Staff at Divas was very accommodating. Despite me being indecisive about what I wanted, they showed the utmost respect and was courteous. My nails came out beautiful.

Mary is amazing! Ive been going to her for about one years. She is so creative and so patient. Every single time I go for a fill she never disappoints me with her fun and amazing designs. She truly is an amazing nail tech.

My nails look Like wisdom teeth. Poor quality with shaping and the polish was thick and not evenly spread. Super disappointed because the price of services have gone up and the quality does not compare to the price of services. I’m stuck with these ugly nails until they grow out. I hate them and I actually cried when I got into the car and my husband said how ugly they looked and it was noticeable.

Good pedicure! I don’t normally go here, but I was in the area and in need of a pedicure. My polish has lasted. She worked very hard to get all the rough spots taken away. She was gentle when rubbing my legs.

I was going to the salon to get my nails done for a wedding. I went to this salon to get almond shaped acrylic nails and gel polish. I arrived around 7:30 or so and the hours said 9 so I figured I would have time to get help. The folks at the front didnt acknowledge me when I came to the door but I was desperate so I waited then was placed in a seat. The lady cut my nails way too short and didnt shape the nails properly for the almond look. She admitted that she couldnt do the style I asked and took the fake nails off, with the intention of asking someone else to do them. Turns out they closed at 8 and they kicked me out of the salon all together. I ended up going the day of the wedding to get them done and that lady did a great job, but I have never had such blah service at a salon before.

Love this place!!All the technicians did an excellent job with great attention to detail. Their work is impeccable and they are so friendly - definitely recommend! Every single nail is perfect!

My 21 year old daughter went to this place to get her acrylic nails taken off. She has a personal nail tech but something unexpected came up and her tech was not able to do her nails.The sign on their flyer stated that nail take off was $10, the lady that did her nails (which was also the owner) also told her PRIOR to taking her nails off that it would be $10. After taking her nails off, the lady then told her that it would be $15. I was in another part of the mall getting some last minute things for the grand opening of my daughter’s business and had to put that on hold because she called me upset because the lady had lied to her and was insisting on making her pay something other than what she was told and what was advertised. People may say, “Well it’s only five extra dollars”, but that’s not the point. This was false advertisement and on top of that, the lady had the nerve to try to belittle my daughter and had the nerve that she had customers in the store and to not say anything else. That’s when I intervened and told her that I didn’t care how many customers she had in there…my daughter was not talking loud and she was going to treat her with the same respect as any other customer and that she WOULD NOT tell my daughter not to say anything else, she had a valid complaint and it was the owners responsibility to take care of it instead of treating my daughter like she did. So eventually she only charged my daughter the $10 but little does she know, I’ve taught my daughter to always tip people generously when they do right by you…so if the “owner” would have did right by her, I know my daughter would’ve given her at least a $10 tip. So in the end, you would’ve gotten $20 instead of the $15 that you had tried to overcharge my daughter. My daughter is a young, black, successful 21 year old young lady that gave up a full scholarship to college to pursue her dream and is well on her way to making multiple six figures this year. Your your lesson today is to never judge a book by its cover, because you were definitely wrong about my daughter today, and her mother because I do not play about my children. We will never have anything to do with this place again! I don’t condone rudeness or unprofessionalism from anyone and I’ve taught my children to do the same, especially when you’re paying someone YOUR money. Truly not acceptable, especially coming from the owner.

First time coming here because they are open later than most other nail spas but unfortunately the experience was highly disappointing. Pedicure was okay but she didn’t guide me to a place to dry my nails (being that it was my first time and I didn’t see a dryer I thought maybe they didn’t have one?) so I paid and left. Shortly after I looked down and they were all smudged off. I go back to get them fixed and she pushes down the messed up polish to try and smooth it over and just adds a thick layer to try to cover it up, I was appalled that she thought that was okay. I left with jacked up polish and I’m out $33 dollars.

I was able to be seated as soon as I came in, which I am glad about because it was busy, not to mention the salon being in the mall. I got my usual dip powder manicure and was in and out without hassle. My nail tech was very sweet and funny and paid attention to my requests. Looking forward to going back!***Edit: After visiting this nail salon several different times, it seems that unfortunately not all the nail techs have the same knowledge and/or skill level to complete some of the services offered by the salon. This has resulted in slower/delayed service, poor results, or both - and that is from my personal experience and observation of others. I recently got a dip powder manicure on my natural nails (my usual) and my nails are already peeling days later. The nail tech that serviced me this time hit my skin with the drill multiple times and even drew blood once. The edges of my nails are rough and uneven as well. Overall, I suppose this is to be expected with the location being inside the mall and the constant flow of incoming clients. I recommend having Kelly serve you or Jenny as a backup if you do decide to go here.***

They had so many options for gel and provided recommendations which I loved! The quality of my gel manicure was so impressive and I really loved chatting with the nail techs there.

