My sister received two deep cuts on her fingers during her last visit. It took 2 hrs for her manicure + acrylics. After she was cut the nail tech didnt apologize but asked if it hurt. I wish my sister wouldve told me before going here because I wouldve warned her to stay away, and go somewhere safer.

Not really impressed. I used to come here a few years ago and loved Nikki. The girl I had today was unable to draw an even line around the tips of my nails so I ended up just getting a plain neutral color. Unfortunately that wasnt what I wanted. The shape is still off with my pinkie nail even after she tried to correct it after the polish was cured. I also still have remaining polish from my previous manicure around the edge of my nail. Not impressed.

As a male who doesn’t mind tagging along with his wife to get the occasional Manicure or Pedicure this place is by far the best for making you feel at home and at ease. My wife goes here quite often and really loves the vibe, company, and work they do. Regardless of your gender this nail salon is an absolutely wonderful locally owned facility with top notch staff. You will want to call ahead because this place stays fairly busy. It’s always nice when a small business owner is right there doing exactly what she asked of her staff everyday! Looking for a new nail salon, tired of just feeling like another number... this is the spot! Highly recommend you give them a shot!

I type all day for work and move heavy stuff at night and went on vacation and was in salt and chlorine water everyday for a week, drove ATVs, rock climbing, and all. I love coming here for all my nail needs. My nails always look gorgeous and I get so many compliments. The ladies there are also so sweet and welcoming. I personally see Anna and she’s amazing! She not only does a great job but is so personal. This latest time I had the pleasure of seeing Anna and Hailey (for the design). Hailey took the time to figure out how to create the marble on my nails and they turned out beautiful. Highly recommend coming here!

I believe I have finally found my spot!! stopped in on a whim to get a Mani/pedi in the early afternoon and they were so accommodating and hospitable. I was charmed by the kindness and warmth I experienced there with all the technicians and the owner, Anna. Since I was a walk-in they told me it would be about 30 minutes before someone could do my pedicure, which was fine by me, and they offered that I could soak my feet and relax while I waited. Hailey did a great job on my pedicure and was very engaging. Anna did my gel manicure and I was impressed with how well all the ladies knew the colors and helped me pick something that was close to the color for my toes. All in all, I was really pleased with my experience and I will definitely be back. The salon was very clean and organized and all of the technicians were kind and engaging. I cant ask for anything better! Im tired of going to nail salons and not being able to talk with the person working on me and theyre not interested in talking to me either. Be sure to make an appointment but if you go, they are very up front and honest with you as to when they can work on you. I appreciate that more than they could know.

For my second visit, I inadvertently arrived outside of business hours and these AMAZING ladies still helped me look my BEST for New Years. First off, I wanna say this is the best salon I have ever been to. All my life I have been hopping from salon to salon trying to find a nail tech that was good enough and who I could connect with. Celebration is the place! All of the nail techs are amazing. They always greet you and have positive energy non-stop. My nail tech, personally my favorite is Keita. She is amazing. She takes her time and always impresses me by the time she is done. Unlikeother nail salons, Keita doesnt rush. I am always satisfied when I leave the salon. I schedule an appointment every three weeks and always look forward !!

Went here the other day with two of my friends to have a nice relaxing day after lunch. The moment we walked in the woman who seemed to be the manager/owner greeted us and asked us what we wanted, we then told her that we wanted shellac polish and we heard there was a special going on for $15 (which obviously we had gotten it confused with a different place). Her reply was this and in a very rude tone first of all we dont have shellac, and second of all its not $15. We then said we would get whatever they recommended. My friend went first and the same woman who greeted us did her nails and the whole time told her she needed to relax her hands. Then she finished with her and took me. Then also the whole time she did my nails she told me I was tense and needed to relax when I was just putting my hands out the way she was holding them. I felt very uncomfortable by this and my friends that were sitting waiting for me felt uncomfortable too. The woman then proceeded to ask me what my major was and I told her Hospitality Management and she said what are you going to do when your customers are so high strung and not relaxed this was extremely rude and unnecessary to say to a customer that is paying YOU for your service. In fact if a customer of mine was not relaxed I would do anything I could to make them feel relaxed because that is my job, this woman did the opposite. People come to salons to help feel relaxed, I just wanted her to finish my nails so I could get out of there. Safe to say we will not be returning here. A salon isnt just about the quality of the work that they do it is about customer service, which this place lacked.

