Really nice place! Extremely affordable and this apartments have been renovated.
I loved living at Georgetown. The apartments are older and definitely not the nicest but are quite cozy. The management is awesome and respond to questions and concerns very quickly. Great people live in the complex and it’s always a fun time.
Wow! This is the best apartment complex if you are hoping to save money compared to other apartments the cost of living here is cheap. I have been here for almost a year now and I dont have any plans to move it all. To top it off the management is so friendly and understanding they really do care about your safety and comfort. Highly recommend Georgetown apartments.
Ive lived at Georgetown Apartments while attending BYU-Idaho for a year and a half. It is a very nice and comfortable place to live which is close to campus. Managment is really great and responsive. The price is also lower than what youd expect from the quality of the apartment. I would recommend living there to anyone planning on attending BYU-I.
It was a good experience. From what Ive seen so far, its a good environment. Overall, nice apartment. Check in was super easy and quick. My only concern was that it wasnt really clear where we needed to go to check in. Unless I missed that in an email somewhere. Clear straightforward instructions beforehand would have been helpful. Looking forward to a great semester!
First apartment complex Ive stayed at since studying here at BYU-I and I absolutely love it here. Great perks to living here aside being close to campus and the great managers here! Apartments are very nice and they are affordable!! Highly recommend living here!
Ive lived in several apartments during my time at BYU-Idaho and some have been great while others not so much. Georgetown is one of the greats! Im approaching my last semester and Id recommend anyone looking for a place that has fantastic management, a second fridge, isnt too far from campus, and is well kept, to come and live at Georgetown.
This is my first semester here and I love it! It has truly become my home away from home plus this place is super affordable. Really friendly environment and they are quick to repair what is needed. The Manager is Always super nice and very easy to talk to. I know that I will be staying here for the next for see able future. I definitely choose right Georgetown!
I was at Georgetown in the winter and it was great! The management is very, very friendly and laundry is not a hassle. I got to room with amazing guys and we all had a great time. The apartments are pretty quiet and the location is pretty good as well. Its a great deal for the pricing and not too bad of quality either.
I’ve lived at Georgetown for 4 semesters now. I think it is an amazing place to live for several reasons. It’s cheap, quiet, and the management is super. Service requests are followed up with promptly and the manager, Madi, is quick to respond to emails and has even gone above and beyond by helping a little with the end of the semester cleaning in our apartment. (I wouldn’t expect this, but it demonstrates that she is genuinely interested in helping out the residents here.)
G-town is great because you have space and its nice. Being on the outer rim is great because the parking isnt a mess, washer and dryer is just downstairs and Maddy is great as a manager! She makes it fun and keeps things going. The ward is also top notch. Life is just better when you live here.
Really nice, lowkey place to live. Everyone here is very mature and there’s not a lot of the drama that comes with the big complexes. Management is great and they love talking with you one on one just cause.
Ive had a pretty good experience living here. I lived in the same room that my brother in law lived in when he went to BYU-I. He had suggested the place for me and Im glad I chose to be here. Its nice and secluded, sort of. It feels more secluded than it probably actually is. Lots of activities and relatively close to campus. Great place to be!
This is my second semester at Georgetown. If you are trying to save some money Georgetown is your place. Also, it has a pretty good location. A lot of people think is super far away but is right behind taco time. Also taco time is pretty good. I like that the manager is super nice and always willing to help. It has enough washers and dryers for everyone.
This place is literally the best place I have ever lived. I would live here forever, but sadly(not to get married just to move out) I have to get married. They should really look into having married housing nearby or apart of the complex. I love the manager here, she is astounding! I lived in Rockland before, and Georgetown beats it by far as being the best. It is very affordable too! 5 stars! Love it!
Georgetown is a great place to live Ive been here for two semesters and its been great. The rooms are large and Ive never felt cramped. The kitchen has almost enough storage for 6 people although my roommates have alot of pots and pans, but having two fridges is a god send.if your looking for a cheap good place to live Georgetown is the place to live.
