I travel an 1hr and 15mins LAM is my technician he is polite he take his time he has really help my nails grow i always getting compliments about how nice my nails look. I can go maybe every 3 to 4 weeks without having to get repairs just fill-ins Thank you Lam

Went to get yellow on my nails, they started peeling before I got home went to get it fixed and they said to choose another color because their yellow peels… why not say that the first time… I found out the solution to peeling yellow is a longer period for them to dry… simply enough.

Every time I go it seem the prices always change. The price index card they give you says one thing, the technician tells you another. But, when you go to checkout it’s ALWAYS higher than what you was told. They do a good job overall, but the prices are ridiculous high. Compare to other salons I’ve been too in the past. The prices aren’t consistent, and are due to change when it’s time to pay.

I got a full set for a trip to Disney. I had them for 3 days and they cost $75 (very minimal nail art on only one finger, which is outlandish because a full set is $45 anywhere else). The nails lasted 3 days and then one by one 4 nails broke in half or completely popped off my fingers. I was cut by one of the nail techs who kept looking elsewhere while filing my nails with the drill on the highest speed. Their quality is not worth the price at all.

Pretty outdated salon old tools, don’t use LEIGH very rude, doesn’t listen and insist on doing what SHE wants to do; even the hand massage was horrible, she put such a small drip of lotion she was hurting my arms with her dry hands! And she clumped on so much polish it wouldn’t even dry by time I paid to leave.....And I also sensed a lot of prejudice from her the entire time towards me and other ladies here!

I walked in and not one person greeted me. It was at least four employees in the room. I didn’t think too much of it. A couple minutes later another customer walks in, and this time she says hello when she walks up to the counter. And still no one spoke to her. I literally said out loud “wow, you all aren’t going to greet your customer even after she spoke first. They all look at me and still say nothing! I’ve been going there for over a year because I like one nail tech Henry. He is the only professional in this salon but he happened to be off that day. After realizing he was off I decided to leave.

Prepare for discrimination!! The salon closes at 8 so they did not accept customers after 7 (cool, I get it). BUT EVERY black person that came in no matter what they wanted they informed them that they have to return tomorrow because they stopped taking customers at 7. This white couple walked in around 7:35 and they asked for two pedicures. They decided to service them. Definitely rooted in prejudice and I am highly disappointed.

The guy that did my nails did a great job. I showed him a picture and they look great.

Very poor and rude lady at the front waited for 2 hours and then let other walk ins in front of me. Then told me to just wait you can just wait. Dont go here customer service stinks.

Horrible got a fill in last week and now my nails are all lifting. He didnt use enough of the acrylic. Called them to tell them they said I have to pay for repairs.Dont waist your money on them. The place looks nice but dont be fooled.

Nail spa is a great salon!!! This place is directly around the corner from most of the upscale hotels and shopping plazas nearby. I personally had no wait so I was delighted. It is the only one I’ve been to in this town that actually knows what reflexology is. I love this place! So professional and clean and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone I’ve ever had work on me has been amazing from my gel full set and gel pedicures; to my eyebrows. Best part is the DELUXE PEDICURE HONEYY listen that wax part my hubby adores it. The prices are also reasonable given that my gel manicure lasts forever. Best nail salon in Raleigh, NC and the triangle area.I fell in love from their health and methods precautions honestly. This establishment takes their COVID-19 precautions and CDC guidelines very very seriously I promise you! Overall, Nail spa is very nice and terrific at what they do!!! I will visit everytime I am in town no doubt. 👍

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I don’t know what the woman applied but my eyebrows are chemically burned. They’re sensitive and red. Don’t go here. The people also are rude and gave unsolicited advice.

I always go to Vicki but after they reopened dealing with COVID the services has gone down hill. The polish doesnt stay on and my nails are always breaking. It seems like theyre doing a rush job on everything and it isnt about the client anymore but about the money. I would love to start going back but they would have to make some serious adjustments

Techs attention to fetail is amazing

4 hours ago today, I asked for dipping powder. I thought this would be a simple request. The gentleman dipped my nails 3 time. This was fine however, once he was done, he took the electric sander to my nails causing the dipping powered to fade away. The he used the manual buffer. He dipped it again. But it didnt help. I could see my natural nails throught the thin coat of dipping powder. The Manager told me that it was supposed to look this way because I had mood changing powder. The thin powder was so thin that it cracked. I was peeling the safty tab from an orange juice and because the powder was so thin...it cracked. I will never go back. They dont value the customer.There is not way my dipping powered is so thin, it cracks. I CAN SEE MY NATURAL NAILS UNDERNEATH! The fact that I can bend my finger nails Is also and issue. He buffed away to much of the dipping powered, no one cared to fix it, they only tried to justify by saying its supposed to be like that.