I ❤️ Celebration Nails. This is the only salon I go to to get my self beautiful. All techs do an awesome and excellent job. I enjoy spending time around them, they are very friendly, honest, and open-minded people. Prices are very good comparing to other salons. I love gel polish it stays over a month. They do awesome and crazy designs. I love other of their services such as waxing, pedicure, they even offer organic pedicures, gel polish, glitter tattoos, etc. I can say only one thing. I’m going to start off by saying that these people know how to do nails without a doubt. I’ve been to so many nail salons before and this is the only one where I’ve been overly satisfied with how they do my nails. And it’s more affordable than most salons. BUT my nails continuously break (I have acrylic tips) and even though they kept breaking I kept going back because I love the way they do my nails so I just dealt with a broken nail or two. The last straw was when four of my nails broke and I only got a fill in about a week and a half ago. I called and they were very understanding, however they made me pay for the nail repairs because they said my nails were breaking because I need a new set. Tell me why one of the nails that just got repaired TODAY, like 6 hours ago, broke already. And I know it’s not just me because a woman that came in today said her nail had broken too. I have no idea if they products they use (like the tips or acrylic) are just cheap or what, but I’ve never had this problem at other salons. It’s frustrating because I work 9-7 every day and don’t have time to keep going back to get my nails fixed. I love celebration nails, but sadly I won’t be going back. I need nails that will last.

Hailey is the FIRST person to get to the shape of my coffin nails EXACTLY the way I want them. They’re perfect. Plus they offer wine, water, soda, etc and every one here is friendly (and busy). You will need to make an appointment when you come. Yes, their techs are THAT good and they are knowledgeable (at least mine was) ...anyways they have a new regular customer (they do lashes btw)

Visiting this salon almost two weeks ago after viewing the reviews and had a great time! They were very busy, which was a good sign for me and I had only a short wait. Very professional, clean and quiet environment. I will be returning today! I believe that I have found my favorite nail salon. The ethnicity is a beautiful mixture, which was refreshing to me, and everyone seemed to get along.

I am very fussy about nails. I do not like putting polish on my nails myself, and I am reluctant to spend money on expensive treatments. After a recommendation by a friend, I went to Celebration nails, and I have returned several times. Celebration nails is fantastic. You are seen quickly, and there are a wide selection of treatments available. My shellac nails last for weeks, and they look perfect (I always get lots of compliments). The staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation recommending the salon to anyone, and I would happily say they are the best in Raleigh.

This is another awesome place to go to get your nails done. The ladies here are sharp. Stephanie and Nikki are rock stars. Both ladies can do nail designs.

I came as a walk in versus having an appointment, and while the owner stretched herself to be accommodating, the service I received was sub par. The technician doing my nails was clearly not pleased to have to fit me in between appointments and her approach was extremely aggressive, rushed, and sloppy. She made unprofessional comments such as, “who cut these nails?” and “you are much too tense, relax.” that made me very anxious and uncomfortable.The finished product was poor as the polish on almost all of my fingers started to shrivel and the clear top coat was over onto my finger tips, causing an extremely tight feeling. The polish was very uneven causing a layered effect. Within 24 hours, over half of my nails had chunks of polish that had chipped off. I give a rating of a two versus a one simply because the facility was very clean and the remainder of staff seemed to be interested in their cliental. If you choose to go here, make sure to have an appointment and know exactly what you want. For myself, personally, I will not be returning.

I was pleased with the nail tech that did my nails, but I was very DISPLEASED to see the owner had just finished doing a customers nails, took the drinking glasses that had been used and used her dirty hands and water ONLY to clean the glasses. That is VERY unsanitary!!! YUCK

They have over 600 gel colors and are constantly getting new colors! The staff is super friendly and will always help with suggestions on nail colors and or designs!! I walked in with an appointment for a mani/pedi with Nikki, but I ended up with Anna doing the manicure and Nikki doing the pedicure. Ive had plenty of pedicures, but never a fancy manicure and I wasnt sure what kind. Anna gave me a quick run down and we decided that a gel manicure was just the thing. Since Id never had a manicure, you can guess that my cuticles were scary... but MAN do my nails look good now! Nikki did a great job with my toes, too! Ill definitely be back!

I went here because it was recommended and that persons nails always look great. She gets gel nails with one specific nail tech, however, I get the dipping nails (SNS) so they put me with the one person that does them. Ive been getting this type of nail for at least 5 years in south Florida. Apparently here it is a newer thing. My nails looked awful. Truly awful. I was cut in 5 different places on my fingers, my nails were not smooth at all. When you looked at them from the side they had dips in them. She tried to fix that by buffing them down which then removed some of the color from the nails. The price to take off the old nails and put these on was astronomical. It took over 2 hours. 5 days later some of the nails were popping off. This was a huge disappointment. Additionally, unlike most nail salons, their tools were not kept in that disinfecting liquid you usually see. It felt dirty.