Love the time they took to do a gel ombré on my natural nails! She did just what I asked for. Wonderful service and excellent outcomes with my nails... every single time! 10/10 would recommend. And Im super picky.

My friend and I have been here twice, once for a pedicure and once for gel nails. Both times the service has been fantastic and we were taken at our exact appointment time.

They are very vigorous with their sanitation and keeping everything safe during COVID which is a relief! And the quality of service is the best Ive had so far! My gel nails last forever!

First, I’m not a diva and this is only my second time ever having nails done in spa lol. (Daughter treated me for Mother’s Day and it’s her fav salon). This is an Asian salon (minimal English speaking), they work quickly and use all covid and cleaning protocols. I only had a pedi and it was very therapeutic with the hot oil treatment and massage on the lower legs and the roses in the soaking tub. Comfy massage chairs as well.

The tech who serviced me must still be in training, because she had no clue how to properly file/shape nails or paint them. Shape was uneven, still even after asking her to fix them, & the paint job was thick and lumpy. I didn’t have time to ask for a new tech or redo so I paid and left. I’m here right now the following day to see if someone else can fix them. Been waiting almost an hour at this point. The owner (I assume) was going to have the same dummy from yesterday redo my nails. Ridiculous. Never returning here.

The technicians are so lovely and smart. My gel manicures last FOREVER when I get my nails done here. Its 100% convenient for me. Its becoming my go-to, regular nail salon.

Was very happy with my pedicure however I asked for a polish change and (after repeatedly saying I did not want gel polish) they put gel polish base on my fingernails. As they went to apply to the gel polish since up to this point I wasn’t sure if they were doing a regular or gel manicure on me I asked this is regular polish correct? And the person doing my nails said no gel and I again said I wanted regular. I assume because he kept the gel base on my fingernails and didn’t take it off, after letting them dry and not touching them for at least 30-45 min the polish was still peeling off, would not harden to dry and was mushy to the point of just scraping off. The polish change was essentially worthless.

Manicure but only thing the lady did was cough terrible and rush to do my nails. Didn’t even take off the old polish that I had on. Nails done in about 15 minutes! I was so uncomfortable ! Talked with manager and all she said was “thank you ma’am! No apology at all. Horrible!

I got a simple acrylic set right...one popped off after two days. I went back to get that nail fixed (i didnt pay for it thankfully) they fixed it and after not even two hours after it got that one nail fixed another came off while I was at work. For a second I thought it was me but my co worker was with me when it popped off and her moms a nail tech. I sent her mom a picture and she told me they shouldnt be coming off that easy and that its not me its their application of the tips. Mind yall I have played basketball games with a full set before and my nails rarely broke. From there all of them started to pop off and I was done and took them off. I have been getting acrylic sets since I was in the 7th/8th grade (im about to be a freshman in college) and I have NEVER had my nails pop off this easily. If you wanna go to the mall to get your nails done theres another nail place downstairs that I would recommend going to that place before you go to this one.

The staff went above and beyond to get me in last minute and they did everything to make sure I was pleased with my service. The price was more affordable than most!

My nails have survived 4 weeks and Im very happy about that anyone that I see here is wonderful from acrylic to mani to pedi. As for covid protocols, everything was great and I felt really comfortable there!

I feel safe with everything that is going on. Everyone is so helpful, especially when I took ages to decide on what colors to do. There are so many options!

I am a very particular person about my nails being that I have been getting acrylic and now gel sets for over 20 years. Diva Nail Spa at Crabtree is extremely clean, friendly, affordable and NEAT with their work. I have been getting my nails done with Jenny who is so welcoming and you can tell she cares about her work because shes so neat and precise! I would recommend this team of manicurist and pedicurist to everyone looking to be happy with your nail service!

My manicurist was great! The overall staff here is amazing. I love the shape, color, and design. She took her time with me to make sure I left satisfied. Also told me that if I messed up my nails in anyway, I could come back and she could fix it for free. Good customer service. Will definitely come back in 2 weeks. Thank you!

Im so happy to have found this place! My manicurist did a fantastic job with my pedicure - my feet look and feel great. I opted for the basic pedicure and left feeling relaxed and pampered. The prices are very reasonable and I had no trouble getting an appointment for a few hours after I called on a Saturday afternoon. Ill definitely go back to this place for my next pedicure!

