I have been here for a while and when there is an issue they get right on it. The staff is very helpful. My only complaint is the company that is managing the property seems to put the dollar before the people. It is older which i like because the rooms are bigger than new complexes but they need to upgrade all the units for the price they are charging not wait until someone moves out. Like I said maintenance and the office staff are great.

Ive lived here for a number of years and although they are an older property (not recently built), they are well kept and taken care of. Within minutes of grocery shops, restaurants, park and downtown, this the a great value with location, location, location...The responsiveness to request for service in very timely and the staff professional. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this place to both family and friends.

Definitely not the worst apartment and good for someone or a couple that are just starting out on their own. The downfall is if you have pets they will make you move or get rid of them if they bark. In my opinion it I wouldnt live here. Plus they do have children that like to break in cars

I moved in almost a month ago the ladies in the office were very helpful and kept me informed on my apartment progress also at move in they made sure my place was clean and nice for my family I’m loving the neighborhood it’s really quiet! I hope someone finds this helpful...

Great environment for family living, dog park, pool, weight room andfriendly neighbors, wonderful staff.

Helped a friend move in and her apartment was not clean upon move in. Small roaches spotted around sink area. Cabinets were sticky and bathrooms were chalky and soap residue left behind. Floors werent swept. Overall the apartment itself is spacious. Great room for families.

I have lived here for four years and it has gotten worse every year. There used to be security cameras as well as security guards but now the people they move in are smoking weed outside, leaving trash on the property. Bring back the security cameras and security guards. Do something about the mold, yes mold that is running rampant. And quit going up on the rent when someone has been there for four or more years. The office staff is great its just sticker and faulk sucks.

The construction is substandard and over priced which is why they have the noise clause in the lease. You will hear every step your neighbor makes and it will sound like claps of thunder. You will hear their TV, their vacuum cleaner and every trip to the bathroom. The roaches are friendly and will greet you on a daily basis no matter how many times you call for pest control. Seriously, they have no problem robbing their tenants blind. They take your nonrefundable pet fee and pet rent for nothing. My apartment was flooded TWICE by sewer backup with raw waste water spewing onto my floors and carpet. Upon move out they hit me for a grand to replace carpet. I dispute the charges and they turn me over to collections. No negotiations and no arbitration. This happened NOW during COVID-19 Pandemic. These people have no souls. They have sold out to the devil. This is all true. I dont mind signing an affidavit or joining you in a class action lawsuit.

3 stars because for the price, the gym needs a crazy good upgrade. It’s very claustrophobic as it is because it’s so small, but we would be great is a rack of 10 - 120 lbs of dumbbells and a new cable unit and replace the treadmill because you can’t run without tripping... it’s been here since my friend used to live here and that was through my middle and elementary school, and I’m now 24. But everything else is okay. I know people talk about the trash, but everyone needs to do their own part we’re all adults and not children and lazy for our own garbage. And the pool hours really need to change for this year coming up to at least 7pm . But that’s it everything else is fine :)

Terrible!!! Dont live here! We lived here for 5 years and everything was fine until new management came along with sorry lazy maintenance men. The people in the office cares about nothing but your rent money. The pool closes as soon as the office closes which is ridiculous when other apartments closes at 8-9. My 4 year old had to inhale marijuana smoke from the ignorant neighbors downstairs and next door who had the whole apartment smelling like it and giving me a headache. The office did nothing but tell me to call the police. The neighbors downstairs blasted music while I was trying to sleep but the office did nothing but left a note for them and the other 3x it happened they just said call the police. Dont be fooled by the new paint they painted the apartments because the apartments are very old and not worth the price and needs updating. Once it gets hot you have to deal with spiders, water bugs/ roaches, ants, and other bugs in your apartment. The exterminator doesnt spray strong enough stuff to solve the problem. When its cold youll still have bug problems but different ones. Theres nowhere for the kids to play but in the street. If you want to live miserably and waste money on apartments thats not worth the money then move here but youll be ready to move within 1-3 years.

The staff are absolutely amazing. April and Tierra really went out of their way to help us get moved in. They didnt mind staying a little after closing to help us and were always patient with our million questions. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 5 Stars.

