I had my wedding nails and my engagement nails done here and they were perfect and lasted a long time! The owner is extremely kind and does a great job following covid guidelines unlike some places near by she is very considerate for those concerned about covid it’s extremely important we support our local business that are actually following guidelines so please come on by and support this place it’s great my pedicure I had there had a great massage that was not to short and they never cut me when cleaning my cuticles as well and have a large Selection of nice name brand polishes to so plenty to choose from I also have had my eyebrows down as well they did not burn me or give me uneven brows or to thin either they made sure my shape was what I asked for they are extremely considerate I highly recommended this place for a group as well back in the day I went with my mom and my sister for Mother’s Day and we all had a wonderful experience

This is my favorite nail salon in Raleigh. They do a beautiful job and are always pleasant and accommodating. They carry a huge range of nail colors and everything is extremely clean. Ive had pedicures and manicures with regular polish and gel polish and have always been very happy.

LCN nails is such a professional, wonderful establishment. I have been a loyal customer for years and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone. Kim is such an amazing person and runs an amazing business. I like how quiet it is. I was concerned about Covid, but they had everything super clean and protective coverings. They also check your temperature and provide hand sanitizer.

I have been here twice and they have been two of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. There are only a few people that work here me and my mom have gotten the same technician both times and have had very different experiences. The lady that I had do my nails both time was to put acrylics on and then have them removed the next time. While putting acrylics on they were all different shapes and sizes and the paint job was bad. My cuticles were bleeding for a week after this appointment. My mom loved the nail technician she had the first time so we decided to go back. This time I was getting my acrylics taken off with gel polish put on my real nails. I got the same lady and she proceeded to rip my acrylics off my nail beds with no tools which is a practice I have never seen done. The pain was so intense I asked her to stop many times. She then cut shaped and filed my nails without asking me about any of my preferences which I did not appreciate. My nails have been sensitive to the touch ever since this appointment. I will not be returning to this nail salon ever again, they are extremely rushed which is surprising since they have not had any customers while I have been in there. I gave two stars because my mom loves the male technician that works here. If you are going to go here I hope you do not get the lady that I assume owns the place she is very terrible.

I received a gift card to LNC Nails for my birthday. They did such a wonderful job! My feet were in rough shape and they worked very hard to make them look beautiful. So grateful...

Pro: The ONLY nail salon Ive been to that knows the difference between round and oval. My acrylics are FINALLY truly oval. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The establishment itself is beautiful. :)Cons: There arent nearly enough nail techs available. Ive been there three times, and all three times I had to wait to be seen. My first time there, with my mom, we had to wait TWO HOURS, even though we were one of the first people there. Today, I came in for an acrylic fill, and even though they werent particularly busy, there was, as usual, only the owner available to do nail enhancements. After waiting 20 minutes, I simply left.They need more nail techs so that people dont have to wait so long to be seen. I cant be spending two hours at the salon every two weeks. Nice place, but I wont be going back.

I took my 8 year old daughter for her first pedicure today. Several people had told me good things about LCN so I thought Id see for myself. I was very pleased. Everyone was kind and they made my daughter and I feel pampered and special. Clean, professional, quality service at a very reasonable price! I will go back.

I have been to this establishment for a pedicure several times in which the men do a good job but I went this time for a fill in and that was a mistake. My nails are shaped horribly and I got gel polish that is chipping already and it hasn’t been two days, she did a rush job! Not worth the money!

A friend and I went on Wednesday to get our nails done. We called to see if they could take us both at the same time. They told us yes and to come on in. The lady which I think is the owner went between me and my friend the whole time. It was a very unpleasant experience. Each nail has a different shape. We also felt very rushed. We both got a gel manicure. Our cuticles were never touched and no massage and or lotion applied after. For the price of $50 I expected much more. I DO NOT recommend this place.

This was, by far, my best experience in a nail salon ever. All the staff were very welcoming and did a great job making me feel pampered. The nail design was done meticulously. I will be going back here only and always.

There wasn’t a costumer waiting in line to be serviced after me yet my paint-job felt very rushed. Multiple edges of my nails were missed and nail polish was left on the skin surrounding. Could have likely painted them better myself. Overall disappointed with my service received today, considering my pleasant experiences here in the past.

I definitely recommend this place. The staff is always friendly and I get good service every time. It’s a nice, clean establishment owned by a husband and wife which both work at the salon. You can tell they are both hard working people and try hard to give excellent service. They have affordable prices compared to other salons in the brier creek area.Their mani/pedi combo is $41. This is my go to place for my nail care.

