Trustworthy, Respectable, & Local. Youll get your moneys worth, and more. Ill definitely be coming back here if I need more work done.
They always have a helpful staff especially the owner. We have been trade up the violins for our children here for years. The quality and the service is always good.
Very helpful when I took my daughter to rent her violin.
Lillian made our purchase easy and I enjoyed her enthusiasm!
They are wonderful with restringing, adjustments, and repairs.
AMAZING!! The workers were so nice and helpful. Prices are great, I got a cleaning and restring for only $85! The workers knew exactly what to do and even fixed some other problems (bridge and chin rest) for free. Definetly would recommend!
Outstanding teachers and staff! Friendly and productive! My sons take Cello lessons with Ms. Janet. There was an extreme improvement with only 3 lessons. This is the best location I have been too for music!
I needed a luthier and Steve is a good one! Very knowledgeable, good communicator and quick! Great place!
I havent been to any other shops for cello supplies, so I am not sure if prices are good here... But I will always pay a little more for excelle t service provided by experts who have worked here for years. Great value!
Angelico Violins is an outstanding stringed instrument shop. The owner, Lillian, and her staff are very knowledgeable and insist on ‘making things right’ for their customers. I observed this on a few different occasions while in the shop. I took them an old violin and their Luthier, Steve Cherry, did a marvelous job restoring this gem. He repaired cracks in the top plate, hand crafted a new bridge, added wooden inserts to the worn out peg holes and completely set up the instrument with new pegs, tailpiece and strings. All at a very reasonable price. His dedication to quality along with his skills developed from a young age under the apprenticeship of his father has restored the damage the last 110 years of use have had on the instrument. I will take all future stringed instrument repairs to Steve at Angelico Violins.
Angelic is so amazing. I go there to get new strings for my instrument all the time and recently I had broke my bridge and sound post and the fix it quickly and cleaned my instrument up. The staff is nice and the place is well kept not to mention the have lessons offered there. This is a great facility
My viola is so beautiful! Steve cherry is awesome!
I walked in this morning and walked out with a new rental cello within 20 minutes, along with a few needed accessories. The employees were incredibly friendly and casual, and helped me make sure I got the cheapest option as a beginner. Not to mention, their prices are VERY good, especially for a string shop. Overall a wonderful place to shop, I very strongly recommend it to anyone needing to purchase, rent, or rent-to-own a stringed instrument, and even anyone looking to grab a few accessories.
Amazing customer service and help with ordering an upright double bass. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Steve the the luthier is so knowledgeable and wants everyone to be satisfied and he too will go the extra mile
Even with a few people waiting Don got us in the computer and attempted to fit my child for a violin but the woman constantly yelled at him. She was mad he had us fill Out paperwork, mad he sized her (correctly I might add), mad he helped another customer when she cut him off from helping us. I feel like Don was waiting to be rescued and just waiting to climb into a case and be carried out.Shame it was such an unprofessional environment. Crazy do it all lady- learn to train, delegate, and allow others to do work instead of running around frazzled and yelling.
Went to rent a cello for my son. Super friendly and knowledgabe staff. Very informative and took the time to show everything about the cello and what comes with the rental.Definetly reccomed when it comes to musical instruments.
I always have a great experience coming here, although the staff, which I think are relatives, tend to bicker in front of customers making it super awkward. Overall a GREAT store with good, quality instruments, and friendly, helpful staff!
There are other places to rent/buy from. They are willing to help you out with your rentals, but good luck with the equity cash in. The deal sounds better than what it really is. Staff was friendly but wont go out of their way for you. Not a lot of experienced people there when it comes to the instruments themselves. You can get better deals if you shop around, do your research before buying. Still waiting on a call back. 4 months and counting.
Very reasonable with rental prices. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very helpful choosing a cello. Wonderful experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
Wow, these people were knowledgeable and friendly. They had everything I could need and then some!
The MOST rude, unprofessional, and quite shady instrument establishment I have ever dealt with. Buyer & Renter BEWARE!
Great people and awesome customer service! Not to pricey either. We have been coming here for two school years now and will continue.
Great place to get what your musical needs are
Great customer service. Family friendly environment.
Supplies every need for the Discerning string player
Extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable visit. I will be purchasing a violin from there.
Steve is an exceptionally talented luthier!!
Pretty close to my house and Anna is great!
Visited the store looking to purchase a replacement bridge for a violin and was told that bridges are only fitted not sold. It looks like if you are looking for replacement parts this is not the place for you, unless you want to pay them to perform the work for you.
Best prices in town. Quality instruments.
Good customer service..
Could do the repair to my sax