Great management and great place to live. Amazing ward.
Great management! Great location, and a pretty much has everything you could need. A few issues with tenants but the management was always willing to go out of their way to help. One of the best places Ive lived so far. Some apartments are a bit outdated and not the prettiest but honestly it doesnt cause any issues since everything functions adequately. Great area around the apartment also! Quick response to work orders and great benefits to the the tenants! Its a great place to live!
The best Landlords I have ever met. They are very nice and easy to talk to. Ive never had a bad experience with them or maintenence. The only downside of these apartments is their age but they are still well kept and they offer two refrigerators for each apartment. Its only a block from Campus and you are a short walk away from a variety of restraunts to choose from.
Great management and great place to live. Would recommend
Terrible and dishonest staff, terrible amenities, terrible prices. Ive stayed at only a couple different apartments, this was by far the worst.
Ive been living here for 2 semesters now and I love it. The management is awesome, the location is great, and its definitely on the lower end of cost per semester. Its not the most luxurious place to live, but its certainly worth it to live here.
The management is very approachable and friendly. It is not too far away from campus so it is a great location if you walk to classes. They responded quickly to our maintenance needs.
I just moved here and so far I really like it. The management is super nice and willing to help you. Great environment as well as a pretty quick walk to campus.
Its a good apartment complex. Its close to the Hart building, and people are all really chill there. The volleyball court is pretty fun and also the fire pit. It is a fun place to live. The only downside is its pretty old so maintinence can be an issue.
Georgetown is the best place to start your college experience. They have such a great location and the people are great. The management couldnt be better. Im glad that I shared some of my college career with the Georgetown Family.
I love Georgetown. It is full of friendly people, is conveniently located near campus, and has everything I need. The management is great at fixing any problems I have had, and the atmosphere in Rexburg Housing is fun. I recommend it!
I love living here! Its a very quiet, down-to-earth place to live, and Ive never had any problems with it. Management is extremely friendly and flexible, and the people are amazing of course.
Georgetown has been a great place to live. The apartments are clean and well kept. The amenities are great and the manager is also great. I would recommend this place to anyone.
You are getting your moneys worth. The building has a great location to the school. The apartments could use a bit of an update, but other than that they are nice and cozy.
Ive lived here in Georgetown Apartments for almost a year now, and I cant get enough of the easy-going stress-free lifestyle, and the fun homely environment. Its also extremely affordable and close to campus. Ive heard horror stories about Rexburg student housing with bad management, burdensome added fees, and gruesome cleaning checks. Here I am happy to find none of these annoying problems. Georgetown apartments makes going to college so much easier. I was surprised when we needed a new screen for the window, or had toilet problems, and maintenance came the same day I emailed the manager to fix the problem. Both of the campus wards are fantastic as well, with great people and amazing bishops. There are a plethora of advantages of living in Georgetown Apartments. During spring the fire pit, soccer field, and volleyball bit are incredibly fun as well.
I have loved my experience here at Georgetown! Great location, nice clean apartments and the manager is great! I would definitely recommend Georgetown or any of Rexburg Housings apartments to anyone.
This is a great place to live! There are friendly people, a great ward, and cheap prices; do I need to say more?
They need more visitor parking I got booted for parking next to the visitor parking what’s wasn’t marked as no parking. How are you supposed to run a place where your renters guests can’t even park without gettin charged this is a real joke!! Nice job at a good haousing facilty 😤
Hey great place to stay. Alot of really good people I got to live with. And meet. The rooms were big. Two friges were nice. The walk to school every morning was niceLots of trees. Walked to the temple several times. Its very close to the gym or Hart building. so you can excersise in the morning with ease. The managers were really nice. Roomys were clean! And things went well. !
