit and being able to reserve the family room for game nights or birthdays. i wish we would if found this olace when we were first married as it would of been perfect as newlyweds. We recommend anyone who is just married, or even single, or going to school to check this olace out. its close to campus, and there are more than college kids that live here too its pretty diverse. Thanks again to Ashley for helping us get into this place, and also helping us get out when it was time to move. We appreciate you

We lived in this complex for about 8 months. Overall our experience was not bad. These are studio apartments so you save a lot of money but you do get what you pay for at this place. Not sure why some many people left bad reviews for that. That is just how a studio apartment is anywhere. They have different sizes of apartments. The one we lived in had a kitchen but not a full kitchen. They provide a community kitchen which we made work for us very well. The management was very friendly and easy to work with. The move out final cleaning was not nearly as bad as most places in the surrounding area. They expect a good job done but do not go overboard on you. The building is old and very humid because of the indoor pool and vegetation. Our biggest concern was hidden mold being throughout the building due to its extreme humidity. We hope it was not the case.We lived here to save money in the beginning of our marriage even though we didnt have to. We made it work and it worked out great for us and are grateful we did live in a place like this. Definitely makes every place after feel much larger and provides greater gratitude in life.

We stayed in Central Park Apartments for about 4 years and it was great for people like us that just got married a needed a place for the time being. Management was always super responsive and kind. When needed repairs, Dan was always timely and was fast with his job. Yeah, its small and a little old but we really loved this place a lot for the time we were there. Firstly the apartments are not great. No oven, no stove, no real air conditioning, and every where the carpet is saturated with the smell of the neighbors cooking festering with the mildew and mold of the build itself. This might be forgivable considering the price, but what isn’t is that when we sold our contract to move out they were so strict on the white glove. Charging us money for drops of water in a clean and scrubbed sink for example.Worse still is when signing the actual paper work they didn’t explain what any of it meant at all. Which would be fine if the document was clear in defining its terms. We thought by putting our moving day on the first that meant on the first we wouldn’t have liability for that months rent, but they told us this meant we had to pay the whole months rent for the people moving in after us even though we hadn’t set foot in the place for that month. You would think this simple misunderstanding would be some technical glitch in the system. That the manager would take care of it and help us, but no. She dug in her heals and is forcing us to pay the rent. We have no money after moving and no course of justice. The people moving in wont help us because the apartment told them they dont have to pay for September. Ive never felt more used and taken advantage of. If we knew lawyers we would use them.Maybe this will help you not make the same mistake we did. Don’t live at this money grubbing place that will take total advantage of you.

My wife and I moved in about 2 months ago to these apartments. We chose to live here because we started looking late and we couldnt find any other furnished apartments. We werent very excited about a studio apartment, but as newly weds we didnt feel we had a lot of other options, and we figured being in a small space wouldnt be too bad. After getting our apartment set up we realized that we have plenty of space for everything that we need. There is a lot of closet space and plenty of space under the raised bed to place extra blankets, boxes, etc. We love living in the cozy space. The brick walls give it an urban feel that we both really like.More than the apartment though, we have really enjoyed how the new management has run things. Liz Fife has been an excellent manager. I have always felt like the real make or break part of renting is how you are treated. Liz has always helped us with questions, and has been more than willing to go out of her way to accommodate us. We have enjoyed free events here put on by management and we have always been treated well.I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone, especially newly married couples like us. It has been a very positive experience.

Central Park is a great place to live! We loved how clean and modern the apartment was, and the management is on the ball! Maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day or two, which is really nice. The negative aspects for us were that there was no dishwasher and no hookups for washer and dryer. There just wasn’t enough space for us. Also, there is a rule that you can’t bring in any of your own furniture, and the couch provided is tiny! However, for those who don’t have many belongings and don’t need much space, Central Park is a great option due to the cleanliness, location, and great management!

