I would NEVER revisit this location I paid $70 for the set that I got done they were nowhere near what asked for The French looks sloppily painted on half of them are not even straight across or have an arch but when I brought it up to the manager she said everyone has a different opinion of French that to me does not look like French it looks very sloppy and like they didn’t care. not only was the manager disrespectful after I called and notified them that I was not content with the service I received but she made me out to be a liar and started to say how she didn’t want to deal with it, I was not given a refund instead I was given the opportunity to get them redone even after I told her I would not be comfortable doing so due to the cuts that were left on my hand from the first gentleman who did my nails. Never once was I given an apology instead it was just a bunch of bickering, I was also told I would have to pay the difference to get what I originally wanted even if that’s what I was paying for to begin with and walked out with something totally different. Overall I would say save your money and visit the round rock location where the technicians are actually experienced and charge for a quality.

Bought my Momma and Daughter some Mani Pedi packages for my Mommas birthday.They were treated like royalty and very well pampered. The staff was also super kind to me when I purchased the services.I highly recommend Bliss Nail Bar based on our experiences with the staff and services!

Sharing This review for my underage daughter for whom I spent 70 dollars on just this last weekend so that she would be ready to take on her sophomore year after a year of quarantine and corona. They not only did a completely horrible job on the French tips (despite the lady sporting her own properly done French tips) but also cut my daughters finger in two places which landed us in the ER to get a tetanus shot just in case. Also within hours the nail has bubbles underneath the surface and we needed to goTo Artzy nails to have the situation rectified accordingly at my cost. Hopefully Lauren the NAIL expert will be held accountable and a proper refund issued. I amUsually not a complainer and am very grateful for all service jobs as I work one myself but as a single mom With a busy schedule I don’t expect professional services to take advantage of teenagers trying out their contact with the realWorld as we all know with corona that people skills are lacking.

I love this place. You get your moneys worth every time. Sometimes they are rushing on pedicures but if you get Gel or SNS manicures, they really do a great job and take time for perfection. The employees do make you feel comfortable enough for you to let them know if you dont like what they did or if you end up wanting something different. They will even change it for you with no hesitation for a cheap price if you come back. I ended up not wanting glitter on my nails one time and went back to have it take off and they were so nice and pleased to do so and I think it is important to find a nail salon where you feel you are actually being taken care of and they dont make you feel nervous.

Took a chance on this nail place as Venice nails my normal place was packed. Needless to say, I will never return to bliss nail bar. The service I received was not only unprofessional but RUDE and my toes look HORRIBLE. Save yourself the trouble and the time and just go to Venice Nails… regardless of the wait it will be WORTH IT. I do NOT recommend this place!!!!

I have been in before and am alway happy with the results, but wanted to write this review based on the experience my grandmother recently had. She came in for a pedicure and was treated like a queen. She’s been in poor health and Helen and the manager were so attentive and considerate of her. When it was time to go the weather was terrible and it was pouring rain outside. The sweet gentleman manager/owner helped her get on her shoes and then escorted her to her car with an umbrella, holding tight to her hand the entire way so she didn’t slip. They went above and beyond exceptional customer service and made my grandmother’s day. I could not recommend this place more

I usually just get a wax here and I do like how easy going the process is and the ladies that wax me are very good.

Work was fast and detailed. Service was wonderful. Highly recommended from someone who likes to be a little extra when it comes to their nails.

Overall, this is a great place for a pedicure in Georgetown. They were very prepared and conscientious of making sure everything was sanitized and social distancing was enforced as much as possible. Their prices are reasonable and each service comes with a complimentary drink...nice! I recommend making an appointment but they also take walk-ins.

Love love love my nails I came in for a fill and Lauren did a wonderful job changing my outgrown coffin into stiletto shaped nails. The only thing that bothered me was how the black turns into a navy in the sunlight. But overall they looked great and glittered green looks wonderful and she even cut my cuticles off afterwards while my nails dried! Lauren did amazing!!!

Reviewing this for my daughter who is a minor. She went in to get her nails done for Christmas and was cut on four fingers. Her skin is red a swollen. We are headed to get a tetanus shot so they don’t get infected...it’s that bad.I am so disappointed and I know it hurts really bad. Obviously she’s going to be too scared to say anything to a grownup. Hopefully management will reach out and offer a refund.If you go...go at your own risk and ask for a professional.

Lauren was so great! She did a wonderful job on my nails, really listened to me to find out what I wanted and I will definitely go back soon! Also enjoyed a nice glass of champagne to make the experience a complete treat.