Covid-19 procedure before entering very professional an glad to know this place is taking precautions!!! I got a pedicure today around 6:45pm. Which was close to closing time. I still got good service . . Gentleman who did my pedicure did so good an took his time. Guy in the left corner towards the back always does my nails an takes his time as well. . Very kind people.

Went here today for a simple manicure and pedicure I was told they are only using gel polish ok fine I don’t need any polish I just wanted a clean up after Stay at home orders lifted!! The young lady who helped me was very rude from the start but I ignored the signs!!!! Long story short I left with a bloody finger and a cut on my index finger she got both hands!!!!! No discount was given $77.00 not sure if she was fresh out of school or what but I will not be returning!!! If you go beware that’s all I can say you might need a band aid before you leave!!!!!

Wonderful. My nails are the exact length, shape and color I wanted. I moved here in August from Philly & I was nervous about my nails bc the first place I tried- nice employees, but not how I like my nails. I’ve been to this place 5 times full set, refills and a pedicure. My full set was gorgeous I got so many compliments and it looked exactly like the photo I showed him. (Older gentleman- very talented at shaping acrylics.) my pedicure; this was the first since I stopped dancing so I was actually able to get my calluses and corns exfoliated. Relaxing thorough massage. Baby soft. Not something I’ve ever been able to say about my feet as a ballerina. I’ve read some of the reviews saying that their service was rushed..... not my experience AT ALL. Efficient for sure - but not rushed. I also read that service wasn’t good. But that can’t be farther from the truth in my experiences. Actually I went in tonight and I think the owner was who did my refill. Genuinely sweet, she made conversation with me, compliments and smiles and a younger girl was watching and learning and asking questions. When my boyfriend texted me she said “take your time, no problem” completely relaxed and polite.Also, I just want to add- they’re going to talk to each other in the own language in their own establishment... and don’t be so ignorant to assume they’re talking about you. Maybe (like tonight) the technicians are talking about how excited they are to be learning a THIRD language ... maybe you can consider learning “hi, how are you- please- thank you in Vietnamese 🤷🏽‍♀️ Just a thought.

Best experience ever! My nails were a wreck the first time I got them done at another salon and Jack fixed them and they are beautiful. Will never go anywhere else but to day spa and see Jack!

The only tech I let do my nails is Henry. He does great work and takes his time. He is a perfectionist. He makes sure you are 100% satisfied during the entire process. The one time I let someone else do my nails it was not as pleasant. It was tech Leigh. she is nice and very polite but she rushed my entire manicure. She over filed one of my nails so the shape was not right. She was supposed to do a repair and a basic dip gel manicure. The repaired nail snagged in my hair and broke off less than 24 hours later from getting it fixed and these were my nails, no tipsWent back and got Henry to fix everything after the nail broke. No one but Henry will touch my nails at this shop. But its a nice shop. Clean and all the staff is nice

I have been going there for years. I have had great service for years. If there is a problem anyone let the owner know it and she (Lee), will take care of it. I have always had great service there!

My pedicure was fine, however I was not told they were only using gel polish...which I don’t love because it’s a pain to get off. If I knew I was paying extra for something I didn’t want I would have gone elsewhere. Will not be returning.

Friendly and nice people. Since Ive been going here Ive never had any issues with my fake nails lifting or breaking and Ive been able to maintain them longer than I ever have in the past. Every person Ive seen there has done a lovely job.

I have been going here for a little over 3 years, will be 4 years in October. I have been going to Lam for my nails and Leigh for my eyebrows. I get my toes done with whoever is on shift. I can tell you that I love being there. I feel so comfortable and the customer service is outstanding. It really doesn’t matter who you go to because they’ll do a great job regardless. I know there are several bad reviews, but I haven’t experienced one in my time going there. Most of the time it’s just impatient customers, and people who don’t like paying for a job well done. I love them.

Extremely disappointed with service. Been here about 3 times to give a fair shot. Service is mediocre. Cleanliness is below average. Extremely unorganized with appointment times. Bugs everywhere in back on third visit. Would not recommend if service provided and cleanliness are priority for you.