I loved living here! Its just what a I need. I think these are the only studio apartments available in Rexburg, not to mention one of the only ones that are furnished which is a huge advantage. They have several options and floor plans, even one-bedroom apartments. I had the smallest studio they offer and it worked out perfect. Certainly has everything you need for a great price and a good location as its not far from the campus. Its also in a good location if you want to leave town. There is a small gym, laundry room, pool/hot tub, large kitchens to host, and parking always available. I love the pass code locks to get into your roof instead of using a key. I had an excellent experience/semester up here and hope to live here again in the Fall.

What am I paying for? We get a TINY studio apartment, cracks in walls, toilet doesnt flush well, and the lighting is morbidly depressing. Whats worst is that our ceiling LEAKS with the first sign of rain, and they said they will try to get us into a different unit in November. Its been leaking since we moved in, in July. They dont work with you. They locked up my bike in a shed because it was broken, and said I cant go get it to take it in to be fixed unless I make an appointment with them, because their policy is that they cant have it occupying a slot in a bike rack, even though there are plenty of spaces available. Laundry will cost you your soul and your first born child. And the plug-in stove units we have are horrible.Pros: The pool is great! and the hot tub is really nice. The lounges are very comfortable, and the ovens are top quality (no ovens in individual apartments). The AC works good. The internet is decent in the main building. Ive heard from many people it is nearly impossible to work with in the one-bedroom building, though.

This place is not worth $550 a month.Spend $200 more a month and get a bigger place. These is a place for couples that are just married with no furniture, just clothes and a few utensils for cooking. But still they place is too expensive for what it offers.Lets talk about the apartment. They are very very small. Some apartments dont even have a place to cook, so my wife and I had to use a hot plate for all of our cooking. Not to mention that we had to do it on the table or on the floor if the table was being used. The apartments smell like humidity, there is not much noise privacy (you hear your neighbors having sex, fighting or having a party). The management is okay, they take a while to get to your business and fix problems with the unit.If you are okay with having a very small place where there might be only a few feet of space in between your bed and the window this is a place for you. I am not that kid of person so I moved out. There is laundromat, a small Gym with 3 machines a think, a pool and some community space to be around. Let me be honest no one is in the pool or the gym and the laundry place is not the most comfortable place to be in so there is not much social interaction.

When we first moved in the maintenance man and management were really great. However, they have since hired a new maintenance man who is a bully and will say that he has completed maintenance when he hasnt even shown up to look at the problem. We get scalding hot water in our shower or no hot water at all. Often there is hot water in the toilet. Most of the summer we were without air conditioning and now (October 31st) the heat is questionable. The pool is supposed to be heated but is so cold (even in the summer) that no one uses it. If you live here be prepared for lots of notices on the doors telling you what to do and angry monthly news letters requesting that you only contact the manager during office hours, which she tends to change regularly. If you do use the emergency line they will charge you a fee, which is not in the contract. If your contract is due in 60 to 90 days expect to be hounded by the management to let them know if you are moving. We have gotten an email every week telling us that we need to let them know if we are staying. In fact we were told that our contract can be changed at their discretion (not legal) so that we have to give them notice up to 90 days before the last day of our contract. This place is just trying to bully you out of your money unless you are part of the club. My husband and I are going to the family ward instead of the married student ward so heaven forbid we should stay in these apartments. We havent had any problems with anything breaking or not working. Its a little apartment, but its one of the cheaper ones and closer to campus, so thats really nice. The manager seems pretty nice and the pool and hottub is an added plus. The main problem is just that the walls are thin and you can hear everything, and our blinds that are covering a huge glass door right by our bed are easily moved and dont always give the security that nobody can see your private bits from the pool area. We will probably just hang up a sheet there or something. Also, there is not much light and no overhead fixtures to turn on. Just lamps and such. Other than that, its pretty good.

