Needed a dumpster to remove my old deck. From the initial call to the final cost, I was very happy with the service. The office staff were courteous and knowledgeable, the price for the dumpster was the lowest I could get, and the driver was courteous and made sure the drop off and pickup did not damage my concrete driveway. I would use them again if the price was as competitive as it was.

I called them after a month had passed from my first request to have my driveway sealed. They claimed they forgot when I spoke with the office last week & was quoted $160 & was scheduled for today 8/9/2021. They showed a few minutes ago, showed me a bill for $280. The driver of the truck was VERY RUDE with a bad attitude after I told him forget it & Im not paying an extra $120. Called the office, asked why the increase, lady claimed it was never sealed after I had a new driveway put in over 6+ years ago, this was NOT the case. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN FOR SUCH POOR SERVICE.

Too many changes, rescheduled route date changes in last couple months,, so much so they dont even know their own biweekly schedules anymore. EVERYONE on my street was collected yesterday but me. When I call was told should not have been, NOT my week when in fact it was. How do they take EVERYONE s trash but mine? So now my trash sits for 3 weeks. Contract cant be up fast enough.

After having service in other cities with many other waste managers over many years, we have found Seyrek to be outstanding! Our trash bins are ALWAYS on the curb and not in the driveway AND our recyclable containers are not only also on the curb, they are consistently turned upside down after they are emptied. I have also observed how kind and friendly your workers are; whenever there are young children outside, they honk their horn and wave to the kids who just love it! I highly recommend Seyrek!

I have never had a problem with seyrek until recently, they changed our trash day and then didnt pick up for a week and i called Monday and asked what was going on and the gentleman said he would make sure it will be picked and it was then i told him i hadnt got a bill yet and he said i was fine. Then got two bills in the mail today one for past due for the month of December i never received and then for next billing cycle! And when i called today the women said alot of people had this, i feel like this whole situation was unprofessional.

Just a shout out to the 2 guys on the garbage run in my neighborhood. They stopped and backed up their truck to buy two glasses of lemonade from my kids stand and gave them extra money. How sweet is that ! I may have to call and check out their prices!

We recently switched to Seyrek Sealers & Disposal for dumpster service at my place of employment. From the moment I first reached out for the price the customer service has been exemplary. Weve had a couple of occasions to reach out for additional special needs through out the course of the last couple of months and each time I am met with an extremely quick response to my question. An Employee that truly cares about the customer experience and what they can do to make our lives easier. And a rate that cannot be matched by our previous provider or others in the area. We would happily pay much more for the level of service that we receive from Seyrek.

If i could give 10 stars, I would! I use Seyrek Disposal service (I have used Seyrek for snow plow in the past, which was great, too!!!). Windy day here in Rochester. My recycling bin blew over, and instead of ignoring it, the employee retrieved the recycling!!! The other two companies I have used in the past just left everything. The service is outstanding! Very pleased and highly recommend this company!!! Thank you, Seyrek!

2-3years ago, we paid 65-75$ for resealing our driveway. Now they quoted me $150??!! Double? No.

Did a great job. Turned out the way I was hoping for. Had extension and overlay on driveway. They also did hot crack seal and then sealed the old driveway. Very happy and would recommend.

All I can say is that I am all about customer service. I am one who gives out customer service myself. Therefore; when I receive great customer service I really appreciate it.Shout out to Seyrek Sealers for their quality of customer service which is HUGE!

Had my driveway resealed. Fast quoting process, quick scheduling, and Im happy with the sealing job.There was a mistake made during the quoting process so the amount ended up being 2X higher than the original quote but they ended up honoring the original lower amount.Easy to get in touch with, and very professional.

I have been very happy with Seyrek for my trash. Only one complaint. My house seems to be forgotten a little too often. They missed me today also and I ALWAYS put it out the evening before as they come early. It makes me embarrassed to call because it is my word against theirs. I will have to call them tomorrow as I was missed once again. I dont know what to do to rectify the problem. I have them neatly at the end of the driveway side by side. Nothing is blocking their view. Other wise the service is great and the price is right.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL FOR ME. THEYRE FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. I HAD ALS MAINTNANCE WHO WAS BOUGHT OUT BY CASELLA. CASELLA IS HORRIBLE.SEYREK IS AWESOME.

We switched to seyrek from youngblood/casella after 12 years of service. service is outstanding. they always put my toter and recycling bin back where it was they dont leave any mess very polite and responsible workers on the route and they have weekly recycling. And a very fair price for there great service. As a sanitation worker my self i know its not easy. Keep up the good work seyrek!