Its been great living here, the apartments are taken care of and they have a pretty decent open living room, and its a really close walk to campus which is a big plus. also you get free laundry, which saves you another good chunk of change:)
Its a great place to live. Great location and close to everything i need. A fair price for the accommodations as well as the benefits of living here. The field out front is a great place to get together with friends and enjoy some leisure time. Would (and have) recommend this place to anyone looking for housing in Rexburg while attending BYU-I.
Georgetown is great! Its close to campus, but tucked away, so theres no foot traffic. The management is awesome, and the apartments are great for the price.
By far the best place to live in Rexburg during Spring semester! (Its great during the other semesters, only Spring is so much better) Georgetown just has this innate social atmosphere about it. The soccer field, sand volleyball pit, and fire pit make it an attractive spot for parties and activities. The managers have always been amazing, but my favorite part is the LDS ward and stake were part of. I really have loved living here
This is now my 8th semester not to mention two summer sessions that Ive lived at Georgetown. I attribute that mainly to good roommates and a fantastic ward. However, we seem to luck out in terms of management. Ive been through three different managers over the course of my stay and each one has brought a new flair that made them awesome to work with. Not only do they figure out payment plans and concerns WITH you but, theyre super down to earth and human like the rest of us! Madi Wright has done a great job in addressing our concerns and making it fair and happy for all within her sphere of influence. Highly Recommend this affordable and enjoyable place!
Amazing! Awesome manager, great people. Clean environment, large rooms and comfortable beds.
Great place to live. Close to campus and great management.
The location is really nice and not too crowded. Great managers and people.
Georgetown Apartments is a pretty great place to live. My favorite parts are the excellent management, the pretty darn perfect location (really close to campus, but just outside of the crazy traffic), and the decent price (although Rexburg Housing does have quite a few fees they try to get you with). There really arent any cons, you really get what you pay for here. The rooms are average for college housing. Maintenance is taken care of quickly. I plan to stay here for the foreseeable future!Experience: I just finished my first semester at BYU-I, and this was my first experience living in an apartment with roommates.
Friendly management, nice apartment yard, nice neighbors, very good lounge, and good quality apartments. I have enjoyed my stay here.
Ive had a great experience at Georgetown the apartments are nice and its a good environment. The manager is awesome and extremely helpful!
Good location by the park, but a little far from campus. Cheap with 2 fridges. It works well for me
Great apartment, has plenty of space for both food and other items, and is a relatively easy to clean space.
Great place to live, cheap, not to far from gym/campus at all and enough space to feel at home! Definitely recommend it to a friend.
Georgetown is great! The manager is awesome and the ward is super fun.
Great parking, Great management, A little far from campus but its worth it.
Lived here more semesters than I thought I would have been at BYU-Idaho to finish school but it has been good (9 semesters and 2 summer sessions). The apt is good quality (not as nice as say the Ivy or Northpoint but also not as expensive either). I have had a few different managers since I have been up here and and overall, they have been really responsive to things needing to get fixed, getting payment plans set up, general questions regarding account or activities, etc. Unfortunately, the one issue I had with a past manager dealing with billing, I had to talk to the accounts manager in the main office who was more than willing to get the issue resolved without me having to do anything (plus I got money back because we both found that I was over charged).I think the best part though is the location. Georgetown is kind of hidden behind Taco Time, a house that was turned into apartments and trees. This is nice because it then is a bit secluded so it tends to be a bit quieter that other apartment complexes I have been to. Also have access to Some Rexburg Housing amenities on the other side of the parking lot; soccer field, sand volleyball court, and a firepit. If those things aren’t enough, Porter Park is about 100 yards away.Haven’t really had any problems with other residents. The apartment complex tends to attract people that like doing outdoor things and really just some real cool guys rather than partiers.Overall, I have been pretty satisfied with my experience living at Georgetown.
Large rooms, close to the gym, amazing management, great parking.
Georgetown is a great place to live, but Rexburg Housing can be a joke.
Management sucks.Other then that it is in a great location.
Great place!
