Eric and Trina are incredibly kind and do such a wonderful job! I always feel so welcome when I come into this salon and it is always so clean. I recommend this salon to all of my family and friends.

Trina gives the best pedicures hands down. I have never felt rushed or like she was trying to get me out the door. She is so kind and gentle but my feet not only look good when I leave they feel amazing! I do the $45 pedicure and it feels like a luxury spa experience.

Very friendly and kind staff! The lady who did my nails takes her time to make my nails look their best. Never disappointed with how my ideas come to life on my nails. Super happy always.

This was my time getting my nails manicured and polished since covid!!This also was my first time going to Sweet Nail Spa. They were very professional, gentle and kind. When I walked in, they had me to wash my hands. I appreciated that! Then they asked if I wanted something to drink. First time ever since getting my nails done had anyone asked if wanted something to drink! Tony was very gentle, professional and pleasant.I have a new nail shop!

A friend recommended them. We went today and they were amazing. One of the best pedis and full set gel manicures I have had in a very long time. (Since I lived in IL) So happy to have FINALLY found a place that takes pride in what they do and truly want to pamper you. I highly recommend!! 💕

This was my first visit, but it wont be my last! Mimi was excellent and responsive to my requests. I do not really like pedicures, but a couple of circumstances made me need one. Sweet Nails Spa is well-appointed with a very relaxing atmosphere...so pleasant I will definitely return.***SADLY, I now rescind this review. Ten days ago, I paid $35 (plus a $7 tip) for a manicure with gel polish. The polish started to peel and pop up from the nail bed. I returned to the salon today and the owner dismissed my concern (in front of several other customers) by saying in a loud voice, Your nails grow. Its not my problem. Since I think a gel manicure should last longer than this, I asked the manicurist to remove the polish, which she did...for a $10 charge. I really thought that I had found the perfect nail salon, as you can see from the first part of this review that I wrote after my first visit there. I have been back three times and my daughter came with me one time. I will not be returning. For $42.00, I can paint my own nails every ten days for probably a year. More importantly, I was embarrassed by the owners response to my concern. I would have preferred not to discuss my complaint in front of the other workers and their clients, but I was not afforded this opportunity.

Eric and Tammy did a fantastic job on my nails. My pedicure was done by Tammy and she is amazing. I’ve never had one that didn’t hurt until Tammy did mine. She is excellent. Eric did my liquid gel nails and they look AMAZING! Thank you both for doing amazing work.

Good affordable place with quick service.Ive been going to sweet nail spa for about 2years and Ive recommend my friend and they absolutely love there service and one of my friend drive from Franklinton almost 2hours drive one way but she thinks its worth it and I agree.Highly recommend and highly satisfied.

Best place for a pedicure/manicure! They really take their time and take great care when they’re doing it. They have such a choice of colors and nails looked great! Would 100% recommend and employees are all really nice and friendly

Trina never disappoints me! Always does an amazing job and the entire staff is welcoming and willing to help out. And I love that there is no harsh chemical smell.

First visit with daughter for graduation gift pedicures! Neither one of us are huge fans of pedicures due to prior experiences, but the technicians at Sweet Nails were by far the best. It was very easy to make an appointment the week prior for the day and time that worked for us. We will definitely visit Sweet Nails Spa again!

My daughters and I had a blast being pampered here. Water, soda or wine, gentle touch with excellent attention to detail and we enjoyed some good conversations. They took us in last minute the day before Thanksgiving and stayed late to ensure all details were perfect. Totally appreciate them!

Wonderful people that care about the customers. They worry that you will wait long. I understand that they can get busy just like at a car service, but booking an appointment always will secure a spot for me. Would recommend!

My hunt for a great nail salon is over!!! Fantastic in all ways!I have been to most of the local nail salons and ended up with either shoddy service, polish that didnt last, manicurists speaking in foreign language in front of me, religious temples set up with incense burning, loud TVs blaring with the latest gossip show on, etc., etc., etc.THIS PLACE IS just SWEET all around! With none of the above.When they use the word, SPA, in their name, they mean it. They offer you water (I think wine as well!) and you sit in comfy bar stools. I love that!!! No more bumping knees with the manicurists.The husband and wife team who run the place are the nicest couple. Just down to earth and sweet as well.YES!!!