I rented from there for the past year and recently moved out . I was charged for damages that were already in the apartment that i documented ! also there are bugs, maintenance would come into my apartment without notice and numerous occasions left there cigarettes on my porch . They never came and fixed things i kept reaching out for . worst place i ever rented .

The only good thing about this place is the location, other than that I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. This place is CRAWLING WITH BUGS!!! HUGE COCKROACHES!!!! They are everywhere!!! The stairs/ “breezeway” leading into the apartments are FILTHY!!! Bugs everywhere and even nesting on the walls cobwebs everywhere as well & not to mention they can seriously use a paint job and a cleaning. The parking is ok, but I wouldn’t even park here someone tried to break into my car Luckily I was sitting on my balcony when this happened and was able to stop it, the parking lot is not lit well at all. The dumpster is a mess! Trash everywhere!!! There was a huge branch that fell off of a tree and it took maintenance 2 WEEKS TO PICK IT UP!! Instead they put cones around the branch on the ground the ladies in the office are not that helpful before the change of management everyone was so friendly now I feel like I am being a bother just to pick up a package I seriously would think twice before renting from these people!! Not to mention maintenance is lazy and always has a attitude when a report comes in my ac went out twice in 1 month and they tried to blame me for it?? I cannot wait until my lease is up I’m running far from this place!!

We have been living here 4 years. The only complaint we have is the little children banging and jumping and making noise over our heads. Other than that we are very satisfied.

NO NO NO. Bugs galore! Cockroaches the size of mice, and spiders! I have lived here for 4 years, and the bugs are always horrible (even on the 3rd floor!) In the 4 years I have lived here, they raise the rent by about $50 every year (and do not make any upgrades). My car got broken into in the parking lot last year. And the hallways leading up to the apartments are GROSS. Dirt, cobwebs, trash everywhere you look. The only reason I have stayed here so long is the convenience as it is a good location, but I cant wait to leave!*note- the staff here are always very nice and helpful, which is probably the only good thing about this place. But its definitely not worth it!

Great place for singles or families. Quiet yet only 10 - 15 minutes away from 3 different malls/ shopping centers.

The staff are courteous, the rent is reasonable if you get a special (I got a 2 BR for 775). Other places in the area offer the same for a studio.The best thing about this place is the maintenance. I had a lot of things fall apart on me. First it was my disposal, then my oven wouldnt work, then a water heater burst outside. The maintenance staff was ON IT! I got a new stove in a little over a week, my disposal was fixed within a few days, and the staff fixed my heater.The only reason Im not coming back is because its a little out of my price range, but otherwise its a flawless experience.Update! I moved away to take a job and boy do I miss this place. You are not going to find a better staff or a better apartment many places in the triangle for a comparable price. Wish I could go back!

I had the luxury of visiting these apartments today. Tierra was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to what I was looking for. Will keep these at the top of my list for her kindness alone.

Quiet neighborhood

I couldnt be happier! The office staff is very respectful and responsive to my needs. They keep dog treats and smiles on hand. There are 2 dog parks, my dog couldnt be more happy to go on walks, and I feel very safe in the lit parking lots at night. It is an older building, but the property management does not have any issue keeping things up to date, my tub floor broke on a friday, was patched the same day, and I had a new tub installed and bathroom painted by tuesday. The turn around was super impressive especially after dealing with slum lords, the maintenance guys really know their stuff, and contract in when needed. The grounds are beautiful maintained by the super quick landscaping crew, they come through 10 deep and are gone in a flash. I have absolutely no issues with bugs of any kind, the bug people are great, the porch is screened and foundation solid so nothing gets in. The internet is super fast, and the water is EXTREMELY HOT and lasts forever which makes me very happy. Most of my neighbors are young adults, but the walls are thick so I dont hear their music at all. Some people smoke, which I only smell outside my home, and throw trash, but the maintenance keeps a 5gallon bucket and drive around all day cleaning the property in between maintenance, having them around makes the place feel extra safe, I even fell once and a kind maintenance man came running to my aid. They are making improvements at every turn, I look forward to many more years living here.

Unless this is a temporary move or youre desperate stay far away.

