The managers are so nice. I’ve only had a few interactions with them but they are always smiling and greeting you! It is very spacious and well maintained, I also love having the gym downstairs. If you want to live it up one semester I definitely recommend the Cove! I got summer free by signing for Spring and I plan coming back for Winter :)

The cove is the best place to live!! Besides the great amenities & social aspect, the managers really make this place the best. Danika has always gone above and beyond to make sure residents have a great experience. She helps people individually, knows the residents by name, gives us free food & sets up fun games. Ok so its honestly not terrible its just not well made- a ton of pipes burst and the fire alarm went off one night, its not really worth staying here unless u want to party 24/7. The walls are also SO thin in the bedrooms u can hear every single convo

I just have to say, I have hella respect for our manager. This winter, she went out and was scraping parking spots for us in a dress and I just saw her sweeping up trash in the stairs. She is always nice to everyone and very professional but is even not afraid to get her hands dirty or do physical labor to make sure her residents are comfortable and things look nice. Really cool to see. I also love the hot tubs and roof area. Totally unique in Rexburg and the coolest spot to hang out. Gym design is awesome and the apartments are the nicest in town.

The Cove is GORGEOUS! On top of that, they’ve hired some of the cutest, nicest, most incredible human beings to run the complex. Hot tubs with the most amazing views, the funnest events, and the best vibes! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone who is considering living here.

I dont want to give them any star, theyre very unprofessional. During winter break I needed to move in early and Danika wouldnt answer my phone calls or messages, Im pretty sure she blocked my phone number so I would always had to leave a voice mail. Coming from Canada your expecting people to be a little more considerate but they werent. I would recommend talking with the other girl her name is AJ, she was amazing!

I absolutely love living here!! I’ve stayed here consecutively since it opened in 2019 and I plan on staying here until I get married. The amenities are awesome and the manager Danika is the sweetest person ever. She makes an effort to know everyone’s names, and she genuinely cares about every resident. That’s not even mentioning the effort they put in for Resident Appreciation week! The Cove feels like a real home, and I recommend it to everyone I meet!

The hot tubs usually smell bad and are often discolored. Management will not return security deposit unless you go in person to claim it. Lots of water leaks and pipe bursts. Management only likes you if you are pretty and or popular.

The Cove is truthfully one of the best places to live in Rexburg! They are the newest student housing complex and have one of the best management and maintenance teams in Rexburg! You can tell the management here cares about you and wants the best for you, which isn’t always the case with a lot of other complexes here. I loved every second I spent there! 10/10 would definitely recommend to any students looking for housing.

I have loved The Cove! The complex carries a modern, spacious, sleek and clean atmosphere! I’m also very appreciative of how well maintained the study room and common areas are kept. As for the outdoor hot tub deck, it’s always functional and comfortable. The apartment managers Danika and AJ are very personable, professional and welcoming!! I would recommend this complex to any one on the hunt for an apartment!

I absolutely love living at The Cove. I was worried at first because I had no idea which apartment I wanted to live at, and I kind of randomly chose The Cove! The first day I moved in I felt so welcomed. Danika has literally made my stay here amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, and above all the BEST MANAGER! She caters to all my needs and more! I literally love her so much, and she truly makes The Cove an incredible place to stay! I can’t have asked for a better manager. I’ve lived in several approved housing complexes and this by far has the friendliest and most helpful management. Danika Hamm has helped make The Cove feel like home, and constantly goes out of her way to make sure all her residents enjoy their time here. I would recommend living here to anyone.

Really enjoyed my time here. I’ve also lived at the Lodge and Nauvoo House while in Rexburg and The Cove was by far my favorite. The location is fantastic. Porter park and Hemingway Village in the spring and fall is always hopping! Also very social atmosphere. Really regret leaving!!

Such a fun place. The amenities are amazing! The two hot tubs, the GIANT tv, and even all the study rooms. So much to offer and about the same cost as most other places. Beautiful view of porter park and not too far from campus. The rooms feel bigger than some other complexes and having two fridges is great.