I wanted to love this location so much. I have been a client at the round rock location since it opened. Now that I have recently moved to Jarrell, this location is a lot closer for me. My roommate and I came in yesterday for full sets and pedicures. The receptionist/hostess greeted us, we filled out some paperwork, and then had our temperatures taken. Then she told us to follow her to the nail station for Our sets. These tables are set up already 6 feet apart, but they sat us 2 seats away from each other. We asked if we could be next to each other and we were told no because the people doing our nails, those were their stations with their stuff. This was odd to me because I’ve never been to a nail place where a technician wouldn’t just move for the clients. We said okay, and as I look up, I realize all their things are in rolling carts. So why couldn’t they move? Then maybe 2 minutes in a lady comes in, and they sit her in the station between my roommate and I, I immediately ask why they would put her there because I want to be able to converse with My roommate and they said she had an apt with this man, who has this station. The lady was also upset and didn’t want to be at that station but they insisted. After listening to this lady now next to me, she had never been to this man before, so it felt as though the technicians were just unwilling to Accommodate the Clients. About 20 minutes in I requested to know who I could speak with about the music because it was so awful, and honestly way too quiet in there. The music was not encouraging to conversation. My nail tech Tam told me She agreed about the music and called the lady up from The front to change it. The lady looked confused and said to me that Tam was in control, and it just seemed weird. They did change it, but by the time we got to our pedicures, it had been changed back. Pedicure was great. And my nails came out amazing. So I would love to come back, but the lack of professionalism was too much for me. I work in the service industry and I am extremely respectful, so I expect that in return. You can not be too set in your ways when you work directly with people. I understand everyone has their preference on where they are more comfortable to work, and it would’ve been fine, had they not sat that lady, whom also didn’t want to be in that station, where they had. We came and spent $200 plus 20% gratuity and I am extremely disappointed. I don’t think I will be going back to this location.

I got a pedicure this morning- everything was great. Until I got home and realized my toes were not dry. The nail tech accidentally used GEL polish when I asked for regular. I understand mistakes happen. My disappointment came to how Bliss Nail Bar handled the situation. I asked for a credit on my account or a refund of my $40, and I was told I would get neither. They said I could come in and get them repainted (I live in Cedar Park and had a day of being child free as he was with his grandparents) and I was not about to drive to Georgetown for them to fix their mistake. I am in the service industry and can understand that mistakes happen, but refunding my money or giving me a pedicure credit would have been the best way to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I will never be back.

I never review a place based on the first visit. The first time I visited was wonderful...except for the young man at the front desk. My nail tech was so fabulous that I booked a second appointment. That is when the epic fail happened. The same young man was at the desk and just as rude. I arrived for my appointment only to be told that the man who was to do my nails had an emergency. Then, when I wanted an appointment for another time that he would return, I was told that he didnt work there any more. My first experience was so good that I stayed and trusted that I would be taken care of. The nail tech that I was put withs hands were shaking. No one spoke to me in the salon (I was the only client at that time.) My nail tech didnt even respond to me. I asked for a design on two of my nails. While retrieving the design from a sticker sheet, he cut me with an exacto knife. No attempt to administer first aid was given. I asked for a band aid and he ignored my request. My nails were not the stellar nails from the last visit. The negative energy was so bad in there that I will not return. I had two completely opposite experiences. What in the world? I have no desire to go there not knowing what kind of service I can expect.

Went to get a refill on my nails after I got off of work as soon as I walked in the workers looked at me like I was a pest that didn’t belong but I let that go because all I wanted was to get my nails done as I went to sit in the chair to wait to get my nails done the workers were watching me as if I’m going to steal their nail polish. The workers even asked the nicely dressed customers if they wanted something to drink and ignored me.Moving towards the end of my refill, the nails looked absolutely awful I hated it but I didn’t want to say anything I just wanted to leave because I felt so uncomfortable. I’m never coming back here.

I had the best experience here. I got a full set and a pedicure.. both techs were so good and professional. The manager of the facility was on top of it. Made sure everyone was being attended in a timely manner. I felt like I got my moneys worth coming here and also enjoyed a tasty mimosa. I dont live in Georgetown but I visit nearby often.. I will definitely be coming back for my fills! Thank you to all the staff for taking good care of me!

Nancy did my pedicure and it was AMAZING! Im a nail tech so I tend to be super picky about where I go and how things are cleaned. She used clean tools on me and took great care of my feet! Ive gotten my sns done here twice but cant remember who did them. They have held up great which is saying alot because I work with acetone all day. I usually only get about a week out of them but that is because my nails grow so damn fast. 10 outta 10 would recommend.