Im giving it 2 stars instead of one because Cami who is the manager is absolutely fantastic and I want my review to reflect that. All of my gripes have nothing to do with the management per se especially Cami.We stayed in the one bedroom apartments for almost two years. We shared many walls with people below us and to the side of us over that period of time. It was a gamble to see if they would keep us up at night. THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN AT CENTRAL PARK. I dont know what the building codes are in Idaho but they dont seem to be 2x6 studs in between dwellings. Therefore the insulation between your living room and your bedroom is the same as between your apartment and the next.We struggled at least 50% of the time with neighbors who didnt have to get up at 6 for work who had the luxury of keeping us up till midnight or later. The worst neighbors we had were there the longest, they would come in right when quiet hours started(10pm) and giggle, laugh, and have marital loving till all hours. We asked them to be quiet, we knocked on the wall time and time again, spoke with management and the owner. After being told to speak to them ourselves they eventually moved out after the owner said he would talk to them personally. These apartments are for people who cant afford better. Its definitely a plus to have a furnished apartment and have so many amenities. But be weary because you will deal with noise issues for the entire time you are there. Most people who move in there are not courteous enough to be aware of neighbors. If you open your door or window at night in the summer, you will hear so many people who think they are part of an African herd running of the concrete stairs that you will think an earthquake is happening.

Its not too bad of a place to live.Last time we lived there, there was an annoying woman that would moan during sex purposely loud enough to be heard throughout the atrium. I banged on their door and they stopped and giggled. The brick walls are thin enough to hear your next door neighboor practicing her singing for the music final. The apartment complex does stay at a nice temperature all year round, however. We never had the need for a fan or heater. If you live inside the main building, where the smaller apartments are located, you have the benefit of taking free stuff that tennants leave in the common kitchen when they move out.The cable package was weak. The beds were very high and difficult to get in and out of.The lighting was terrible. Only two lamps to light up the living room.Very little natural sunlight enters the apartments. And if you want that sunlight to enter, youll have to compromise privacy by opening the thin black curtain that blocks people from viewing inside your apartment. The table and chairs were old, worn-out, and slightly oversized.

I love living at Central Park! We started living here because it was the first thing available, but ended up really liking it. Very small studio apartments, but we recently upgraded to a studio with a balcony (which is an indoor balcony overseeing the pool) and I use that as my office area and its like having two separate rooms. Its a great price, quick maintenance, great sense of community, and fantastic amenities. The only down sides are not having an oven (although you have access to shared ovens) and sometimes the internet has low signal. But you can pay a little extra to get wired internet that works great!

Pros-Fully furnished, pool and hot tub, GREAT ward, nice lobby, work out room, nice looking apartments, cozy, good location, great for newlyweds or people who dont have anywhere to go, social activities, laundry room is good (better than magic suds next door!!..haha) and nice family rooms.Cons-Issues with hot water, heat doesnt work too well, no oven or dishwasher, and the rooms are a bit small. The management (I dont know if this is the main head boss guys rule or what. I dont want to blame anyone) charges us money (cash) if we have some emergency and have no other choice but to knock on their door or call. hmm..where does that money go? ...(oh and that emergency phone number got us nowhere once.) Maybe a little more mercy would be nice. Like a three strikes your out kind of thing. We are humans and we make mistakes and have accidents. It also would be nice if the office hours were longer or if we were actually allowed to call the manager to get help without getting charged. In other apartment complexes Ive lived in, the managers have said we can call them anytime we really need something.Another thing, we feel there is not enough communication of whats going on when there are issues. Or apologies. Or information on how we can get help when something wrong happens.Like I said before its a good starter home for newlyweds.

Had mold in apartment, took them 3 months to clean out, my car got broken into, management has very limited hours and even more limited compliance to law or decent living conditions. Wife and I had to move out due to health issue they would not help us with or fix and they refused to even help us find a replacement. I would suggest a tent outside before this place, but have at it, total rip off on rent too, pay a little more and grab a actual apartment complex with competent management and less crime.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years in the one bedroom apartment, and pretty much since we have been here we have had problems with everything breaking, and the maintenance man and manager wont do anything about it. I have no clue why we have stayed here so long, but we just hate moving. The main thing that we have had problems with, and I am sure others have had this same problem, but in the one bedroom apartments when it gets really windy the heater thing will make this weird whooshing noise that can get really loud and obnoxious. We have taken it up with Cami and the maintenance man 3 different times, and they wont fix it because we dont know how to fix it and it is normal since others have had this problem. Uh. that noise is not normal and it is your job to fix it. The incompetency is astounding. With this, and everything else, I would have given it a one star except that the ward is amazing, so it still deserves 2 stars. We will be very grateful to finally move out in the upcoming summer.