I thought I’d come on here and share my experience so others won’t experience such trash service, but it seems like MANY other people have had bad experiences at this place. They were very unprofessional. I went in with my aunt and cousin and all 3 of us wanted refills. The guy that did my nails was rushing (for what? I do not know) when my aunt told him that something was wrong with one of my nails he rudely told us that someone else will finish my nails. The lady doing my aunt’s nails kept on making rude comments towards her and did a VERY bad job with her nails at the end. This place needs to be shut down and if not then they need a whole new staff. So unsatisfied with this place. I DO NOT recommend going here.

They butcher your eyebrows and dont care. Just rush you out so the other people dont hear your complaint. Worst service. I showed the lady pictures, and talked to her before she started. She said she understood I didnt want my eyebrows thin, then proceeded to wax and a chunk out of one eye brow and leave the other one thin and messy. Im so upset right now.

My first visit was a full set acrylic, done by a woman who sits in the front. I was pleased, and told the fill-ins are $17. My next visit was in 3 weeks, longer than normal, because I had sprained my ankle, so it was $20.My next fill in was in 15 days, and the older man charged me $20 again.He said because he had to shorten the length. Who wants their nails to keep growing longer? I keep them the same which is always going to require some shortening, as I have always done in the past. Plus he does not listen to my instructions (square shape) and he tapers them thin. Not only was I lied to, but I dont get the service I ask for. I told him I was NOT coming back and he did not care. Just said OK. Who needs this behavior? NOT ME.

Terrible customer service. I went for a relaxing experience as I wanted a pedicure since I’m 8 months pregnant. The male technician who helped me was just rude and I even had to let him know when I was ready to pay because he was in the back completing closing duties. I also asked to speak to the manager because so many other unpleasant things happened during my experience at this nail spa and the manager did not apologize for his employee’s behavior or try to make things right. I would highly NOT recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their experience at the nail spa.

I went here on a whim because its convenient to my house to get gel nails taken off and get a regular manicure. I will NEVER return. This salon charges $10 to take off gel nails, which I have NEVER encountered, even at MUCH higher end and nicer salons. Acetone is not expensive. I agreed because I was in a hurry, but even then the nail tech acted irritated that she had to take off my gel. Before allowing it to soak (which is the normal protocol), she decided to try to abrasively file down my gel, which was painful, and then soak my nails. After that, she finally did my manicure, which was sub par. She did not take care to be gentle while doing my cuticles, and seemed rush, constantly checking her phone, etc. I will not return here. $25 was a rip off.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been too:( I was charged over $100 for a pedicure and fill in! My toe nail gel polish is already off on three toes the day after and my nails looked rough and didn’t even asked me what shape I wanted I also asked for matte and payed for it and my nails are no where near matte! I will not be back!

Went in for a cut down and a fill in. I was quoted one price then they changed it once I had gotten my nails polished. I told the nail tech I didn’t like the polish, he takes the polish off for me and tells me that I can’t get a refund because it’s my fault that I didn’t like the color, not to mention that there is still pink gel polish left behind and my cuticles being cut more than a few times. They’ll never get another dime from me!

Had a couple good experiences here until I showed up on a day that my preferred nail tech was off. My nail was broken so I was pretty desperate & proceeded once told that Lamb would be providing my services. I asked to have my acrylic set soaked off & an overlay for my natural nails since they had grown to a nice length. Lamb suggests gel (says theyll be good for my nails, more durable & unlike acrylic, wont break my nails.. I should still get a good wear in between fills which is normally 3 weeks for me). Long story short, I had a very thin brittle set & four broken nails by the third day of this set.. now 6 & Lee (manager) was extremely difficult when I made attempts to have the 4 repaired. As a person who works hard for their money, like most of you reading, Im quite upset at the fact that my $44 didnt buy me better quality work, or allow me repairs at the very least, especially since these are my natural nails. Im honestly disgusted at the lack of customer concern here; building & keeping business happens when you take good care of the people you service. The number of bad reviews says plenty & I hate to have to add another but I simply cannot stand by or recommend this establishment.

The worst service ever paid $65 for bad color and design she didnt know to do next gen nail. This was the worst service now I have to go to get them fix because my daughter wedding is in few days and told them this is for a wedding occasion.

I came in for a pedicure and didnt realize until they were putting the polish on and I saw them reuse nail files and tools and not clean the pedicure basins. Totally grossed out and will never return here. I pray I do not end up with an infection or fungus.