This place is NASTY! Not sure how the complex has received high ratings. Ceiling fan doesn’t work and the office stated “ we don’t have anymore, but we can replace it with a light. The corridors leading up to the apartment is nasty and smelly. The apartments need renovations. Not work the money they are charging.

I have been here for 5 years and it has been Great Living here except for neighbors above making all type of noise.

I simply love living here on Drucker and faulk property at Pine Winds Apartments. I had a frightening moment of a grease fire to happen to me. The apartment management assist with replacing my stove almost immediately. I thought at first after I was looking at the disaster that had happened that this was going to take a very long time. I was surprised and I was pleased to know that the management and maintenance jump right on my situation right after I filed my claim with rentals insurance everything just simply fell into place which made it so much easier for myself being a single mom. I have been here 3 years as of August going on four years. The place is very quiet for me, I love the environment the people in the office are very pleasant respectable attitudes to my self and my daughter. I have and I will continue recommending Pine Winds Apartments to friends and family if need to. I want to thank all the people that was involved in putting my apartment back together for living conditions due to my grease fire, I want to thank you for such a speedy recovery. I have not had any difficulties living here for the past 3 years or any person that is employed under Drucker and fault I have had nothing but Pleasant attitudes towards myself and my daughter I want to thank you so much for making this a great place to live. I have notice some reservation improvements that are going on around the property which looks great by the way and Im sure theyre going to do a great job just like always people just have to be patient no one in this world is perfect except for ... God....... and just like any business you cannot please everyone. I am looking forward to spending another year here in this wonderful quiet place. PS. If the owner is reading this I think the staff that he has here now is a wonderful group of people.

Given 2 stars since i do currently live here, but if you don’t like roaches, and i mean German roaches please stay away. Me and my husband were first time renters and we feel as we were taken advantage of since we were not told about an ongoing roach infestation in our apartment or the apartments. They come and spray everywhere every week but we still see them coming. We try not to cook because they come out when they smell food, and we try to keep the house cold since they hate the cold but we still see a lot everyday. For the cost of rent it’s ridiculous. My sister pays $800 for a 1 bedroom as well and she doesn’t have roaches, but i pay $920 which is crazy and i can’t even cook in my own house. We are also charged for trash but we have to walk it to the trash can, not sure what that’s for. The rent is now 957 and that is crazy.Please stay away if you can. When our lease is up we will be running.

Nice pond views but spare rooms are small and some interior design things need to be fixed

3 WORDS . BED BUG INFESTATION!!!!! . My girlfriend lives here and thought it was just a problem with who she lived with, WRONG. nonetheless than 2 months after she moved here there was bed bugs in all the rooms. come to find out its also the whole building ! and the one connected on the other side. People who talk about it end up getting charged extra or even kicked out when its a maintenance building problem. Someone should seriously sue this place.

This apartment complex is poorly run with repeated maintenance problems. The ada compliance is out of date. I cant believe they havent been sued. I have tripped multiple times over the broken concrete. The electrical systems in the buildings have way works some times. They half ass repairs. Maintenance tells you stuff is fixed and it isnt. One day late on rent the staff send threatening letters to you. They dont notify you of packages being delivered. If you dont go check you will never know you have them. They have multiple water issues they wont fix so walking out in the morning on a rainy day you have to walk through natural areas to get to your car. The apartment i moved into hadnt been cleaned. The cabinets are falling apart. The counters are cut all up and they still ask as much as a new apartment. The carpet on my porch was coming apart when I moved in. I wont be renewing a lease here. Since I have been here the cops have been here at least 6 or 7 times due to fights or incidents with kids in the community. My vehicles have been hit in the parking lot and no one owned up to it. Speaking to the police while doing a hit and run report the officer told me of drugs being sold through out the apartment complex. Gangs have been a problem. Evictions are a constant occurents. Wish i never rented in this apartment complex. I have since moved out because of the issue.

Okay. Dog park wasnt finished by deadline. People put trash in the recycle bin while the trash bin was empty. People left trash on the ground and didnt bother picking it up. One of the tenants had a moving truck that they kept parked in the parking lot which was an eye sore.

Grand parents live here and they hate it because they think its small but I love it,