I have enjoyed living at Central Park Apartments for the past 8 months. My main concern is the insufficient internet, which is slow and spotty. A great solution to that issue is getting an internet cord for your apartment. Apart from that, I love the fitness room, the fact that the apartments are furnished, and the low price. I would recommend it to a friend.

Although these apartments are meant for newlyweds and singles, we have been here for 3 years and have had a baby as well. Totally works for a small family on a budget. However, you have to pay an extra fee for babies, which is kind of a downside. Having the furnished apartment is also very helpful.

For newlyweds, this is the cheapest place you can get. My husband and I lived in a main kitchen studio on the second floor (no balcony) for a fall semester. It was about $530/month and you cant find a cheaper place in Rexburg. It used to be a hotel in the 70s. The rooms are hotel size, but the cabinets and fridge were really nice to have. Its fully furnished. All the fees are up front. Adele is the nicest manager ever! She was always really good to keep us in the loop and she did her best to make everyones stay awesome. It was pretty clean when we moved in. The property was well maintained and the inside hallways were always clean. Our neighbors were pretty quiet and nobody had parties. It was only a few blocks to campus and our church building. There were no problems with drugs, alcohol, or pests while we were there. Maintenance was fast and friendly. The wifi was good. The public kitchens were clean and large, but there were only six ovens for the entire studio complex.Because it was an older apartment, it did have problems. Our shower leaked water under our wall and came out by the fridge. It was fixed by recaulking the shower, sealing the moisture inside the walls. It smelled like mildew and it was humid inside because of the indoor hot tub and pool. You need to open your windows a lot if you dont want ice on the inside of your windows when its freezing outside. The walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors metal bed frame squeaking every night. Parking was often hard to find, but it would be better if you had only one car. The dumpsters were always full. But it was still livable.Overall, if you need a super cheap place to live and you dont have kids this is a good place. The 1 bedroom apartments looked great and I would recommend looking into those since they are much newer. Parking will still be a problem, but parking is always a problem in Rexburg housing.

The internet infrastructure here is definitely not up to the task of supplying so many people with a connection. EDIT: Due to confusion, I will clarify. The wireless signal in our apartment, at least, is plenty strong enough. However, due to the large number of people on the network, I could be sitting directly underneath a wireless router and not have enough bandwidth to reliably browse a simple website. This is not always the case (for example, some days the internet works well enough to stream netflix reliably), but there are other days when it wont work at all because, again, too many people are using it.

TERRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would. They over sold parking permits and we moved in and are now told that we are LUCKY to have a parking spot 2 miles from the apartment at Meleleuca. Its the middle of winter and we now dont have a car without a 2 mile walk. You would think basic management skills would require realizing there would be a shortage of parking spaces if you continue to let everyone have 2 or 3 cars. I regret moving here so much. When we reached out to talk about the issue we recieved nothing but a stuck up attitude that didnt care from management. You would think we could have at least gotten an email about there only being a few permits left to give us a heads up. NOPE! As if this place wasnt nasty enough now we dont have parking. DONT MOVE HERE!

This is a small and humble place . Its perfect for someone who is starting out and doesnt own anything . The pool and the community rooms are fun ! People are generally respectful to those who had reserved it or who are using it.I highly recommend getting a covered spot with storage !!!! It is so nice to come out to the car and not have to scrap it off . You always have a parking spot . Plus its a safe place to store your bike or less used items . Its a really good price and in my opinion a no brainer.Maintence is run well they answer requests fast!Cami is seriously and amazing manager she is so so so easy to work with and she tries so hard to make everything personable and fun ! She has been so patient with us . We moved here as a very last resort after another complex gave our spot away without telling us .I gave it a 4 stars because its not without its quirks. I can hear anyone in the hallway and out place is close to the community room so we hear them too. But, we dont hear anyone in their private spaces .