I would give less than one star if Google allowed me to! Ive been here two times; the first time I came here because it was in the area I was in. I was kind of happy with my nails except for the fact that Leigh the owner wife left a BIG space between the nail polish and my cuticle. This next time and this was my last time...the experience was disgusting. The only reason I stayed is because she started on my nails so I figured I would let her finish my nails. I went to Leigh again and she was very rude. Every request I had she made it complicated. She came up with a reason why she couldnt do it. Looking back I realize while i was waiting for her to do my nails I heard her speaking the same rude way to that customer. Some people should not have businesses where customer service is important. She was emotional and loud. I asked her to do the coffin shape that shed done for me before but she stated she couldnt and that she never did this shape before. I chose a color and she came out with a color different than what I chose. She left polish Under my fill in....I attached a picture....and my nails at the end looked like crap. She was so unprofessional and I realize now why their google score is so low! Almost didnt pay....Absolutely no tip for this nail tech... which I never do! Do not go here!

I want to give them ZERO stars, but unfortunately I have to give them at least one. My daughters pedicure looked like someone bit her toes. They were filed all crooked and paint was all over her skin. They looked a mess and her gel polish manicure was bubbling. I complained and the tech painted over the mess and was like your good. They refused to fix her nail and just wanted me gone, so instead of catching a case I paid and left. I will NEVER go back!!! They were rude and did a horrible job!!

They lie about the price but once you got done they will say a different price... I did full set gel for $50 and when I asked why you told me $35 on phone she said because full set gel and the color is being charged separately! I laughed but honestly i was so pissed off! I am not from the area and really just needed a pedi and mani. The customer service was incredible, but I am most concerned with process for a deluxe pedicure. My tech never replaced my towels (and the towels used looked very old and had holes in them), didnt really do any type of foot reflexology which was listed in the description for the service, reused the paraffin bag for each of my feet....this is certainly not what I am use too and perhaps I should have read the reviews before walking in :-(. Given my experience with the pedi I didnt proceed with a mani. Unfortunately, I dont recommend this nail salon at all.

This place is horrible! I have been to this salon on a few occasions but will never be back. I paid 50.00 for a gel pedicure on my birthday 8/31. I noticed on the next day that I had bubbles in the polish and that my full toenails hadn’t even been covered. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Their customer service skills are sorely lacking.

There was nothing wrong when I went. The girl I had was prego... but she did a good job. I got a gel lay over my nail so... I guess every experience is different. I would def go and try it out.

Rude,Unprofessional and Poor Customer ServiceI got a gel pedicure on June 13 2019. Two days later my gel paint peeled off three of my toes. I returned on Saturday June 15th for a repair. The lady looked at me as if she didn’t care. She then responded “He is on vacation”. I stated I paid $45 for my toes and someone will do them today. She then asked me to have a seat and wait. No more than 3 mins later the younger Asian man who did my nails walked in! I stated “ummm he’s not on vacation he’s right here”!! After she explained my issue to him he advised me to have a seat at the bowl! He was quiet the whole time he did my toes! He did not apologize which further convinced me these people don’t care about anything but money and rushing us out the door! Not one person apologized for my inconvenience! I paid $45 plus and additional $7 tip to this man but couldn’t get one ounce of sympathy from these people! I will never give them a brown penny!!!!

The customer service was good, HOWEVER..I got gel polish done on a Saturday the next day on Sunday all i had left was a nail and a 1/2. I could tell it would come off because too much polish leaked in the cracks of my nails causing it to lift. Hopefully I can get a refund, most nail places dont like refunding tho so I wont get my hopes up

Worst experience ever. Gel polish chipped and cracked after only one week. I went in to show them and they insisted it was my own nail that was cracked and it wasnt their fault. They did absolutely nothing but try to argue me down. Not accommodating at all. Take your money elsewhere . Not worth $30 for a gel polish to last one week. They let me know I needed to do a better job taking care of my own nails. A complete waste.

Went there for the first time today to do my nails for my birthday on Tuesday. I was referred there by my nails lady for pink and white. Had my nails done by Lam and they are horrible. Bubbles everywhere, bare spots on the sides, and they are not filed around the cuticle so they have a lip. The gel is dull, not shiny and he had the audacity to charge me $43 for a FILL IN. The normal price is $35 for a fill in in this area since pink and white is all Ive done in 4 years. I will never go back there. I spoke to him about it, he just ignored what I asked him to do and gave me another coat of gel right above the bubbles!! I was so mad. I just wont go back. By the way $10 to paint a childs nails is ridiculous. Your prices are waaayyyy to high for the quality.

