Got a pedicure and left a good tip, but they were rough with me. Left fingerprint bruises all down my leg and ankle and my left ankle was swollen and hurting when I woke up this morning. Very expensive for what I got done and ended up with pain, swelling, and bruising.

Yikes. Nice foot massage but terrible paint job on my toes. Made them bleed too. Don’t come here for dip polish either. Did an okay job but didn’t clean up around my nail beds or under my nails. Not worth the money

I started coming to Nail Image because the owner was someone I had known since I was around 5 years old. Recently the prices have been jumping with no explanation, when the same prices had been set since Nail Image opened. I found out last week that new management has been sold the salon and they are the reason the prices are increasing. First and foremost, the past 3-4 times Ive come to get my nails done, within a week I need a fill in because the sides of the acrylic is raising up and catching my hair, when I used to push a full month if money was tight before I needed to go back for a fill in. You can only raise the prices when the services you are giving out match the price and clearly they dont. Also being told in advance about the management changing and prices raising would have been nice instead of it just being thrown on customers for them to find out on their own. Im not sure how much longer I will be a customer here for anything other than my eyebrows getting waxed.

This was my first visit. I enjoyed it I must say. I got a little nervous when I decided to read the mixed reviews while sitting in the spa chair. It wasnt terribly crowded. It took about 20 min for someone to get to me but my feet got a good soak! I got Jessica for my pedicure! She was really sweet & took her time. Thank you Jessica! I especially liked the hot stones during the leg massage. This was part of a basic pedicure so I hope they continue it because it is the thing that sets them apart from the few other places Ive been. Dont know the guys name that did the manicure but he did a great job, I think. Relaxing atmosphere. At 1st I thought they had an alcohol bar bc I saw a lady with a glass of wine. But I dont think so. I dont drink but I guess those who do would like that part too. I would go back if Im in the area.

The guy that did my mani pedi did an awesome job, even followed up with an amazing leg and arm massage better than ive ever gotten before! My only real issue was they gabe a sign on their window for 10% off for services over $40 on Mondays and Tuesdays. When I asked for that they said they werent offering that anymore, when I asked why they still had the sign up they said they cant take it down. That was the only reason I decided to stop by. False advertising.

Last week was the first time I’ve been to this nail salon and let me tell you, I have found my go to nail salon for pedicures! I went with two friends and we all had amazing service. I got there a little after my friends and they had a warm pedicure tub ready and waiting for me and also offer complimentary beverages, which is a great way to unwind after a long day. The pedicure was probably the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time. All pedicures get free hot stone massages which was a delightful surprise. The price was amazing, the salon itself was clean and the staff were all so friendly. They also offer discounts if you pay in cash as well as discounts if you purchase above a certain amount of services, which is a nice incentive.

I NEVER write reviews. But my experience was awful. I wouldn’t even call it an experience.. I came in because I needed my nails to be taken off, that’s it! They turned me away, they didn’t even try to find me anybody to work with. They just said to come back later? What business turns potential clients away?

My experience here was excellent. I went in for a pedicure. I like it that they use a fresh plastic liner for the tub and their tools are packaged. Henry was the tech and he was very polite, careful, and skilled. The foot and leg massage, which included hot stones, was relaxing. The toenails were painted beautifully. The visit took an hour but they charged the low price they advertised on their website. The location is great... right beside the Raleigh Grande Movie Theatre (now called Cinemark) on Grove Barton Road. I will definitely return.

Disappointed it was my first time coming to this location, i did the gel nails on June 27th and i had them for a week and they started breaking for anything, so much for gel nails when their supposed to be strong and LAST TWO weeks and they didnt. before you know it i am left with 4 nails left like what the heck. while i was getting them done she was like in a hurry or didnt feel like doing it. i did love the lady in the front she was super nice and was trying to find the color for me like my pic but overall i wont be coming to this location. i guess ill stick to the place i was going to before they have done my gel nails and its lasted me two weeks in a half without breaking at all.

This place is AWFUL! The quality was not good and the service was even worse. One staff member was leaning against a wall sleeping waiting for a customer to come in and another staff member was watching a dog be cut up on YouTube in the chair next to me with the volume on. They talked in a different language the whole time and never went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Dont waste your time or money.

I have been going here for years. EXCELLENT work and very clean. They know what they are doing and very experienced. They can fix toe nails too with acryllic...get mine done and very beautiful result..I usually go to Jo but Lori is excellent too..they all are..highly recommend place..prices reasonable too...

Before I got up and walked out of this salon, the manicurist had cut my thumb nail just below the quick and proceeded to file hacking away. Each time I asked her to stop, she said I am so sorry I fix and continued to file away. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing and should not be manicurist. Thankfully nails grow back. I went back to Lee Nails at Southpoint where they are wonderful and professional the next day at least 9 of my nails are presentable.There is also a clear amount of sneekering that goes on at Nail Image Spa making fun of patrons that feel are worth mocking. Very rude behavior. Stay clear of this place unless you know the manicurist.1 star is too much.

So very disappointed. I have been coming here for years. Probably 10 but today I was charged $3 for a glass of wine..my nail tech joked and said I am going to charge you $3 for wine. I played along and said I would pay $3 for a glass of wine. She took advantage and really charged me (completely illegal) . I paid $18 for a basic manicure with no polish. I will never go back. The worst part was her taking junk which I understood..

Came here because they were open at 9AM on Saturday. My usual place didnt open until 10. Im glad I came here. They are so nice and took such good care of me. I have new spot to get my pedicures!

Ann is about the only good tech there. The others work too fast and are sloppy. Paint jobs are horrible and if you tell them they will look at you crazy. I’ve given them a few chances but I won’t be going back.

Best pedicures in Raleigh! They take walkins but book ahead for wknds if you can. Lori is amazing!!!

A quick stop for client to get nails clipped

Never again. I came here on a Friday evening and the place was packed. They were so busy and so short on staff that they had to turn away some people. Anyway, I feel they did a horrible job. The lady completely rushed through sculpting and polishing my nails. There was polish left on my fingers. I wear stiletto shaped acrylic and they were uneven, crooked, and the cuticles were sloppy. They just sucked. They are officially on my black list.

Cho did my nails and she fixed a pretty bad manicure from the time before (I had gone somewhere else). She did my fill-in quickly yet thoroughly and I didnt feel rushed even though they were closing up for the evening. 😊 I will definitely be back!

I cannot believe the number of positive reviews this place gets. I have given them 3 chances and each experience has been progressively worse. Most recently I went in for gel polish and asked for my nails to be cut short and was treated like I was crazy, my nails were filed short rather than clipped and the tips of my fingers are burned from the vigorous filing. First coat applied so quickly that my full nails were not covered, Pink Gel polish was then applied quick and sloppy and ended up all over the skin around my fingers. Cho tried to use the cuticle cutters to cut it off and literally cut a chunk of my skin. I had enough and said forget it and got up and Ann asked how everything was so I showed her my hands. She did attempt to fix my nails, but now my fingers are burned and peeling from two gel removals and applications in 2 hours, and there are still remnants of pink gel polish all over my fingers and cuticles. This place is terrible and I cannot believe they have any customers.