Hated it is fitting. The management changed 3 times in less than a year. Its a very small place, obviously, and things kept breaking all the time! I lived on the bottom floor and my light in the kitchen all but fell from the ceiling after people were messing around upstairs. Also, not to mention that my wall leaked water from the air conditioning. There is mold in the bathrooms. My fridge also had to be changed out twice. They say the starting price is $495 or something, but theres a bunch of hidden fees. My last months rent was $610. $610!! and thats for a dinky STUDIO apartment,Oh and the internet is the worst Ive ever come across. Enjoy watching TV because Netflix and online gaming wont be an option.I highly recommend not living here unless you want to overpay for a crappy studio apartment.

Me and my wife moved in as one of the first tenants. We have lived here through the evolution of this apartment complex. It has blossomed from a noisy construction ridden mess, to a beautiful example of how small studio apartments should be. The units themselves are not large. This does not mean, however, that they are too small. The communal kitchen areas, as well as all other areas, are kept clean. The whole complex is free of dust and carpets are kept clean. It would be a rare occurrence to find something larger than a lightbulb in disrepair. The community room upstairs has a large tv and a decent piano. Common area ovens heat quickly and cook food well (as long as no one turns the oven off...) Pool is warm, hot tub is fantastic. The water is kept clean and clear too, which is not easy in this climate.Overall our experience has been very positive and we look forward to another 8 months here until jobs take us to other places. Dont pass this place over because you think the space may be too small. It has large benefits and great management who respond to problems quickly.

First thing first, its way too small to live here. you cant cook anything if you are in the small room. Literally we cook outside on our table where there are so many stuff thats already outside since the room is so small.but for $550, its reasonable, but it should be cheaper for this size.the wall is brick, so wifi sometimes disconnects, so when you play games or doing your homework, if its not saved, have fun with that.the laundry is 1.25 each and we do white and darks seperately. And theyre so old dryers that they dont even heat up my clothes and theyre still wet and I have to do it twice. So.... 1.25 x2 for black and white, times 2 again which is $5 dollars just to do my dryers.... and not even by that, the laundry is $1.50 per load. and white dark = $3 so in total, you spend $8 dollars for doing your laundry here. and lets say that you do your laundry weekly, then 8x4 which is $32 dollars. The manager is creative how the housing price is $550 but in reality, its more like $640 including renting swimming pool fee, parkinglot fee, laundry fee, and internet fee.however, they do thanksgiving every year which was nice of them. and seems like theyre trying, but i wish they can do better by upgrading the laundry machines and raising the price down on those... also maybe free lan internet since brick is so thick that wifi is not that great. they should know this place used to be hotels. so they have strong walls to block the sound, which wifi can be difficult to use.Pro-cheap-free workout-very nice manager who is willing to help you-amazing maintenance gets things done asap.(but still having problems with our toliet... we asked like 6 times already with the same problem)-free access for tv, couch, and other furnitureCon-pay for laundry($32 in a month), ethernet, parking lot, swimming pool.-slow wifi-black mold in the bathroom and ripped floor in the living room. (its an old apartment. And there was a black mold when we got in here)-wet lounge because of the pool and hot tub.-old fridge that makes a noise at night.-cant decorate or pin walls or it is charged.-bad lights, so we bought new ones(apparently we have to buy our own lights)What they can fix(my complains)-change the vacuum hours to 10am instead of 8am-free ethernet connection(cuz wifi is slow)-actually make a internet wifi password(so that public users doesnt use the wifi which slows down the wifi)-changing quiet hour 10am to 10pm instead of 8am to 10pm.-cheaper laundry.-change the dryer so you dont have to run twice.-better curtains(cheap material and light still comes through outside window)-new fridge that doesnt make noise at night-very slow wifi.... not happy with that :(Thanks

Management is impossible to get a hold of for help. They have extremely limited hours of availability and no number to call for emergencies. They have a number on the door, but that person never calls back. I was locked out of my apartment for an entire weekend because their emergency contact would not call back. Their online payment method has problems and when it doesnt work correctly, they charge you with late fees. Very disappointed with what I pay for here.