Ive been here a couple of times and always had pretty decent service. Today I went and was told there would be a $10 charge to take gel polish off my toes that had done there. Mind you I was still getting a pedicure and gel manicure but they wanted to charge me $10 to take off polish that they were going to take off anyway. I was told if I got the more expensive gel again then there was no charge. Makes no sense. Wish I had read the previous reviews beforehand. Needless to say I will not be back. I paid them the $10 to take the gel off and tipped the young man because he was extremely gracious and kind, and went somewhere else to get my services.

I truly was unpleased by my service . I picked a color which is completely different from what I chose. Not to mention I have polish all over my cuticles. Not impressed at all.

Tried to up sell me and every customer in the place while I was there. Manicure and pedicure took and hour and a half. Staff were literally asleep in the salon. How unprofessional. I had to ask for round nails twice and now have very short nails because of all the filing. Awful awful AWFUL service.

Horrible service. I came in around 7:00 pm waited for 30. To only get a rush job. Polish didn’t last a Day. My nail broke by the next morning then have the nerve to charge me for repairs. He told me it was as my fault that my nail broke. I will never come back here. I would like my money back too.

Wish I could give zero stars. The worst customer service EVER! Received a soak off & full set by Lim. He placed my hands in heated bowl off acetone; the soak-off melted my natural nails. He then proceeded to buff off so many layers of my natural nail that the nail bed became sore & he would roll his eyes whenever I would pull my hand back when it burned. When I inquired about my misshapen natural nail, he got upset & rudely told me I do not speak until he is done & if I dont trust him with my nails, then dont come back. I came in for a acrylic gel set I asked for a dark red and they brought bright orange and i thought with the second layer they would get dark and they didn’t so i said hey this isn’t the color i asked for how much will it cost to change it and the lady rudely said 20$ and i proceeded to ask well it wasn’t my mistake it was yours and she said it doesn’t matter it will be 20$. It use to be my go to place but Not anymore

Visited last month to have fingernail gel polish removed then regular manicure..no gel polish. Male tech in back of salon on the right was the tech, and started drilling thru the gel polish which was flying everywhere. Never used acetone wrap only a drill which caused Extreme Discomfort to my nails. I questioned why he didnt wrap with acetone prior and only replied this is how he removes gel. Several minutes later he proceeded with manicure. My fingernails hurt to touch but thought this would pass. A day later I could see irregular indentations and circular imprints on my nails thru the polish and thought it was bad polish. After removal of polish it was very obvious the Nail Plates were damaged!! I returned to Nail Spa and spoke to manager and she said there was Nothing she could do only the tech that caused the problem since he was paid for my services. Obviously I declined to have him ever touch my nails again..btw his own nails looked disgustingly dirty! Manager walked back and spoke to tech who never left his seat to even acknowledge my complaints..no customer at his desk. Today my nails have to grow completely out before ridges disappear ..70% left to Go!Sorry for the other techs as Ive never had any issues. Will not return or recommend this salon due to poor management.

Horrible! Ive went to every tech in the shop and i have a complaint for them all. The best was the owner, he was a little rough but did a great job. Lisa, who has the most customers come in for her has my nails chipping, horrible polish job. The others was just a mess. they all do nails like theyre rushing. Im not going back ever!

Good quality, not so good price. This place is over priced and they charge extra for certain (popular) nail shapes. Most of the employees were friendly but one in particular (possibly the owner), was not so nice.

My pedicure was good. but the person that did my nails she cut my finger with that thing they do your nails with and when they do this they act like it does not hurt. Then I got a fungus under one of my nails. When I go back I would prefer the owner to do my nails.

They have already a lot different options with gel polish and they do a great job

Im hoping maybe this girl was having an off day. I was sent to a station that was covered with a laptop and a pile of papers. The girl cleared it to the side but the station was still cramped. She rushed through my gel nails, leaving bare spots and bubbles. She filed the nails crooked on my left hand. She cut my cuticle on my pinky until it bled. I only gave it 2 stars because the other people seemed happy enough.

Vicki does an amazing job. I drive 30 mins to just have my nails done.

The experience was horrible. They have a few got two good technicians in the business but most of the women are not as skilled. I just got my nails done Monday night(April 16). Here is is Tuesday( April 17) and my nails are literally breaking off. This is pink gel by the way so it’s not cheap. When you try to tell them they’re aren’t doing your nails the way you want or you won’t let them upsell you they become rude af and rush through the process. Smh I’m not gonna spend 60 and tip all for this horrible service. Don’t go here. Don’t let the nice well spoken lady in the front right chair fool you. They’re not nice and they have no skill.