I gave this place rave reviews upon my first visit in October. Most recently though in January and February of 2020, I have had to change my review. In January, I received a manicure and a pedicure. My manicure started chipping within 3 days of wearing it. I got gel done so this shouldnt happen. In February, I also received a manicure and a pedicure, along with an eyebrow wax. Every time Ive gone in I requested all three of these services and each time I have to remind staff that I am indeed receiving an eyebrow wax as well. it always seems like an inconvenience as they have to find someone to do the eyebrow wax. On my last manicure, I had noticed one of my nails was starting to break. I pointed this out to the technician. She just painted over it instead of gluing the nail back together. 3 days later, my gel manicure was already starting to peel off. Instead of trying to fight them as Ive read other horror stories of similar clients experiencing the same thing, I just wont be returning and giving them business. My nails are in horrible shape after this last manicure. Not only did all the gel end up peeling off in less than a week, my nails on both thumbs have broken completely off along the cuticles. Please stay away from this business unless you would like your gel manicure to come off in less than a week and have damage to your nails.

I got a full set with a light pink color and my color is so patchy, and the nails aren’t all the way to the back of my nail. I will not be going back

Tony was rude and very rough while doing my nails. he did not do what i asked for and told me to sit on my phone and ignore him so he could do his work but he seemed more invested in his phone while doing my nails. he did not seem to care about how i felt about my nails and messed up on multiple nails. im very upset and would never recommend this place. the one in round rock is 100x better than the georgetown one. will never leave the round rock one again.

Beautiful place and atmosphere but lately every time I get my sns nails done they break less than a week. Got my nails done Thursday. Had one break Saturday. Went to get fixed. Then a different one broke Sunday. Got it fixed today. Now my thumb chipped. I haven’t done anything different. I feel like the guy didn’t dip them as many times as he should have. Highly disappointed and it isn’t cheap not to mention I live 20 minutes away.

I came in an hour before close with no appointment and they happily took me in and did my nails! I had 2 ladies helping me, one for each hand neither of them rushed and they made me feel so spoiled! Both hands came out perfectly. I felt very welcomed and comfortable, they had great attitudes and very talented!Edit: 2nd time coming in to bliss nail bar, they were extremely busy on a Saturday morning which made my wait time a little longer but they made it up to me by making my appointment FREE!!(it was just an eyebrow wax but still) I love this place and their customer service.

They are not over the top friendly but did a good job on my nails. However, I probably will not be returning only because I can get the exact same design/style at Venus Nails in Jarrell. $75 vs $45 is a significant amount in my opinion.

I was relatively satisfied until the woman pulled out a dirty bag full of manicure equipment and proceeded to use dirty equipment to cut my cuticles; every person working there seems to have their own bag of nail equipment that they use all day long. This is such a disgusting violation of sanitation protocols and I would not let anyone I even remotely care about go here!

After being on strict social distancing, I was SO excited to be getting my nails done. My friend told me about this beautiful nail salon and I couldn’t wait to go. When I got there, the owner or manager asked me to step back and took my temperature before I could get seated. He was firm and sort of loud about it. I didn’t mind and thought that maybe it was a precaution for all customers. I was seated at the pedicure station first and one customer after another came in for different services. Not ONE person after me got asked to have their temperature taken. There were about 5 that came in and the only reason I could think of is the fact that I’m Asian-American as well. I’ve been in the US my WHOLE life. I was disheartened and asked another tech who took my payment if EVERYONE was getting their temp checked. She said yes, but I couldn’t help but feel targeted in a way... by people who looked just like me. I gave a generous tip for excellent work on my mani and pedi, but I can’t say that I’ll ever return. Please treat your customers the same instead of giving blatant preferential treatment. Times are scary as it is and kindness goes a long way. Covid doesn’t discriminate and anyone can have it. Smh.

Husband and I both got pedicures. Not sure if the lady doing my husbands was new? But she overflowed the basin, sprayed him with the water, used instruments that were not clean from a new package. We waited to be offered something to drink only to never be asked and had to finally ask for ourselves. Not worth the prices.

It was the day before my wedding and I was driving along and came accross Bliss. When I walked inside I was blown away with how nice the interior looked. Its very posh in style. Everyone was friendly. I asked for Shellac nude nails with rose gold glitter on backside of nail bed. The price went up $5 which was reasonable. LeLe was my technician and she did an amazing job, she was a perfectionist, she cleaned up every part of my nails. I was so blessed she gave me perfect wedding nails. I will be coming back to bliss and LeLe