This nail salon is wonderful! Every time Ive come in I havent had to wait. Im not picky on technicians so Ive had someone new every time and they always leave my nails looking amazing! I get so many compliments. My dip powder nails last so long and the pedicures are always so relaxing and leave my feet looking so refreshed.

This is my first review and I really felt like they deserved an amazing one. The receptionist is very kind and even gives suggestions to some of the best products. Kelly is a gem. My nails look great, always delivers on my expectations, and shes fun to chat with. I literally spilled water on myself before I got the and she gave me a hair dryer to clean up!!! Customer service is top notch.

Went here for a “last minute” gel manicure before vacation. My normal salon was closed. Will not go back! It wasn’t worth it - even in a pinch. I felt “taken advantage of” and was up-charged for several acrylic nails I didn’t ask for nor wanted. Also the manicurist coughed non-stop, only wearing a mask some of the time. Again, I won’t go back. Not a positive experience.

Love this Spa! I get my nails and pedicure done! She is amazing, there are a lot of good nail techs here. I also have gotten massages and facials, which have also been extremely relaxing. Great service! I wont go any place else.

I will always be referring people here for the quality and the great price!! Both of these sets were done in about an hour, maybe even less. Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time though, theyre very busy.

Called ahead for a walk-in appointment 50 minutes before closing time and I was told to come in and wait. I arrive, wait at the front and I’m told they’re closed -35 minutes before closing time. I showed them that I called ahead and they were apologetic but still refused the set. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate considering I called ahead before driving out. Disappointing, I won’t be returning.

Fantastic service! I cannot say enough positive things about my first experience here. At first, I was skeptical because there were too many great reviews and that is not common for a nail salon. However, my experience exceeded my expectations.

Wish i could give zero stars!!!! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! They have the absolute worst costumer service. I went in for a gel manicure, the lady doing my nails handed me the color options and literally 2 minutes later asked if I decided what color I wanted, I said no and she said hurry up, we have a lot of other people waiting. for one, I am a paying customer just like anyone else and two, there are other people waiting but there is no nail tech available for them anyway! I should have got up out of the chair at that point. However, I stayed and the lady proceeded to do my nails. she insulted how poor my nails looked and then started filing and trimming my cuticles. This lady dug into my skin, I kept pulling away and she kept saying I am helping you, you have a lot of skin. YES skin that is supposed to stay on my nails. I was with a friend and did not want to cause a scene in front of her. I paid, left a two dollar tip (shouldnt have left any) and left. That night and the next day, my nails ached! I have had many manicures in my life and this has never happened to be before. They were red and painful to touch. I decided to go back the next night. At this point a refund wouldnt help my situation but I felt it was the least they could do. I explained to the manager what happened and she said do you want me to take the polish off, I said no then I would have no nails at all because they were so thin. She then said why didnt I say something when it was occurring. the lady that did my nails then walked over and spoke with me, she was very rude and was blaming me. They were both very rude and not understanding at all. I said I want a refund. the manager told me to wait, I waited for 10 minutes and then said, what am I waiting for. it will literally take you 2 seconds to hand me my money back. she wanted a receipt, this was a joke right. haha after arguing for about 10 minutes, she finally gave me my money back. she said sorry. I said I am never coming back and never had such poor service in my life. I would advise everyone to stay away from here and choose another salon!!!

The technician was kind, took her time with my nails, and did a pretty good job. It wasnt what I wanted when I walked in, even showed her a picture of what I wanted, and yeah.... Natural turned into dark gray glitter somehow but it matches the dress Im wearing to the event so Im not *really* complaining.There is a bit of a communication barrier hence the 4 stars not 5, but the quality was great. Never nicked my cuticles, no cuts, no injury, she was very delicate and knew what she was doing for the most part. Im really not sure why my fingers and toes are different colors after I told her at least twice that I wanted them to match. Thankfully my shoes are closed toe so it wont matter, but why???Also, someone mentioned they were dirty: I wouldnt say that at all. I recognized the packages the tools came in as the kind that get run through an autoclave.... meaning the tools are medically sterile. I trust the cleanliness of this location

This place is amazing!!! I found Diva Nails and Spa on Google and decided to try. I absolutely love their customer service, massage chairs and collection of colors. It’s extremely clean and neat. The ladies working here so polite and detailed. She really was a perfectionist and took her time on the nails. She was meticulous in cleaning my nails in warm water before painted a so nice gel for my nails. I received an amazing pedicure and manicure.  My nails look so awesome. Love this place. The price is really rational in this area. I will definitely come here the next time

I have been a loyal customer of Diva Nails for 3 years. I go every 2 to 3 weeks and have my nails filled in and polished. I have had many compliments on my nails over the years and prior to going to Diva Nails had been with another nail salon for a while.Diva Nails is convenient, has a pleasant atmosphere, and consistently gives me quality service. I never worry about how my nails are going to look or feel. I highly recommend them and know the managers there are good, good people and will take care to make sure you have a good experience.