These guys were great! The office staff (Amanda) is personable and efficient. We had an unexpected heavy rainfall shortly after our driveway was done, and they came back within a couple weeks to re-do it at no extra cost. Nice job - good coverage!

I had Seyrek seal my driveway a few years ago, had someone else do it last year and was not impressed at all. Called Seyrek to do it again this year and was not disappointed for making the switch back. Very professional and friendly. They did a good job cleaning up the driveway and were in and out in about 20 minutes.

They have great customer service and our favorite part is you can rent the huge recycling can ( just a little extra a month) They have a separate truck for recycling AND they pick up both garbage & ♻️ every week. ♻️ 🗑 🚚

I had Seyrek seal my driveway this year. They were postponed a couple of times due to weather, but they communicated well what was going on, so I was never left wondering what the plan was. The price was good at $68.However, the actual sealing was absolutely worthless. They didnt fill any cracks, and I cant even tell if they pressure washed like they claim they do, as there was a little growth of moss in one depression a few days after the sealing. $68 is good, but it was $68 wasted.

I have had Seyrek for 3 years and so has my mother. We have had absolutely no complaints at all with them. And, unlike many other plowing companies, they come back after the road plows go through and plow out the end of the driveways again. That alone keeps me coming back to them.

We had our driveway sealed, and had hoped to get cracks sealed as well. They indicated that the cracks were too small to fill, but they did return and put a second coat of sealer on. This worked well and their price was very good. We also had them roll, aerate and seed the lawn. We received a bill for services before the work was actually done, but after a few phone calls they did come out and did the job as requested. The lawn now looks great!

I was referred to Seyrek by a family member that has used them for sealing their driveway for the past 3 years. My Aunt was very happy with their pricing and service, and suggested I get a quote from them for snowplowing my driveway this year. They beat my old plow companys price, sent the contract out immediately, called to verify that I got it, etc... I liked having a written contract, as my old company just came and picked up a check, no paperwork included. It has only snowed three times so far this year, but they have been out each snowfall before I had to leave for work, and also came back to clear out the bottom part of my driveway when the town plow made a mess. So far Im very pleased with their service and wouldnt hesitate to use them again next year.

I called Seyrek in March to inquire about moving the driveway at my property in Penfield. Jimmy came on 4/11/17 to assess the project. As of 5/18/17, I had not received a quote so I called and politely asked if they could check on the status of my quote. I followed up on 5/19/17 as I hadnt received a call back or a quote via email. I just spoke to Lindsey who informed me that the owner had passed the project off to another company because the project was too big. This project would have encompassed a tear out, new gravel, and paving approximately 2,300 square feet.I waited 5 weeks for a quote that I never received. Overall, extremely unprofessional and very disappointing.

In all honesty, I have to say that they are the best sealcoating company in Rochester. I had bad cracks in my driveway and John, the owner, agve me great advise. They used a hot, crack filling machine that absolutely sealed the cracks. Then they sealed the driveway the same day and it looks 100% better than it did before. Neat as a pin with no sealer on the lawn or anywhere else. Capable and courteous workers who know what theyre doing. What a professional company!

I called the office spoke with Lindsay to set up my garbage service she was very polite, respectful, and prompt. I have had couple garbage services because I wanted the best bang for my buck. I mean 19.99 a month for garbage and recycling pfft take my money and sign me up. Top of all that why not use ONE company for all ur home needs from driveway sealing to snowplowing even auto service and now garbage/recycling count me in.

Just came home from vacation to find a sign (about the size/shape of a political campaign sign) for Seyrek stuck into the lawn on my property without my permission. I threw it out and immediately called and cancelled my contract. What a complete lack of respect for their customers.When I informed the woman on the phone people could probably prosecute this as a minor criminal offense (oh, I dont know, trespassing?) if they wished, she said she doesnt think that they could and thats probably taking it a little too far before hanging up. So theyre also in the business of poor legal advice, I guess.

I have Seyrek for garbage pickup, they have the best prices around hands down. I have had to call the office twice with questions and the customer service I have received was excellent, no complaints from service to customer service, Thank you!

As it says on their flyer...We will match competitor prices within reason!FALSE!!I asked them to do my driveway for $55 as that was Magic Seals price (I had the flyer). They stated that they will not do a driveway for below $60 unless you have a group of 5 or more in your neighborhood.LIES ON THE FLYER!

Did not do a satisfactory job when paving my driveway, in and out in about 20 minutes then contacted them and gentleman had stated they would come back out. Did not hear anything back, I had to call and it took 2 weeks to get the issue resolved