As a guide I have to report my point of view on things and among looking into my Google review for this apartment complex a very disturbing trend with owner has come up whilst talking to current residents and ex ones with disabilites that have service animals or ESAs which in fact are both covered by the ADA, this owner will pick an individual with disabilities to harass and bully but on his defense uses his religion to somehow back his beliefs up. But as someone who knows ADA and the rules that come with it a landlord must accept both service and ESA animals and does not have the right to make disabled individuals re home service animal or ESA

Review №87

To be honest, this place has been great to myself and my wife. We moved here shortly after getting married in 2015 and, despite initially making plans to move to somewhere bigger once our contract was up, weve stayed because of a combination of price and location.Lets start with the obvious positives before I move into some common complaints and my own experiences with them. First of all, the apartments are furnished, which is really nice if youre just starting out, like we were. The building has heating and air conditioning, also nice, as Rexburg has a rather irritating range of temperatures during the winter and summer. There is also free wifi, but I have a little more to say about that in a bit.Its certainly a studio apartment, so if you have a child or have a need for a lot of space, your experience will likely vary, but considering these havent been factors for us, its been fine.Ive seen people complain about maintenance not being fast enough but I cant say Ive had that problem either, though weve been relatively fortunate in not having much need for maintenance requests.People complain in reviews about the building being next to the train tracks, and how you can hear trains passing during the day. Usually they pass during daytime hours so this isnt really a problem, but if a train is behind schedule, youll definitely know. If this is a problem, well, at least now youre aware. One complaint I have is about the laundry room, which is a little expensive for my liking but still cheaper than the laundromat down the street. It being shared you also have to deal with tenants not moving their stuff, which is a little irritating, but thats something you see anywhere with shared laundry facilities.Another common criticism is the free wifi. Your location will make a huge difference as to how well it works (or doesnt work) based on where the router is in relation to your apartment and how many people (and devices) are attempting to use it, and unfortunately my apartment is not an exception, as keeping a signal during busy hours is a bit of a hassle. There is an option for an ethernet line into the apartment for an extra fee on top of your rent, but I would say its worth it. Once I got one my internet problems have been very infrequent.A final common complaint Ive seen about this place is the thin walls and how easy it is to hear ones neighbors. Again, this hasnt really been an issue for us, though I would say that this is all dependent on your neighbors and how noisy they are, and ours really havent been. However, we do share a wall with the upstairs family room, which can get a little noisy, but unless theyre in there past quiet hours it really isnt an issue beyond hearing random laughter every couple minutes or someone practicing piano. Again, not a problem unless theres someone in there past quiet hours.I keep saying the complaints havent really been issues for us or weve found ways to deal with them, but I DID detail them in the review because, while they have not been deal breakers for us, they might just be for other people. It hasnt been a perfect stay, and there are things that, by virtue of the age of the building, were kind of inevitable, but for what its worth, its been home for us for 2 1/2 years.

Good first apartment, especially for newly weds! We loved that the utilities were all included in rent. And the apartments are furnished, which is also great. One of the more affordable apartments in Rexburg. Apartment included wifi and cable, along with air conditioning and heat. Pretty fun amenities including a pool, hot tub, exercise room, fire pit, pavillion with grills, and family room.My few complaints would be the price of laundry...but the manager gives our quarters every once in a while. We also didnt like living next to the indoor pool because people can be pretty loud. And the studio apartment size got a bit small for us after a while, but is good when you dont have a lot of stuff to store.