There was an hour and a half wait time each time I have tried this location. There were nail techs just sitting around talking when multiple people waiting telling us all the same supposed wait time. They don’t soak your acrylics off they pry them off with nail tips. They have damaged my nails so bad I had to just keep getting acrylic overlay to hide it 😔. Terrible customer service skills when you try to correct their craftsmanship. The last time I went in there non of my nails were the same shape, slanted and all. They blamed my finger for why the acrylic was crooked on my hands 🤦🏾‍♀️. They make you wait rush the service and then beg for a tip. It’s not a relaxing pampering experience. Ever.

This nail spa is one of my absolute favorites. The staff are fantastic and the service is stellar. They have plenty of color options and current choices for the various seasons. I dont live in town, but when Im here visiting family, I always try to make this place a stop for me and my mom.

I recently got an acrylic fill here and the tech did an excellent job. He was quick, but my nails look beautiful! The shape is very consistent and the polish is flawless. Diva Nails is my first choice from now on!

I have been going to Diva Nails for almost ten years. The technicians are friendly, skilled and hard working. They will often go above and beyond to ensure Im happy with my nails (I can be very particular). I trust them to do both my gel nails and waxing.The salon is always clean and welcoming. I came here with my mother and two younger sisters to get our manicure and pedicure done. We have tried most of the nail salon around Raleigh. I asked for a specific style of French acrylic full set where the base was clear polish and the tip was pink. I also want the silver line go across the French tip. The girl understood me and she tried her best to do exactly as my desired. I loved my nails.

Diva Nails and Spa is the best nails, where I always come here. This salon has full experience in their job. I can confident to lets you know and come here. Yesterday, I came here to do deluxe pedicure, so I got a beauty nails. They also have massage, it is very helpful. The hot stone massage can make me to escape stressful,so I can relax and enjoy my time. Their staffs are very nice. They communicate very friendly. They can recommend which color fits with me. Their price is good. It will be chipper than another salon. Diva Nails and Spa is my favorite i will come here again........,and again........

I paid extra to get chrome on my nails but they were more glittery when I complained she kept saying they suppose to look that way and they shine. I paid extra for glittery polish. Never again.

Went there twice in one week!! Not even 72 hrs after my appointment 2 of my nails came off by simply scratching my hair and doing everyday things!! They replaced them but I had 2 different people do my nails, the first guy hands were unsteady and his work was terrible so I had another lady fix it!! Now here it is not even 4 days later and one of the same nails came off yet again!! For the amount of money they charge the work is not worth it!

Brought my 14 year old daughter to get her nails done here. I went to pay the bill and they tell me they dont take American Express. No signs are posted whatsoever in their store about their credit card policy. They told me I could go to the ATM to get cash or customer service to get a gift card. I started to leave the store to go get a gift card and the lady grabs my daughters arm and says shes not going anywhere and would have to stay until I got back. Well, that was absolutely not going to happen so I objected. They told me I had to leave either my daughter or something else worth $38 as collateral until I returned with the gift card. I was about to throw up right there as my daughter was being unlawfully held against her will. I was being forced to come up with collateral so that I could go get the gift card that they suggested I use to pay the bill. I was traumatized.A good patron from the nail salon flags down Security. I asked the security guard to walk with me to get the gift card because I wasnt leaving my daughter there with them and I was not going to give them my cell phone as collateral. I was disgusted. The security guard graciously walked with me to get the gift card. We had an interesting conversation. Bottom line, Ill never go back. They should be in jail.

I have to admit that I came here because of their photo gallery on their website. Their photos looked attractive so after trying their service, I thought their photo showed me the truth about them and they were great. A woman here did my nails, and it was probably the best manicure Ive ever had in my life. She filed and cut my nails so they were super tiny and neat. I started feeling more and more satisfied when she started painting my nails so beautifully, that was it. Took over 30’ for them to finish a basic manicure. This is the place to try and have long time commitment.

The lady that did my nails was super sweet and she did a great job but I sat at Diva Nails for more than 2 hours just to get a gel manicure. That is just wayyyyy too long. Even the security guards at the mall were going home when I finally got out. I tried to call in advance to make a reservation and the person on the phone told me, No problem, just walk in...