Horrible Customer Service. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place has gone down hill. I went today to get my nails done. I was there 15 minutes before I was told that they could not do my nails. The owner of the store which I know well would not even look at me and would not speak to me. No Clue Why!!! She had and old lady tell me that she could not do my nails today instead of speaking to me directly. I recommend finding a suitable place to do your nails. No one should be treated this poorly. One of the worst experiences ever. 👎👎

I liked the shop and the people seemed very nice. I young man doing my nails, I had them dipped, was nice but must have misunderstood me. I ask if I could file my nails where they are jagged and he said yes a few minutes later he ask me was I filing my nails, yes I said and he fussed at me. I reminded him I had ask him. Guess he wasnt listening.I will go back but I wont file my nails.

I have gone here for pedicures in the past and have not had any complaint except for that they are substantially more expensive than most other places.however I went in today to have a basic pedicure with a very simple snowflake design painted on iron and I was told that they would be able to do this.After being there for over an hour and having to have the nail technician remove which she attempted to paint that looks like asterix and not snowflakes and were not in the colors that I asked or the shape that I asked or looked anything like the very simple snowflakes in the photo that I asked for.either way there was a lot of tension after making her take her subpart work off my nails so I didnt stay for the rest of the pedicure and although I didnt get the scrub or the massage or any of the treatment and I only had a polish change they charged me $49.

I have been here several times over the last 9 months but the last 2 times I have tried to go, they turned me away as soon as they ask me what I am there for. I guess a polish change and wax isnt worth enough money for their time. They say they are too busy and the wait will be too long, yet they really dont look busy at all. I will find someone else who cares about their customers.

I went in and wasn’t even greeted or asked what I wanted done. I asked how long it would be and he said rudely all of these people were here before you. Yes I know that but could you give me an estimated time so I knew to just come back. I sat for almost 30 minutes with even anyone saying a word or even offered a drink before my pedicure. I decided to cross my name off and leave and still not even a word spoken. All that I can say is first impression last forever! I wouldn’t even give them one star.

Absolute best my nails have ever looked following a salon visit. The entire staff here are caring and professional. The salon is very nice, quiet and elegant. All you could hear was the water rumbling in the pedicure basins. I left with a big smile on my face and can’t stop looking at my nails. Thank you all!

Visited spa for a pedicure, best one that I have ever had. Loved the ambiance. It was clean uncluttered very relaxing. No strong chemical odors. Will definitely go back, its my new place.

FROM BAD TO WORST!!! I have been taking my family here since the day they opened. Day one was great, but every time we go, the customer service gets terrible by every visit. I just had enough of being treated poorly. I found a better place near Garner where they treat you a whole lot better. Ladies beware. 😡😡

Absolutely Amazing have never had a place really take the time out to detail the nails and feet as well as they do. 5 dollars more than most places my nails look naturally and have lasted me until my next visit .Upscale and very nice and personable service!!! Best in Raleigh so far ! They have definitely gained a regular !

I love this place! Everyone was so nice and made me laugh.. they explained their services to me (I just started keeping up my nails so I dont know much about the different services offered). Very relaxed atmosphere, this is my new spot for sure!!!

Amazing experience !!! before finding this place I was never satisfied from damaged nails underneath to places who have terrible cosmetic art grade.This is one of the only places in Raleigh who uses clear gel instead of powder gel which can be hard and damaging for the nail as well as if you bring a picture of the shape you are looking for they actually follow directions!!! I mean customer service is excellent plus they explain the product to you and its benefits my mom my sister and I all come here and it is definitely worth the price! Seriously if you havent been to sweetnailspa it is a must go on your bucket list.❤️❤️❤️😍

One girl was doing both mine and my friends manicure at the same time (switching back and forth) so she was rushing a little. When she finished filing my nails, they were not smooth at all. I was glad another lady finished up with her client and came to finish my manicure. She felt the edges of my nails and filed them again without me even saying anything. My manicure turned out really beautiful because of the second lady, but my friend was not as lucky unfortunately. The bar set up they have is pretty cool though when you go with friends because you normally get separated when youre getting manicures together. Also, they do not do acrylics if you are interested in that. Just a heads up.

When I came in it was very friendly, people were very friendly but I did not like that my nails kept coming off after 3 days back to back. I went back to get one fixed and it was down hill from there I would definitely not recommend to come here if you want gel nails way to expensive with or without discount. HORRIBLE WITH NAILS!

Nice relaxing experience

She rushed my hand, messed up my French manicure because she was barely paying attention, to top it all off it was soo expensive for exactly the same thing that is done in other salons. Lets just say am never going back because it was not worth all that money.

Visited this nail salon for the first time today, as a walk-in. I was able to be seen right away. Trina was very polite and professional. She did the majority of my service, and a nice gentleman completed my nails. Not sure why they switched off, but it didn’t bother me. They both did a terrific job, and I love how my nails turned out. I will definitely be back in the future.