The only reason Im giving it a 2 star rating is because of the onsite management. The walls were crazy thin, and the apartments were really tiny. It was fairly cheap though. Cami, the onsite manager, was super sweet. The property owner, however, was not as pleasant to work with. I feel like he was being rather difficult when it came to getting my ESA animal approved. I feel like he was discriminating just because my animal happened to be a dog of a medium-large size breed. He never did actually approve my dog, and ultimately it caused us to seek housing elsewhere. I believe he was very unprofessional in his dealings with me, and I would NOT recommend this complex.

My husband and I came from a 2 bedroom apartment in Brazil to this Studio at Central Park - ours is the Large Main Kitchen (LMK) Studio. At first we were surprised to how small it was. But since we only brought clothes from Brazil, this furnished apartment was more than enough and with plenty of space for the both of us. We soon realized that the size didnt matter as much, because of how cozy it felt and because of all the Pros we found living here.In the apartment AC works great and water too. It heats up real quick, opposed to other old reviews Ive read. We had no problems inside our apartment with any of the appliances or utilities.Outside of the studio is what really caught my attention, since it really is an extension to your home. We have gone to the Pool and Hot tub a handful of times and the management is really quick in fixing any problems around that area, for example - the temperature in the tub wasnt working well for a couple of days so they took advantage of that and fixed the tub while redoing the floor around the pool as well. That was pretty nice. The main area is always very well taken care of, with daily cleaning and with nice furniture. Its nice to have people over without actually using your own home. This is a plus for us. Being able to use the Family Room, Kitchen area or the Grills with no trouble, because its never crowded and you can make a reservation when needed.I use the gym a couple times a week as well. There arent many equipments there, but enough for me, since I usually use the treadmill. And I cant complain about the Laundry as well. This for us was a relief to know that during the winter we wouldnt need to go outside in the cold to do our laundry. Its only a couple of steps away from us.Because our bedroom is in the main floor, has no balcony and is indoor, I think its the biggest studio available - regarding indoor room. It faces the window towards the pool, so I usually leave our window a bit open with the curtain as well to get more daylight. I like being able to go to the kitchen and laundry through there. Makes everything so much easier.I guess it really depends on how you accept everything around you. We really love it here, price included. And its heart breaking for us to leave this awesome complex, but we will be having family over the next few months and will be needing a two bedroom apartment.Hope this review helps anyone thats a bit undecided.P.S: Regarding the internet: There are many wifi spots for you to choose from depending on where you are at the complex. For the past 6 months I have been working from home, online, from 6am to 3pm, with no trouble at all. The internet only gets slow sometimes at night because of the Gamers in the complex or maybe to many people streaming movies/videos. The time we most struggled with the internet, we took a peek on the main area and saw people playing online. So thats the only bad streaming time. But its rare for that to happen... I think in the past 6 months we have struggled about 10 times max. We usually disconnect and connect again and things go back to normal.

Central Park is a great place to live for a young couple. The studio apt. are fun to live in(even the pocket kitchen!). The fact that its fully furnished is a big + for any newlywed couple who doesnt want to go spend 1,000s for all the needed furniture. Having a big TV is also great especially if you can hook your desktop computer up to it so save space.BUT, you should know that its an old place with limited renovations. Be prepared for unreliable internet. Most days are good, but there are sometimes a day or two where everybody has no internet. Sometimes I went 3 days without internet. There is heating an A/C, but the systems are old as well. Heating worked this winter about 20% of the time despite promises to be contacted soon as to when they can come replace it. A/C during the hotter months worked also about 20% of the time. It wasnt much of a problem in the winter though, we just wrapped up in our apt.I would live here again though even with these problems. The pool and hot tub are awesome and the place is fun like a hotel.I now live in the new 1 bedroom apartments. Everything is new and and beutiful. The only problem for everyone is that the internet still doesnt work well. It stops working several times a day and makes it impossible for a student to live here. Also, the speeds are awfully slow, like dialup 50 kb/s slow. You would expect reliable internet from a brand new building, but I guess that was too much for them to do.Oh, and DONT jump in the pool during the winter, unless they fix it, its freezing!