I usually dont like to drive all the way across town to go anywhere, but after the experience I had last night, i will be more than happy to take the drive!First of all- Anna is the bomb with eyebrows. Amazing work. But what put the icing on the cake was their new girl, Shay. I had went into the salon on a Saturday and received a pedicure and full set. the lady that did my full set was so sweet....but they were HORRID. its not her fault too much- my nails are really short and ugly.. I went back on Wednesday and Shay immediately offered to help. I promise, I HAVE NEVER HAD MY NAILS LOOK SO AMAZING. She took her time and shaped them perfectly, fixed my hideous cuticles and even helped me pick which color looks best with my skin tone. The girl is good!!!!!!!!!! safe to say, she gained a new faithful client !! :)

Ill probably never go back to this salon ever again. Two girls came in after me and were serviced before me. The lady that removed my gel polish used her finger nail not a sterilized tool... How sanitary can that be? I wouldnt suggest this place to anybody I know.

The prices are standard across NC Ive been to multiple shops in the triangle area and the prices are no different.Id highly suggest booking an appt if not no guarantee that your going to seen the same day.They definitely take there time with YOU.WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. So no rush drive.The owner is professional with clients being serviced but there overall client etiquette needs improvement from conversation on phone with unhappy customers, talking about customers while servicing other customers, the shops was clean but could improve with there sanitary practices ALOTWould I go back yes because I can tune the other stuff out as long as they continue to take time with me. Im not picky but I pay for quality and thats what I expect

I’ve been getting my nails, eyebrows and eyelashes done at celebration Nails for 5 years. The owner Anna primarily does my nails but Stephanie, Morgan, Halyna and Shay are also amazing. I go every two weeks. The salon is clean and massage chairs are so comfy and all staff so friendly. Wine, coffee, or soda is also offered every time you walk in. My daughter and I refer all our family and friends here. They have a huge selection of colors and hundreds of gel polish selection. Love this place.

My experience was wonderful the staff was very pleasant. The woman that did my nails did and outstanding job. The salon it self had a very nice layout also very clean. If you ever want to go to the person I went to just ask for Lashee she will take good care of you.

They do excellent nailsBut some of the nail technicians there are very unprofessional. They are always talking about clients and at times they even talk about each other when some of them are not around. These are grown women acting like high school students.The bald headed girl with the blue hair on top some times pink, I believe her name is Missy she is very rude, speaks when she feels like, and takes part in talking about clients when these same clients pay her way in life.Hailey has an attitude and also takes part in gossiping.Nikki is very nosy. Is always prying in her clients business along with giving to much information about her private life.And then some of the technicians talk about each other in a negative way, whos a snitch as in who tells the boss to much, who goes with who, who talks to much.This is not professional. The nail salon looks so up scale and is so nice and they do have some really nice technicians there but the others need to have some customer service training along with edict training.

Friendly staff and I leave with awesome nails every single time. Lena by far is my favorite staff member there. Very clean environment. I definitely recommend this place.

This is a real review from a female customer. I asked for natural lashes and walked out with huge Disney character lashes. I was promised a refund if I came to get them removed. I did. And she would not refund me. Do not go here if you want natural lashes or to look appropriate for a corporate setting. Go here if you want to walk around waving to people with huge dark lashes. They were so thick I was told I looked ghetto . Not a good luck. Not a great biz practice to renigg on a refund.

Never again. I got my nails done in Houston and they lasted a month. I went here and I have never been somewhere so messy the employees would just wipe their dusty hands on their clothing. I got a fill in and switched from clear crylic to a pink and white ombre set. My nails did not even last a week before lifting and chipping at the cutical. I had my nails for 2 days before the lifting started.I have gotten fullsets off and on for years. This is the first time my nail is GREEN, I am aware its due to bacteria, AFTER LIFTING. Poorly applied is not my fault. I also had crust on my hands when they finished my set. Not what I wanted after spending almost $70!!!

I got my nails done 9 days ago...i paid $65 and 5 of my nails broke off...1 broke off cuz I pulled my pants up... another broke off cuz I bumped my nail on my cup... they shouldnt break off doin normal things... Ive never experienced nails breaking off as easy as they did...i ended up taking the rest of the nails off... Ill never go there again and I suggest you dont waste your money there either

I went to Celebration Nails to get a mani/pedi done for my prom, and my experience was beyond positive. The service was good, it was professional, and when it came to picking out a color, the entire salon--not just Hanna, with whom I had an appointment--was helpful and friendly. My nails looked great--Hanna clearly puts a lot of effort and thought into her work, and it shows.