I dont usually do reviews, but after my last experience at this place, I feel that I would be doing a disservice to others if I didnt let them know what goes on here. I have several issues with this salon:1. The staff is utterly RUDE. They either dont talk to you or they insult you. I went to get my nails done and I asked for the coffin shape. She said she couldnt do it that shape because my nails were too short. My nails were actually long (at least a half inch past the fingertip). I explained to her that I had them filed into that shape many times before when they were much shorter. She ignored me and shaped them square after I asked her not to. Also, one day, I asked if the girl who usually does my eyebrows was working, but I couldnt remember her name. I pointed to the room that she does them in and the tech screamed something to her in Vietnamese. The girl I was referring to came to me, looked at me and said I dont do your brows. I dont remember you. It doesnt matter who does your brows, maam. I said that it wasnt necessary to approach me because I didnt care who did my brows, I was just asking a question.2. They are careless. My cuticles have been cut more than once because they rush through the job (Which I dont understand because they dont have THAT much business). The last time I went, which was a few weeks ago, the tech cut my skin while she was filing and it started to bleed. She acted as if it was nothing and continued to do my nails without asking if it hurts or offering any apologies. I was disgusted. I was less worried about the pain as much I was about the possibility of infection. She didnt seem to care. That was my last straw.3. They are dirty. At one of my most recent visits, I saw two small roaches travel across the front waiting area.It goes without saying that Ive since found another salon. Id rather drive farther than deal with such horrible service. Dont waste your time and money here.

Ive gone to many different nail salons around Raleigh, Diva Nails & Spa is the absolute best salon Ive been to and will continue to go to; employing not only artistic and creative but an extremely friendly staff!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Did a nice job with my acrylic nails but did not ask me to wash hands until after my nails were painted so it caused some dust to be in my nails. But they make the acrylic too thin. I got them done around 1 and one nail bent then broke off after a couple hours. Got the nail fixed free of charge then the next day another nail broke

I just had a manicure here. I walked in on the off chance they could get me in and they did! Staff did my manicure and never rushed through it. She was super meticulous! My nails look great! She really did a fantastic job! I will definitely come back!

I love this place a lot!!! This one made the best gel nails ever! The set I got look fabulous! A lot of my friends kept asking where I got it! I love the staff here! They were all very welcoming!

They saw me last minute and did a wonderful job! I wanted a pedicure before a wedding and it came out very nicely.

My nails are so amazing! Theyre able to shape and decide for such an affordable price! Salon is very clean and well-kept. The shape and design is perfect Im very satisfied with the way that able to make me feel very comfortable!

I went in here to get my manicure done and it was a very good experience! This salon is very clean and the nail techs here are really friendly. Nobody was rude to a single customer. But, yeah, one of the nail tech called for me and I sat down at her station. She started cutting my nails and reshaping them straight. After that, she started to remove the cuticles from my nails and not once did she cut me while doing it. After that she listen to all my requests on how I wanted my nails to be painted. When she was done, I was very very pleased with her work. The services here is just amazing. My nails like very pretty. I will definitely come back here again!

The best selection of gel polish Ive ever seen. Very friendly staff, and they do great job. When I asked if they do nail designs, their reply was We do whatever makes the customer happy Cant go wrong at this place.

They shouldnt ask you to pay first if theyre going to base the job they do on the lack of tip you give them initially. I personally like to pay my tip cash at the end once I see theyve done a good job, and Im typically not stingy with a tip (Ive given an extra $10-15 for a job well done). I feel that he saw I didnt put tip on my card and then just proceeded to do a bad job. My cuticles werent cleaned AT ALL and there was leftover glue from the tips he had taken off.. Not to mention not cleaning where he messed up, and not even painting the corners of my nails. Ill try downstairs next time. Not worth my $18 for less than 20min.

Im not sure why the rating is so high for this place, I went in to get a pedicure, and was not impressed. I did not even stay. The chairs look run down. First they tried to put me in a chair where someone seems had all their bags piled up, then instead put me right next to someone else (chairs were connected). OK.. Fine... I put my feet in the water, and it was cold... Easy enough, I let them know and they made it warmer. The final straw is when my massage chair wouldnt work. All I was trying to do was move the seat back, and the back less reclined (Im tall) in order to just be comfortable sitting. The staff did not seem to know what to do or even very concerned about it. I just said forget it, and went to my regular place. Will not go back..

I had a superb experience here. The service was great. Very relaxing and very clean. The employees were very polite and courteous. The food was awesome too. The price was reasonable. Overall, Im very satisfied.