I absolutely loved living at the cove last fall and winter! I think everyone who has lived there can agree that the management is SO good and fun! They really care for all of their residents and make it living there such a good time. The atmosphere is the best! Everyone is so nice and friendly :) The cove also has the BEST amenities for sure. The Cove is hands down the best complex in Rexburg! Since coming to BYUI, Ive lived at a different complex every semester because I couldn’t find a place that had everything I wanted that had good management and a good environment as well, but after moving to the Cove I’ve stuck around because it’s PERFECT!! Management genuinely cares about each and every resident and gets to know us each by name! They are more than helpful with any issues or concerns we have and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy here and cater to our individual needs! The complex is super social and I love that and the amenities (hot tubs and big TV on the roof, study room, amazing gym etc) are to die for not to mention the apartments themselves are so nice and have amazing features (HE washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, 2 fridges, garbage disposal, memory foam beds, tons of storage, bathroom for each bedroom and much more) . I really love it here and the Cove has become my home. I’m moving to Utah and I’m having a hard time finding a new place simply because the Cove has set my standards so high!!!

I absolutely LOVE living at The Cove. They have such fun amenities like hot tubbing, a study use (that I actually use all the time), a gym, and a really fun aerobics room. The Cove has GREAT management that is caring to their tenants, great living space even for an 8 man apartment, and very nice and new. The only issue I’ve had living here is the Internet sometimes with Optix. But other than that I love it. The management here will work with you to help you get a good deal and very honest.

It is near everything! I love it! I love how there are many activities within this apartment complex. My favorite is the yoga and the study room. They truly help me relax. I love the open space incorporated within the apartment! Kind people too. I love the managers they are kind hearted, I mean ALL OF THEM who works here!

Having lived in several single student housing complexes in the last 5 years in rexburg, I can honestly say that The Cove is the very best! The amenities are great & the property is beautiful..but the incredible management is what makes living at the cove an exceptional experience! Danika at the front desk is so friendly and happy to help with anything that could come up and has made getting to know every resident a priority. She even recognized that I got a hair cut a few months ago haha. She’s so on top of things and kind & she’s a huge asset to the cove team! I would highly recommend the Cove if you’re shopping housing in rexburg!

This is a great apartment complex. The manager is very helpful and approachable. Utilities all work well and the rooms are roomy. They do lots of activities together as well so you get to know more people. Its about a block off of campus. Its really close to the gym as well. Also close to the Porter Park and other fun stuff.

Super clean and nice, managers do an excellent job of taking care of residents, and provide lots of perks and activities. Hot tubs and jumbo Tron are awesome, but you cant chose what is put on jumbo Tron. Washer, dryer, dish washer in apartment, 1 bathroom per bedroom.

There are a ton of nonsense reviews for that time because they offered an incentive to either sign another contract or leave a review that the managers read in front of you. Not a great opportunity to give serious feedback.Overview:-Dannika is really sweet and I hope she’s still there-The door locks are terrible. The power went out and the manager was running up and down trying to get everyone in.-The hot tubs are great but usually crowded-North Point has a much better gym-Their tenant appreciation week and stuff was actually pretty bomb. They tried really hard.-If you like frat guys then you’ll have a blast.-lots of drug problems-Lots of loud weeknight parties-A bit overpriced but not terrible/ also some decent promos (free summers etc.)-nice location if you have an ESA, especially the first floor separate entrance apartments facing the park.-the couches are AWFUL but the mattresses are the best I had in all my complexes-still nice and clean-clean checks are pretty low key-amenities are generally good-once of the better parking lots, but there’s no covered parking so be sure to plan to remove snow from your car- GREAT location for social events-terrible location if you want to actually go to class- if you decide to stay over a break you might get kicked off the security system, in spite of paying for the break, so be prepared to not leave your apartment until management hears your pleas to give you access to THE APARTMENT YOU PAID FOR during Spring break (I ended up complaining on Facebook to get a response).

I loved here for just a semester, but found it to be a perfect place to live as a college student. In a perfect world would it be right next to campus? Well, yes. However, it is just a block away, is right next to a beautiful park (with tennis courts), kitty corner from Deseret book, and very close to a lot of great eating options. It has its own large field perfect for throwing a frisbee or football, along with a fire pit, a grill, and a sand volleyball court. If I had not transferred to a different school, I imagine I would have likely stayed in these apartments. The price is among the best you can find. Even more than this, the management is awesome, or have been any time Ive had any dealings with them. They helped me with getting into my new housing at my new college. Recently I went up there to pick up my younger brother from school, and I accidentally left my scriptures, and didnt realize Id done so until we were back at home in California. It only took a phone call and the manager offered to send them to me at no charge! I love arbor cove.

First off the managers are amazing especially Brita Reber! The houses/Complex are nice and well kept by the residents. Close to the school and also porter park and other places such as kiwi loco and restaurants.

This place is literally falling appart. It used to be cheap enough to make up for that, but now theyre raising the price. The old manager was really nice and caring. No AC in 100+ degrees hasnt been fun. Glad to say goodbye to this place for good.