Lizs (nail tech) work was impeccable. The problem came when Anna did the ombre nail polish on my nails. Annas work was sub-par, she overcharged me and the technician who fixed my toenails was snobbish. I arrived at 12:33pm nearly a half hour early, they were unable to locate my appointment I made the day before. I didnt leave until 3:34pm😕. The manger was loud and rude when I pointed out to her that I was not pleased. She blamed me for not asking how much each item was and tried to make me guilty. Thank GOD there are other nail shops in the area.

Great service and wonderful technicians!

I tried out this salon because a friend of mine swears by it and her nails always look great. It wasnt very busy so I didnt have to wait for a technician. The lady who did my nails was very rude from the minute I sat down. I wanted UV gel nails and she tried talking me out of getting them because they were the hardest thing to do and getting acrylic is just as good and cheaper. That was an immediate turn off, what person trying to make money tries to talk someone into getting a cheaper service??? The entire time she did my nails she complained about having to do what I asked while also complaining about the amount of tips she made that day. Thus was a few months ago so this technician may not be there any more, but regardless I wont be going there again.

I probably should have read the reviews before I went.... I just had the same experience. The person who did my nails was super sweet but took two hours to do a really bad job! I left somewhat satisfied but 3hrs later my nails were breaking and already looked three weeks old. I went back and immediately got someone else to fix them. I dont understand why they would put a potentially new client with the worst nail tech in the shop. I understand she may be in the process of learning how to do nails, but let her practice on training devices or at least under close supervision. I also didnt care for how the technicians talked to each other or their clients. It was very unprofessional, especially having personal phone calls in front of clients. I Shouldnt get uncomfortable overhearing your conversations.

My go-to nail spot when I am in Raleigh! My coworker came in with a GORGEOUS pastel nail color, and though she couldnt remember the name, she told me the brand (Opi of course lol) and where she got them done. After work I went as a walk-in and Vee was able to take me right away. She is the bomb! My nails were shaped really great and I loved the color that she found for me based off the picture of my friends mani. This shop is in a center so plenty of parking, and I love the diversity of the staff. Since I am moving to Raleigh at the end of the year, this will be my bi-weekly spot :-)

I absolutely LOVE Celebration Nails!!! I have been going to this salon for over 7 years and I have yet to be disappointed! I have had mani/pedi services by every tech at this point, and they are ALL AWESOME! Ana does my lashes to PERFECTION and they always last at least a month everytime...staying intact until I have them removed! They have sooo many different polish colors, so you will always find something you like! The prices are reasonable for all services. Celebration Nails is definitely the best nail salon in my opinion, and they have a loyal customer with me!

I tried them because they had great reviews. I was really disappointed. I dont know why they take walk ins because its never room for them. Which is fine...make an appointment. I came back the following week and made an appointment in advanced. I arrived 15 min early, was there for 2 freaking hours, for a full set and toe polish change. Granted they are nicely done but 2 hours. The man that did it had earphones in the entire time listening to music and didnt say 2 words to me until I said something to the lady and worker beside me. Had to ask them since he was in his zone. Im not much of a talker but if i have to sit in a salon for 2 hours......ANYWAY...I wanted a design on 2 fingers, but apparently designs arent his thing, so he hinted to his coworker {who does chevron very well btw) quickly said No im booked...ok cool. I would have had to wait to get a design which probably would have been until closing, for one of the other people to do it. NO thanks, I have things to do besides sit in a salon for another 30 45 min. Charge extra for long nails and my nails are short. Never again. It probably wasnt all that bad but I had high hopes because of the reviews. It was a mixed crowd, which was refreshing but definitely wont be back. Went 2 weekends in a row and was highly disappointed.

First time going there tonight, and missy did a great good.. will be going back in two weeks

Ive been to a lot of nail salons here in Raleigh, Cary, NYC, Seattle...and by far, Sallys Nails & Spa has been the BEST experience. They take their time, have a super nice staff, and most importantly are very clean and sanitary. They have great prices on mani/pedis and loooove their pedi chairs...so comfy! I wont go anywhere else now! The owner is so sweet too, she goes the distance to make sure you have a great experience.

Terrible service! Toes done on Saturday, the paint began chipping by Wednesday. Went in the next Saturday and was told thats normal, and they could do nothing. Will never return.