The best neighborhood nail spa a girl could ask for! Quick, friendly, clean, easy to call and make an appt, and my nails are perfect everytime. Plus they have almost too many gel polish color options from which to choose.

I went for my first time with my 5 year old daughter. Staff was friendly, and we got in and out in 20 minutes. The cost for 2 manicures is really good. I plan on making this our spot to get our nails done even though it is a 17 mile drive for me.

My daughter went in to have tips and gel color applied. They were thick and boxy. A few were also crooked. Two hours after application they started to peel off from the bottom. They all had to be removed at another salon and totally reapplied. We will not be back to this salon.

Call ahead to get prices, they seem to change based on the person or the day. The salon is nice, but i was sketched out by the dramatic increases in price time to time. When I confronted the owner that my first time was $30 for a gel fill and asked why it was $50 this time, she said (unbeknownst to me) I had received a first time discount of $20! Wow what a great deal! Its not a great time to learn you owe $20 more AFTER your nails are done on your second visit! I have used this place in a crunch Bc they are open sundays and close to home, but It’s hit or miss with the quality, and I always ask the price upfront whenever I go.

Went in here to get my first ever Brazilian wax and I got to say I like it. Painful but so worth it. Also, learn some new tips on what to do before and after the waxing.

This place is pretty good. I got a mani and pedi with gel. It looks nice and has been lasting well but Im not sure how the prices compare. Also, the woman serving me was nice enough. It seemed distracted. Not really engaged in me or what she was doing at all. I had a couple bubbles on my nails and small things I didnt like. It seems like they may be understaffed much of the time. I didnt have to wait but I heard them tell people to come back in an hour to a couple other walk ins. I wont make this my go to place but its decent.

I did NOT receive good service at all at this nail salon. I never know this nail place was even there and one day before grocery shopping next store (Food Lion) I decided to stop in and get mani/pedi. I got a new nail tech and the service was terrible, first she cut my toe nails and the cut was crooked (just looked terrible) and then on to the manicure....she didnt put my hands in the warming gloves to soften cuticles (and did very little cuticle removal) and no relaxing arm rub after. I was VERY disappointed and didnt feel I should pay the full price as i should have just been charged nail polish change. I mentioned all of this to the owner and she didnt apologized at all, only said she would give me 20% off my next visit. Ugh...I was so disappointed because I really had no intention on returning. After a few months I decided Id give the salon another try...again I got another new nail tech, the salon was completely dead (no clients at all). The nail tech was very nice so I just did a toe polish change and a manicure with gel polish. She did a great job painting my toes and cutting my cuticles on my nails but only put on 2 very light coats of gel polish on my nails and you could see my nails right though the polish. I mentioned something to the tech and she said it looked fine. I got up to pay with my 20 % off card and I could see attitudes change. I mentioned the color on my nails was very light and Id really like just another coat of polish and it was almost as if Id asked to have my nails redone...the owner rolled her eyes (and off they went talking in their Vietnamese language) and said you need to tell her before to come up to pay...but I did tell her. I could see if customers were waiting and the salon was busy but no one was waiting. I just couldnt believe how I was being treated again..... the owner (Kim I think) was so RUDE.. needless to say, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I took my mom for a mani and pedi. It was a waste of time and money. The nails were not filed properly and polish was inconsistent and lumpy at the tip of the nail. Never going back again.

Literally the worst, I’ve tried to use their salon on multiple occasions and every time, I am told to come another day, instead of waiting they rush me out the door. They refuse service on more than one occasion, very rude and unprofessional.

Long wait and not a good manicure at all. It was super messy and streaky. He didn’t clean it up and didn’t shape my nails how I asked either .

Dont waste your time! Nail castle is about a mile up the road off creedmoor and they actually care about their customers! LCN always seems to be severely understaffed, out of colors, or the person who specializes in thing will be off. They rush through services leaving you with sloppy looking nails that dont last as long as youd expect.

Awful. I waited 55 minutes, even then having to complain that 4 people went ahead of me. I got my nails done, crooked. The employee that worked on my nails made every single one of my fingers bleed to the point in which i had to cover them to prevent infection. My friend I got my nails done with grew mold under her nail. Would never recommend to anyone.

Its frustrating when I make an appointment with a specific employee and come in and they tell me that I either have to wait 30 minutes for who I have the appointment with or have someone else do my nails. Whats the point of making an appointment?

This nail spa is not sanitary and denied having any problems with sanitation when my doctor next door said I was the 3rd person who reported having an issue after getting gel.