Dont go to get your nails done here. Couldnt relax at all due to my nail tech bothering me about getting the premium nail spa package, getting my eyebrows waxed, or getting a manicure the entire time. My eyebrows were already done and my nails!!!! I went to go and pay, and she got mad that I wasnt spending more money!!!

Today was my second visit in the past year and both experiences were wonderful. Staff was incredible thorough and took her time on my manicure and pedicure today.

My daughter and I went on Sunday, Jan. 28th. Clean and polite was the first thing I noted. A gentleman gave me my delux pedicure. He was very maticulous and kind. He was painstaking with the effort he put into my pedicure and made my feet look better than anywhere else I have been. My adult daughter was next to me and she, too, was very pleased witht he attention she received. The gentleman escorted me to the drying station and carefully seated me. I was clumsy when I slipped my shoe on and wrinkled my big toe. The gentleman told me not to worry and escorted me back to the station where he miraculously repaired my toe to perfection again. I was treated like a queen. We both look forward to our next visit!

I got a arylic set and it was perfect but the lady I was sat with literally was beating my hands

I had an amazing visit to this salon yesterday, complete with a deluxe mani/pedi. The woman who did my nails was very sweet and gentle. She asked to be sure temperature felt ok and that she was not being too rough. I also noticed each time any staff member started a service they asked your name which is a nice touch. Absolutely wonderful service, courteous, thorough and timely service. Hands down the best nail salon experience. Everyone was very professional and very friendly, and the atmosphere is beautiful.

I have gotten a full manicure here and they the did a good job. I went back a year or so later and got a acrylic set done by lam he did a very good job I want him to do my next set of acrylics. I can tell he had a lot of experience with doing nails, my only con about him was how hard he was with filing down my acrylics.Nic filled my acrylics and he did a AMAZING job Im getting all my filling done by him. Now I was super rough the first time with my set and one nail broke off. That was not there falt it was mine I went the next day and got it put back on for 5 dollars by a woman I know her name was not Lee though I dont remember who but I will not get my nails filled or a new set by her she did a horrible job my nail was not covered with polish and it was insanely thick compared to the others and uneven. Lucky Nic evened it out for me I would recommend this place to a friend it had great prices I will definitely be going there for years to come

This is the only shop I come to for eyebrows, pedi, nails. I do not have any complaints. Yes, the wait is long but that is expected

This review is for Nail Spa by BJs. I have not been to this location. My apologies to the owner.I have never really liked the services Ive received here, but because they offer discounts through SpotOn and are open on Sundays, I sometimes have to bite the bullet. The last time I was here was before my wedding in 2015. I got a full set, pedicure, and wax. BIG MISTAKE! But I dealt with it and had a beautiful wedding.Today, I came back. Why? Because its Sunday and I was emailed a birthday reward from SpotOn with a 20% discount. I was convinced to get gel, because it lasts longer, even though I originally asked for regular polish to save money. I was okay with it becuase hey, Im getting 20% off, right? WRONG! I was told they dont do that anymore. They changed the rewards but I wasnt told about an update. Needless to say, I was not happy. They lady gave me $4 off (after I expressed my dismay), which I appreciate, but I will NEVER go again. T Nail Spa is the only place that will get my business from now on.

I went to go get my eyebrows done by someone who was inexperienced . I had to basically guide her, and when I told her to snip somemore off because it looked like she didnt do anything she said that its against the rules and she have to get her manger. Manger came in the back room with an attitude. Even up until when I payed. They really dont respect their customers at all!! On top of that my friend now have a nail fungus from getting her nails done here! They didnt change the file tips. And when I went to the back it was towels and cotton sheets on the bed/chair. I had to ask her to remove the towel and put somemore paper down because I dont know who was laying on that towel and what they were getting waxed. The towel was very dirty and looked like it havent been changed for days. Avoid them! Dont waist your money here! Theyre also ripping people off with the nails its all acrylic just saying its something more to get more money out of you! They also dont wash the foot tub after their done and they use the same dirty tools on the next person!!

HORRIBLE!My Fiance and I went in to get a pedicure and he was turned down for service because the guys in there did not want to touch a mans feet. I on the other hand was offered service... I am beyond outraged. The owner said they had that right? Do they have the right to discriminate against race too? WOW! I highly recommend you find another salon to go to!! This is not the only bad experience that I had at this salon. I went in by myself to get a pedicure before and my polish was almost gone within two days and they charged me 10.00 for gel to be put on my Gel nails.... Please do not support such a poorly staffed and owned salon!
